I reserved a room and received confirmation but they could not give me one since they didn’t have one available.
- 4/5
They responded quickly my room's bath tub was backing up which I couldn't take a shower when I needed at the time. Parking lot had number of broken vehicles and vehicles that probably been left or abandoned some filled up with luggage and flat tires.
- 1/5
Hmmmm. I felt as if I checked into a halfway or transitional facility. The entrance was littered with people smoking in bonnets and slides. The parking lot had people hanging out in their cars. Dogs barking at 3am. The room was bare essentials at best. There were roaches in bathroom. The faucet wasn’t attached to sink, just merely resting in the pre-drilled holes. If I hadn’t prepaid, I wouldn’t have stopped. I can say more but the chances of change are slim to none. Just beware this is not a good facility and you may feel unsafe.
- 3/5
The rooms look like dorm rooms in college. They are very clean too.
- 2/5
I am a frequent traveler and this was one of the worst times I have had. Good luck.
- 1/5
This was a overall one star experience. My room was fully paid for through Expedia and when I arrived to check in my room had been given away. The girl was nonchalant and said i did not pay for it even when i showed her my reciept from Expedia. I had to pay again for the stay. It was late and we travelled all day so we needed to stay so i paid again..They put me in a smaller room and it was disgusting. The smell of the carpets in the halls was strong and nausiating...I did not even want to walk barefoot on the hard floors in the room on the floor. The TV did not work and the showerhead had horrible hard water buildup. I checked out early the next day. The manager was there and was very helpful and he offered a full refund but 7 days later I received only partial. Never again! I do not recommend this location.
- 1/5
Had to change rooms because there were bugs all over the room. New room had a loud a/c that kept us up. The light overhead randomly turned on/off and the TV kept freezing mid screen. We were told to talk to manager about partial refund but no manager on duty. Then told because we went through Expedia and already paid not much they could do on their end. They offered an additional stay but one was more than enough. Also we ran into three different people with pets. If it’s pet friendly fine but disclose that because some people have allergies.
- 1/5
The room smelled, blinds were broken, the walls were dirty. The bedding was horrible and the bed kept rolling away from the backboard.
- 4/5
We stayed one night and it suited our needs. The room was nice and the place was relatively quiet even being somewhat close to the highway. The bed was comfortable as well.
- 1/5
Drug use was very high. High security needed. Staff was pleasant. Room sanitary but run down. Didn’t feel safe. Ambulances their several times
- 3/5
Clean room
- 1/5
The only issue that I really had was the fact that I booked for this place thinking I was coming and getting a room and they were overbooked and they keep getting overbooked. The staff was very nice and helpful, but there needs to be something about the overbooking.
- 1/5
Didn’t have any rooms available upon arrival but still able to purchase online?
- 5/5
What stands out is the staff is overall very courteous. The atmosphere is very calm and safe. Highly recommended
- 5/5
I had to cancel my reservation there because i drive a semi tractor and would have had to park on the other end of the lot. Too far for my dog to walk just after leg amputation.
- 4/5
I found it interesting the room came with stove and refrigerator but no dishes or cooking utensils. But u could purchase at an astronomical price. Didn’t like that at all. But staff was very nice.
- 5/5
The manager and his staff are excellent and the service there is unexplainable. I wish all hotels offered this this type of service
- 2/5
When we arrived shortly after checkin, we were asked if we got a call that afternoon. We had not. They scrambled to find us a room and ours seemed to have been broken into. The wall behind the door was recently repaired and the security chain was broken. The tv was not programmed. The bed was fine. Just not what we were expecting.
- 1/5
Arrived to check in and was told they had given out all of the rooms. This was 3:30 in the afternoon. I was told they had called us, but there was no voicemail. There was hardly an apology and when I asked about any suggested option, the person at the front desk just looked at me. We finally found the last room at another hotel. I have never been so frustrated with a hotel experience.
- 1/5
What made the stay terrible is that someone is always hunting for payment information there to take funds. My bank had to keep placing fraud alerts on their own. This means they are catching hackers who live in the Chicago Il area. And there appears to be a large abundance of them.
- 1/5
lots of drug addicts and homeless people
- 4/5
No staff after 8 pm, elevator was not working
- 5/5
It was excellent
- 3/5
The rooms aren’t the cleaniiphone
- 4/5
Front desk employee was nice
- 1/5
Sold out when I get there.
