Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bentonville South - Rogers, AR

This property needs a major overhaul. The furniture was broken and needs repairs. The bedding was so dirty that we had to switch rooms. I was very disappointed with this hotel for the price we had to pay.

The hot tub was out of service, but everything else was nice. The breakfast was good and convenient. We dealt with several members of the staff and they were all helpful and very polite.

The staff was quick and friendly the room was clean and the pool was perfect for my baby.

Hot tub was out. Very annoying for us because we could have stayed at cheaper hotels but we wanted a hot tub. Bed was stained at the bottom. Customer service was excellent an the hotel was nice. Room was large an had plenty of room. Not perfect an without hot tub I wouldn't stay again. With hot tub I might.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very nice and the breakfast was delicious!! The beds are firmer than we're used to, we have a soft memory foam mattress, but they are clean and nice.

Staff was friendly at check in and greeted us each time we came in. This is our 3rd or 4th stay here and have enjoyed it each time. The property is a little dated, but not horrible.

Proper housekeeping is basic expectation when staying in a hotel and the lack of response to multiple notifications is frustrating and disappointing. I hope housekeeping management reviews the matter and take steps into improving guest service and communication in the future.

Breakfast was great, kids enjoyed the pool. I was worried every time I got in the elevator. I was also bummed to find out the hot tub was shut down. Also, I know this is personal preference but the beds were terrible.

Location They had plug in air fresheners everywhere smell was overwhelming and it made me sick! I flew in from California for my granddaughters wedding and I got so sick from the air freshener I missed the wedding!

Hotel was clean, but much in need of an update. Our room showed lots of signs of wear and tear.

Rooms were clean and staff were very helpful. Nice large mini fridge with a small freezer in your room which is nice. The elevator and hot tub were both down for maintenance which was unfortunate, but I’m sure those will get fixed soon enough. Breakfast had lots of options both hot and cold.

I booked this room while traveling and got a great deal. After booking, I sent a message to staff to let them know I would be checking in around 1:15 in the morning and when I arrived they already had the keys ready, and after verifying my identity, I was checked in in about 2 minutes and in my room within minutes of arriving. It was clean, and easy.

Couple of things we didn’t like. Maybe three. When entered the room, you can clearly tell that the carpet was well kept. Somewhat nasty to be honest. Then I took a shower and the water was not going down the drain like it should. I guess the thing was clogged. Just imagine what was in that water. Then, I just wanted to watch some TV or local news and the TV keep saying there was a problem with the internet. Not expecting that I called front desk to ask for assistance and all I got was attitude like I was annoying the guy, and then rudely asked if I wanted to just change rooms. Not a good start to what I was hopping a nice stay. I’m not trying to be a Debby downer, but come on.

First room was not clean. The front desk guy switched rooms immediately. The hot tub was down. I think one elevator was broken. Everything else was good.

We have stayed in the hotel multiple times but this time it was horrible. Our room was to be a king suite with a pull out sofa. This hotel doesn’t have such rooms. They were kind enough to upgrade us to a double queen with a pull out sofa. The room was hot and we tried adjusting the thermostat but it stayed 76 the entire time. We mentioned it when we left to go grab dinner. We were told that we needed to leave the fan on auto. We tried that when we came back. The room still wouldn’t cool down. We tried to open the windows but they were screwed shut. This was very concerning because that is a fire hazard. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work. There was a baseball tournament in the area and lots of kids in the pool. Tried multiple times to get in the pool thinking it wouldn’t be as crowded. Tried Sunday morning because we were told that it opened at 7 am. Instead they had put chemicals in so the pool was closed. Don’t tell your guest it opens at 7am if you are treating it with chemicals. Even the hot tub wasn’t working. These are things your guest are looking for when booking a room. It will be a long time before we try them again.

Staff was excellent!! All very nice, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. Rooms were somewhat dingy and didn’t have box spring covers so you could see stains. Hot tub was empty and obviously not working, which was most disappointing and th reason we checked out 2 days early.

I loved my stay there everyone (staff & other guest) was welcoming and had excellent hospitality. Will be my go to hotel when I’m in Rogers, AR from now on.

So we were only in town for a night, we enjoyed the breakfast the morning we took off. The hotel was well staffed. The staff was attentive to our needs. It's five stars from us.

Not our first visit to this hotel. However both times we had barking dogs in adjacent rooms. I also found long black hairs on the towels and I’m blonde.

