Easy, affordable, & no issues!

After traveling all day, I pulled up to a parking lot that said not responsible for theft of items from your vehicle. Which is always a good sign. I was scheduled for a week. I couldn’t even unpack as I couldn’t withstand the mold smell. I went to the front desk to move me. She was nice and understood, moved me to the second floor where there was a VCR lol in the room, a chair that looked like a dog gnawed on it and smelled like it was just old. I reached out to hotels.com and said she would have to charge me for 1night stay but I had to leave. I wanted to anyway. Just appalled that they were not embarrassed and charge me at all. I slept in my car because there was nothing available close by because Walmart had some shareholder thing in town. I am a Gold member with Hilton and will NEVER use Hotels.com or Candlewood suites or any of my Employees I put up for training.

The staff was exceptional. The hotel appears to be older and maintained best they can. The bed in our “suite” was a queen (maybe a full) and very old style - I think it even had springs - great location with restaurants near by

Very accommodating and clean. Staff were great especially Geri! She went above and beyond to help us out with extending our stay on super short notice. Her level of service, care and understanding made our trip!! Thank you so very Geri! You are a superstar! Nothing bothered us at all!

Staff was phenomenal There were bugs in our original room. Staff expediently put us in a different room and there were bugs in that room also. We were put in a third room and the second bed in that room was not functional which wouldn’t accommodate our sleep needs

I didn't like that I was bit by bed bugs within 20 minutes of laying in the bed. The lights weren't even off yet before they were running over the bed. My arm has itchy bit marks on it still, the day after. I'm praying we didn't transfer any to our home in our belongings. It's quite traumatizing to be bitten by such bugs. I am highly disappointed. The staff didn't show any concern to our issue, he wouldn't even go inside the room.

Staff was very nice & friendly. Rooms were very roomy & nice size. Advertised as having a full breakfast- nothing was available at this particular location. Advertised as having separate rooms for entertaining but only space available was the lobby. Something we take for granted at staying in hotels was room refresh & beds made every morning with trash being removed & towels replaced- this is not offered unless you are there 7 days & then they will do it. Bed was extremely firm. Slightly softer than laying on the floor with a sleeping bag. Very uncomfortable. We didn’t sleep well.

Our room was great. Spacious & clean. The bed was super comfy. Love that they had sulfate and paraben free shampoo/ conditioner dispensers in the shower. Full size fridge and cooktop burner so we cooked and made meals to save $ and not eat out. Would definitely stay here again. Oh! And a staff member even helped us figure out how to use the TV remote!

This hotel is very clean, well maintained, with very good customer service. There was a fruit and coffee bar in the morning but no breakfast. The area is very convenient with any services needed. The only negative I can say is that the mattress was not comfortable at all and well worn as you'd sink in the middle.

It was good bed, the ice maker, toilet, were loud but everything else was good. The staff were great! The maintenance man was friendly.

Room was clean and staff was very friendly and welcoming to our dog! Bathroom was not the best designed (had to lower toilet seat to flush the toilet because of a low shelf above it) and was a little tired. For the price point, it was good! Felt safe in parking lot and general area. We wanted a clean room to sleep in for one night and it hit the mark!

Room was in good condition, beds were not the most comfortable. But overall a decent stay since we were only there overnight.

The microwave didn’t work properly so they were going to move us to a different room but when I started moving out things into the new room the heater was stuck on and if was extremely hot and it wouldn’t shut off. Canceled the move and stayed in the room with the funky microwave. After every use we had to unplug it so it wouldn’t make noise.

The staff were all incredibly nice. The property does need a little bit of a facelift (touchup up paint, new carpet, basic esthetic stuff), other than that no issue.

It was affordable to stay here and I do appreciate that oatmeal, apples, bananas and oranges are provided for breakfast. The fitness center was decent but could use some spray or wipes for the machines and yoga mats.

Found roaches in room

Tried to get me to pay twice so had to show receipt. Plus the room had cockroaches!! Saw 3 while staying there. And the bed was uncomfortable and had several pieces of lint and other debris in it. The recliner was stained, the sink in the bathroom was cracked with stains on the back splash in the bathroom. The tub was stained and the bedding was also stained. Stayed I. Room 163. Would not recommend staying here.

clean room and nice service

Although i had reserved a two queen bed i was given a one "king" size bed. The room was much smaller than what i had reserved.

