    The hotel was fairly clean however pool was closed, ice machine out of order and we stayed 2 nights with no fresh towels or coffee restock. The front staff was not very friendly. 3/5

    Coffee maker in room did NOT work. Bathtub faucet leaked. Bathroom fan did NOT work. Opened window to get some fresh air and found window frame dirty with little black bugs. Quickly closed it. Bathroom dark. Incredibly outdated. Never did get television to work. No phone in room. Could see where one had been. Definitely overpriced. Was named holiday inn express, but far below other holiday inns I have stayed at. Do not stay here!!!

    My 83 year old parents were treated very poorly at checkin. I understand there was no handicap accessible room as requested but the inability to get the adjoining rooms as requested meant that my sister could not easily assist my mother in use of the normal access bathroom that she was forced to use.(Thus my elderly father was forced to assist her with using the facilities. The fact that my card was already charged for 1 of the 2 rooms prior to checkin also meant that we were not able to have the correct card charged. We should not have had a card charged until the check in. This wa a the 2nd and last time i want them staying at that property!

    We stay at this location when visiting family in this area. It is convenient and the staff is excellent. Rooms are just so-so and need updating. Breakfast is above par. On this last visit we had to switch rooms due to a smell in the room assigned. Staff was quick to make the switch. We will continue to stay here. Parking is easy and free. Safe area and close to many places to eat and shop.

    Pool and spa were unavailable during our stay, but otherwise we had no complaints. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. We were able to get extra towels when needed and the front desk was helpful when we had issues with the TV in the room.

    The breakfast was okay but, when we went to have cereal with 30 min left in breakfast we were told they were "out" of milk. And, half the reason we picked this location was because of the pool. Which happened to be closed for memorial day and closed early the day before. If it is going to be closed they should have that listed or not mention the amenity as it can not be used.

    The bed and those sheets were so very comfortable! I slept like a bomb. The shower was also amazing and could have drained the boilers enjoying the showers! The down side is that I have said at several HIG locations in this trip and found that this locations coffee was horrible everyday I tried it in hope of a change. The same for the food. I watched the first day the location manager telling the breakfast server to keep the plastic covers on the cinnamon rolls to keep them moist and subsequent days they were no where to be found. I’m sorry the food was so sad I sought breakfast elsewhere! This locations desk staff needs a class on social interaction.

    The microwave turntable was broken, making the microwave unusable. One morning, I specifically asked a room cleaner to replace sheets on the bed that my daughter had an accident on, but upon returning that night, I noticed the spot and smell. The sheets were not made. I attempted to call the front desk a couple of times, but there was no answer.

    The room I stayed in was large and easy to move around in with my walker but, the pool was closed for work, the breakfast was overcooked, those wonderful cinnamon rolls that Holiday Inn is know for were not there. These rolls were hard and dried out. Front desk staff did not understand english. I asked where I could place out going mail, and my answer was ya ya ya, me no understand you. They need to do an update on rugs and furniture. There was a spot on the floor that look like someone had threw up on it and was never cleaned.

    Key cards kept having issues being reset almost every other day. None of the access using keycards for areas to get in from the sides etc didn’t work. They were not always helpful and took my second key card once because they said I only needed one which wasn’t true

    I am having a great stay here at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites! Room so comfortable with a lot of amenities! Hair dryer, lotion, shampoo & conditioner, fluffy towels, comfortable firm bed, black out drapes, ironing board microwave, fridge, etc... clean safe location, plenty of parking .. The breakfast!!! Oh man!!! Delicious huge variety, fresh hot food along with cold yogurt, hard boiled eggs cold and hot cereal, etc!!! I cat say anything negative about the place! And Hotels.com gave me great rate! I even accidentally booked extra day and Hotels.com made it simple to cancel that day, refunding my money immediately...

    Not only was the pool broken, the hotel dirty, and everything smelt bad, the staff didn’t seem to care. We checked out just a few hours after we checked in because we couldn’t imagine sleeping in the room. I’ve been trying to get a refund for the nights we did not stay, but between Expedia and the hotel, we aren’t having much success. Very frustrating experience all around and would not recommend this hotel or Expedia at this point.

    We got in real late. When we got up the sink in the bathroom there was ants everywhere. I was very disappointed. Such a prestigious hotel and to have ants. I am so afraid I would bring them with me.

    The breakfast was great for a weekday. The room was clean. Kids were very disappointed with the pool. Very dim lighting and there was no hot tub as specified online.     The staff here was very nice. That’s where the good ended. The hotel looks like it has never been updated. The 80’s furniture is rather beat up. The Dish satellite TV didn’t work. The bed smelled of BO. Most disturbing were the small bugs in the bathroom. They were crawling around the bathtub and under the sink in the bathroom. The entire place just gave me the ick. I’m really hoping the bugs weren’t bed bugs. I will certainly not be returning to this hotel.

