Access from interstate is very good. Room was clean, but toilet seat should be replaced. Breakfast could use bacon or sausage and more choices in yogurt.

Pay at the property means you pay when you arrive. Staff kept trying to charge my card on file before we got there - and kept getting declined by the card issuer thinking there was fraud going on. Staff called me asking for a different card so they can charge the rooms we booked and told me they sold out l. I asked why he was doing that since we chose to pay at the property. Did not get what he was saying. I gave in and provided a different card and charged it immediately before we got there. AC unit did not keep the room cold and maintenance guy said lines were frozen and we should turn off AC and wait until it thaws out. Did not believe a word he said.

The location is easy to find,and the rooms are spacious. Their cleaning was bad, they only clean the rooms every 3 days, which is very bad.Their breakfast wasn't too good

The room was beautiful, well kept. Front desk was a little difficult to find after hours but I managed. I didn't try the breakfast. Parking was super convenient. Will stay again!

Very noisy adjacent rooms was only able to get 1.5 hours of sleep after 1,000 miles of travel and then off to several important events and more travel. Worst night in a Hotel I've ever had and I actually paid for it...it would have been much better sleeping in the car. Didn't feel safe. The price was a great value but wished I'd found another hotel even if it came at a higher price. My hope for restful night did not happen.

This hotel was very noisy, but the owner took care of it! There were kids running through the halls unaccompanied by an adult from the room to the pool slamming their door to the room! Won’t be rebooking this hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay, check in was easy and quick which I enjoyed. The room was clean and it smelled good too. It wasnt too noisy, besides small highway traffic but thats to be expected in this location. I also liked how closely located this hotel is to restaurants and shopping centers. Would book again!

The property needs wall repairs, painting, install towel holders at sink, remove rusty towel holder in bathroom and replace with new towel holder.

Biggest problem was just the noise. Listened to insterstate traffic all night, and the conversation in the room next door as well as in the hall. Not yelling, not partying, but voices went right through the connecting door as though it was open. Good earplugs solved this.

A prior guest had smoked in our room, so the smoke smell was terrible. The hotel was booked for the night, so they were unable to give us a different room. Very disappointed.

Great breakfast - had hot food with rotating option each day! Also had blueberry syrup for the waffles! Pool was great! Only suggestion would be to have a weight machine and not just a treadmill and exercise bike in the workout room, but that's minor.

Something you might consider implementing is a monitoring system of the breakfast area. There was a couple in the breakfast area that took ALL of the food and took it up to their room. There was no food left for other guests. They literally cleaned out the bread products, all of the fruit bowls, the refridgerator, etc. It seemed like the breakfast attendant did try to say something to them (in another language I don't recognize) but they didn't care and continued to load up all the food.

I didn’t like the fact that I was given a handicap room and I did not ask for one so there was no tub. It seemed like it was missing baseboard so it was like a lot of holes and such in the walls at the bottom like it needed to be repaired before they made the room available. I wasn’t happy with that. Besides that it was just okay but the breakfast was kind of subpar.

There was moles in the bathroom and I woke up to two roaches crawling over the nightstand so disgusted

The absolute worst facility and staff I have ever encountered. The predator mentality is scripted with the entire staff. Our phone didn’t work, the carpet was torn, the outlets didn’t work, the emergency sprinkler head was broken, a light didn’t work, there was sprayed soda in the wall but here is the biggest problem, the big mirror fell off the wall. The mirror was immediately deemed my fault and I was charged $250 for the mirror. I was then kicked out of the hotel at 9:30 at night. Two disabled Vets with a Service Dog kicked out and told good luck finding something. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

I had room 125 the heat went out then I was moved to 116 the sink pipe was broken had water all over the floor . Then I had a guy from the front office to tell me I didn’t pay for last Saturday when I did pay ended up paying twice. Then the person/persons over me stumps loud and walks loud is very annoying. They serve free breakfast and the cook never clean the cook ware or garbage it disgusting then I seen a guest place his personal cup on the juice machine the mouth part of his cup was touching the spout.Disgusting.. These are too many mishaps for a hotel chain .. The lady that cooks I doubt if she even clean the utensils I’ve been here over a week and the garbage even worst haven’t been washed down…

The Saturday morning breakfast was not restocked. There did not seem to be someone checking regularly. No signage to indicate if the sauage or fried eggs were gluten free. The juice dispensor only provide water.