The staff was very helpful. However, the first room we were given had bed bug feces and eggs on the mattresses. Staff moved us to a new room which had chunks of food on the floor and smelled of dogs. In addition, the hot tub was closed, completely drained of water and the pool chemicals were very strong. That said, breakfast was plentiful but would not choose to stay here again due to the cleanliness issues.

Breakfast easy and convenient. Hotel was busy and check-in was quick. There were a few issues related to card keys. Our room key had to reissued twice & I noted another family had the same issue as they were the front counter as well. The room smelled musty and the hall carpets needed to be stretched- tripping hazard! But the stay was just fine.

Close to everything that I need to do while I’m in town. Always very friendly. One area of opportunity is breakfast meat should be bacon or pork sausage.

1. The hot tub was broken, and we were not made aware of this before our stay, but we were able to use another hotel’s hot tub down the road. This was nice, but the hot tub was the main reason we booked this particular hotel. 2. When we asked for daily housekeeping, we were told the staff would get to it “if they had time.” Ultimately they did, but I didn’t like being made to feel like I was an inconvenience when daily housekeeping used to be the standard for staying in a hotel. 3. Some of the shared areas were fairly dirty. For example, there was dog poop at one point in the elevator and I had to move a half-full Coke bottle out from under my car so I didn’t run over it. On the positive side, the staff was generally helpful and kind. Still, I don’t see us returning here in the future.

Door handle was not working well. Alerted front desk, we were advised that has been in issue with our room. They would alert maintenance, however it was not fixed. Hot tub was not working.

The air conditioning didn’t work in my room the first night. I became overheated and passed out in the bathroom. The second night I was moved to another room, and there was a lot of noise in the adjacent rooms. The third night I was taken to the hospital by ambulance. A family member had to retrieve my belongings the next day.

Hot tub was broken - this happens and it's understandable if disappointing. However, we were told the pool was ok to use, even though it was green, cloudy and had an odor. The curved shower curtain rod was falling out and sagging, causing the curtain to bunch up near the low part of the curve. The carpeting was wrinkled in the hall and our room and one of our curtains had an eight inch tear in it. When I was told I could use the pool and hot tub at their sister hotel a couple blocks away, we simply moved there.

The breakfast was filling and lots to choose from. Loved how the room was set up with a separate sitting area and a bedroom door you can close. Staff was very friendly and greeted everyone as they passed by.

If you are planning to use amenties, confirm that they’re operating. No hot tub, heavy chlorine smell, temperamental key card readers.

We chose this hotel because they advertised a pool AND a hot tub. When we arrived that evening we were informed that the pool and hot tub were not available because they had not gotten around to cleaning them. Additionally, the wifi password did not work and nobody would answer the phone to assist us.

We did not utilize the pool because a family was swimming fully clothed—no swimsuits. The carpet in the room was filthy—stained and clumps of dirt. My shoes left tracks in the bathroom after walking on the carpet. The box springs on the bed was stained. The breakfast area was clean and they worked hard to keep it stocked. But overall the hotel looked old and in need of more than a fresh coat of paint.

Aside from the front desk being short staffed upon arrival, it was a clean and comfortable room with a typical breakfast before our departure.

TV didn't work. There was a terrible storm coming through and we couldn't even check the weather. Refrigerator didn't work and that RUINED my mother's pulled pork. Sheets were dirty. Shower was cold. Coffee was burnt. Outlet didn't work in the bathroom. Really just the WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AND I TRAVEL A LOT. AT LEAST TWICE A MONTH.

Check in was quick, and the lady was sweet. The cookies are a great touch. I wanted to sit by the fireplace but it’s in the lobby so not secluded at all. I got a great price on the king suite (by myself) And it’s a fantastic room. The room was clean, well furnished, and large. The bed was comfy, and the AC cold. This is my third time here and far from my last.

This was a great stay. The workers were great, anything we needed they were eager to help!

I liked the breakfast options that had greater variety than one typically finds in similar hotels. The staff was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not open during our visit. Also, Expedia showed cookies in their images of the hotel. I never saw any complimentary cookies during our three night stay. Therefore, that picture should be removed. I would stay again the next time we visit Crystal Bridges.

On another note, "Jennifer" who checked us in was very kind.

Fast check in process. Room is spacious, clean but pillows are not enough for two people. Blanket are not that warm in cold weather. No safe to keep your valuables. Has enough parking space. Area is quiet and safe. Close to restaurants and Marshals. Breakfast is good. I highly recommend to a family and friends.

Staff was amazing, but room smelled like a wet dog and musty. On the 3rd day when our room was supposed to be cleaned, only towels and trash were done, nothing else.

