I stayed here with my homegirl for 2 nights and honestly with us being 2 young women we both felt comfortable and safe staying here! At first we were a little nervous staying here because of the negative reviews, but after arriving it smelled and felt pretty clean, maybe not 100% spotless as there was a couple of things but for a motel and the price it was nice and comfortable to stay in. staff was kind and understanding, we had some issues with the toilet and the sink (assuming the problems were caused by previous visiters) and the staff was kind enough to fix the issues . Bed was comfy, shower was nice, had a mini fridge, has a microwave downstairs and not directly in the rooms, had an AC. A couple of things I would like to mention if you are planning on staying here, if you like a thick blanket bring your own as the only blanket available is the the red sheet in the photo (its thin). Great place to stay, yummy sushi spot like 3 minutes away driving.

As soon as I checked in. I left and found something way better. The pictures online lie.The bed had holes and stains. No blanket for the bed. Only one towel for showering—nothing for drying hands or for placing on the floor in front of the shower. Broken refrigerator. No Wi-Fi—the room is too far away!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!

Best place around for the money

Very disappointing stay. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. There was visible mold buildup on the AC unit, heavy residue on the showerhead, rust on the bathroom fixtures, and stains on the lamp and furniture. The chair in the room was also torn and worn out. The room did not feel clean or safe to stay in, so I ended up leaving 20 minutes after checking in and getting a new motel. Management needs to seriously improve the cleanliness and maintenance of these rooms. As a military member In the marine corps I can sleep anywhere and in any condition and don’t like to complain but these rooms were disgusting and I wouldn’t recommend them.

Had trouble with public transit. Bed and chair hurt my back. Everything else average for price point. I’d stay there again if there’s a Trader Joe’s near by. I prefer groceries to eating out.

The heater is not functioning properly. We set the temperature to 72°F, but only cold air is coming out. Additionally, the floor was not clean upon our arrival, and there is some trash on the door. We also noticed a lack of hand towels and a hole in the bedding cover. This has been very disappointing.

I’ve stayed here before but in just keeps getting worse the staff is extremely rude and when something isn’t right with your room they give you the run around there was no refrigerator in my room for 2 days that I stood there and they just lied about getting me one the whole time .It also was dirty and run down there are way better places to stay around the area for the price and being treated like your less than is just not worth it to me . I won’t be back .

It was an adequate hotel. The power sockets were difficult to reach and the phone was for some reason in a drawer. One of the drawers was broken and not repaired. You needed to have a $20 cash deposit to check in. But other than that, I’d consider it to be an OK place to stay. If you’re like me and only staying in the hotel to sleep, it will meet your needs. But it wasn’t the best hotel that I’ve stayed at. You get what you pay for.

This is my second time visiting the place, and not all the rooms look like the photos on the website: the sofa is dirty and stained, the bed sheets are torn, the floor is dirty, and the service at the desk is terrible.

This has to be my worst experience staying at an old motel. This old motel shouldn't be advertised to the public on your website. The manager and the owner haven't finished remodeling and repairing these small motel rooms. They haven't installed a clothing rack for guests to hang their clothes. This is a big necessity for guests and travelers. Hanging clothes on the shower curtain rod in the bathroom does not solve this problem. They need to replace and repair the old tiles or flooring in each room. There were like two missing ceiling lights, and one ceiling light that wasn't required above the television. The plumbing in the bathroom needs work, especially the toilet that wouldn't flush. The shower needs plumbing work, especially the showerhead. There needs to be better caulking around the bathtub.

Most significantly, THERE WAS ADULT CONTENT PLAYING ON THE TV—not risqué content, but FULL BLOWN ADULT CONTENT and not on pay per view and not protected. My 9 year old was flicking through the channels and all of a sudden there was grunting and moaning and I looked up and THERE WAS A FULL BLOWN ADULT FILM ON THE TV. As I noted, I believe this is a hotel that is used for illicit activities based on all of this!

I’ve been in manny Motels and NEVER been so disappointed. If i could leave a 0 star review i would had but is the only option. This place is so dirty, water all over the floor and the rooms smell like old carpet. From far it look somehow normal but the surprise is when you face reality and get there. I didn’t know they requests deposits cause in the website doesn’t say anything so I had to got out and withdraw the money cause the ATM there is 5 buck. I told the guy that they should post that on the site like other places do but he look like hate that job as well. I try canceling but he could reimburse and the website told me is on to them So I had to finish staying there, but never again!! Word of advice to the owner give the place some maintenance cause the place is a mess.

It is definitely in the ghetto and you will hear people screaming at night time every once in a while. Do not drive a hell cat or any other kind of sports car to the hotel though as someone tried stealing ours in the morning. The cleaning ladies are very friendly and clean great

The room was decent, there were clothes still from the previous people I the drawers still. The sheets had a few holes and stains in them. The room didn't come with a fridge nor microwave very hard to work with.

At first check in we discovered, No toilet paper. no hairdryer. I had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper. So before using the restroom make sure there is toilet paper. it was so incovinient and also after checking in I had to go to the Walmart to buy a Hair dryer for using on my hair after my shower. Very hard to settle in ALSO the parking sucks and its hard to get in and out of the building as it is in a corner in a high traffic area. bring $20 cash, cash only deposit for insidental. I would only reccommend if you need a cheap room and don't mind not having ammenities.

