    The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The heater being on for the first time this season, caused our room to smell bad. Talked to the front desk and they gave us spray. He offered to move us rooms but one of our group has a bad knee and the only other room available was an upper floor. After spraying the room spray, the smell went away.

    It was your typical “C” type motel. The rooms did not match the pictures on website. Looks like a recent renovation but details were not complete. Water faucet leaked water, tub looked uninviting, presentation was dark and not warm, lighting was dim, had a bad smell in the room like stuffy.

    Nothing Everything. Spiders in room. Cigarette burns in bed couch . Blinds were filthy and must have been 30 years old. Adjacent building next to our room looked like a getto and people were staying there. Left after 30 minutes owner said no refunds.

    Have to say the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel so far and I’ve traveled a lot. The room was an adjoining room which was not disclosed prior to renting. There wasn’t a deadbolt or chain lock on the door adjoining the rooms, only a coffee table placed in front of it. There was loud partying and drinking going on outside our room as well as the people in the adjoining room kept their tv on the loudest setting the entire night. I tried to go down to the office to ask for help the door was locked. I rang the door bell and no one answered. I called the office from my room and no one answered. So I called them from my cell, finally a lady answered but seemed very dismissive and nothing was ever said to the people with the extremely loud tv or the group of people outside drinking and hollering until about 4am. The room was dirty with stains on the sheets, a broken dresser inside it, and dirt on the floor. I would not recommend this location to anyone!

    If traveling for work stay away!!!! Cant do any work because something amiss with wifi. Went to office to ask if they could check wifi and they pull up their phone "its fine" so I am off to McDonalds to do my reports!!! Didnt like that I paid Booking.com and hotel also charged me now I am fighting Booking.com to get refunded!!!!

    When I saw the pictures on Hotels.com it looked to be and nice clean place. It wasn’t!! Very disappointed towels were the size of dish towels and were stained. The best part of this hotel was checking out.

    The picture shown here looks nothing like the property. It was dirty and run down on the outside. The room wasn't clean. Very little insulation to cover outside traffic noises. Guest was singing and beating out a tune from 4-4:30 am.

    The room was extremely noisy. the road noise was unbearable, barely slept the 1st night, we did not stay a second. the A/C unit started making high pitched noises in the middle of the night. The room, while clean, had incomplete repairs to the ceiling and there were several places on the wall where paint was missing. the overall experience was the worst I have ever had at any motel I have ever stayed at. I will never stay there again under any circumstances.

    Was not the best experience there was hair n the bathtub wen we checked n and my wife went down to see if she could use bleach and a rag to clean it, they gave it to her (personally I think they should of cleaned it themselves) not to mention we couldn’t use the tv cause no bird to cable box or batteries in the remote, the bedside light fell apart when I tried to use it, it was basically a dive!

    Not very clean at all ..... we had a very dirty sink and stained pillow cases, we told the front desk about it and they came up and cleaned the sink and replaced the pillowcases. The other couple had a dirty bath tub and a missing T.V. cable that they told the front desk about, they handed her a cloth and some comet, they never did replace the cable !! Way overpriced for what we got, but being a holiday weekend we hadn't much choice. But ... on the plus side, the front desk person was friendly.

    Took along time to get service for check in. Stood in the cold and then the receptionist was rude and tried to make me pay again bc she didn't know how to work the computer. The OWNER said EVERYONE would have to pay it twice. Once if you pay on hotels.com and then again in cash or card at the site if that lady is working bc she doesn't know how to use the computer!!!     The person checking me in took about 20 minutes! It appeared to be her first day on the job. I had a 4 yr old in the car getting restless and an impatient husband. When we finally got into the room my son removed his shoes and walked around for a few minutes. He climbed on the bed and left black dirty feet marks everywhere! It was so gross! We washed his feet and tried to brush off the dirt. He was confined to the bed and could not get down until he was dressed the next morning. My husband and I kept our shoes on until physically getting in bed and put them back on before getting up. Talk about nasty! The fridge was nice however the freezer part was one solid block of ice so I couldn’t freeze my ice packs from the cooler. I’ll spend the extra $ and stay someplace else next time!

    The building was run down. the pillows were old and flat. If your looking for the cheapest room, that’s what you will get. The air conditioner ran all night and the room was cool but it didn’t remove the humidity so everything was cool and damp.

    So I book this room with a king size bed and a double bed. I get there and the lady at the front tells me its 1 double bed in a king room. I showed her the way it reads on hotels.com which clearly states 1 king bed and 1 double bed. She again says that means a double bed in a king room. So I ended up paying for the extra bed we needed. I was very unhappy with this and its definitely not what the ad showed. Oh, and the ad showed this room sleeps 3-4 people. Her manager also agreed with her.

    They had BED BUGS BAD! First off went outside in the cold to ask for towels and said that we stole the towels that he knows he put them in there when really there was none in there.     They lost our reservation but found it after a half hour of investigation. The second night of our week long stay, we had a plumbing pipe leaking in the wall making the bathroom floor constantly wet. Took them 2 days to fix the problem. Other than that, the staff was great and we enjoyed our stay.

    I stayed in this hotel this past weekend and it was a pleasant experience, its not the best hotel but as everything you get what you payed for. The price is decent ofcourse the sooner the better, management was nice, speaked to the owner and was a nice guy. I saw alot of bad reviews for this hotel but i still risked it and im glad i did because it was not as bad as they said, yes it is kind of old but everything was clean. Everything is near by so i recommend it!

    Non smoking room had cigarette burns on comforters. Toilet rocked back and forth very uncomfortable! Office clerk, house keeping, and maintenance man were all the same person. At check in lots of scents were smelled as if they were cooking and burning scented incense.

    Our room was horrific. From the moment we opened the door the room had a horrible odor which we never could figure out if it was a chemical to cover up smoke or just what it was. The sink faucet was so loose that you had to hold it in place to lift the handle to turn on the water. The toilet actually moved when you sat down on it. The floor was so dirty there was no way to take off your shoes. The towels were extremely thin and so incredibly stained you did not want to use them to take a bath or wash your face. The covers on the bed had what looked like dried blood or feces stains. During the night the traffic was so bad outside the door you could hear every jake break and more. The air conditioner had to be kicked because it would break into a sound that would sound like an airplane landing in the room. If it hadn't been late and we had another choice to go to in a town where all the rooms were booked up to $400 a night we would have moved. I offered to sleep in the car several times but the area was so sketchy we were afraid to. There were multiple security cameras everywhere....I'm not sure what they were afraid of someone stealing.... I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

    We refused to stay in this dirty hotel. Rogers Inn will be reported to the Department of Health ASAP and should be shut down. I hope that Expedia will remove the Rogers Inn from their service. Other travelers should be warned that this is an unsanitary motel in a questionable location and the staff is even worse. The front desk clerk was extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused to help me in any way and repeatedly screamed at and insulted me until she hung up on the phone on me. She refused to let me speak to the manager, wouldn't give me her name, and insulted me until I was in tears. The Rogers Inn will also be reported to the Better Business Bureau so no other traveler is verbally assaulted. I advise all Expedia travelers to stay far away from Rogers Inn.