This was the first time we had stayed in a hotel with our Labrador, and we were looking for something pet-friendly that didn't charge a huge extra fee. This was the perfect hotel for our stay. The ladies at the front desk was so nice, and when we came through with our dog they both came out and greeted her. There is even a jar of dog treats on the front desk. Our room was nice, clean, and spacious. We only stayed one time as we passed through town, but we would have been happy staying longer. We will keep this one in our pocket, especially when traveling with our dog.

The staff was great and very helpful! However, the hotel was run down and in need of repair. The elevator was in bad shape, the pool was TINY and very old. We did have to switch rooms due to a flooded bathroom but staff was very attentive and kind.

Room very nice. Like small Studio Apartment. Clean! Nicest room I have had for some time.

No real breakfast. Only coffee, apples, and oranges. The room had several issues. The bathroom sink was clogged. One of the towel hangers was coming out of the wall. We had to push the ac down to 61 to get the temperature to a comfortable space. The thermostat looked like it was ripped off the wall. And the light, just when you come through the door, did not turn on.

The photos do not represent the state the property is in. The staff are nice and working with the numbers and proper they have, but the site is chronically unclean, stained, damaged furniture, along with a pervasive chlorine smell in the hotel and room. I would expect this from a 50 dollar a night hotel, but not an IHG property.

Staff took great care of us during our stay. Supplied us with extra essential that we forgot and extra towels. Great service all around

Room was clean. Bed was so uncomfortable. Mattress bowed in the middle. Base boards had mold growing on it. Hallway carpet stained.

Well usually it's a good stay but this time when I went the bathroom was dirty it had hair all over the floor and in the tub and all over the toilet seat and it had hair on the pillow cases the lady named Kayla is the one who cleaned my room because I seen the little note but it usually it's good but this time it was terrible and the tub did not drain the water stayed up in it and you cannot press down on it to make the water go out

Amenities were perfect for our overnight stay . Staff was friendly and courteous .

It was ok. No breakfast but ok the hotel is across from many places to eat. Biggest iffue was finding a dried maggot in our bed. I brought it to their attention and never heard anything from them.

Nobody at desk to check in. No maid service. Breakfast not available. Had to go get our own towels. Asked for ice, delivered in trash bag. Would not recommend this hotel/motrl.

When we first walked in staff member kept swiping our card locked it up. Walk in the room no ac, someone had been in the bed, towel in the bathroom floor. We left and came back from our event, then there were 2 cops there in regards to someone being called in for trafficking. Police was talking with the gentleman who is being questioned at the elevator with customers coming in and out. This has been the worst place I have ever stayed at

I like the spacious rooms and kitchen area.

It was an older hotel, but they are supposed to be updating and and after that I think it will be excellent. Staff was excellent. The young woman that checked us in was very sweet, even though it was late. The computer messed up and she put great effort into getting it fixed quickly and getting us to our room. Same in the morning, front desk was gracious and kind.

Convenient to Crystal Bridges and local restaurants. Clean hotel, well kept. Furniture in our rooms looked brand new.

The whole place was filthy. I would guess the rugs in the rooms haven’t been washed since installed. Our socks were pick black just from walking from the bed to the bathroom. There were black things under the sheets. We left at 1AM.

The girls behind the counter were kind and trying, but probably needed more training. The facility itself was sufficient, but very worn. The refrigerator in our room was very loud all night and there was an unpleasant smell through the entire hotel.

We always love staying at this Candlewood! We take lots of little mini trips to Rogers area because we live close, enjoy going to concerts and the local art scene. As usual, a pleasant stay! Nice clean room, extremely friendly staff.

Old, dirty property. Toilet didn’t flush. Notified the front desk and nobody ever came to look at it during our 3 night stay. Hot and cold taps were reversed on the shower. Property overall seemed to show a lack of maintenance and care. Common areas were filthy but room was halfway cleaned. I would not stay at this property again.