Had rsv for a king suite. At check in was told no king suites available, that these rooms had not been cleaned due to holiday and wouldn't be cleaned till housekeeping returned to work. Was put in a small double room. Room just too small for visit with family. Also at check in front desk clerk was too busy on cell phone to realize I was even there standing waiting to check in. After a few minutes when someone walked through lobby she then noticed I was standing there waiting to check in. Double bed room just wouldn't work, so at 3am just got up and left. Been staying hear several times a year but may have to rethink this after this stay. Very disappointed stay. Mark C. room 102

Overall good and appropriately rated on Expedia. Missing shower curtain. They fixed the problem quickly.

We had problems with the toilet continually running water. The flap wouldn't seal. We reported it, they said they fixed it, but it never worked correctly

Wide variety of breakfast foods which were extremely tasty, (Tia, who does the cooking and helps maintain the eating area was especially accommodating, efficient, and welcoming.) We have family in the area and won’t even consider staying anywhere else in the future.

My concern is that we booked a hotel with an indoor pool so our grandkids could come over and swim. The hotel was letting swimming lessons be given in the pool by 3 and or 4 instructors therefore not leaving any pool space for paying guest. This was totally unacceptable in my opinion!

The meals were mediocre, and there was not enough variety. It was scrambled eggs and potatoes and sausage. I am a vegetarian and cannot eat sausage. If there were vegetarian options such as Morningstar Farms or Impossible Sausage or something, it would be more attractive to vegetarians or fried eggs or vegetarian omelettes or anything else would have been nice. Mix it up a bit. Offer gluten free pancakes and waffles. My wife is gluten intolerant and she couldn't eat the waffles. The card key didn't work in the side door, the vending items were priced too high, and while this last item is not feasible, it would have been nicer to have MORE than just one washer and one dryer. Also, the cost on them was too much. The Front Desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel. I appreciated that.

Stayed four consecutive nights. They never cleaned our room. The pool area never had towels even after we requested them. Our remote didn’t work for our tv as was told we just had to deal with it. On the plus side breakfast was great.

It was “ OK”. No blankets or coffee for the coffee maker in the room. The room smelled like dirty laundry but appeared to be clean. Breakfast was ok, typical hotel breakfast. Not a terrible experience but nothing to brag about.

I will start with the positive.. the front desk clerk was very friendly & helpful. The breakfast choices were pretty good. The rest not so pleasant. The one working elevator is sketchy & missing the inspection sticker. Sketchy enough we took the stairs most of the time. The carpet in the hall is dirty & wavy (needs to be cleaned & stretched), the beds are not comfortable & are stained. No bedskirts on the bottom..there was a hole in the side of the box spring & stains. Stains all over the carpet in the room. Stains on the walls. Dirt & hair in the corners in the bathroom. I'm not sure how this place has gotten such good reviews but i personally won't stay there again & would have chosen to go elsewhere if we were staying more than one night. I did pull back the sheets to check for bed bugs before laying on the bed. Didn't see any so that's a positive. I took pictures if anyone at the hotel is interested.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. Our room was not cleaned every day. We ran out of toilet paper, kleenex and clean towels. Our garbage cans were full. Had to take the full cans to the front and said we have been here 2 days and no one had cleaned our room. They gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper & kleenex and said they will have our room cleaned as soon as the cleaning person cane in. NEVER HAPPENED! I again told the front desk around 3 our room was still not cleaned. They said the room would be cleaned the next day (this was day 3) and gave us 2 bath towels no hand towels or wash clothes. Finally got the room cleaned and all new towels on our 3rd day. They should at least CLEAN the room everyday. Although the food was good. Will not be staying there again

shower immediately came on when the water was turned on and couldn’t be shut off, the stench of cigarette smoke was terrible immediately upon leaving the front entrance of the building, the gravy at breakfast was cold, and my wife and I hurriedly left when a guest openly vaped without being asked to stop in the breakfast room. TV reception also was not good. It goes without saying we won’t be returning, and we certainly wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone.

Hotel smelled musky and old. Rooms were smaller and bath tub could use updating. Loose knobs in bath tub/shower. Looked like grime left around the drain of the tub. Stains on the carpet. Someone else’s sock from a stay before us under the skirting on the bed, so how well did they really clean. Over all wouldn’t stay again.

