Dirty bed sheets obviously haven't been changed since the last time someone stayed there, which is absolutely disgusting. Beds are hard as a rock, might as well sleep on the floor. The price was good for the stay, but the dirtiness of the room was the downfall for me.

Rooms were nice and clean. Phone inside the room didn’t work and no one answered when calling from cell but when we walked to the counter we were able to handle our issue. A little inconvenient but problem was solved none the less. Also, the beds were extremely high off the floor. This wasn’t a huge issue for us and I’m not sure if this is the same for every room but you may want to have some rooms with beds that are a little more accommodating to elderly or those with disabilities. Overall, it was a nice stay!

This was a very nice little motel and very clean.it was nice and quiet too. They had a microwave, fridge and coffee set up. The check in was the easiest Ive ever done, I couldn't believe it. Friendly people.

You get what you pay for. This was an 80$ room and for that price, this wasnt bad… Room was clean even though sheets had stain. We were just basically checking in to sleep and nothing else so this was perfect to park at our door, hit the bed and get up and leave the next morning. Only complaint I would have is they only have sheets on the bed. Thank God I always have blankets in my car or that would have been a problem.

The guy at the front window when I checked in was a complete a-hole. He repeated at least 50x for my license as I was asking him questions and then he demanded I give him $100 cash to check in. Total extortion. Only book and pay with hotels.com so you’re not paying extra fees. They have to accept service animals. If you can afford to stay in a better place do it. This place is run by a-holes

It was great. I've lived in Rogers my entire life and the new owners have really done an excellent job remodeling and cleaning up! What was once a haven for methed up crack smoking cockroaches is now a great, pleasant and safe stay. I think they even installed a soft water filter for the hard water we have in the area. Its really nice!

Clean room, comfy bed, hot shower. Had a coffee maker, fridge with freezer, microwave. For the price it was very good for a one night stay.

Ac was good. Shower water pressure was crazy strong. The shower was super low, about chest high. The pressure was strong enough to floss your teeth. Clearly remodeling has been done, but not everything has been replaced. However for the price, I would say its worth it.

We booked online and paid online. When we arrived and attempted to check in, we were informed that the card machine was down so he couldnt check us in. We asked for our money back and he declined.

Service is bad. No blanket on the bed. Had to beg for pillows which I was refused initially then given when I asked again with more confidence. However, they only gave me one for my king size bed.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the did provide coffee in the room.

The first room we received stunk like puke, and cleaner. We called, and complained, and was immediately moved into a new room. That room was perfectly fine. It was super clean for a cheap motel!

This facility needs updating and artention needs to be paid to the stained towels and washcloths. The air conditioning is old and is struggling. It kept going off, as in completely off, waking me up both nights frequently. Also, the red curtains are so thin you can see headlights coming and going all night. Upon checkout the young man refused to tell me my totol or even print out a receipt. He said you pay Hotels.com. I do not recommend this location at all.

Property location was challenging for our travel purposes. Amenities were zero, but clean and relatively comfortable.

Hotel guests in nearby room woke me at 200am two nights in a row. That was a major issue during my stay.

Cleanly and had energy you'd need! Just a little older and tv only had cable. Only complaint is how thin the bed sheets are. Would definitely recommend for the price!

Honestly when we got there I rung the doorbell like the paper said to and no one answered or gave an indication of anything. It wasn’t until my boyfriend rolled the car window down and said someone was there so I walked over to the window in the wall and didn’t think much of it. After signing in and entering the hotel room everything appeared clean. Upon further inspection we saw a booger on one of the beds and hair in the other. The shower kept switching from scorching to freezing without moving the handle. When undoing the bed to sleep I found a little bit more hair. In the morning we found some black stains in the mattress sheets that we didn’t catch last night.

The room was very clean, the water pressure was great and it was plenty hot. The air conditioning was aged but worked great. Plenty of towels, tv worked great etc Can't say nothing bad about this hotel

The attendant, or owner, was very kind when we checked in. We called ahead to see if an early check in was available, and if not, then we would be checking in late due to a late ball game and he was ok with that. The room was exceptionally clean!!! I have never been in a hotel that was this incredibly clean, and I have been in some 5 star hotels that weren’t this clean! Thank you for paying close detail to room cleanliness, that was so much appreciated !!!

I booked on Expedia and check out time says 11 AM. I was able to check in a little early. When I got there, A man working the front got my signature and on the piece of paper it showed the checkout time 11 AM as well before I left to go to my room he stated that check out was at 10 AM. I told him that check out time on Expedia at 11 AM as well as the paper, looked at me silently for several seconds and then said OK 11 AM. So the next morning, I'm asleep and someone knocks on my door about 8:45 AM. I go look and no one's there very weird to me. Why is somebody knocking at my door? Why Is someone knocking that early? That's why I have a phone in the room to use. Then again, I hear a knock about 1040. It's the cleaning lady I let her know it's not 11 o'clock yet. Come back later. Again another again at 10:53 AM and the same man that was working at the front desk I open the door he asked if I was leaving. I said I have seven minutes it's only 1053 check out is at 11. He said OK and walked back up to the front. Other than that, I have no complaints for the Price I paid Other than the customer service and the door knocking. and I also did have a weird next-door neighbor.

Need a grab car outside of shower. Bathroom door is printed because that is the only thing to hold stepping out of tub.

We left to go to a concert at the amp and when we returned both rooms I had reserved had beetles flying around everywhere and/ or dead on the floor. There were dead bugs in the windowsill and baby spiders crawling all over the air conditioning unit and even in the bed. When my boyfriend got up to use the bathroom there was a roach crawling on the bathroom floor. My daughter stayed in the second room and couldn’t even take a shower because there were wads of hair all over the floor of the bathtub. The staff member was friendly enough and we weren’t worried about our safety. However with checkout being at 11 we were laying in bed watching tv around 9 and a housekeeper opened our door. No knock, just came on in.

Nothing fancy but very clean and comfortable. Loved being able to park at the door. There are no frills, I never did figure out where to find ice and vending. For an affordable pleasant no fuss overnight stay. Perfect spot.

The bathroom wall was painted recently but mold has already shown up. They probably did not treat for the mold before oainting
