Clean and convenient
- 3/5
We were 3 in a room and they had limitations on toilet paper and towels
- 5/5
This was a great spot to spend the night. Beds are very comfy, I didn’t want to get up from the bed. Bed sheets were clean and smelled clean. Rest of the room and restroom was clean. There seemed to be some confusion with Expedia and the hotel because only one room was showing up out of 2, but Expedia customer service was quick to reach out to hotel staff and worked it out. Staff was really nice and and was helpful throughout everything. There was a 30 dollar deposit fee. I would say I can trust them to stay again.
- 5/5
The staff was awesome wish I was a little closer to the beach

Clean
- 5/5
It was nice
- 5/5
Stay was great, location was very convenient for shopping & dining.
- 4/5
The property was not too far from the beach. Only 30 minute walking distance. Only 10 minute in a taxi with traffic. The only thing that was bothersome was that our TV was not operable. We didn't spend too much time in the room but the little time we were in uncomfortable silence. The wifi connection was very weak also.
- 5/5
Clean property and good service.
- 2/5
It was too noisy around the Room the customer service could have been better, And the inside of the Room had no extras
- 4/5
Room was clean. Front desk was very nice. Cable tv had to be reset a couple of times, and no hot water to shower in.
- 4/5
The tv service only has one single channel available. You can hear the people partying on the street. It’s like 7 min driving away from papas and beer.
- 4/5
I loved the hotel. They made everything easy and convenient
- 5/5
Very clean
- 1/5
No hot water for shower. Very noisy! Hard bed!
- 4/5
This place is nothing too special, but it was a clean hotel, room, and bed. I felt comfortable staying there.
- 4/5
I like there wasn’t any traffic, but google maps and directions need to put the correct location for the hotel booked it thinking it was 10minutes walking distance then called the hotel and they said the internet has the wrong address. Hopefully that can be fixed. Otherwise staff and cleanliness was great.
- 4/5
It was a nice room close to papas and beer and very clean
- 2/5
I loved the hotel customer service ! The employees were excellent and catered to anything we needed! What I didn’t like was for the price we paid I felt as if the rooms should have been better quality. The beds were very uncomfortable, there was no AC and the carpet was dirty and worn out . There also should always be a small table with chairs as well as a mini refrigerator. Our toilet also kept plugging up to where we couldn’t use any toilet paper we had to just throw the toilet paper in a trash bag
- 4/5
It was a nice clean hotel with a pretty close location to papas and beer would definitely stay there’s again and would definitely recommend it to other people
- 3/5
When I got there they tried saying that I needed to pay more for the hotel luckily I printed a copy of the payment if not I would had have too pay more money
- 3/5
Cheaper to rent there and water was off for a little while, but great staff
- 2/5
We wanted to spend the weekend in Rosarito so we found this place which looked nice and was reasonable. I booked a King single bed, but when we arrived they gave us two queens. We assumed they were out of the room we requested. Instead, when we checked out they charged us for their mistake as an "upgrade"..so we paid for THEIR mistake!!! Our room was noisy..next to pool and the restaurant with no view at all....so the idea of paying MORE for what we did not want really irked us.
- 5/5
Decent location and close to good tacos :)
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. when I checked out at 5:30am on a Sunday they helped with a friendly smile.
- 3/5
It was okay. Not what I expected. Nothing super nice but not too bad.
- 4/5
ok hotel to spend a night. needs a little more work and parking.
- 5/5
Hotel room was extremely clean and comfortable. The AC was necessary and kept us cool at night! Reasonable price for a night in a good room in Rosarito.
- 1/5
The receptionist was very rude. I had no hot water(both nights) and had to take a cold shower. They told me that the water heater was off, I don’t understand why it needed to be off if people are in the room? They were hesitant about giving me extra towels when I needed them for the pool? The hotel only has like 10-15 parking spaces and it has way more rooms than that. How does a hotel not having enough parking spaces? I had to park by the street because there was no other space. When I tried leaving in the morning a car was parked behind me and I couldn’t get out, very inconvenient. The WiFi also did not work.
- 3/5
Hotel does not have an elevator. So very inconvenient for people with disabilities. Other than that hotel is ok. Room was clean.
- 1/5
Check in was decent. Check out they charged me for makeup stain on a hand towel. In all my years of travel i’ve never heard of that. So we need to bring our own towels or don’t wear makeup? Also we could flush toilet paper in the toilet. So what if we were on our period or had to go poop in the bathroom? They would prob charged extra for that too. The pool was filthy. No jacuzzi. Overall it’s ghetto, ratchet. Not worth the money we paid at all.
- 4/5
Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and polite. Good parking and close to many resturants and clubs.
- 1/5
I had $250 hidden in my luggage and when someone came in to do the cleaning my luggage was open and my $250 dollars was stolen
- 4/5
It's a nice place with a good price, I wish it was closer to the beach, but the staff was super nice and their free breakfast in the morning was great.
- 3/5
Staff wa very helpful and available
- 5/5
Thank you so much for all your help Victor blessing to you always.
- 2/5
This hotel would be fine priced at $50-60. it is a poor value.
- 2/5
The parking sucks they only have a few slots then they just start fitting cars anywhere they can along the sides. 3 floors no elevator no hand rails on the stairs. It's just a basic hotel nothing special about it, I believe it is a little overpriced. I don't think I'll be staying here again
- 1/5
the hotel needs to be remodeled, the TV's don't work, the room stinks, it really need an upgrade.
- 4/5
For a one night stay the hotel is fine, the AC worked well, the shower had hot water although not enough pressure, safe parking and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Good place to stay. Went for fathers day weekend, dad enjoyed it! Parking, pool, and restaurant in hotel.
