So clean and convenient. It was also very quiet. The staff was very helpful as well. Great amenities, including a refrigerator, a coffee maker with coffee packets, and a blow dryer (attached to the wall).

Cleaner than your average motel. Location was not as convenient, but it was definitely worth driving a slightly further distance for this price. Staff was pleasant and available most hours. Room and bathroom were very spacious. Overall a good experience. Will definitely book again.

Cheap place to sleep, it was clean, the staff was friendly and plenty of parking. Pretty quiet location and seemed like a decent neighborhood. Would stay again if ever in the area!

This was the best experience I had this year. The manager allowed me to stay 21 nights. It was an affordable small hotel with a clean, large room with a king bed. The staff, employees, and maids were first-rate. The TV channels were more Asian Variety. Parking was good. The air conditioning was good. Nice and quiet.

The room we were originally given was not serviced when we opened the door. Apparently the maid did not tell the management that the room was not done. They did immediately put us in a clean room, nonetheless. Towels could use an upgrade.

Only 2 of the outlets worked, the fridge was plugged in as well but wasn't working. The shower was dirty and the curtain rod was curved and took up more than half the already tiny bathroom. We did see a couple cockroaches which we were able to relocate outside. But the beds were clean as far as I could tell and the staff was kind and helpful.

I got up and moved the mattress and actually saw the bug run behind the mattress. I suggest that the hotel owner steam clean the mattress and clean behind the headboard for more bugs hiding. The bumps on my arms and fingers are very itchy.

The environment looks very unsafe and dangerous it looks like a danger gang zone. It looks like everyone there is about to have a SHOOT-OUT! I wouldn’t recommend this MOTEL even to my worse enemy!

We needed a place to sleep while visiting an ill patient in a nearby hospital. The room was very old and had a weird smell. Overall, it was dirty, including the walls, bathroom sink, and comforter. We decided to stay since it was already late and we were unfamiliar with the area, but we were really concerned about the cleanliness and safety. Someone outside was walking back and forth all night, being loud, and at one point, even trying to come into our room. If I had read the reviews, I wouldn't have hesitated to spend more to stay somewhere else. Your peace of mind is worth more than the money you save. Don't stay here.

Rooms were very dirty, walls, furniture, plus one bedroom had bedbugs!! The cover of the mattress was very dirty and had yellow stains! The second room we got didn’t have bedbugs but it was dirty, seems like they only do the beds and wipe down the bathroom!

Definitely a cheap motel. There is an old musky smell in each room. My friends were staying a few units down from mine and the smell/condition was the same. My unit had linoleum floors and it wasn’t mopped in a while. When I moved barefoot from the shower to the bedroom and back my feet were dirty and left mud prints in the bathroom floor. There previously was graffiti on the shower rod. I could still see it even though there was an effort to take it off. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way. The shampoo was watered down - not sure if on purpose or if it was a bad brand. Shower caulking wasn’t very clean. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Again, if you are looking for cheap accommodations this fits the bill. I’m leaving an honest review here because I read the opposite of what I experienced. If I would have known what I do now I won’t be back. The service counter was nice to switch rooms when the original room smelled like cigarettes (non-smoking).

This is a horrible place I wish I weren’t there! I can hear ppl talking and snoring, someone’s car outside keep alarming in the middle of night. Policy was there with guns on hand, def not a safe place to stay.

was dusty but beds were neat and clean. cleaning services worried about making beds and clean towels and putting new soap and toiletries. overall it was quite and peaceful and my stay was good.

The staff was very friendly. The bed was clean but it was pretty dirty on the walls and around all the baseboards, I moved a night stand and it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in many years. I have no idea how it got a 7.2 rating out of 10. If the rooms got a really good cleaning it wouldn’t be so bad.

I guess I’m glad that I got a decent price for just 6 hours and considering with the rose parade all other hotels rates were out of this world so can’t be too upset.

The owners of the hotel was very friendly and helpful on inquiries. The neighborhood is relatively safe and there are many places to go to eat. The room, though somewhat outdated, was also relatively clean. Not a bad choice for a short stay.
