The room facilities are well-equipped and clean. The only drawback is that the air conditioning is too noisy, making it impossible to fall asleep. If you need a quiet and comfortable sleep, you should definitely not stay here. I can only fall asleep after turning off the air conditioning at 8 pm, but it's very uncomfortable to do so.

Clean and tidy property at a very convenient location in SGV. Close to I10 freeway, and between Valley Blvd and Garvey Ave.

Photos online were not of the actual rooms. Rooms really need to be updated. Everything was old and needed replacing. Smoke free rooms smelled heavily of smoke. Had to clean the room before we actually get comfortable with the room. Concept is good but everything needs updating.

The room was fantastic, I was not expecting such a nice room. I've stayed at a lot of motel 6 rooms, and this one is by far the best. The full kitchen, nice big shower, comfy bed. All around just a great stay.

The room had roaches when we arrived, I took pictures of it to have proof. Disgusting.

The bed was like sleeping on concrete. The front desk staff were not the friendliest. After checking in we returned to the front desk to ask for items and no one answered the doorbell.

Bed was very clean! The kitchen was clean but some rust and grease stains were on the sides of appliances. Other than that, the room was perfect. No laundry on site even though booking said otherwise.

Absolutely unacceptable experience on February 19. We booked a double-bed room and requested first-floor access due to a disabled elderly family member. We were traveling with two kids and one elderly parent who has difficulty walking. At check-in, the front desk first said there was one first-floor room with one bed. Then after seeing my mother struggle to walk, he suddenly said no rooms were available at all. When we questioned the inconsistency, he became hostile, yelled at us, and told us to “get the f*** out of here.” Using profanity and yelling at a family with children and a disabled elderly person is beyond unprofessional. We felt disrespected and discriminated against. This behavior is unacceptable and management needs to address it immediately.

It’s A very nice place to stay at the only downside is that they supply the pots and pans but nothing to actually cook with utensil wise. They also only supply enough dishes for 2 adults. They need to have seperate boxes for the amount of people in the room even with cutlery.

Check in was easy. Parking was easy. Motel was disgusting. Sheets had several pieces of random hair and stains. The couch was absolutely disgusting. Couldn’t even imagine sitting on it. It had a huge brown stain and crumbs everywhere. The sink and shower were dirty. The floor was not vacuumed. We covered the bed with our own blankets (luckily we had them) and used them to cover ourselves as well.

The room was clean,comfortable and spacious for a family. Loved the kitchenette that came with it. Big refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, unfortunately no utensils. But overall it was a comfortable stay if you are visiting with family and children . The free parking was a bonus. The location is a bit far away from the attractions but it’s alright as it’s very nearby the highway that goes everywhere.

The windows in the bathroom and kitchenette were great too. Furniture and beds were comfortable and clean. The only thing that bothered me was the walls looked as if they never been cleaned. You can see yellow streaks and cracks on the wall and the floors felt like they just use water to mop without chemicals, there was also a cat staying on the bottom floor so the smell of ammonia seeped in the walls and made the smell almost unbearable. But for the price it was very decent and parking was convenient and front desk was very nice and helpful. Also keep in mind they don’t provide DND (do not disturb) signs so room service does not enter. I have a weird thing about room service entering my room without me present and my personal belongings are out in the opened.

Location. Near freeway and gas stations. The room looked nothing like the pictures. It was very misleading on the website. The room felt very old and it had a weird bathroom. I'm short, and when sitting on the toilet, me knees were practically touching the wall in front of me. The area was a little sketchy. I'm glad I was only there one night. I won't stay here again, and wish I booked elsewhere.

Quite and rooms were clean and big. I had to come in earlier for an event and the lady at front desk was very sweet and accommodating and let me in a little early. I just came from a different state and drove so long and needed to get ready and shower before event and she was so great. It needed a little dog area. Not grass or turf anywhere.

We didn't have time request more from front desk. .We left the room and when we returned there was a roach on the desk chair and we found 2 on floor later. I had left my suitcase open on the floor since only one chair in room. Now I am concerned I am going to takes roaches home with me. The front desk person was great at checkin.

Inexpensive. Staff is reluctant to mind the front desk and is generally apathetic towards customers. This is an inexpensive location, but because it is so it is also inconvenient for finding restaurants and other amenities catering to anything other than a mandarin speaking audience.

We really only saw the 1 staff member when checking in, but he was extremely nice! We arrived about 2 hours before check in and he actually walked the property to see what room was ready early for us and checked us in with no extra cost!!! The room was clean, and had a small kitchen which was a nice surprise. I didn't realize there was one when booking the room. It was a short but great stay! I would stay here again with my family.

I also like the option to be able to have the curtains closed or have the sheer ones closed and that just completely closed so I could still have privacy yet get some sunlight I didn’t like how the apps on the TV would not work because of the user agreement not loading to be able to have access to the apps

Nothing, everything was bad, unclean and broken. Everything, live and dead bugs everywhere, blood on sheets, mold in bathroom, broken security lock on door, never had such a bad experience.

