Property smelled . A cross between fish and some kind of incense to mask the smell . Rooms were not clean . Walls had stains all over them . Pillows were a poor quality and like half a pillow . Asked for extra pillows and was denied. Shampoo made your hair hard . The breakfast was just some corn flakes milk , a waffle maker and some stale bread and the bagels were super hot from being heated in a microwave. Find another place to stay. This isn't it

My room were switched without my knowledge. When I reserved the two rooms, they were supposed to both have double beds. Instead, I received two rooms with one king sized bed. There were 3 adults and 4 children.

The room was dirty from the carpet to the bed sheets to the bathroom. The whole room was outdated and had a bad smell. I slept at a friends instead of the room that I paid for.

Plus checkout time was at 11 and housekeeping came knocking on the door at 9:30 . Plus they walked in on my daughter that was still in the room around 10! Other than that it was not a bad place to stay .

They had zero protein item in breakfast. Not even eggs. Just waffles and bread that’s it. And we stayed for four nights and not even once they cleaned our room . So disgusting.

Very nice people. Very clean room and dinning room. Convenient parking and entrance doors all around the building. Safe security. My room was small but it had a refrigerator, a microwave and a table with chairs.

Women at front desk was on the phone during my entire check in. Parking lot smells. Front entrance smells. Elevator is broken. Strange people hanging out in the stairwell. Room was dirty and smelled. Very loud. I was in town for a family party with my two small children and wife. Hotel was digusting and seemed unsafe. Asked for a refund and was denied that so we ended up staying. A worker entered my room at 10:30pm and said sorry wrong room, very unacceptable! Very unhappy with my choice of hotel and will never stay again.

The lady at front desk was very friendly. My biggest issue was that room was not clean. Other issues were...elevator dysfunctional, leaking sink, rotting bathroom door...pieces of the wood were literally falling off and littering the floor, breakfast had one waffle maker so if family of 5 was in front of you...you're waiting to make one waffle for like 30min, only choices are cereal, waffle, toast, yogurt (except when they run out), or an orange.

They literally do not have any type of a continental breakfast at all. Their idea of a continental breakfast. I would rather be in prison eating prison food