- 1/5
the desk lady was incomparable at her job. I had reservations for three day stay, after she took my payment for the room i was then informed that the elevator was not working. my room was on the second floor. I have a heart condition that i told your employee, she said the stairs are not that many to the second floor. the issue is the stairs are all the way to the back of the first floor. I struggled to get to the room only to find out the A/C is not working, back down to the desk where she said to open the window. UNACCEPTIAL. Wll never reserve a room at this hotel again. P.S. there were 5 other people bailing out because A/C not working.
- 1/5
I blame who uploaded the photos of this hotel they aren’t accurate at all!!
- 3/5
You get what you pay for. The room was small and poorly maintained. The shower head was fully green with buildup, freezer trim fell off, sink with counter was dirty, floor was sticky. The hallway floor had what looked like a red trail which means it was not clean. The elevator was broken as well.
- 1/5
Never again will I stay in this hotel. I got bitten with bed bugs.
- 1/5
Elevator Was Down & Key Card Wasn’t
- 1/5
It is clearly not an actual hotel, but an living space for lots of poep
- 1/5
Terrible.
- 2/5
El cuarto que me dieron al inicio tenia cucarachas
- 5/5
Stuff super cool
- 1/5
This hotel looked and smelled like it hasn't been updated for over 15+ years. The beds were made but the bottom sheets had major stains on them. On the surface, they seemed cleaned but the sheets would slide off showing the underlayers that hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for a while. Lastly, the elevator did not work. The young lady at the front desk said that it hadn't worked for over a month and may take another month or more to be fixed. Disappointing.
- 5/5
Loved it
- 3/5
I booked this hotel by mistake, but what a mistake! The place need remodeling and guests are noisy and obnoxious...
- 1/5
The hotel had an odor that was making us gag in the hotel lobby, hallway and elevator. We did not stay the night as we were concerned about unhealthy conditions as well.
- 4/5
Nice
- 5/5
Very comfortable and homey
- 5/5
It was very updated as well as very clean We will definitely book another stay

People live at this hotel and I did not feel safe. There is no hotel staff after 8 PM. Guests were loud and obnoxious. One night, guests were fighting for hours, screaming at each other! Cops came at 4 AM, left and then they went right back at it until after sunrise! When I tried to get a late checkout so I could actually sleep before my long drive home, the front desk clerk offered no customer service... no apology, nothing. She was more concerned about being bothered by my request & said it was normally $40. When I wrote to the hotel, they said all I could do was call corporate or the police and that the information she gave me the next morning was correct. That's it.
- 1/5
Room was dirty and nobody was in the property to check in.
- 1/5
Misleading Check in age
- 3/5
Pros: very convenient prices, very friendly staff, quiet and acceptably clean , close to Naperville,Joliet , Kitchens in the rooms and refrigerators very efficient . Cons : Location is really far from Chicago, it takes about 55 mins drive.TV screen makes 2024 shows look from the 90's. Wifi very basic and limited to two devices when you book a room for 2. which makes you chose between connecting your laptop or your phone. They also give you both only one key , u have to ask for a second key card, the elevator sounds tired but he'll get you there.
- 1/5
i didn't stay because the service was horrible and there was no one at the front desk when we tried to check in making us late for dinner losing our reservactions and the room was not at like the pictures it looked like rooming house.
- 1/5
This place was very dirty! The phone and walls had years of gunk on them. This toilet and shower looked like they had not cleaned for months, and our bed post had a wad of gum stuck on it. Don’t stay here!!
- 1/5
Had to check out 4 nights early due to coming back at the end of the day to find a cockroach crawling on the wall near the a/c unit. Refused to sleep in a hotel that had roaches while traveling with small children. I was told i could "not" check out early but i was welcome to leave. I would need to speak to a manager about a possible refund during business hours. When i contacted Dawn during busniess hours i was abruptly told no refunds no matter the circumstances. This property does not care for its guests finances or their health. I had to spend more money to book at a new hotel last minute and i am still out 4 nights at this property. I urge others to spend more for a better hotel from the start.
- 1/5
It’s for junkies. The pictures are misleading
- 1/5
The room was VERY dirty. The floors had not been swept, the walls had dried up substances on them, the sheets were very stained and dirty and the room had a bad smell that would not go away.
- 3/5
For 2stars and the price, the property is not bad. Serious upgrade on the bed quality, and the rooms on general is needed. I thought that it would be in better shape than found.
- 1/5
The entire place was dirty. The floors in the front, elevators, room and bathroom were disgusting and piles of gross things in every corner. The pillow cases had stuff on them. The bathroom had hair in the tub, floor and sink. The walls and ceiling are paper thin. We could hear the people next door like they were in our room and the people upstairs stomping all night long. The water in the bathroom dripped. There was only one tiny bar of soap and a tiny mouthwash for amenities. Definitely, not worth the money and had it not been non-refundable and later in the evening, I would have walked out and gone to another hotel. I couldn’t leave fast enough in the morning!
