Can’t choose non-smoking room as an option and so I wish they will give a non-smoking room since I booked by saying I have a 3 year old with us. Had a very bad smoking with chemical smell inside the room which lingers to our clothes even till we got home. Didn’t provide enough towels for all 3 of us and have to ask them for next day again. No room service too.

The room itself was surprisingly clean, but the bedding appeared to be washed in-house and had visible stains, which was concerning. The pool area was in very poor condition—the jacuzzi in particular looked neglected and uninviting. Additionally, the elevator needs serious repairs, especially for older guests who may have difficulty reaching rooms on higher floors like the third floor.” “I should have read the reviews beforehand—that’s on me. Overall, despite the issues, it was quiet at night and I was able to sleep well.”

Price and location I booked a room with balcony and was given a room on the first floor with one chair in the "balcony". I also booked for three guests and was given towels for two. Another issue was that there were no hangers or drawers for our clothes so we had to keep them in our luggage.

First impression was a bit confusing since the lobby is in a different area, but as soon as I met the receptionist it made it better. He was friendly and very professional, always talking to me with a smile, which I appreciated a lot. I would totally stay here if when I come back to the area.

One staff member was not really friendly and made me feel like I was a burden. The bedsheets and bathroom floor had pubes on them. The mini fridge had old food in it from previous people. We couldnt connect the wifi to any device or TV. The elevator was out of order and we had to carry everything up stairs. Also the shower floor was pretty scuffed up.

The hallway full of trash… They first gave us a room with no sheets. Then another room with dirty towels and sheets. It was a horrible experience.

It was dirty, and smelled bad and very noisy. But the staff did refund all my money.

1. Brand new shower 2. Brand New toilet 3. Brand New mattess and bed sheets 4. Brand New flooring 5. freshly painted 6. New towels Oh, Did I mention they are renovating? So if you can put up with scuffed public hallways, walls, and outside concrete until they power wash, and paint the outside, this place is therefore really a hidden gem (inside the rooms). Highly recommend

As hotel guests, we parked there believing it was hotel parking. Unfortunately, our car tires were damaged as a result, and we were forced to replace two tires at our own expense, which caused significant inconvenience and unexpected cost during our trip. This situation could have been easily avoided if the hotel had provided clear communication or proper signage. Guests should not be put at risk due to unclear parking arrangements. I hope management addresses this issue to prevent other guests from experiencing the same problem.

They gave me a room that had stains on the sheets that appeared to be blood, the previous guest left a lot of trash and tissue in the toilet and all over the shower and bathroom floor. It was disgusting and even though my room was changed, I wish I had requested a refund.

Good air conditioning in the room, overall cleanliness is great, the building looks questionable on the outside but the rooms have all been remodeled or are currently being remodeled. The staff is nice for the most part. Parking lot is huge and it’s free to park there. Overall good bang for your buck. That’s why I stay here.

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen stains on blankets ants in bathroom and dirty outside as well!!!!

Walls were thin. I could hear loud banging door sounds from next door and middle of the night adult bed sounds from the room next door. Not a place for those that want peace and quiet.

The staff was very nice but the room had problems. For one, the TV did not work, the microwave didnt want to work, the comforters had stains, the shower was dirty & had a wad of hair in it, the towels were dingy looking & one of them had hair on it. I will never stay there again

They gave me a hard time about the deposit but it wasn’t in their initial description and they only provided one towel when I had reserved the rooom for two and they didn’t have change to break a $20 so that I can purchase something to drink and the tv didn’t work at all

Smelt pot/weed in our room all night long my son was coughing so badly he has asthma had to use his inhaler. Was hole in wall patched by duct tape so pot was coming in through it. Men were working next door all day on other units while we tried to relax by pool. No shade or umbrellas.Hot tub was broken. Never in 3 days gave us fresh towels when we asked only 1 towel available. Never cleaned or made our beds whole time we were there or cleaned our rooms when we left. Had to ask for more toliet paper.

