We had a horrible experience at this hotel. The television was not working, the toilet was clogged and we saw a cockroach on the drawer. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room. Would not recommend this hotel.

I loved the free breakfast and service is super nice and efficient. They know English too. The bed in our room was super comfy, I didn’t mind the noise from the neighboring bars. I fell instantly asleep.

Included breakfast, which was good. It has a very convenient location, walkable to restaurants and shopping as well as the night life/bars which made it a tad bit noisy at night but only would be an issue if you’re a light sleeper. That staff was extremely friendly. Would definitely return in the future.

This place is outdated. Needs a major upgrade. No hot water, room smelled. For what I paid it sure is not worth it

The waiters and waitresses in the restaurant during the complimentary breakfast were not nice and welcoming. I stayed 4 nights and I did not go back for breakfast after the third night because they had an attitude and helped other people who came after us first. Everything was excellent except the customer service during the complimentary breakfast

Very affordable but we stayed during a night when a large group of bikers were there and we could hear everyone yelling and partying until 3am. Then they all started there bikes up around 6:30am. Bad night of sleep.

Very clean and the staff was excellent. If you are looking for a modern hotel this is not for you , but I must add it is not old or in bad condition, it was perfect for me. Cleanliness is top even the outside areas are being cleaned. Breakfast is included and it’s not just a continental. I had eggs, bacon, potatoes and a cup of fruit with granola and honey and your choice of coffee or orange juice👍 there is also other breakfast options available for an added fee which they deduct what your free breakfast would cost from that, so that was a plus. I would stay here again.

Solo una observacion, en la madrugada llego una persona en moto acelerando y con musica con volumen alto. Deberian tener mas cuidado con esos detalles. A las 10 am salio de nuevo acelerando la moto. Es algo molesto

We had three rooms, two with an air conditioner and one with a mini split. The one with the mini split was full of humidity and not that comfortable. The other rooms where fine.

Great Service

This hotel is on the main street so some noise from the louf cars can be expected but nothing out of the ordinary. Although the pool is small, it works. We were there for the beach anyway. But as we know, kids will enjoy pools anyway. Now let's talk about their included breakfast. AMAZIN!!! (We added the Oreo shake out of pocket) But the meal was fresh, our expectations were exceeded. The restaurant area is lovely, the waiters are just the best, they are kind, genuine, professional, the whole works.

We had parking at all times of the day and night, cameras around to keep cars safe. What I didn’t like was that it was noisy, rooms were so humid, and the breakfast that goes with the complimentary breakfast is the same everyday, we didn’t get something different the 4 days we stayed. I kept having to remind them my 4 yr old also needed to be included in the packet so she could eat. The pool water was murky and I only allowed my kids to play in it one day, thankfully nothing came about from that. It’s not bad but it was not what I had expected.

Quality of property was nice. There were some puddles outside of some of the rooms because of the AC units. However, staff did a good job cleaning up and putting signs. Incredibly hot weekend, so it’s bound to happen. Nice that they provide a free breakfast. The staff was okay. Seemed like they were down a few people, so we had to wait a few minutes to check-in and check-out. Not the staff’s fault. We asked for them to hold our bags, which they did. However, it didn’t seem like they wanted to. Maybe safety reasons? In any case, this was a good property and we will likely stay here again.

Touch ups to property would make it better but overall good property. Had to move rooms because ac was leaking. Parking lot is small particularly if you have a big truck with made it work. Had to buy their beers if we were drinking by the pool. I get that that is a source of extra income for hotel but it is what it is.

They would not let me check out because they said a small towel was missing from the room. They repeatedly asked me about the towel. Am I supposed to do an inventory of the towels when I check in!!

It’s quite. If you’re looking for a tranquil place this is the one. The staff go the extra mile to make you feel welcome.

Hot water never got turned on. Moldy lamp shades, rooms were humid. Clothes got humid. Breakfast was good, but service was poor.

It was a great stay. Staff was very helpful and was able to answer any questions I had. Only thing, is that I wish the pool area stayed open longer than 8pm. Other than that it was great!

This place had no running water for a day and half. Then they had the audacity to get mad when I told them I wanted to check out early. No, running water, no showers, having to go pay to use the restroom. Would not recommend this place.

The rooms are kind off small, the air conditioning unit is right next to the bed, it needs to have more space in between or put a unit on top.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. My husband and I stayed there for two nights. Check in/check out went well. Breakfast was great. This hotel is far enough away from the loud loud music that plays until 5am which we really liked. The property is very clean. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great. Noise was minimal which was so nice for staying in Rosarito. We really like this place and will be happy to stay again.

My experience was really friendly

I didn’t like when pulling into the property getting asked if I’m checked in. When stated I’m checking in front desk was rude and didn’t listen when I provided the reservation for two rooms. Overall not a good start. The parking security was great was able to have my vehicle inside not having to worry about my car getting broken into. Room 307 the beds were nicely made noticed the sink mirror was extremely dirty water stains. When accessing the bathroom shower noticed few hair strains on the shower wall. My second reservation room 306 the ac unit was leaking water had to provide a trash can to collect the water falling out. Once turning off unit it continued dripping water. I went to front desk to report issue was able to switch bedrooms to 308 which the bedroom is clean no issues. I also attended the free breakfast. The waiter didn’t mention what is free mean for my reservation I had to ask another person how to understand menu for free meals. Since menu had full prices. I placed my order. When meal where given I was given an extra meal which would have been extra charge free, but I never placed that extra meal. When paying for my meal I was getting over charged when explained I have two reservations which comes with 4 free meals following the free menu I was only being checked for one reservation instead for the both valid coupon, given upon arrival. Upon check out was fairly quick and was able to get my deposit back after room check. Overall experience wasn’t what I expect

I was given a 1st floor room which did not have a frig. Asked for a room with frig needed for Insulin. Was told I had to move up a floor did so even thou it was a bit hard to climb stairs. I was able to park in the Handicap parking space when we arrived. I have a Handicap placard. After we came back to parking there was a cone saving the spot and attendant told me there was a person in a wheelchair so I agreed not park there which was totally False and person didn't even have a placard. I didn't dispute. I had free breakfast but only used it once was not happy with service their small coffee cups were served 3/4 full took forever for 2 of the 4 breakfast to arrive finally got a coffee refill again 3/4 full cup. went elsewhere for food. The jacuzzi was dirty and Lukewarm.

Very friendly staff and a block away from the beach

Upon arrival we were greeted very politely and welcoming. The hotel is really nice and quiet. The only bad thing is that the toilet and the sink were dirty with hair all over it. We cleaned it with Clorox and kept it going. We also had an unexpected visit with a little creature shortly before leaving 😝. The breakfast is delicious and great service is provided. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who visits Rosarito.

First trip there. Amazingly there were 20+ armed troops staying there the same night. Never felt safer and the staff were incredibly concerned about my comfort and service. Best staff ever. I'll be back. Oh! Parking was a huge bonus also. I drive a mercedes and you park inside the property.

Great area, but there were a couple of things that prevent me from staying here again . First the restrooms were dirty and outdated in both of the rooms that we got. Second, the lady in the front desk once we checked out was rude.

Had a good time and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little older but is very well maintained and clean. We were pleased with our stay.

Terrible woman at the front desk. The photos on Expedia do not match the location, very misleading. This is a nicely kept MOTEL at best. Charged me $10 USD for a small towel that I used to clean my face and wipe off my makeup. Breakfast was not good, no options just one plate that did not taste good.
