Staff was top notch nice and accommodating!! Breakfast was simple and the area was always clean. Parking was no issue. Conveniently located by stores and restaurants. (Literally could safely walk to them) Will stay again!!

I liked that we were able to use the UFC gym right across the street we’re close to a lot of food options The parking is limited and if there’s no spaces you’re able to use the electric charging station but the sign says “electric charge station ONLY” so I think they should take that sign off since they let you use it when other spaces are full

It was a lovely place to stay. We unfortunately had a room with a shower. And there isn't a pool.

The parking lot is clean, well lit and has no noticeable security concerns. Our room was clean and comfortable, the desk clerk was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast area was well looked after, they do request your room number before you can eat. It was the usual eggs, waffles, breads, pastries that is common for hotel breakfast these days. But the area was kept clean, and the tables wiped down after each person was finished. Overall a fantastic stay.

Our stay was great! Hotel is clean, room is spacious and very clean. beds were comfortable. We appreciate the disposable slippers, did not expect that perk. Thank you! The only thing I can say we didn’t like was the breakfast.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was bigger than most of it's style. Everything was new and clean. The breakfast was great! Scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit delicious make your own waffles, etc. Walking distance to a great shopping center with restaurants and a Target for simple groceries if needed. The mattress was a bit hard for me, but I'm sure most would be fine with it.

We love a good hotel breakfast to start our day, and while we were there, they had a good selection so that everyone was happy: scrambled eggs, sausages, tater tots, bread, yogurt, coffee, juice, and a waffle maker. You do get what you pay for, and while the property does look a little aged, it's well-kept and the value of what we paid for was excellent when split among our party.

Very clean rooms, breakfast was amazing! But best of all was how helpful and accommodating Krishell at the front office was to our employees. She went out of her way to cone off parking for our big construction trucks. Will definitely keep this hotel in mind for any upcoming work in that area.

Over all was very good with this price, very clean, bedding and towels were clean and nice with this price. Convenient Location , right next to the 10 freeway, but will have a little noise, easy parking with EV charging stations.

Every thing was perfect

One little thing. Only one of the shower doors has the knob on the inside. That made opening and closing the other one very awkward. Both doors should have knobs.

We have been coming here for a few years now and we are always pleased with our stay. I wished they would have an in-site laundry mat for travelers who are here a few days, thats pretty much it.

The quality of their breakfast was really disappointing It tasted like the breakfast they cooked the day before and mix it with fresh food. And it was cold. The room carpet so like it was a vacuumed. You can feel the dust as soon as you walk in, but the beds were clean. The towels are clean.. the shower needs a scrub the toilet and sink was clean

Had a great stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and parking was easy and convenient. I had to leave before breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but overall it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Would definitely stay again.

Room # 104 was very clean and staff were nice and respectful. One major issue was that the water pressure and flow in the shower was extremely high wasting a huge amount of water unnecessarily. I was in a hurry to leave for a meeting in the morning so did not have time to mention that to the hotel management.

+Room was clean. Provided two slippers. +A pretty large fridge and a microwave. +The breakfast was always well stocked. A few choices of yogurt, breads, danishes and donuts, fruit, scrambled eggs or hardboiled eggs, sausage, cereal and juices. Eggs and sausage were on the watery side and hardboiled eggs were overdone. But was full after every breakfast. +within walking distance to stores/mall and restaurants -pillows were lumpy and hard. Beds weren't very comfortable. -the lights outside the window/on the sides of the hotel are always on and very bright. Curtains can't block it out completely. -the floor inside the room was uneven. I've never encountered this before but something underneath the carpet was uneven. I was on the top floor. I don't know if it's related to the problem with the floor being uneven but I hope my 2 year old's running around did not bother the room below us. When she ran it sounded like she was running on a wood floor. - there isn't any outdoor space

The room was impeccably clean and the staff was kind at check in. However, I booked this room for sleep and there was a man who kept coming outside of my door and smoking cigarettes and yelling at his dog super loudly every 45 minutes. After being woken up five times, and I mean it was bad, I complained but it happened again after that. When I complained, even though I told them the room the person was in, they didn’t offer to move me or anything but gave me 2 hours late checkout. Thinking I had from 2:30 am to now 1:00 pm to sleep, I watched a movie and went to bed. However, I was in the breezeway in a disabled room and starting super early Christmas morning the maids were dragging their cars (constantly) up and down the concrete hall and it was incredibly loud and apparently I. Constant need of movement, and they needed to constantly yell to communicate with each other, and this went on for a couple of hours so I just checked out before even the normal checkout time and called it a loss.

Decent value stay for the price while being close to places like Monterey Park/SGV. Plenty of (free) parking is nice as well since many places require additional payment per night. Rooms are not quiet at all. Noise from above floors were very audible and distracting at night. Any speech in the main hallways were also very audible inside rooms. Walls seemed to be very thin. Pillows also extremely high. Some of the staff was not too friendly (while some were nice).