We reserved at this hotel based on the location from downtown for the B,B&BBQ rally. Two years ago we had a great time sitting in the jacuzzi after riding all day. Our first day this trip we found out by starting to get in the jacuzzi that it was cold and needed a new heater. When we checked in nothing was mentioned naturally. Then the next day, the only elevator that worked (of two) broke forcing everyone to use the stairs. Naturally we were on the fourth floor. On top of all that the beds are hard as a rock and suck. Needless to say I'll find a different place to stay next year.

The staff was very friendly and seemed to be working hard. But, the room smelled very damp even though we couldn’t find anything wet. It was strong. We were only there for one night so we dealt with it. The staff mentioned that all rooms smelled like that. Also there was a red chair in our room that had stains all over. I turned it torwards the wall and told the staff about it. If the bed and bathroom hadn’t been clean, we would have left. Desperate times. Also, the bedroom wall wasn’t properly sound proofed so we heard everyone outside talking and noise from the nearby road.

The room was not touched between days I was there except for removing and replacing a bath towel, they didn't take the washcloth nor make up the bed. I regularly stay at this hotel when I visit family in Rogers but this will probably be the last time. Elevator was down which I know can happen but the one that worked was very slow. The hotel was fine. We really liked having a bedroom with a door and then a living room too with a fold out couch. The biggest issue was we had put all our belongings in the room then left. We we came back, we were locked out! the door handle wouldn’t always work on our door!!! We put the key in, the light was green, but the door wouldn’t open! The staff said they were sorry, but their maintenance people didn’t work on the weekend, what?! So if my husband hadn’t figured out how you had to move the handle in a certain way, all our stuff would be locked in the room. The breakfast was good. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy to get to the Walmart AMP.

I accompanied my dear elderly Mother on road trip to Walmart Museum Bentonville, Arkansas. I booked reservation through my Expedia app account & chose the Country Inn & Suites by Raddison. We arrived & Ms. Mony greeted us & looked up my name & I provided proof of my TX driver license made my 2 electronic keys with room number & wifi password quick & easy no hassles just self served chocolate cookies & cold pints of milk as we checked in Rogers, Arkansas. Mr. Stacy same friendly hospitality after midnight front desk around 2-3 am fresh coffee prepared before 6-9:30 am full breakfast check out at 12 pm noon. We enjoyed our stay & share our recommendations of quality customer service & amenities with morning desk greeting of good morning as beeakfast served 1st class VIP baby! We Texans love you Razorback people also! You know how to keep us coming back. Thank you all Staff.

Very happy with our stay. Comfortable large room. Good breakfast each morning. Only disappointment was the hot tub wasn't working and the pool was on the cool side.

The hot tub wasn’t even hot it was ice cold and the showers did not drain.

Room smelled of mildew very strong. Emma was very sweet and helpful.

Overall good and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and easy with decent options. Lobby, eating area, pool, and room was clean. I would book again. Only reason it wasn’t 5 stars was a slight musty smell in the room. Like the carpet was wet once and didn’t get dried out fully. Definitely smell it once you walked into the room; we adjusted to the smell once in the room.

We would stay here again. Friendly staff. The only thing broken was the heater on the hot tub.

Great place to stay!

This property only had one working elevator, no places to sit and visit or hang out, couldn't take food or beverages by the pool. It's literally a place just for sleeping.

Breakfast is good. Quiet rooms. Very accessible to the attractions of the area.

The suite was nice—extra space is so helpful when family members stop by to chat.

Great place to stay without breaking the bank!

The front desk staff was very polite! Our room numbers were not posted on a sign in the hallway which had other room numbers. The shower curtain was way too short for the shower/tub; had to request a new one. Insufficient blankets on the beds. Breakfast was good the first day, but the second day was not. Because the 2nd day's breakfast was not so good, I got a yogurt; however, the yogurt had expired 9 days earlier.

We were close to Bentonville and Mtn biking but this hotel had better rates Wonderful breakfast

Very nice staff. Can’t say enough good about them. The hotel was nice. Our room had a few housekeeping issues that could have been easily resolved. I would give them a five star if it wasn’t for that. Great location as well.

Room was clean but the bathroom could have been cleaner. No soap by sink, dirty tub. The bed covering was odd like a mattress cover for the topper. The room was spacious and comfortable, just think housekeeping needs monitored and managed.

Hotel room was great only 2 small items needed addressed. One a light bulb was out and two the body wash in the shower was empty. Over all I would definitely stay again

The bathroom wall had feces on it. The tub was slick as snot. The hot tub was cold the last couple of times and the floor around the pool was slippery even when dry. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a host of food and beverage choices. This was our third time staying here and unfortunately will be our last.