Friendly staff and super easy check in/out. Renovated rooms are beautiful, only complaint is to check fridges and microwaves. They werent clean.

The room was just remodeled, things were new. However, they did not clean the room after the previous customers check out. They desk, the cabinet, and other surfaces of the room were EXTREMELY oily and greasy.

The rooms are beautiful, they are being remodeled. But the property areas such as the elevator is very dirty and old. The manager is really simpatic, but the desk person was not that much... We can see they are working on improving , so I beleive it will be soon a good plave to stay, but I would say it is average.

Shower no curtain, water from shower splash everywhere, toilet paper hanger broken, elevator so dirty and old, rooms TV just use a regular antenna no channel is clear to watch. This hotel is really messed up.need a lot of work and remodel.

massive remodeling underway, so outside in horrible though inside room is great. stairs, outside hallways, and public areas including parking is way below average. the public hallways are just plain horrible. Great surprise is inside the room is wonderful - new floor, new bathroom, new bed and bedding. Bad inside is no working phone and most wall power sockets do not work. People are friendly.

there was multiple hair pieces in the sheets . Went to another room smelt like fresh paint and fan did not work to make it safe ! And they would not give us a refund !! Stay CLEAR from here

Other guests were watching tv so loudly passed midnight, couldn’t sleep for that besides other guests were smoking in the stairs, it was pretty smelly, all the furnitures were very old and bathroom wasn’t clean enough either!

Check in took longer than expected. The man at the front desk was an older gentleman which may have been why but I'm a patient person. He was very respectful, friendly and helpful. Only local channels were available, which would have been fine if it was smart TV and we could have connected to our Netflix or Hulu accounts. I think it would be a great hotel if the TVs were upgraded and there was a mini fridge in the room.

This place is in bad shape. The beds were actually comfortable and it’s quiet with friendly staff. The pros end there. It’s in rough shape. They gave two towels that could only fit a child and one hand rag. Pics online show lamps that are missing amongst other things. Seems like the photos were taken 10 years ago and nothing was updated or done since then. The smoke alarm was removed from the wall. The toilet leaked and made a horrible noise when flushed. The first room they gave me was still dirty with sheets and towels on the floor. This room they wanted to move me from but had no others to move to. The area is nice so not sure why this building is in such bad shape

The hotel is doing major renovations on the rooms. My room had recently been done and was pretty nice. The shower was a nice and large walk-in. The finish work was comparable to what I have seen in major hotel chain rooms. Had a refrigerator, nice TV, and a working desk chair for working on my computer. The window was double paned. There were a couple things. The construction folks got the hot and cold water lines mixed up. I told the front desk. They welcomed the comment and would speak to them. The door has some large gaps that let air and noise in. Not horrible. The TV only had over the air channels. The hotel had a very large, nice, pool area. All in all I was pleasantly surprised for the price paid and would go back if the need arose.

We reserved over a month ago and requested a roll-a-way bed as the description of the property said they were available. On arrival we asked for the roll-a-way and were told we should buy one at a nearby Walmart and return it. The room smelled of marijuana. There was one towel in the bathroom. It was dirty. The additional towels we requested were also dirty. The pillows were really hard and of horrible quality. The room and bathroom smelled really weird. The toilet screamed and leaked on the floor when we flushed it. If you turn the sink on all the way it would spray really hard and spash everywhere. The beds were too soft. Overall, this property is to be avoided. There must be better options.

It was different this time under different management. I got bit isk from what. And the room smelled sooo bad witg whatever cleaner they use.

The rooms werr clean amd beds were nice shower was nice. The cons were i didnt get the room i booked. Which was a king size and microwave and mini fridge. Upon arrival i got a two doubke beds and two holes were the mini fridge and microwave could go. The next day they had to cut all the power to the building for the whole day and only recived notice that morning after the fact. Heavy construction on the enterance way which made it so anyone could come onto the property. Beds were nice thou

The hotel service was horrible. We called the front desk three times for extra towels and they would say to wait for 10 minutes for the maid to leave the towels to us and those towels never came. Also there power also turned off while we were getting ready and called and said to wait for 2 hours while we needed to go.