Overall, the stay was pretty good. The lady that checked me in was excellent with customer service. The downside is when I came down for breakfast, the staff who was preparing breakfast was very rude to myself and other guests at the hotel. As I was warming up some food items in the microwave I pulled out my food to check it with the microwave door still open, as she walked by she slammed the microwave shut while I was standing there. I noticed another guest was trying to talk to her and ask her about certain breakfast items she ignored the guy as he was standing right there in her face. When she finally answered the guy it was with a Stern tone. I had to ask her about some butter as she was putting away some food in the warmers, she ignored me until I repeated myself. She answered me as well with a Stern tone.

Well for starters room 303 I seen a big brown roach crawling on the nightstand it got away before I could even get a pic to show your staff.Also the wash cloths was very dingy someone else hair in the shower and I had to go back downstairs to ask for sheets and pillows for the sofa bed

The breakfast was good but nothing to write home about. Beds were advertised as queen and they were definitely full size. Otherwise very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, they do their jobs with excellence and always had a friendly smile to greet us with. Would definitely stay here again!

The shower is excellent. The bathroom sink is outside the bathroom so if you want to wash your hands after going to toilet you have to come out. I don't know if this is unique to my room.

First off there was literally an unflushed toilet in the room. Had to flush over 5 times to get the waste down. They offered another room. The next room had pubic hair all over the shower. They were also replacing carpet and floor molding. Construction was never mentioned in this booking. Vending machines were out of water and Gatorade. Lastly, I requested a handicap accessible room for my 90 year old father to visit. They put me on the 3rd floor and transferred me to a room that was not accessible

We got to the hotel around 2am after traveling all evening. When we got there there weren't sheets in the room for the sofa sleeper. I called down asking for some and was told I needed to come down to get them myself. Then the sign said breakfast was served until 10am when we got there right at 9 everytuhing was being put up. Lastly this morning i woke up with bug bites all over my ankles. Im pretty confident from bed bugs since they werent there before our stay.

We arrived a little late but everything was ready for us to check in. Check in went very smoothly. The room was nice and clean, beds were well made. The bathroom fixtures were updated and clean. Very good value

Not a fan of this hotel. The pool was under maintenance which wasn’t obvious unless you looked at the bottom of the hotel website. It was dirty. The room phone didn’t work, we didn’t have enough bedding and the sofa bed was ripped up and we couldn’t use it.

The pool was out of service because of sanitary disinfecting. They asked many times if we were staying at 1130 when i was told 12:00 checkout. Breakfast was freezing cold we put it in the microwave in the room. Smelled of smoke in the hallway n in our room in the am. The side of the bathrub wasnt caulked i shoved a hand towel in the opening. A picture in the bathroom was missing. There was damage to the wall

Pool was closed, carpets in room and hallway stained, outside paint leaking from the building, had bugs jumping on us; assuming fleas. Breakfast sucked really no variety, cold, tasted awful.

.I fell on my right side and hit my head on the concrete floor when she hit me I also tried to catch myself with my right arm and dislocated my shoulder. All I was wanting to do was extend my stay. I don't think that I will ever stay at a "comfort suites ever again!". Also, my lawyer wants me to sue the hotel.

Still waiting for my refund of one night. Left hotel halfway through our stay due to numerous factors but highlighted bu the lack of hot water. We were told Saturday AM by the afternoon hot water would be restored but that was not accurate and then told not until Konday so we left

They had a natural gas leak and as a result there was no hot water Saturday afternoon and through departure time on Sunday. While it may not have been the total responsibility of the manager, it was a great inconvenience to those of us who stayed there.