Avoid this place at all costs!!! Do not stay here. Its an unsafe and scary envelope at night. As soon as I arrived and parked my car I could see that there were 3 cars visible in the parking lot that were inhabited by people living in their filthy cars. There was even a microwave outside for them to heat up their food. The front desk checking area is outside. Upon check in instead of placing my payment upon my credit card he demanded that I pull the cash out of the outdoor atm machine to pay with saying that it was their policy. Despite the fact there is no notice of this policy in Expedia on their website. Then when I told him I could not pull out the money from my entire stay because it was over the maximum amount I could pull out of the machine, he finally agreed to just put the entire state on my card. When I checked in the room had a massive stench of epic proportions and there were ants in the bathroom. When I asked to check out and get a refund I was treated beyond rudely and the man on the phone kept screaming and shouting at me asking me "what was wrong with the room??" after I already told him what was wrong with it. In the end I was given a full refund on the spot. I quickly left and was forced to book another room at the last minute they're Expedia. This was after making a 7 hour road trip from Northern California.

If u are a crackhead, this is the perfect place for u. Other than that, run. The photos are misleading or out dated. Spend the extra $40 and go up the street to Motel 6, that’s what I did. I requested a non smoking room and immediately after opening the door the room smelled like cigarettes. Front desk offered to clean the room or place a freshener which was unacceptable as my 5yr old son was expected to stay as well. Also, no mirrors in restroom. The dresser had graffiti all over it. The bed and furniture were gross. I thought I was gonna catch something just by stepping in there. The smoke alarm was missing and the wires were just dangling. I walked out of there within 30 seconds. No refund but it’s fine. If I could give them a -0 star I would.

I was asked 3 more times for $20.00 Deposit!? Without a receipt & policy for RETURN OF DEPOSIT!? Plus, people came into my room several times without my approval OR KNOWLEDGE! I feel VIOLATED!! I realized there are plenty of other hotels in the area that will TREAT REPEATED CUSTOMERS WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE! There’s NO ICE MACHINE! Soda machine doesn’t work & I realize STAFF DOESN’T REALLY CARE! Last night the POLICE WERE OUTSIDE MY ROOM & I SIMPLY DO NOT FEEL SAFE IN THIS AREA EVEN WITH CAMERAS! The STAFF IS NOT TRAINED TO UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I felt like I was bothering the woman when I was asking iff she had my confirmation of my itinerary!

The room smelled like scented insecticide, then I saw small roaches on yhe floor. I should have took pictures but didnt think about it. I was given a room in the back far corner so maybe that room was neglected or usually used for homeless people.

It makes sense for its price, some of the shows on the TV were… interesting. But they had netflix and other platforms which was awesome. The room suits the price. Thin walls, you can hear EVERYTHING. Very loud facility noises but what can you expect for this price.

I rarely give bad reviews but this was probably the worst. I would love to support small business but this place was not worth the money. RUN!!!! there are other places that are way cleaner and nicer and cheaper. Such a money-grabbing place but doesn't maintain their rooms well. The pictures are from 10 years ago, light bulbs aren't working, ventilation was dirty and sheets had cigarette burns, the shower curtains have molds!! Both expedia and this place pushed me around when I requested for a refund, I initially booked a 2 night stay but had to use just one night, they insisted on charging me 2 nights but on the app says I have the possibility to get a refund before 6pm on the 1st night of my stay. When I spoke to staff they told me I should have requested the day before which I did but they didn't honor(according to expedia customer support) at all. Idk how this place is getting 10/10 reviews, when it's clearly falsely advertised with the pictures here. I still want my refund, especially for services I haven't received or used well!! RUN!!!! book another place besides this!!!

This was worst experience I have ever had in a motel the staff was awful could care less about you and were have asleep in a room in the back - the room was terrible with no cover in the bed bleach was used in the cleaning and it over powered the room lights failed to work the furniture was destroyed the peep hole has toilet paper in it the door had holes in the bottom covered with masking tape - I asked for a new room they said no . I asked for a refund they said no it was a new low I. Customer service avoid this place at all cost

The parking was accessible. The staff person appeared to embrace a world view that customers are a bother. To wit: barking the demand "no visitors!" The key deposit was not disclosed prior to arrival. There was an inadequate supply of towels. I was awakened in the night, having been bitten by some bug. A huge disappointment and embarrassment to the hospitality industry.

I booked a room for 4 nights, but the room I was given did not have a fridge as advertised. On my last day, was forced to get my room serviced when I declined them because I was in the middle of a nap. The owner came to knock on my door 3 minutes later and demanded that the attendants serviced my room. I obliged but was extremely upset, considering there is no mandatory room service mentioned anywhere. The room service ladies and the check-in ladies were nice and kind, though. But I will not be staying here anymore thanks to the extremely rude owner.

Room had garbage in it

Sheets had mold and there was a pubic hair.last time i complained about a jacuzzi room cause the water was backing up i got 10$ out of 120$ i spent so why coplain its not going to solve anything.

I had issues with my card during check-in and couldn't withdraw the $20 cash security deposit. The staff were kind enough to let me in my room as I sorted the issue out with my bank.

Not a bad location. I had to ask for towels. Two roaches. No active smoke detector...believe the one in the room was hanging. Otherwise, it met my needs for that trip to LA.

Walls had lots of molle all around bed bugs on bed very dirty place will never recommend this place