Customer service was excellent. Property was an ok stay. Check in was easy and quick.

The bed, blanket and pillow are dirty, the the floor met is super dirty, I can’t take out my shoes all time.

Comfortable

Hotel was worn down and felt very unsafe. Barely any light in the parking lot, and people soliciting prostitutes on every floor. I came with a group of 4 people, and was given keys to the room. Once we got to the room at the back of the hotel, with no sidewalk to get to the room, just an alley, we were greeted with a single bed, instead of the two beds we asked for. When I asked, they had told me that the owner gave my room to another guest because they assumed we weren't going to show up. They never mentioned anything about calling if you're gonna show up late, and they never called me to confirm if it was ok. Even after all the things we saw, we would've stayed if there were two beds. They offered me a refund, which never came. I had to file a charge back with my bank to get my money back. We ended up going to a motel 6 a few miles away instead.

The room is dirty, doesn’t seem like they have room service daily. It’s filthy and stinky. There were no towels, shampoo, soap. I called to ask for some there was no answer. I had to go to the office and request for some. The bed covers looked used. It’s just the worse experience I’ve had so far. The pictures of the place deceive. It looks very decent in pictures but in real life it’s nothing compared to the advertisement

Although Bokai was undergoing renovations, the staff worked hard to try and accommodate us with extra care down to the smallest details and requests!! Ash was very very nice!

The hotel was average. It was somewhat dirty. pillows were very comfortable, and the air conditioning was amazing. And very quiet, peaceful area.

When you arrive it looks kinda sketch… but once you get in your room it’s not too bad. The beds sink you in for comfort and they have a lot of interesting tv channels.

Wow. Terrible service & the rooms were horrible im not sure if it’s a racial thing but the service is bad and the are falling apart they doing maintenance in the back for already years and the come at 6am -8pm and they are extremely loud so be-careful with getting a room in the back!

Staff member was helpful at the front desk but we never received any room service. We got locked out at 3am because the key card was not working during our second night there. There was no electric kettle as described. AC was turning on and off constantly but it kept to room cool. Overall it was an okay experience. I was very pleased that the inside of the room did not smell of cigarettes.

Water didn’t work it was shut off. The first room that was given to me had a leak in the bathroom. I had to go back and request another room. Front desk guy was rude and threw my ID across the desk. And the second room I got didn’t have working lights .

The first day we checked in it was all right but the next morning I was really awakening to construction and they did not say anything about construction. There was no ice machine available no clean linen. dirty bed is not clean has things on the sheet and pillowcases blood to be exact floor was nasty. Paul was super nasty. The pool the Jacuzzi was super nasty. The elevator is outdated like they shouldn’t be up and running. They need to update it. I was told I was gonna refund at first, then I was told I can get a refund only if I checked out

I requested a room with 2 queen beds and i got a room with 2 double beds and a queen spiders with babies. I asked to be switched to a cleaner room with the correct size beds and the rep said they didnt have anything and gave me my money back. Although i was not able to find any other rooms close by, we had to drive 2 hours away to go back home at 1am.

The location is good. Right off the freeway. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. The place itself is very old and dated and not like the photos you see on here. You do get what you pay for and the people that stay there were ghetto. Our room was a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke. We didn't use the pool but that was very dirty as well. Our sink was not working well. Hardly any water coming out of it. Our room was just dingy. We needed a place to sleep and we checked in at 4 am so didn't even bother to ask for a different room. Overall I would not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone else.

Dirty place and unsafe

Beds were very comfortable! A little basic inside, but the area was very quiet with lots of parking. The door was opening from the outside even with the lock on but they came and it started locking properly. No breakfast offered but we were told a ihop was down the street.

The towels and floor was dirty. The room smelled like cigarettes and I had booked a non-smoking room. I had booked 2 queen beds and got double beds.
