Staff was great , but housekeeping was excellent kept everything nice and clean helpful, stayed a week.

Comfortable room, clean property, decent breakfast, and convenient to many things in Bentonville and Rogers. Helpful staff as well. And while I did not use, looked to be a nice gym and indoor pool.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. It was clean, the staff was really friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. It cost us a bit more but it was worth every penny.

Hotel was nice and good emmenities except ice machine was not working. Reservation was messed up and they charged me for a night I had already paid for through Expedia. Made me change rooms after the first night because of it

Very nice rooms, Very clean, everything worked and easy to use, House keeping was absolutely amazing, staff and front desk were the greatest, always checking to see how my stay was going, breakfast was great, always got hot fresh coffee, amazing restaurants all around and walked to everyone of them. I recommend this place to all that comes through Bentonville Arkansas.

The room we stayed in had an extension where a hot tub was, it was wasted space. Build a bench seat across one long wall, build small desk in front and go down too put a small tv across from bench seat. Cute pillows and paint.

Wonderful staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Front desk staff helped provide a box fan to help me sleep. The refrigerator was broken and not working.

bit old. Our first assigned room had a musty smell and we had to ask for a different room. The staff was great as usual for Hampton. The location was convenient for Shopping and restaurants.

Great location, very friendly staff with excellent customer service skills. The room was perfect - great water pressure in the shower, non crunchy sheets (iykyk), quiet, the heat/air worked very efficiently, complimentary ear plugs, a fan in the bathroom, breakfast had everything you could want! I never leave reviews but we stay in a lot of hotels for tournaments etc, and this one stood out! The exterior was being painted, so there wasn't a name sign on the hotel. There was a free standing sign, but it wasn't visible from all directions.

Room was exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful, welcoming and kind. Breakfast was good, especially the waffles. Hotel is having some outside remodeling done, but it had no effect on my stay.

Hotel was top notch and quiet. Coffee was abundant and visible. Easy to find. All good things to say about this property. Will definitely stay again.

We were staying with two children and were very comfortable the entire time. Room was clean. Pool was clean and they even supply some toys. The breakfast was nice and had lots of options. And there is always coffee in the lobby. We would return here for sure! Also, if you're looking for a great restaurant try Tokyo House that is right up the road.

Nice room … comfortable bed … decent shower… but when paying full price expected the room to be serviced.

Had a great experience - only rated 4 because the elevator had a little bit of issues while I was there. Robin was amazing and I also left something very valuable and housekeeping turned it in. They mailed it to me and I got it within a few days with tracking. Would definitely stay here again. Stayed in the executive suite. Road noise was very loud.

We stay here every time we come to town for a concert at the amphitheater, due to the fact that we know it will be consitantly a comfortable stay, with great service and great breakfast!

The front desk staff, particularly Robin, was very kind and patient with myself and my children, and put us in a ground level floor at my request so we didn’t disturb any of the other guests. The pool was clean, everything was well stocked, and when I need an extra towel, I had it in less than 30 seconds. Breakfast was delightful as well. Good location too!

I've stayed at just about every hotel of this price range in NWA and can say this was easily among the top 3 in terms of cleanliness, service, general appeal and design, ammenities, and location. Standard but solid breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

I will definitely stay here again!! I was extremely impressed with the staff.

The hotel is super clean, our room was clean. The staff is amazing. The bad thing is the noise. I felt like I was at the Daytona 500 every night. Every night cars and crotch rockets would race up and down the street in front of the hotel. This was by far the loudest place I have ever stayed. I won’t be returning.

Check in staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean but do not have a closet which made storing hanging clothes and some other things a little inconvenient. Breakfast was not as great as most of the Hampton's that we've stayed at. The location is perfect if you are exploring Bentonville/Rogers. It's pretty much dead center to all surrounding attractions!

This was a quick stop over on the way out of town. Easy access, close enough to Crystal Bridges. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast as expected.

This was a very comfortable, friendly hotel with easy access to main streets, restaurants and shops. It was close to the Interstate, but far enough to not hear the highway traffic noise. I would stay here again.

Bed could have been a little better had a bit of wallowed spot in it but was comfortable, room was clean, and smelled good, we travel with a small dog which he slept in cage, nice walking area behind motel, otherwise was a good stay!

Nice property but car park was completely full so had to park in another car park belonging to another business and breakfast was full. Nowhere to sit and very basic. Hot savory food consisted of chopped hot dog sausage and soggy potatoes. Pretty disappointing. However room and hotel was clean just small and over booked.

The desk seating was too low and very uncomfortable to sit very long. The lighting was insufficient as well. The properly light the room.

The only negative thing that we saw, has been mentioned before. The toilet in the spacious bathroom was extremely low to the ground. I don’t think it was even standard height. I don’t know why they did that. Everything else was super.
