Location and value Water doesn’t get hot and pull out bed was old, broken and disgusting

This hotel should be closed immediately. Bad appearance from the outside should have been my first clue. Hiwever..once inside...i was slightly greeted (not with a welcome mind you) by a woman. There was a gentleman also there but he was on the phone obviously yelling at someone. I looked around and the place seemed dirty and unkept. It was at this time that I thought I should find somewhere else to go but I decided to try to give it a chance. I wasn't told about any offers as far as wifi or breakfast although they were supposed to be included. I was given a (dirty) card key with a sticky dot affixed with my room and told where the room was (after the lady went to checknthe room first suspiciously) without even a thank you. I still thought I would give it a try even with all these alerts. The carpet in the hall was filthy and the while place smelled awful. I finally get to the room. It is old. I think it used to be an extended stay. There was an old cook top electric range that had aluminum tape on the exhaust vent. The room odor was foul as was the hallway. The amenities were basic with a.couple towels (no face towels) and nothing on the TV or in the room on hotel amenities. I stared at that bed and said.I cant do this. I immediately started itching and decided enough was enough. I made a bunch of calls and was fortunate enough to find other accommodations on a busy weekend. Stay away from this place.

The beds were comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The location for what we needed was perfect. Breakfast was listed as "grab and go" but they had additional itmes that were unexpected and appreciated like hot waffles and cereal. There was no hot water for showers.

Definitely a no frills hotel, but room was clean and check in was easy. Had a bit of a struggle with the shower — pull thing to get shower running was really difficult to pull up. TV selection is limited, but AC worked great. Mostly quiet. Regardless of any minor issues, I would stay here again.

Exceptional

This was probably 1 of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. However, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I told them I was charged twice for my stay and I was credited right there on the spot. That and the beds were the only good things about this hotel. It needs a badly needed remodel.

How the air conditioning and elevator are very smooth I loved everything

There's really nothing to like Breakfast consisted of a roll. That's not breakfast. Outlet in bathroom broke. Shower squirting out water on your leg. Stained sheets. Lights go off while you are going to the bathroom, showering, brushing teeth. Not enough towels. An annoying stay. Extremely hot.

Nothing, it had a weird stench like mold or something. The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The desk chair was disgustingly filthy, didn't want to sit in it. The smell was very off-putting.

Very easy to get to Breakfast wasn’t good. The pancake batter was so runny it wouldn’t cook.

Consider the following: 1). First impression: The carpeting on the rolling cart to unload our luggage was very unclean. It seemed like it needed a long awaited-cleaning. 2). No automatic doors to enter from the front door. It was a struggle to enter with luggage. I will cover egress later herein with the front desk attendant (possible owner?). 3). In our room, part of a smoke detector remained. The matter was brought to the front desk attention. "It will be fixed tomorrow." Next day, no repair. 4). One of two queen beds visually lumpy and uncomfortable. It should have been thrown out a long time ago. A hair was noticed on bedsheet. 5). First of two nights, we were awoken five times with hallway noise between 11 pm and 1 am. 6). A couple was interviewed in parking lot by police who entered hotel to investigate an incident. 7). Fire Department arrived with an elevator rescue kit. Elevator was out of service so, us senior citizens, needed to walk up to our third-floor room. 8). I used the right side of the main double door when exiting the hotel. Like driving stay to the right, right? That caused a jam! No sign to use other door. Attendant ("same smoke detector guy") was irate and very mad!

The room was clean, everything inside the room worked,quiet and great location Mattress and blankets are old and ripped hallways and stairs smell bad. Not really breakfasts

Room was in good condition and stuff very friendly. However, there was only regular coffee served at breakfast. What about customers sensitive/allergic to caffeine, there was no substitute either. Perhaps herbal teas in place of coffee could been offered, which would require electric kettle to boil water. There was no hot water available.

Room was nice, staff was nice, walls are a little thin but other than that great place to stay!

Hotel in a sketchy area. Carpet was stained and it didn’t feel clean. The tub was the scary part. It made a big clunky sound when it turned on and then brown water came out of it for a few seconds! I would have left higher review, I was paying for a cheap hotel, but when the lady at the front desk became rude to me for asking a single question, I dropped it from 3 stars to 2! I don’t care much for rude ppl. The older man who checked us in was actually courteous and didn’t have an attitude

No coffee or lotion in the room, this morning was extremely noisy people screaming at 8 am not sure if it was staff or clients. The heat had a very loud rattle. Good location for our event though.