- 2/5
Floor in my room desperately needed to be v acuumed and mopped.
- 1/5
So as checking in the front desk had to see if they still had a room which we paid for in advance. We got in the elevator going to 4th floor and when going up the elevator shook like the cables were about to break. Got to room and it smelled like urine. Needed towels and had to go back down in elevator. Go back up in the elevator again with the shaking. Shower a bit rusted and cockroaches in bathroom. We went to grab dinner and came back and looked at bed and there were stains on the sheets that looked like dried blood. The pillow made of rubber and plastic. Went downstairs again and the office closed until Tuesday. So no one at desk. The beds so uncomfortable didn’t sleep a wink. Had to sleep in a chair due to bedsheets stained and felt so dirty being there
- 3/5
This is a rent-by-the-month/week/day sort of place. Not really a hotel you go stay at on a trip. No coffee, not in great condition, no front desk staff for most hours as most folks live there or in the parking lot. That said, the staff present when we checked in were friendly, people were quiet, and we had no major issues.
- 5/5
Great hotel but the need USB charging ports
- 2/5
Had to go down to the service desk 3 times because key card would not work. 4th time the guy came up to finally open the door.
- 2/5
I had my clothes stolen and my room smells like cigarettes every single time I go to bed. Plus at the front when I told them that someone stolen my clothes they didn’t even care. Plus it’s also sketchy. I don’t recommend staying here. Plus they don’t even have wi-fi or breakfast. Also they don’t have a pool or hot tub.
- 1/5
Place is dirty, noisy, bugs everywhere, everything costs extra. All around terrible. Do NOT stay here. Expedia tried to get me a refund for the unused days but the hotel wouldn't budge so was stuck here for an entire miserable month.
- 1/5
It was inexpensive but you had to pay extra for things garbage left in hallway room wasn't swept limited toilet stuff have to pay for basic cooking stuff and it is far away from everything and it is in a an area of whearhouses and churches
- 1/5
The customer service was decent enough and on surface-level the room was clean, kind of basic, but not an issue for me. Unfortunately, they have pest issues because people are living there and that is a hard no in my book.
- 5/5
The wifi standard free service SUCKS. Purchase the 6 dollar extra fee for a faster wifi connection. For a price of about 70 dollars per night, this hotel is a complete steal. I would go here again. No issues. Let's clear some stuff up. There are some broken down vehicles in the parking lot. I believe these vehicles at one time belonged to staff or they would have them towed. The one vehicle appears to block the plow in so it does not get stolen.
- 3/5
We had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in.
- 2/5
The room was very nice but it was not clean .the room had a file smell I had to clean the toilet and sink ..wipe off desk to eat ...the floor was very nasty ...it wasn't mopped or swept .I will not stay again
- 1/5
I was unable to stay. Arrived late could not get help to check in. Felt very unsafe with unsavory characters in the parking lot. The expectation to wait in the parking lot for up to 45 minutes after 8PM is ridiculous. I believe people use the hotel as a living situation. Felt very unsafe. The one person i could talk to on the phone was very rude.
- 3/5
I prefer carpet flooring in the room
- 3/5
Not as clean as I expected. Only gave 2 towels for 2 people. Pros: it’s a bed and a shower, all we needed. The price is too high for what is provided.
- 1/5
Very nasty
- 5/5
Very clean very well presented really enjoyed it
- 2/5
BEWARE!! This was not a hotel. People live there full time. No less than two people were smoking pot in their cars in the parking lot when we arrived. Our “suite” had no dishes and no toiletries. Not even hand soap. Our room reeked off marijuana including the bedding. We felt so unsafe here we didn’t even stay the second night we booked. Do not stay here!
- 2/5
I'm used to SONESTA . I guess that's why I was disappointed
- 4/5
The outside bottom of the bathtub had a considerable buildup of dirt. Some small amount of dark mold. On the good side the check in clerk was very pleasant and professional. He didn’t balk at allowing me to view the room prior to paying. Also no issues with either of my small dogs (11 & 13 lbs). All and all not the most elegant place to stay but pleasant and adequate
- 5/5
Good stay very clean☺ its like my own studio apartment when im there
- 5/5
The hotel is pretty close to the highway and easy to get to . Also it's surprisingly clean
- 1/5
There was a fight that broke out in the hallway & roaches in the bathroom. Never again will I stay there.