- 3/5
The motel was OK, had 3 people staying with me and only had two towels, we asked for more and were told thats all they give. I payed around $340 and only get 2 towels, WOW! Take your towels people!
- 3/5
The hotel was not as close to the beach as I would have liked for the price. The wifi and television did not work and we could not figure out how to call the front desk.
- 4/5
It was a decent comfortable stay. Not the cleanest but ok.
- 3/5
The staff is good, the room was clean and it's a safe place to stay...We stayed for three days and taxied to shops and the beach for about $2.00. There is no microwave, refrigerator, or ice machine. I stayed with my wife and daughter in a room with 2 double beds but they only give you two towels unless you request more. The bathrooms are really small and everything is covered with steam by the time you get out. I could only find two stations in English, and they didn't have any movie channels such as HBO, Showtime, or Cinamax. I felt safe for me and my family and we were out most of the time so the hotel worked for us. We were satisfied with our stay but it was a little pricey for a room with basically two beds and a bathroom. The restaraunt wasn't open while we were here but there are lots of places close by to eat. The swimming pool was cold but our 8 year old daughter enjoyed getting her feet wet playing in the two foot section of the pool and we were comfortable watching her have fun. We were happy with our stay overall and the room worked for us.
- 5/5
We would stay again ..
- 3/5
In the room the smell bad it was awful. I called the reception then changed the room. They must to have a nice clean room
- 3/5
Security was good. Parking could be better. Hotel is ok but away from all the cantinas and shopping. Just a 5 min drive away but a little hike if you decide to walk.
- 4/5
Stay was ok. Rooms are basic hotel room, free WiFi is a bit slow at times but ok, pool and parking are too small for amount of rooms.
- 4/5
The bathroom was very small. My room was right outside the pool area...It was real noisy. The price I paid for this hotel was very overpriced. I will not be using your services for booking a hotel outside the US.
- 1/5
The hotel rooms are very bad shape and bad service for the price.
- 3/5
Good parking, seemed safe and quiet. I dont care much for a fancy room but it was well suited. Good enough to rest and close my eyes.
- 4/5
Nice hotel overall. Not super fancy but the staff are nice and the rooms are a cheap.
- 3/5
Not worth the money. The hotel was clean and the restaurant was good. The room is very out dated. The bed was not comfortable.
- 3/5
Very friendly and helpful. Shower was hot but low water pressure I guess it saves water. Go green :)
- 3/5
We had a front room by road so little noisy. Close for walking and viewing the town. Was comfortable with a very good restaurant right there for any meal and relaxing drinks. Pool and hot tub not open when we were there but looked in great shape-not in season (February).
- 4/5
Overall nice quiet place
- 1/5
The receptionist didn't speak english at all, when I checked in and told her I paid online she didn't understand, and I had to have my friend translate.
- 4/5
I've enjoyed the hotel and local welcoming so much, I doubled my stay here.
- 3/5
Overall our stay was good However I was under the impression that this Hotel was closer to club spots and beach access. Needed to take a taxi about 10 min away .Hotel was dated but it was clean. What I did like was that the air conditioner was new and there were balcony sreens . No mosquito bites this time :)
- 2/5
Get what you pay for. Checked into a dirty room and instead of just checking me into another room I had to wait 4 hours. I was there over the long weekend so I understand why the prices was up. I'm sure they wouldn't have that price for a typical day.
- 3/5
This hotel is not right by the bars but a short 5min cab ride. There is a security there all night and it is well lit and safe. Getting to and from the bars was not a problem. It had a pool, the room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and super helpful and informative. I would stay again.
- 5/5
We had a good time
- 4/5
We enjoyed our trip to Rosarito and we are ready for our next trip to Baja California soon.
- 4/5
The room was very clean and up to date. Felt safe there!
- 3/5
People were loud and very unconsidered at nine.
- 3/5
Our stay in Rosarito was Ok. I booked the hotel at the last minute and it was above the average nightly price. It met my expectations based on the reviews I read. Though the A/C did not work, which made the stay uncomfortable. The good thing is that the Hotel was able to provide a fast lane pass to get across the border, which was very helpful.
- 1/5
Hotel parking was very bad.. car was locked in by other vehicles, staff was rude and required a 150USD deposit to check in. Room was dirty and had to use Lysol spray on the sheets due to the way they looked and smelled. There were shady people drinking in the parking lot all night with no security present. Price is unrealistic for the lack of quality of this place. Stay away!
- 4/5
Very well centered in town . Everything was fine.
- 3/5
It was ok , still a ways from the ocean and where all the nice restaurants and shops are. Staff was friendly , the bathroom sink was a disaster .
- 4/5
Were coming back to the same hotel this year because we like the closeness to the beach and all those taco bars, good food see you there
- 3/5
The hotel room was clean but the pool had pigeons swimming in it. Not a luxury hotel but adequate for sleeping the night
- 5/5
I will definitely stay here again, I was very pleased with the service and cleanliness. Our rooms was nice, comfortable and had a working air conditioning system. This hotel is definitely worth the price!
- 1/5
Masty nasyy nasty!!!! Terrible experience I've never stayed at a hotel that nasty!!!!
- 1/5
There is no elevator to get you above the first floor. The restaurant was not open for 1 minute during our stay which was Saturday to Monday. So getting any type of food or drink would require an offsite trip. The room smelled like chain smokers had just finished. The TV would turn off if you tried to adjust its position. The shower was barely flowing. It felt like someone was just spitting on you. The sink had no hot water valve to use. If I hadn’t got charged double for this room…. I would have rather slept in a cardboard box. Hotels.com should remove this Hotel from their menu.