Room was clean, bed was mostly comfortable, front desk person was nice and inviting. Hotel was mostly clean overall.

Elevator went out the 1st day so i had to carry our stuff to the ground floor as my husbands health he can't climb all those stairs. Our room was booked for 3 adults and 1 child. Our room had to bath towels, 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels. When i went to the desk for more towels the gentleman acted like i was asking for his 1st born child. There is a sign on the mirror on the bathroom stating they will only change out towels and sheets every 3 days. Excuse me!! So you want me to reuse a towel for 3 days. Not for what I'm paying a night. The website said no pool from Feb-Dec. When in fact they have no pool or gym. The shower,tub and some spout all work at one time when your trying to shower. When they moved us to the 1st floor the tv didn't work. The screen kept saying no channels connected to that tv. Gentleman didn't know what to do to make it work. Took about 35 min to get it working. We used to stay here every time i went back home. But I will never stay at a Days Inn of Wyndham again.

Very nice budget friendly hotel. A little out of date, a little run down in a very normal way. Very nice desk man.

The AC fan is not working properly. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but only milk, cereal, and waffles were provided—no eggs, potatoes, or fruit. The floor is dirty, the showerhead is dusty, and the drainage for both the bathtub and toilet is poor. The pictures on Hotels.com showed a pool, but when we arrived, we discovered there isn't one. I even showed the photo to the front desk, and they said it was from before COVID. I will not consider this hotel as an option in the future.

The free breakfast only had make your own waffles, cereal and old muffins. Plus milk and coffee were available.

Management seemed mad i was there.

The hotel smelled like weed smoke the room looked like it was in between renovations. The pool was boarded up and no longer being used as a pool but as a storage room. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The water pressure was low and the water was just barely warm in the shower.

THEY HAVE NO POOL AND ADVERTISING ON WEBSITE THEY HAVE A POOL OPEN. BED PILLOWS ARE VERY OLD AND CLUMPY AS WELL. STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Only issue i had personally, was one bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable to even sit on, let alone sleep. The other bed was a bit softer, but for us to only sleep there it was kind of disappointing to get quality sleep. Staff was nice, breakfast was quick and go. Room was clean. Just comfort wasn't there.

Conveniently located to major roads and highways. My biggest complaint was there was no comfortable seating in the room, just straight backed chair by the desk. There was no table or chair for eating take out food.

Friendly staff, rooms were clean and comfy. Their breakfast had very little options. And the rooms did not have coffee makers. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean. Lots of traffic noise. Breakfast had no bagels, no butter and ran out of syrup for waffles by 7am. No staff around to help.

Parking exit prevents easy acess to food across the street

When we arrived and were checking in we noticed a strange beeping noise in the lobby. We asked the person checking us in about it thinking he had to be so annoyed listening to that all day. He said it usually only lasts a minute then stops. Someone else then came out and punched in a code somewhere and it stopped. I only mention that because we heard it off and on all night because our room was on the first floor close to the lobby. At 6:20am we finally got up and checked out. The room itself smelled musty. Dead bugs were all over the floor (not bed bugs at least). The jacuzzi had visible dirt in it. The jets looked awful with crusted gunk. No way we were getting in that! The bathroom itself was awful. The shower was stuck in the shower position so adjusting the temperature was fun with water spraying down. It was also a struggle adjusting the temperature because the faucet just spun. It didn't have a stop when you hit the max hot setting or cold setting. The shower also had hairs all over the walls. I was able to use the coffee cup they left in the room to rinse those down the drain since they don't have a coffee pot to go with the coffee cup they leave you.

Worst experience ever I fell in the bathtub because it was so slick and they did nothing to compensate me whatsoever

Location was perfect for what needed to be done, BUT, this hotel needs a complete renovation! It’s sad when hotels charge so much a night, and the carpet is filthy, towels and bedding needs to be replaced! There was also a bug in my room!

Staff was rude, property advertised pool, no pool. Breakfast was a waffle or honey bun or cold cereal. Would not recommend to anyone.

The people running the property are rude. The pool is not usable, snack machines dont work so you have to buy from management, cash only. I found water bugs in my room. Not a pleasant stay at all.

Checking in and out no problem,nice people. Ran out of hot water taking a shower when second person was talking a shower 😡 ! Breakfast was nothing to brag about unless you just want cereal or a waffle. If you want a breakfast go to Cracker Barrel just down the road. My husband tossed and turned all night in the bed and wasn't comfortable. I didn't think it was too bad

Pool is boarded up, not sure if that is permanent or a work in progesss. Not much for breakfast: cereal and milk or watered-down waffle mix. Room was clean and quiet.

