    I thought staff is great and kin to customer service. Everyday there is room service which is nice, however, if I had been changing as an example, having room service knock and after minimal time open door, I thought was not pleasant.

    Upon arrival, everyone was pleasant and helpful. If anything, the only thing I would suggest is a Al carte offering for breakfast. I would’ve rather had a coffee and water versus laying $22 for the full buffet I didn’t need.

    Fantastic hotel and room. I stayed a couple of nights on a business trip and had a very good experience. The staff in the lobby, breakfast area, and bar were all very attentive and friendly. Clean, comfortable room and a convenient location near O’Hare. Thanks.

    It LOOKED good I didn’t like how I traveled 12+ hours to get there. Upon arrival they attempted to charge me what I had already pre paid online. To top it off before I even made it I called and told them I would arrive around 3AM. Once I got there they told me I would have to be charged for 3 nights instead of two.

    Zero went above and beyond. He was very helpful and professional. The house keeping was very polite, kind and attentive and the rooms were very clean. I wish there was a coffee shop but there was a machine to make your own in the lobby as well as in the rooms. Giordanos pizza was across the street a small walk away and so delicious and traditional deep dish and Stands donuts next door to that were a hit. The shuttle service was also very helpful to and from the airport and the train station was maybe half a mile walk away.

    Bed Very confortable. Firstly, in the morning the recepcionist can look at us, he is rude ang I have to order to look at us! On the afternoon other recepcionist didn't find my friend's reservation even if my friend showed the number and the print paper by hoteis.com. After long 30 min, he said that the reservation was not complet. Come on!!! They need been trained.

    The fold out bed had a terrible mattress. As a suite hotel where families stay having a comfortable pull out couch is essential. The gun was small, some of the equipment was broken, and there were no mats. The hotel charges for wifi if you are not a Marriott member, I am a Marriott member but that’s redicukous. The only good thing about this hotel was that is was clean and the shuttle to the airport was reliable.

    I want to take this time to say Arthur was the ABSOLUTE BESTEST. Me and my family are from California and I choose this venue because my daughter was getting married and it was the halfway point for all events for the week. So, our travel time literally turned into an all day event to say the least. We were due in Thursday but didnt get to the hotel until Friday morning like 230/3am. Thats when we encounter Arthur!!! As we walked in he simply said lloks you had a rough day would you like some water? I dont even drink water, but that moment all my traveling issues seemed to have went away. Arthur gathered all my info quick and easy and it was a seamless check in. He apologized for our trip delays and it wasn't even his fault. He showed true empathy and it was so organic. Not only was his hospitality 100% plus and his knowledge of chicago was impeacable. But what topped it off was Arthur took the time to follow up with me the following day during his shift. That just made my day to think he still wanted to make sure I was ok. You guys most definately please give Arthur his flowers and best he not only set the standard but he is THE STANDARD!!!!

    Food: I don't know. I didn't have a chance. What I didn't like: I could not find any printed material about the amenities. Gym (if there is one), where is it located. Is there a swimming pool? How to access it? Anything about breakfast ? Could I have a breakfast ?Ice? Where can I get ice? Please do not neglect to acknowledge that there are travelers with time constraint schedules who want all available information available at hand. If you have made such brochure it was not left in my suite. If there is none, please create one to make staying at your hotel more pleasant.

    The shuttle never showed up at the airport, while other hotels had 2 and 3 shuttles circuits, I waited for nearly 1 hour and never saw a shuttle for the hotel. I called the hotel 2 times to confirm I was in at the right spot, which I was, they insisted the shuttle came by every 15 mins. There were other people waiting for the shuttle with me. Then when I was about to give up I see the shuttle pass by, it didn’t even stop at the designated place. We all tried to signal it and it just drove by. At that point I just took an Uber.

    The check in process was not well. They charged me for parking when they said they would not because of the issues they had with parking that day which caused me to park in another area that was not the designated spots. This was a not secure parking spot which caused someone to hit and run the car. I was very disappointed with this stay

    I really like the room size and the comfort of the furniture. I booked here for the bathtub because this was a layover from Europe to South America and my body needed a rest. This hotel delivered that. The windows are huge and you can watch plans flying over the neighboring hotel. When walking my dog at night I found the river and waterfall in the beautiful outdoor courtyard. There was a guard there and lots of little lights that seemed light candles. I am really pleased that I booked here. The train that goes to downtown in 35 minutes is only a 9 minute walk from the hotel so you don’t need a taxi to get around. The shuttle is a mess compared to the beautiful vans the other hotels have but it gets you back and forth to the airport on time without an extra charge. I was also disappointed that breakfast didn’t open until 7am which makes it nearly impossible for anyone with with a flight before 10am to grab something to eat.

    It was just a quick layover stop for me because of a delayed flight. Beautiful spacious room, squeaky clean, super comfortable bed, nice hot water with strong water pressure. I liked the soap. Smooth, fast elevator. Couldn't ask for more! Desk clerk was courteous, helpful and kind. Wish there were more like him at other hotels. Shuttle driver was also nice.

    I’ve stayed at the property in years past and it seems that the property is in need of a facelift. Furniture in the lobby appear worn and old. The reception desk is very unprofessional looking. The dining in the hotel needs up grading.

    I have stayed at this hotel twice now and it has even become an inside joke with friends when we go to Chicago/Rosemont for a concert... "It's more expensive... but that room is SO NICE." I don't mind the higher price for the really nice suite room. It's worth it!

    The property was nice and the rooms were clean. However, none of that mattered because the staff was rude and unhelpful. They don’t listen to their guests and the information they provide you with is incorrect. You go to one person and get one answer and then get a different answer from and other. Even with the cleanliness of the rooms due to the staff, I cannot recommend this property to anyone.

    We got a queen bed with a couch bed for 3 people but the couch bed was so uncomfortable and dirty that 3 of us had to sleep together tightly in the queen bed.

    The team was remarkable I arrived about 30 mins before check-in. However there was an issue with my Expedia booking and they worked to get it resolved. Awesome extra steps to make it a great experience!

    The hotel stay was everything, except be present to pay for parking.. $37 nightly.. ALSO THE OTHER HORRID PART WAS SUE IN THE DINING AREA.. I prepaid for breakfast.. gave Sadek TWO COUPONS for one meal to be eaten and the other to take back to my guest.. SUE RAN OVER AFTER I WAS GIVEN TO GO PLATES AND VERY LOUDLY YELLED: you CANT TAKE ANYTHING TO GO. Instead of causing a scene. I went to ask for the manager whom has yet to return my call.

    This property was nice to stay at. Overall very clean but did not have any trash cans/ trash bags in the room which made it difficult to keep things tidy while there. First night there we did have an encounter with a rude worker but every other worker we met were fantastic!

    I had a lovely attendant by the name of zero who made me and my daughter experience one of the best I’ve ever had. He was so sweet, and also felt like family. I’m so sad that we left and could not tell him bye zero if you see this, thank you for making me and my daughter’s trip memorable and you will be missed friend.