The phone in the room didn't work, the TV was too dark to see and the remote didn't have an option or settings to brighten the picture or adjust anything to help see the TV

Elevator was noisy, sounded like the door was scraping a chalkboard. Hallway smells of chlorine from pool or hot tub. Inside room: Toilet water was running constantly. For the money is not terrible. I stayed a single night.

The king size bed was so comfortable. The pillow was so nice and my head just melted in it. I loved swimming in the beautiful heated pool. The location was great. The ladies at the desk were all so nice and very helpful. They upgraded my room and I enjoyed it so much. I enjoyed the fruit in the morning. Everything was so clean in the room where I stayed. Yet they are pet friendly. The TV channels were a nice selection. The shower was great. The room was stocked with useful things. It was perfect and I would choose the again.

Booked 2 rooms, have receipt and confirmation. Only 1 room in my name at hotel. Won't give me the other room despite seeing the receipt and confirmation of 2 rooms

The front desk gave us keys to a room that was already in use. Thankfully the people were not physically in the room. Then struggled to find us a clean unoccupied room. We also needed hangers, the closet was empty. We were told to go to dollar tree to buy some. Also we had 4 people & only had access to 3 chairs. (We asked, but no remedy was found) not sure we would choose to stay at this location again.

Everything was as expected. Generally clean, could use some upgrades but better than some others in the price range. Service was average, and amenities below average.

The staff was very good and kind, she was very quick at getting us a better room. . the smell in the halls were awful, but I’m sure with new carpet it would be better. It is an older motels and I’m sure with some upgrades it will be much better

We were there for a concert. They had no problem with our late check in and even upgraded our room without us even asking. Front desk person was very nice and welcoming. We really friendly.

We stay at this location every time we travel to the area. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and we love the amenities. Location is great as it is right off main hwy and next to some shopping and restaurants.

The hotel is a bit dated. They allowed us an early check-in- 12:30 instead of 3:00. That was great. Check-in was fast and easy. Only one elevator. Complimentary juice and coffee-both were delicious. The staff were all friendly, attentive, and helpful at all times. The lobby area could have used a bit more attention to cleaning. That’s because entitled guests just left their trash for others to pick up rather than disposing of it themselves. And no one picked it up. The room needed a few repairs- toilet seat loose, (beautiful) cabinet door needed tightened or repaired, the water faucet in the tub needed to be replaced. I wasn’t a fan of the bed, but to be fair, that’s more about my back. We didn’t use the dishwasher or microwave but refrigerator was clean and worked well, as did the ice maker. We booked for 3 nights. The 2nd night was when the tornado hit! Yep. Staff was great during that. We lost power that night around 2:00am I think, while sitting in the hallway downstairs. Most guests left the next morning. We stayed, hoping for power to be restored earlier than later. All in all, an eventful, yet safe weekend. I would revisit but it would not be my first choice.

It was very pricey and didn't include breakfast. I have never heard of charging you in advance for incifentals your not going to get. The hotel was clean and nice. But, I would never choose this hotel again because the price was too high for no breakfast and charging me $25 for something i haven't even bought is ridiculous.

We have stayed here before because we really like the location. The problem this time was that it was noisy. The other thing is we were there for eight days, and the only time the room was cleaned was the day before we checked out. We dumped our trash twice before then.

Horrible in every aspect. Old, dirty, no room room cleaning, I cannot say a good thing except at the check in young man was great.

Found my room to have a bed that someone had laid on after being made. Housekeeping was not available until the following day and after another attempt, the bed was STILL not made properly. Toilet never flushed completely the entire stay and the room had a sickeningly sweet smell the entire stay. Laundry facilities were free but area dirty. Coffee machine in lobby was broken four out of six days-fortunately there was coffee available to make in the rooms.

Great place to stay

I had a room booked elsewhere but there was no way I would have my family stay there so we decided to leave town and when I saw this beautiful place it was an instant eye catcher and the staff was very nice. I'd do this stop again in the future.

The room had a foul smell and based on my allergies it wasn’t cleaned well after the last pet.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Even when people were being ugly to her. I commend her.