The carpets were in bad shape. The door entrance was in bad shape, the towels were not clean and seemed like they were very old. The water in the sink flowed very slow. The body lotion bottle seemed to be used. The sheets seemed liked they weren’t ironed. Payment for water had to be made in cash and couldn’t be charged to the room even though a deposit was taken for incidentals. The tables in the breakfast area were not clean

I will not use this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone.

The room layout is weird, the couch & beds are in the same space so I couldn’t relax without disturbing my child. The kitchenette didn’t have a coffee pot/dishes etc. There’s a lip coming into the front doors- which if you’re in a wheelchair are not handicapped friendly- they do not open on their own or have a button. The rooms were tidy, but for $150 an ice bucket and coffee included would have been nice.

No pet friendly policy

Checked in ok. Walls have been painted, no pool filled in with concrete, no gym. Which was not noted untill a follow up email after booking. Room was ok, dirty tub drain and shower head. Bed was hard, the side chair was nasty. Room next to us had a lady screaming for help at 6am, saying she was beening killed. Call front desk twice, i was told to go knock on the door to tell her to be quiet. Go downstairs to get their quick breakfast had the milk in a coffee warm next to the hot coffee, so in which the milk was hot. Learned my lesson of not spending that extra $20 for a nice hotel. Now my 5year old keeps telling everyone about the lady screaming for help and dying. Will never go back to this hotel.

Not happy. Only bright spot was the very nice man who checked us in. I am not a huge fan of Wyndham hotels to begin with. If you are looking for a hotel just for nights sleep its fine. Its very dated, looks a bit dirty, its very noisy and not at all comfortable. The beds were lumpy and thin you get 2 very soft pillows and they wont give you anymore. Very limited tv and breakfast. If you book a room here set a very low bar and you will still be disappointed.

Everything was great - clean, nicely decorated, friendly staff . . . I really wish I could give 5 stars, but the bed was too firm for me.

Last minute booking paid for room online my room was on the 3rd floor constantly room doors slamming all night loud talking all night. Didn’t expect nothing different it was last minute booked through hotels.com and they booked it from another site. Also toilet was not stable when we sit on it it rocked room 308.

Clean, quite and inexpensive. The pool was not in service, which was not as advertised. The room was clean enough. Mattress had seen better days.

Hotel room was extremely dirty. There was even a pill of some sort on the floor. Bobby pin on the floor in the bathroom along with a bunch of hair. They were doing remodeling but if you cant keep a facility clean in any shape it will never stay nice. Breakfast was a joke only had cereal and waffles. It may have been the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in.

Pool was broke, elevator got stuck, screw missing from the lock on our door, Pubic hair on the bed sheet along with a makeup stain, the bed was so hard and uncomfortable. This place is the cheapest for a reason, never again!

Hotel is under a lot of construction. Front desk staff took a long time for check in and wasn’t exactly friendly or welcoming. It was fine for an affordable place to sleep for the night.

The property is dirty and lacks necessary maintenance. I’ve been to other Wyndham hotels and this one destroys my concept of Wyndham brand. I would be more acceptable if this is motel 6. Motel 6 could be better than this.

Easy access from I-55

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Toilet moved. No iron and no safe.

This hotel is absolutely horrible. The room was falling apart. Upon arrival we found curtains hanging off there hooks ,towel rack falling off the wall,no cups,no ice bucket,no no no hair in the shower etc etc. This place needs to be shut down 135.00 for the night wow just wow. Cannot rate this place even 1 star

Dirty carpets in halls, looked abused.

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty…I was in a fairly large group with several rooms. Saw the same issues in each room that I went into. Covid should no longer be an excuse to not do your job, it’s just laziness, now.

The elevator was not working however the stairs worked great! It was clean and safe, everything I was looking for in my trip!

The front desk was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, at the time of my stay, the elevator was under repair and the pool appeared to also be under repair. There was also no breakfast. Only coffee and honey buns were provided in the morning.

People were nice, but the place is run down and dirty. It needs a refresh.

The pool was closed with no water in it. you advertised pool. The website said Breakfast, which consisted of a honey bun, coffee and juice.

