La lámpara del buró no sirve, tampoco la TV que por cierto es de 32 pulgadas, el piso de la regadera se inunda si te bañas, no hay teléfono ni ninguna manera de hablar a recepción, es muy viejo y Está muy básico y no vale lo que cuesta. Merece 1 o 2 estrellas máximo.

The electricity went out so we didn’t have hot water, no television, no internet and light was very dim because it was using a very small generator. Plus one of the workers went in the room and stole my 3.4 oz Dior sauvage cologne brand new that’s almost $300 dollar. It was inside my luggage and when I came back it was gone. Very unhappy and disappointed because you think you can trust the hotel workers but they have the nerve to steal your things. Very unhappy with this hotel

The parking was great and safe there is an oxxo close by and a little store.

they have a gated parking and rooms are spacious and, comfortable and very clean, It will definitely be my place to stay when I go back.

Lied about the amenities! Don’t recommend at all, she’s moldy too.

That had a pool, safe to park your vehicle, restaurants near by, theres always staff walking around the hotel if you need something they could help you out.

Upon arrival, front desk coordinator was friendly, checked us in. Unfortunately, when we received our keys for the room, the first thing we felt was a humid room with a pungy smell. There is no a/c units. Before I even set my things down I revised the bed for cleanliness and there was blood stains all over the sheets. Indicating bed bugs. I then brought it up to the coordinators attention and asked kindly what would I like to do. I let him know that I prefer to leave and stay at another hotel. He did fully refund me my money and me and my family left

Beds had large stains on sheets and covers. Bathroom does not drain water properly room has ugly humid smell. Carpet is very dirty. We did not receive clean linen or towels in one week. Customer service is non existing . This is the worst place i have ever stayed in. You pay upfront and there is no refunds, so you are literarly stuck in a hole. XPEDIA should not recommend rhis place. My stay was horrible..

About 7 blocks to the beach (walkable). Also walking distance (2 blocks) to Ortega’s Buffet Restaurant & Oxxo convenience store, there’s a parking lot, across the street from the hotel. The beds were not very comfortable, but for the price, they were ok. The worse was that some guests had loud music by the small swimming pool, on a Tuesday, so I asked when they were supposed to stop, & I was told by a maid that usually, guests are allowed to have loud music until 11 pm. Call hotel directly to find out about the noise ordinance at +52-661-612-2490.

Walking distance to the beach, bars, and restaurants but the beds were rock hard, shower water was brown, and the room locks are just a push button. They also market short term four hour room stays which is a bit of a red flag. Staff were friendly and service was great. All in all, I'd likely stay elsewhere or try to get something a little nicer for a little more money next time.

Smells bad the room didn’t enjoy the staying we left the room we check same night we couldn’t stay at the hotel sorry not again in the place only three hours left place i feel disappointed

Not so good , the room that I got the beds were not comfortable at all . The bathroom had chipped tile .

Lighting in the room was not the best. TV only one channel. Would be nice to have a fridge in the room. Bring your own hair dryer. Staff was great very attentive.

No air conditioning , the room was too hot to be able to sleep, employees don’t have costumer service skills, also employees were having conversations kin the terrace and hallways, making it almos imposible to rest, parking lot wasn’t in the property, making it inconvenient that I had to notify front desk employee to give me access in/out to be able to get to my car,also room was musty !!

This is a MOTEL by the hour. Signs everywhere stating sexual experience available. People walked in renting rooms by the hour while we were there. Was given a different room than what I paid for then when I complained was given another room. NOTHING like the pictures. Shower doors dirty, drain in bathroom popped off, caulking terrible, bed mattress thin and hard. No extra blankets. Pillows flimsy. Workers talking outside at 4am in the morning loudly in front of the doors. Worst experience ever.

And it was freezing at night. Bottom line I don’t think I would stay there again, and also the clerk couldn’t find the reservation because his iPad didn’t work and I had to wait like 30 minutes in the cold. I’m sure you’ll improve that room 28 maybe is just that room.

