This is a great family place. Basketball for the kids and a pool. Lots of places to eat next door and a movie theatre across the way.

1. Improve the in room coffee set up. 2. The Tv set up is not great. 3. The sofa is not relaxing at all. 4. The receptacle where the tv equipment is plugged in is separated from the wall. 5. The furnace closet was left unlocked (unsafe). 6. The bathroom door is in need of adjustment. 7. The toilet runs.

We stay here every year for Bikes Blues & BBQ since it moved to Rogers. Have had a great experience every time. Rooms are always spotless and the staff are always polite. Good breakfast is always a bonus. I just hope they don't start price gouging because of the event like all the others do.

Great staff, delicious breakfast, and clean environment. Close to highway, retail and plenty of restaurants.

The only suggestion we have is to put an adjustable wall mount for the tv into the room, so that you can watch tv from the couch or the bed.

The rooms are just ok, not as upscale as you would expect from Marriott but the breakfast was good.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suites and it was nice to have your own bathroom and privacy but also an area to visit. The equipped full size kitchen was a huge plus!

Always a fantastic stay with lots of dining options around. Breakfast is amazing!

Items of the breakfast were cold. This was not up to the usual standard we have experienced before.

Old, dingy, musty and needs renovation

The bed was comfortable, and we slept well, but it was not excellent. Still, I will consider a Residence Inn for future travel lodging. Overall, wonderful!

The whole staff was amazing. The cleanliness of the facility was outstanding. There were some maintenance issues during my stay but the staff went out of their way to accommodate for any inconvenience.

Comfortable hotel in Rogers AR. Came to attend a concert and this hotel has everything I needed. Room was very clean and the breakfast was a good start for the day. Would stay there again.

We were disappointed that the pool was closed. We booked with anticipation of using the pool. I feel like we may have booked a different hotel had we known

Lots of restaurants surround this hotel plus a movie theater across the street. Needless to say this location has major "walkability". Truly enjoyed our stay.

The beds weren't very comfy

I was so pleased when we arrived to see this hotel was updated and extremely clean. The front desk and the dining staff were excellent. The breakfast was your typical hotel buffet breakfast but with more options with additional condiments that made it pleasant.

I also wish that they used little bottles of shampoo and soap because we did not want to use the big bottles in the shower for sanitary reasons. Otherwise, it wasnt a decent stay.

Beautiful property and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. One suggestion if you are going to have a kitchen with pots and pans, get sheet pans for guests so they can cook things in the oven. We stayed in Residence Inns our entire 3 week vacation and this was the only one without sheet pans for cooking. I didn't inquire with staff and was told they don't have those. Otherwise, wonderful stay.

Aside from renovations happening in the building, our experience was great! Loved the suite!

Very clean, very quiet, breakfast was very good: sausage, scrambled eggs, oatmeal,,waffle maker with lots of toppings, plus fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, juice dispenser had quality juice. Highly recommend.

Check was fast and easy. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was very good. Even though the hotel was almost full, it was very quiet and peaceful.

Everything was just not kept up a light kept turning off even tho no one was touching it the sofa had a hole in the cushion, the bath tub had a big chunk broken out of the porcelain, the carpet was old a worn, the shower drain was slow.

The hotel is worn and dated. The room was not clean. The sheets had several stains on them. I stayed two nights and housekeeping didn’t refresh the room during my stay. Tge front desk service wasn't great, but it was ok. I would not stay here again.

I reserved a room got confirmation and when I got there to check in did not have a room and confirmation said I was gaurrteed a room that was a lie never go back liars

We had rotten food in the sink and when we turned on the garbage disposal it churned ip the spoiled food and smelled throughout our room our entire stay. As a result if this we had nats everywhere in our room

I think the breakfast should last longer to be considerate of travelers. I was traveling from a different time zone with a 1am landing flight, so I couldn't wake up in time to enjoy it.

It was overall a great experience as staff were really friendly and attentive.

This was a pretty run down room. The toilet ran every twenty seconds and the beds were not comfortable. I don’t recommend going with children. It’s says it sleeps 4 but the pullout bed was so bad my kids slept on the couch without pulling out the bed. The pots and pans are aluminum and hard to cook with. But there was a real coffee pot which we enjoyed. It was not the most relaxing space but we made it work.

Fridge and kitchen stuff was a little dated but the room was clean, all the staff are very friendly and helpful and it was right in the middle of great eating and shopping. Also pretty much 10 minutes from everything we wanted to do and either Rogers or Bentonville.

There are no extra blankets in the room… the beds are tilted head down.. the pillows are to soft amd constantly trying to fluff them

The only not great thing to say was I wish they had automatic doors for the lobby. That was the only not pleasant thing is when I had to open the door and pull my luggage at same time. Great location great place

Super clean and comfortable, We were in town for our anniversary and to visit Crystal Bridges and this motel was an easy 5-10 min drive there.

We stayed 10 days and everything was awesome! We had a full kitchen with a stove, a full refrigerator, all the dishes and utensils you need and even a dishwasher for clean up, The staff were so helpful and friendly, the hotel was so clean, the pool was nice and warm with pool toys for the kiddos which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was nice with many options. The one thing I really enjoyed was the quietness of the rooms, when you’re in your room you couldn't hear the outside or other residents in other rooms which made for some very restful nights sleep! The rooms were so spacious with 4 kiddos is a definite plus!

We were there for the funeral of a family member. Many of the family stayed at this hotel. The staff was so accommodating and helpful, allowing us to gather in the large common area, socially distanced. The staff was so gracious. Thank you!

When you book on Expedia, the hotel tells you the room you've booked is not available and charges you the same price for a smaller room. NOPE!

The service and room was great! Family enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back soon.

Given the current climate with covid, the attendants were very aware of precautions needed. I've stayed in the past and anytime in NWA will continue to give themy business.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, and convenient location. The 2-bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 6. The only disappointing thing for me was the grab-and-go breakfast instead of a full breakfast, but that’s covid’s fault, not Residence Inn’s.

It was spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet and affordable. With the 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen/living area, it was more like a condo/apartment than a hotel/motel. Also, 3 big screen TVs (worked!).

We stayed during a very heavy rain storm. When we woke, there was water leaking into the windows. We reported the issue and the staff was very attentive. We were checking out that day, so we don't know if it was repaired. Otherwise, this property was very clean, had a great breakfast buffet and the staff was very kind and accomodating. We would stay again.

Went to check in and be told there were no rooms available- a room that I prepaid for. “Oops. Sales department is supposed to keep an eye on that. There are plenty of other rooms in town.” Really?

Staff was amazing! I needed extra help from kitchen staff the first morning and mentioned we were staying there because my husband had a doctor appointment. They remembered me enough the next morning to ask about my husband. They remembered my breakfast preference needs/wants. They were amazing. The front desk staff didn't make me feel rushed or like I was interrupting when I had a few extra questions. All around great experience! Very clean and really nice looking. We will be staying there again!