I got the key and went to my non-smoking room, which also smelled musty & there were no soaps, shampoos or lotions and the large countertop had been cracked and glued back by superglue. The door was hung unevenly, so the only way to lock the upper bolt was to lift up the door and line it up to make it lock properly. I didn’t feel good, so I fell asleep quickly, but was awoken around 11 pm by loud noise, music and yelling. The repeated around midnight and then again around 3 am. A drunk guest fell outside my room, cursing and yelling when he couldn’t get up. Also, in the morning the bathroom reeked of smoke that seeped from the next door. I was uncomfortable & scared, so decided to check out early, but because I paid ahead for 2 nights, hotel wouldn’t refund me for for the 2nd night :( The hotel manager seems to think I should have stayed there despite all the issues and refuses to credit me for the night I didn’t say there. Expedia attempted to resolve this, by offering vouchers for future stays, but I just want to get my money back.

The room was not very clean, the pool was not available

First, the room did not have an in room whirlpool as advertised. The building was filthy and in disrepair. There was an disgusting oder in the hallway when we got off of the elevator. There were people yelling and making noise in the hallways as well. When we got to our room, we discovered it had no whirlpool and was dirty and disgusting. We actually did not stay here opting instead for a refund and found a different hotel to stay at. This hotel is extremely overpriced for the level of services and cleanliness. The owner behind the front desk was very helpful and nice, a genuine good person but this hotel was terrible. Also a pool was advertised, but it had been closed for a few years.

Construction

First, let me say Bob at the front counter was GREAT! Went above and beyond in making me feel like home. Upgraded my room to a Suite, because last people in room I was supposed to have made a mess. The hotel is on the older side outdated, but the price does reflect this. Still, for a night away near my event off the Highway, it was perfect!!!

The pool was closed. The gym had nothing but 1 treadmill. The ac was sensored to outside so our room didn't cool down. Hallways and elevator smelled.

Overall the hallways are very dirty. Room was clean. Good for short stay.

My stay was good but they told me breakfast was from 6 to 9 so I went early and they only have coffee and juice. That's not breakfast

Shower did not work properly, no coffee in the room was disappointing, and your grab and go breakfast could be more healthy than the sugary honeybun. It would be nice to to see an attendant on the way out instead of just dropping keys in a bin

The room was absolutely disgusting...

There was no one at front desk to check us in. Rang bell at desk for 15 minutes and saw no one. Never checked in, hotel refuses to refund for 2 day stay.

The staff was lovely but the site still advertises an indoor swimming pool which we were told has been closed for two years and the advertised breakfast turned out to be prepackaged honey buns. That was disgusting!

My stay had caused me skin rashes because of uncleanliness. It prompted me to cut my stay and moved to another hotel!

Very masty hotel. Carpet throughout entire hotel was dirty, dingy and appeared to not have been cleaned in years. The elevator was dirty and nasty, didnt appear to have been wiped down and cleaned in weeks. My room was terrible, smell of mildew, hotel towels were thing and dingy looking not white at all, the floors were nasty (didnt remove my shoes), bedding was stained, the furniture was mismatched with multiple chips pn the dresser in which they used as a tv stand. Stayed for an hour and requested my money back. They said no. So i left. Couldnt stay, was unfit.

It was ok not as comfortable as other places I’ve been and only 2 pillows for a king bed and the blankets were basically two sheets and a thin itchy like wool blanket so I was very cold and no coffee pot in room. Also no counter or table to eat any food on or set any food on because the microwave sat on top of the mini fridge. It was also over priced for the type of room and comfort we experienced

First of all, I reserved a room with a King Size Bed and they gave me a Double Queen. They have mattresses and furiture laying at thr end of the hallways. The headboards i thr rooms were old as dirt and they had shoty carpentry through out the facility.

Property amenities had listed pool and free breakfast and it didn't have either. I knew it was going to be a hot weekend so I booked this thinking my kids could enjoy their pool but nope, it was duct taped off. There was no indication of this on their website OR in the lobby area. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Breakfast was store bought honey buns; not very continental if you ask me. My parents were very disappointed as they also thought there was free breakfast. The main road in front of the hotel is under construction and VERY congested. I know that isn't the property's fault but it added to the disappointing stay. Oh, and on top of that, my bed was lopsided, it creaked, and it moved a lot even when it was just me and my two babies sleeping on it. Overpriced for all the f*ckery.

The reason I chose this location was for the pool and the free breakfast. Once I checked in I was told the pool has been closed for over a year. Then I asked about the breakfast and what there would be. I was told packaged honey buns. The two days I stayed there. I never once saw a honey bun and the coffee was always out. No other food was provided. The whole hotel smelt bad and like weed.

The room was old, musty, in bad shape and reeked of stale smoke. There was a bug in the bathroom. I was charged 50 cash for smoke deposit and the room and hallways already smelled of smoke