Family of 5 stayed here for a music festival and it was perfect for us! We booked the double queen beds with kitchen and it was very convenient for us! Save us money from eating out while staying so I went to Hmart that is 15-20 minutes away from the hotel. Kitchen came with counter stove of 2, microwave, sink and refrigerator. The refrigerator was a good size and not a mini fridge so we had plenty of room to keep our food and drinks in both fridge and freezer. Make sure to bring your own utensils and kitchenware (paper plates, cups, napkins, sponge and soap). Nice area and tons of Chinese shopping plaza. I always use yelp to look up what’s around me and they’re all super close by. Hotel room is not old and everything was up to date. Walk in shower and spacious bathroom.t husband and I will definitely come back here. Parking lot is a little tight and I wouldn’t bring or rent a big vehicles.

Paper thin walls. We could hear everything above us, next us, outside, inside… the property had a nasty stench and sheets felt and looked dirty. We checked out same day, 2 hours after check in. Expedia was no help.

It was comfortable. No shampoo. There's soap. Also, there's a regular size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, large screen tv, strong hairdryer, and a noisy air conditioner/heater. Bed is very comfortable. I'll stay there again.

The air conditioner was so filthy it was hardley moving air. The refridgerator was missing shelves on the door. The window screen was torn in many places and bugs kept coming in. The beds look like folding beds put on top of frames. The beds were so hard and felt like the springs were about to pop out.

For a motel 6 it was good, I would actually stay here again. The outside was clean as far as trash goes but if they did a good pressure spay on the stairs and parking it’d be much better. Inside was VERY clean. When I took a shower I didn’t want my bare feet on the floor so I stepped on a towel and scooted. When I lifted the towel I thought it would be filthy but it was clean!! A very nice surprise! Bed was comfortable and tv was good. Water pressure was poor but considering the price and all else positive I was ok with that. High five to the staff for doing such a good job!

Showed up & waited a long time for anyone to come check me in. Got placed in my room, the plus side is they weren’t taking deposit. I get to my room, it’s pretty bleek, small standing shower (I’m plus size and barely fit) walls were very dirty (visual debris) and the air conditioning unit was falling apart. I’ve never left a review before, but felt it necessary to review this location. All the other things are unfortunate but not a HUGE deal. What the HUGE deal was that led me to this review is that the room had bed bugs. I woke up middle of the night and it started with my ankle itching, then both of my legs all the way up to my torso. I have about 10 bites. BEWARE booking this hotel, not sure how many rooms are infected but mine was. (2nd floor room above office)

I get to my room, it’s pretty bleek, small standing shower (I’m plus size and barely fit) walls were very dirty (visual debris) and the air conditioning unit was falling apart. I’ve never left a review before, but felt it necessary to review this location. All the other things are unfortunate but not a HUGE deal. What the HUGE deal was that led me to this review is that the room had bed bugs. I woke up middle of the night and it started with my ankle itching, then both of my legs all the way up to my torso. I have about 10 bites. BEWARE booking this hotel, not sure how many rooms are infected but mine was. (2nd floor room above office)

The place was very nice, but the room smelled a little bit of cigarettes and there was plenty of noise in the night I really don’t know if it was the stuff or the other people that stayed at the Hotel.

The location, for me, is ideal and super convenient. Not fancy but decent, the AC was so loud and a little annoying, the room was small and the bathroom/shower was very narrow, but clean. It’s prob. one of the smallest rooms we’ve stayed at. Overall ok.

The place itself is a standard Motel 6 (rebranded as Studio 6), except that the room had a separate seating area w a sofa and updated bathroom. My only complaint is that the shower water never got even warm, much less hot. I didn’t have time to complain or move rooms, so I didn’t tell the management.

Never back to book it at all!

The floor of this room was filthy and though you provide a kitchenette there is absolutely no basic equipment in the kitchenette. And why is there no standard for Motel/Studio 6 accommodation. You have no guarantee of what will be available from one place to the next. This Studio 6 doesn't have laundry facilities but does have a working ice machine unlike the last one we stayed in. Wish there was some expected standard so you know what you are getting.

Air condition was extremely loud and noise. The room was dirty and outdated. Heavy dust on the bathroom ventilation fan, stain on vanity and toilet bowl as if no one ever cleaned. Bad smell in bathing area. Dirty and broken wall and door. There was also leftover pet food (kibbles) underneath the gap of the baseboard next to the TV cabinet.

What you would expect from a motel 6. It was ok

Very rude and dishonest management. There was no privacy sign and the housekeeping was coming in while I was sleeping. The front desk person said in a very rude and obnoxious manner that I did not tell her not to come in and that is why she came in. I was sleeping and I have to get up and go to the door to tell her not to come in? I had a pet that is prone to run out when she sees open door so I could not go out to eat until almost 5 PM since I could not get the housekeeper come in when she said she will be in at around 11AM. The front desk guy did not have any apology but instead blamed me on everything in a very rude manner. Awful experience.

There were dead bugs on floor. Inside sofa bed there was an empty whisky bottle and trash . Front desk guy was nice, he gave us a refund for the 2 nights we didn’t stay as planned .

Best value in the area.

Very comfortable stay.clean and spacious however they are understaffed! No help from the office each time I went and no one had local information on surrounding amenities or local transportation.

Zack, his wife and Nick always make my stay very pleasant. They go out of their way to ensure a positive experience, whether it’s making sure you have a good parking space or providing extra towels, and they keep the rooms very clean.

It was comfortable despite a switch in rooms due to cleaning