It looked very nice and clean on the pictures but it wasnt and the worst part was there was drunk men singing screaming knocking on ppls doors in the middle of the night nd no one told them to stop i felt unsafe with my kids so we desided to leave at 12am . Dont go there not nice at all

Hola buenas tardes esta todo bien con el hotel nomas que el WiFi estava muy lento y Pues las personas en la madrugada hacian ruido y fumaban mucha marihuana y entraba el olor asta el cuarto .. y la tele no servia. Y Pues el hotel se miraba bien y el precio muy bien .. nomas mejorar el internet y el olor q las personas fuman .. muchas gracias 🙏😊

It would have been good to know that there is NO HEAT in the rooms. Give me a freaking break. Also, the garbage can outside our room as never emptied during our four days there and there was a cockroach there by the third day. Lazy asshats.

It’s the Worst … Had no AC running At all But a fan It was super hot In the Room, They won’t Be getting my business again .

The property doesnt look anything like the pictures they show.

Management allow other guests to be loud all night long and don’t allow other guest to rest and sleep. Very small rooms and their fans move so bad that they look like they are going to fall and they are very noisy. So hot in the rooms that you literally have to leave the window open which is not safe.

I did not have time to use most property amenities. I did find the room to be cramped and the small step up into the bathroom could be a trip problem at night. My only window opened directly onto the stairs so it could not be left open at night.

Place was clean. We got an early check in at no cost, and they had hated parking lot, you had to ask to get it open to leave, which i didn't mind.

WiFi doesn’t work. The water pressure in the shower is like dripping water. The front desk couldn’t control the neighbors behavior of yelling and drinking even passed 10pm. I couldn’t sleep in due to the workers talking loud across the building.

Place looked kind of dumpy but it to be expected for the price

Very beautiful hotel to stay rooms need to upgrade not a kid friendly environment more for young adults that are partying there life’s away.

A lot of noise from others staying at the hotel at night , the pool is small the shower I got didn’t work well, didn’t have a fridge o microwave on the amenities said laundry we ask and were told the didn’t have one the wifi was bad the TV remote didn’t work no air conditioning only a fan

We reserved a queen bed and we got a double bed. We got no sleep due to the bed and pillows being so hard. No a/c and it was very hot and humid.

One night stay. Staff was friendly and the room was very clean; although there were areas of the hotel that smelled of fresh paint, but it wasn’t bad. There seemed to be a lot of guests, but it was very quiet and we really appreciated the secured parking lot.

At first front desk was rude because I choose to pay cash saying they could rent the room to whom ever walks in with cash on hand . Noise . Carpet dirty .

We arrived at the hotel, we could not even register because there were a power outage, so we did not stay, ended up sleeping in our car. so I requesting a refund.

The hotel advertised having a hot tub, it has been filled in. The beds are like sleeping on concrete. There is no heating or ac in the rooms and there are roaches

This is our second time staying at this property, we both like the rooms which are clean and comfortable, the parking is gated, we also really like the pool and fire pit.

They charged me twice at the hotel and expedited page.

Decent hotel, the beds are super hard, though. Hard to sleep on them.

Room was clean. Parking garage is always closed and under surveillance.

Everything was fine except the water faucet in the bathroom. It was having trouble releasing water when I was trying to wash my hands.

The room was kind of funky. It felt old, not modernized. The room appeared clean, the bed was old and hard. It seemed like a bad part of town. Noisy and sounded like bombs going off late at night.

everything was wonderful, the people who attend the place were always very kind until the day of our departure thank you all very much until our return

No refrigerator or microwave in the room was inconvenient. I would stay here again but be more prepared for food storage.

It’s summer, the room had no AC, the ceiling fan was just blowing the hot air around. The tv did not work, was not able to make it work. Even after asking for assistance. They just came us another remote but still didn’t work. One of the beds had literally sand in between the sheets and felt so grainy to touch. We slept on the other bed above the comforter. The stay was so disappointing. The closet door was broken and I had a toddler with me, extremely unsafe.