Small bed, hard to fit two people on double bed, i thought it would be queen size, No cream cheese for breakfast, coffee quality is very poor, whole wheat bread is not good quality, boiled eggs are hard boiled. Away from attractions, in traffic takes about 1 hour to get to hollywood boulevard.

It was great. The only downside was the pillows in the room. The seem more for a couch than to sleep on. My neck was so uncomfortable I had to throw them on the floor in the middle of the night.

Overall was a good experience. Do not have any beverage options water bottles for purchase. There is a small fridge so you have a space to bring beverages. The room and bedding was very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

The location is very convenient and the room size is good. However, we could hear the walking noise from the floor above us during the night and the noise from hallway too, thin wall structure. The air conditioning was also old and noisy and we had to turn it off rather to suffer the heat instead. We only stayed for 1 night and we would probably not come back again.

I booked a room here for a night with my husband and kids. We absolutely loved it. For starters, the front desk staff was friends and welcoming; the check in process was also fast. The room was very clean. We ended up booking a suite with 2 room and two bathrooms which was perfect for a family of 5. The hotel is right across a target and plaza so there’s many options for food. It is also very close to stores where you can go and purchase anything you may have forgot to pack. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Large parking lot

Terribly noisy- noise of the street traffic, noise of the old air conditioning, noise of the people living next door and walking in the hallway. Hard to sleep.

This is an average hotel mainly services Chinese tourist who were dropped off by the large bus. The staff was friendly the room was sifficiently furnished. However, it is a rather old hotel overall and the breakfast was minimal. Bad coffee.

Pictures can be deceiving. Old hotel with average upkeep. In a run down part of town. Was not what I thought I booked. Paid more than what I should have. Felt very industrial in the rooms. Everything is grey with a strong paint smell. Very noisy hotel. Breakfast was terrible. Extremely overpriced for a one star motel.

Comfortable and convenient

The bathrooms have wear and tear and chipped paint. The floors are also slippery and moist from whatever cleaner that is used. Otherwise, it's quite nice.

It's an okay place to stay for travel around the area. The bed was very comfortable. With the tiny bathroom, and very noisy AC that made it hard for us to sleep, I am so not sure why this is listed as a 3.5 star hotel. It's a 2.5 star at most

But we were not thrilled with our stay. The beds aren’t that comfortable. The toilet paper is super cheap. The tap water was awful but they didn’t offer water in the lobby. They didn’t offer coffee or tea outside of breakfast hours which didn’t start until 6:30am. That didn’t work for us since we often left by six. And we felt like they watched us eat to make sure we didn’t waste food or take anything. They went around getting everyone’s room number. They even had a sign saying they would charge $25 to your room if you wasted food or took extra. It was interesting to say the least. On the flip side, majority of the staff were pleasant, the parking was great, and the ac was cold.

The front desk staff (Krishell and Eric) were absolutely fabulous. They were super friendly, very helpful and cheerful. They went above and beyond to help us out in a rather stressful situation (evacuating from the mudslides). Also, the woman working in the breakfast room was lovely - very friendly. I would highly recommend staying here!

This is probably one of the best hotels that we stayed using Hotels.com. We had theater tickets in downtown L.A. and the hotel was close, safe and convenient. It was only 11 minutes away!! Close to shopping and many restaurants, including some of the best Chinese/Asian restaurants. WIll definitely staying here again.

The reason we booked this hotel because it showed the expedia rating is 9, very high. But when we checked in, found it is a motel-level hotel. The facilities and service are just average. The room condition is good. Breakfast is just so so. The area of the hotel located is not very good. But it has 24 hours security camera on the parking lot. It makes us feel a little safe.

Ev charging was good, They had about 10 spots to charge , it was about 22 dollars for the charge. From the moment I walked into this place I felt very welcomed by the staff at the desk. The room was extremely clean. The hallways were cleaned. Even their common bathroom was very very clean. The breakfast staff was very nice. Yes they do check your room to make sure outside people aren’t eating in. The food was good. I really have no complaints. Thank you for allowing me to stay in your establishment.

Very noisy from upstairs. This is not a 9.0 rating hotel! It is in a good location, reasonably good environment and facilities (7.5 at most). However, the building is HORRIBLE!!! You hear every step of people upstairs. The worst I have stayed in last decade.

I will never book a room through Expedia because you are not respected by the industry. I pay up front and get the worst room in the place. It was a handicap room that I kept hitting my head on the ceiling because it was designed for wheelchairs not people over 6 feet. You can hear the ice machine all night and then at 6am sharp some housekeeping guy comes around with the loudest trash can ever on wheels. He drags it across a cement floor which makes it even louder. I shouldn’t have to pay a dime for the room I had to stay in.