    The website is not up to date. We booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub to relax after my daughter competed in cheer for her back pain. The hot tub was a larger one(based on the websites photos) that could accommodate more people if there were lots of people at the pool. When we got there the hot tub was completely gone and the hole had been filled in with concrete. We were very disappointed and I knew I should have went with the other option we were planning to stay at or I should have verified first.

    Another odd thing was the family room suite had a door with a large window for the main bedroom so no privacy if you shut it. A strange choice. The body wash container was either empty or broken in the shower. The bed and pillows were very comfortable though, and the breakfast was nice and had decent hours of being served.

    Eye, The Holiday Inn had a room available so we quickly went to bed.. After napping a few hours we woke up to find multiple bed bugs on our bodies, in the sheets. As we looked around the room they were on the walls. The room was infested. There were even a couple killed still on the walls. WE immediately reported this to the front desk and Manager. We brought a bug I killed to the front desk with fresh blood. and a live one we place on their desk. The manager said this is common in hotels and offered to discount our stay. We said with the number in the room this is an infestation and we don't feel comfortable staying here. The manager said he would take care of the refund for our stay. Two weeks later no refund. and my wife has a severe rash and bumps all over her hands and neck, requiring medication to suffer through the itching/pain. I should not have trusted this manager. Don't stay here.

    The room was a good sides. The tv had lines though the picture. the plumbing was not good and The tub would fill up water while you’re taking a shower. the pool area needs to be updated and the roof needs replacing and you couldn’t use the bathroom in the pool area everything was wet and was know ventilation in there.

    Room had food splatter on walls , sheets stained and drawers would not stay shut. Kid at desk when I checked in barely looked up and barely said a word. Weird even for the iPhone generation. Breakfast was good and eating area clean and comfortable. The woman there was nice and spoke.

    The family suite was spacious and nice for a larger family. The rooms are old and outdated but it was clean. We had to move from the first room because the main light would not stop flickering. In the second room, there were only two sets of towels So we had to request more. Overall the state was fine but I rated down one star because of these inconveniences.

    Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The toilet didn't flush upon arrival. Desk was helpful and it was fixed quickly. Breakfast was good. The parking is ample. The negative was that the previous snow had not been cleared and it was packed ice. All other parking lots near were clear. It snowed overnight so there was six inches on top of the ice which was dangerous for even walking to the car. If I hadn't prepaid, I would not have stayed there with the packed ice in the parking lot while all other near parking lots were clear of ice.

    Dirty hotel!!! We ound a bed bug in our bed in room 128. They moved us to 328 and told us to be quiet they had to move the people before us out of that room cuz the people below where complaining about them being to loud. I've tried several times to talk to the manager or owner of the hotel and nobody will return my call. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

    The hotel was preparing for renovation which meant we were missing a TV in our room. We were given a single towel for a room sleeping 6, and the linens on the sofa sleeper were definitely left over from the previous guests. The staff was good and helped us with all of our requests, but the room smell and lack of TV was just something we had to deal with

    Got to the room, and after we unpacked everything, tried to turn the TV on - didn’t work. So we tried calling the front desk. Impossible task, since the phone didn’t work. There were only 2 towels left for 4 people. Found out at night that the entrance light didn’t work. Had to ask for housekeeping service. They said they don’t do service unless asked. Extremely old and worn out furniture. What is the point of staying at a “holiday inn” if the name associated with luxury and service is like this? There’s no way this hotel passes the inspections from the Holiday Inn on regular basis.

    Front desk staff was very friendly. The room was not in good condition. Drawers were broken, ceiling tiles were damaged. The bathroom had no exhaust fan and there was condensation on all walls and ceiling. The bathroom door was damaged and the toilet stopped working during the night. The hallways and by the elevator were littered with debris. Overall was not a very well taken care of and I would not recommend this hotel.

    Pictures were VERY deceiving, our room had a ton of damage, carpet was gross and stained everywhere, there was no hot tub like advertised ( we drove over 800 miles and specifically booked for the hot tub ) we found nails and screws laying on the stairs that anyone could’ve stepped on, key cards wouldn’t work half the time, the also charged a $50 hold and was told it would go back on my card the next day to find out it’s 7-10 business days, the milk was bad and expired that they served in the complementary breakfast. Pool area the ceiling had a lot of damage and the torn down wood was laying on the floor in the pool room. The front desk staff were very rude as well . Would not recommend this hotel to anyone as there pictures online are not the condition the hotel is currently in.

    Door was hard to open or close, didn't latch properly, gym was missing weights, laundry systems were set up in a way that made it difficult to transfer clothes from washer to dryer. Toaster didn't toast evenly and had to toasted twice to get a golden toast.The pool bottom felt like sand-like debris.