- 4/5
Good location. Nice little city around
- 3/5
Hotel was so loud. Screaming kids and barking dogs. I needed a pet friendly option. But I will look harder in the future because the atmosphere was less than desirable. Front desk staff was pleasant however one of the crew came in without a mask. Several guests milled about without masks.
- 5/5
Very clean space. Full size refrigerator and microwave were convenient.
- 5/5
It was one of the nicest hotels for the price tbat i ever stayed at...loved that there was a nice kitchen i wasnt expecting.
- 2/5
Room cleanliness level was Only okay. Everything you would expect for free at hotel cost extra.
- 4/5
Front desk lady was very nice, even gave me a charger for my phone. She was a night shift worker. Quiet hotel and was pretty clean. Very simple little kitchenette .
- 3/5
Just your standard extended stay. Looks nice and clean when you walk in. Not so much in the room.
- 5/5
Great staff. Very clean hotel. Quiet. Couple fast food places and a Cracker Barrell near by.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff I would recommend staying here
- 2/5
The room was nice and Spacey, the only issues I had was the place had roaches. I saw four of them and that absolutely freaked me out.
- 5/5
Love love the staff. Very caring. So helpful. Clean. Quiet. Pet friendly
- 4/5
You have to wash your own bedding and towels or pay a small fee. The wifi has been out for several days. As far as location ... you have to maneuver through an industrial park. Fast food and convenience store nearby. Overall quiet property great staff. Very sweet and helpful.
- 5/5
Very clean. Great staff. Good location. Safe quiet.
- 5/5
My stay was just for one night but the room I booked was so clean and it was complete with a kitchenette! The bed and pillows are soft and comfortable
- 3/5
Good breakfast morning. Keep clean. Look like 1970...... smell old and rotten
- 2/5
First time I stayed here about a year ago I had no complaints, the second time was very different. Walking into the building there were shady people in the parking lot and standing out front. Hair found in shower and on bed. Towels were stained and I felt disgusting even touching them. Crumbs under bed. I could barely sleep because of hearing banging all night and slamming doors. Overall I felt very uncomfortable and I won't ever be staying here again.
- 5/5
It was really great. Clean smells good, quite. Just really a comfortable place
- 5/5
Convenient location to Major Highways, shopping and communities West and south of Chicago. Staff was pleasant helpful and efficient. A very friendly atmosphere throughput the property.
- 5/5
From the time we arrived the stay was GREAT! We were greeted with the lobby being very clean & fresh! The attendant had a smile and explained all details!
- 5/5
The hotel is Clean has friendly people, and good price
- 5/5
Property was clean and had great people working there, expecially CASSIE who worked the front desk in the morning and we will return for two months in the summer thanks to her help.
- 3/5
Pretty clean, excellent location. Not really ideal for short one-night stays. No ICE machine
- 5/5
Price of stay is great!!! Very clean facility.
- 4/5
Pleasant stay. Comfortable.
- 4/5
Liked the location because it was in an industrial park. So little foot traffic. However, seem to have a few transient guest. Elevator had a bit of an order. They do allow dogs so keep that in mind. Cleanliness was OK. Could use some work there. But all that being said, it was good value for what my needs were that night. For a business trip it was fine. However, for a romantic weekend away, it would not be one of my top 10 choices.
- 5/5
Loved the room. Comfortable bed. Clean and perfect location.
- 1/5
HORRIBLE SERVIVE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
- 5/5
It was clean, very simple room layout and secluded from other businesses in a unique way.
- 5/5
Friendly people new building walls kinda thin but very clean
- 5/5
It’s clean and has no carpet. The rooms are clean and they are a newer building
- 1/5
We stayed her for 10 days and not one time did they clean the room, come take the trash out or anything. Even after asking them to clean and take outh the trash no one did and when we brought it to the front desk attention. They gone say they left a note under the door but the room is still not clean nor was the trash taken out. They are terrible and untidy. Will never stay at another one of these again
- 3/5
Advertised as having a full kitchen, but there was not a single utensil in the room. I understand it's geared towards long-term guests, but as an over-night guest opting to stay at this location, the full kitchen was a big deal for us so we could cook dinner and breakfast. If there aren't any utensils, it's not a full kitchen. Other than that, we had no problems with the facility other than check-in took exceptionally long.
- 4/5
The bed sheets were not clean and the floor had not been swept between customers.
- 1/5
Everything was horrible and they tried to charge my card EXTRA money
- 5/5
Room was clean and organized. This does have a kitchen set up but does not have utensils pots pans etc. No a big deal to me. But you can purchase such items at the front desk. Same goes for coffee pots/coffee. But i would definetly stay here if i am that way ever again