The place was old but clean. We had a hard time opening and closing doors. Basically because of it being old and settling. Safe was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Could have been cooked a little more.

Elevator didn't work. The iron stained my jacket when I tried to iron it. Our keys kept getting inactivated.

easy accessible parking, SUPER close to restaurants and of course my favorite coffee shop, 7 brew! walking distance even!! shopping centers just around the corner- literally. VENDING MACHINE right outside my door?! amazing. hot tub was what sold me on the hotel, but the heater was out on it. still super fun though! breakfast was a 10/10! will be booking again- today actually! if you’re going to the walmart AMP for a concert, this is the hotel for you! cheap, convenient and affordable! and don’t forget, raising canes and seven brew are just a walk away! will be staying again in october for Alex Warren’s tour!

Easy check-in, friendly staff.

When we checked in into our room, the TV did not work at all, nor did the telephone for us to call the front desk to report this issue. The furniture in the room has seen better days. We called from our cell phone to report the issue with the TV and the room phone, and both were corrected in a few hours while we were out at dinner. The bed was a bit firmer than we like, but the water pressure in the bathroom was amazing and the room itself was clean. The young lady we spoke with at the front desk mentioned they were supposed to be getting a refresh/remodel at some point in time at that hotel, and you can tell it definitely needs one. The food options were exactly the same every single day, which was a bit boring since we were there for four nights, but the food itself was decent.

We had a room at the end of the hallway. The room smelt like stale cigarettes despite it being no smoking. The beds were hard. The hotel was otherwise clean and the breakfast was yummy. Plenty to choose from.

The property was great. Everyone was nice, it was a spacious room and we loved it. I do wish we had been informed the hot tub was out of order before we got there.

Bad shower and broken hot tub.

This place, checked all the boxes for a great value to include cleanliness, friendly staff, clean area, including a nice clean room stocked, and the breakfast was better than most with hot fresh eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy, waffle maker, and more. I thought the pillows could’ve been a little bit more comfortable, and the mattress, and I was a little disappointed that the hot tub was down, but everything else was fantastic. And above expectations..

Nice facilities, extra large room. Desk clerk was very helpful, great hotel.

Wonderful customer service

The room was claimed to be a suite, but was smaller than an average double bed room. The bathtub had soap residue on the soap holder as well. One of the remotes did not work, which that wasn’t a big issue. The manager was not helpful at all. I have contacted hotels.com twice and hotels.com had tried to contact the property both time and the hotel would not answer. Every time we went by front office there was no customers present and the clerks were sitting around chatting so not sure why no one would not answer. We should have stayed next door.

All of the staff was helpful and friendly! The only problem we had there had be some sort of “incident” at the pool and it was closed most of the time we were there!

There were NO bed sheets or skirt on the bed frames. The door to the room has obviously been slammed or kicked in multiple times and was extremely difficult to shut and open. The pool wasn’t in service. The towels and the pillow cases has hair on them NOT from us. The guests above us were stomping all the floor all night long. Breakfast selection was poor and looked like old food.

Bathroom was in need of updating. Pool and hot tub were not in operation. Overall just an average experience for an average priced stay.

The hot tub was out of order, they alos ended up draining the pool the next day. And the shower cutains are to short and cause large puddles of water on the floor

Not the nicest, not the worst either. It's perfect for just a place to sleep. I could definitely see corners being cut everywhere. Good= price. Bad= coffee maker (worst ever), housekeeping walking in w/o knocking.

The door was broke to the bedroom. And the screen on windows were torn. Rusted vent. But the room was clean and staff were nice. Breakfast had a variety but the hot part of sausage and eggs were not up to par. You could tell the eggs were not real. And sausage tasted rubbery. But they had a good variety of options

We stayed here for our granddaughter’s college graduation in nearby Fayetteville. This hotel was good for a quick 20 minute drive to the event. It was quiet, clean and near lots of restaurants and shopping.

We enjoyed this stay! Nice location & not too far from where my daughter was playing softball. Easy to get to. Lots of options for dinner & shopping. A friend stayed at the hotel next door & unfortunately there's no easy access as the two are separated by a ravine & tall fence.

Great last minute stay! Room was very clean and the staff were very nice. I was really impressed by the breakfast for it being free. Lots of juices to choose from, milk, yogurt, cereal, pastries, gravy and biscuits, waffles, breakfast potatoes… and the coffee wasn’t bad at all. The bathroom, shower, and room itself was well taken care of and super clean.