    Hot tub advertised but there was none. Pool to small to swim in. Carpet very dirty. Toilet not anchored properly. No housekeeping service for second and fourth day. Dirty towels were not replaced - I had to ask the clerk for clean towels every day. Printer in business center didn't work. Staff not eager to accommodate. Breakfast selection very small. Would not recommend anyone stay here.

    We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years as we have family in the area. For the last couple of stays, the overall condition of the hotel has really deteriorated. During this visit, upon arrival the room contained only 2 towels and 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. We had to request more to equal the number of guests in our room. One day, we didn’t have our room cleaned-our choice-and asked the front desk for more towels. The person on duty said there were no more just to bring our dirty ones to the front desk to be washed. What!?! My husband went to ride an exercise machine and it was broken. It has been broken for the last two years we’ve visited. Our room was a one bedroom suite. The outer lounge area did not have a tv. The only tv was located in the bedroom. We always book this type of room so know to expect a tv in the lounge area. It unfortunately appears this hotel poorly managed and/or is facing difficult times and lacks money to purchase towels, fix broken equipment, and replace room amenities. This will be our last visit to this site.

    We were a family of three staying for one night. The room said "sleeps 4." When we checked in, we were told there was one bed. When I questioned it, the check-in person informed me that it says that because four people can sleep in a king size bed. My twenty-year-old son won't be sleeping in bed with his parents. The check-in person was rather unpleasant and snippy, telling me, "I guess you will have a free upgrade that you don't have to pay for, but just this one time!" It was not a very nice check-in experience.

    The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, but we were told the pool was heated and it wasn’t also the hot tub was blocked off. Others said the hot tub is always blocked off and not working. We went there because it advertised the heated pool And wonderful hot tub. So I was disappointed that we couldn’t use those.

    Booked based on amazing pictures of property, but in reality not that amazing. Hot tub was tarped off with a fence around and not functioning. Pool was too cold. Workout room missing a bunch of weights, and drinking fountain didn't work. Son let front desk know and asked if they had any other water available. She offered to charge the room $3 for a bottle. When we came down for breakfast, we saw another drinking fountain near the common area. Breakfast was ok, but not as great as advertized. Ice machine on our floor didn't work, hot water took forever to get and almost lasted for one shower. No working exhaust fan in bathroom. Bed hard. Won't stay here again.

    Hot tub was not available. Elevator broke several times in 2 1/2 days. Had to be moved to another room because the plumbing was broke. The new room had lights out and another plumbing issue that was somewhat tolerable. We were woke up around 11:30 pm on Saturday night by loud and obnoxious guests, and when we called the desk they did nothing. Pool was filthy. Would not recommend to anyone.

    I looked for a hotel with a pool and a hot tub for my kids and we found out when we were there that it was out of service, the property needs maintenance. Our shower didn’t have hot water, the curtains and carpet were dirty and ripped, a panel that covers the vent fell off the wall. When my kids wake up asking for pancakes in the morning, of course the machine was out of service. The front desk helped giving us access to another room for showers but that was very inconvenient. My stay on this hotel was terrible.

    The staff was very nice I had to check out a little bit later because I overslept and I lost my contact and it was very very nice of the lady to let me stay who of a little longer than my time to get situated and to finally I found my contact and didn't charge me that was very nice because I'm kind of sucked myself in a homeless life lost my mom and my car and I had to be out of the home fast cuz he had to sell it there was a letter issues with the home and you know I have a titanium rod implant in my hip I fracturing my femur 2 years ago so my duty and hopefully be getting disability soon because it is very rough for me to stand on one foot for a while I could tingling and the surgery the titanium rod made me walk again or I would have been a wheelchair the rest of my life thank you very much to Harley and Steph for let me stay and understand

    And if that wasn't bad enough, my family and I had to endure thumping rap music from below our room until 1:30am keeping my young children up half the night. I even responded to "Itzel's" welcome text asking if "everything was alright with the room" assuming Itzel was hotel staff that could do something which was clearly not the case. The room was fair at best, the table in our room had two broken legs and one of the two TVs actually worked.

    We arrived later in the evening, and there was a party going on down the hall in a conference room (? - maybe a banquet hall?) I was a little nervous that the sound would penetrate into our room, but it was nice and quiet. Breakfast the next morning was as noted on the website. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.     Hospitality of the front desk was very accommodating to items we needed during our stay 10/10. But as for the room I’d give it a 2/10. We had a suite and the beds weren’t that comfy in my opinion. Old and outdated colors and furniture too. Stains on the carpet and walls. The bathroom wasn’t bad at all 7/10. Except there was a no vent for when you shower. To let the hot air out. I was also hoping to use the hot tub amenity but it was broken. The pool isn’t heated and it was very cold. I’d say for the price you get what you pay for. I loved the free breakfast in the morning 8/10! Yummy :)

    Good service, nice satisfying breakfast. Quiet neighborhood. The washrooms dont have any exhaust fans. There should be a kitchen sink in the suite. Didnt like the bath tubs.
