Nice and clean

The room itself was adequate; however, the bed was noticeably worn and sagged in the middle. Additionally, the room layout placed the sleeping area too far from the air conditioning unit, making the bedroom portion of the room uncomfortably warm.

Location and staff 1. Funky smell in the room the whole time. 2. The toilet didn't flush properly. I have to pour water in, to flush it. 3. A couple of outlets didn't work.

Shower and bath water ran at same time so there was no pressure from the shower head. The hallways smelt so bad like weed, musk and just an old smell. Had holes in the shades. Room had some of the hallway smell.

The description of our “suite” stated that it would sleep 4 and that there would be a “separate sitting area.”The seating area was not separate, but was right at the foot of the beds. There were three of us, all adults. It was very crowded. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was no time to talk to the staff about changing rooms as we had an important engagement several miles away and needed to hurry. When we returned, the desk was closed until 9:00 am the next day. Additionally, the kitchenette only had two plates, 2 forks, 2 spoons, etc. If a suite is advertised to sleep 4, there should be dishes and flatware for 4. There were no facial tissues, so we had to use toilet paper. There was only a partial roll when we arrived and no extra. We had to go to the desk to ask for more! Basic needs should be supplied in reasonable amounts at the start of a stay. The bed was ok, but there was not enough cover. I needed a blanket, but there was not one. The bathroom was clean, but carpets were dirty and the blackout drapes were missing some hooks so we had to prop luggage against them to keep them closed. The balcony had one chair although the room is for 4 people! Common areas were dirty. The hall carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile and the elevator floor was dirty. Ice machine on our floor didn’t work. The ice room we had to go to smelled musty. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. We travel to this area often, but will not stay here again.

There is NO housekeeping service during your stay if less than one week!! I have NEVER stayed in a hotel which requires you bring your dirty towels to the front desk to exchange for clean ones each day during your stay!!!!!

The desk clerk was friendly and the check in was seamless. The room was clean, and most importantly, quiet. The room was a little cramped, and the furnishings looked a little out dated. It was a good room for a fair price.

The air conditioning did not work properly the first night. The hotel had a terrible odor. We had to purchase a plug in to make our room smell better. We will not stay here again.

I visit this area often and decided to give it a try because it was less expensive than other nearby hotels. However, I probably will not return.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the highway. No breakfast offered. No staff at the front desk most of the time and not at night. Keys only intermittently worked. Never did figure out the TV. Clean enough, comfortable enough. It was graduation weekend and the price was right.

The rooms were clean and spacious! First time at an Affordable Suites. The name made me a bit nervous but it had good reviews so went for it and glad I did!

Needed dishsoap and paper towels for the kitchen. None were available. Had to wait for an employee for 10-15 minutes. Seems like they do the check in and clean the rooms too. Cannot get help from 9 pm to 9 am. Expected breakfast, had none. Tub leaked water from the base and almost fell getting out of it.

My room was great. Did have some problems with their direct TV, rain fade with no rain. Stopped by the front desk twice and no worker was present, thankfully I didn’t have a real problem. Please note the is a weekly and monthly stay facility. Not a problem but not a normal hotel. I would still stay again.

Nothing Toilet was broke. Couch bed was in shreds and no mattress. We had an 8 pound service dog had to put up 100 deposit. Manger complained about dogs she even said that was what happened to couch. She was not a doc person!

The staff was as obliging as they could be. There were no blackout curtains in room 320. The blinds were broken so they were duct taped up above the door. I could not get clean washcloths without trading out for dirty washcloths. Same with the towels.

The room was clean. The air conditioning worked well. The staff (one person at check in) was very helpful. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping. It is an older hotel and showing its age such as older carpet, loose tiles on bathroom floor, older furnishings. I didn’t realize weekly and monthly rentals were offered until I arrived. There appeared to be families living there and several construction and other workers staying there longer term. My room and probably others had a small kitchenette with a two burner stove, microwave, sink, and refrigerator. I could smell food in the hallway. I had no issues.

Staff at the reception desk was rude.

It was fine. Clean. Our ktichen had one packet of decaf coffee; I had to go to the front desk to get a regular. When we checked in they tlaked about how they would have coffee in the lobby. It was an off-brandof pods, neither decaf or 1/2 caf, and no creamer at all. :(

This was an extraordinary experience. The staff was kind and helpful. It was CLEAN! Quiet, & a large space. The rules & enforcement actually help the people who don’t break them (ie- NO smoke smell residue & quiet experience)

Everything is not good

We are handicapped, but were unable to get a handicapped room. My husband is a Vietnam vet and almost fell trying to get out of the tub. I've had a stroke and didn't feel real safe taking a shower in the slippery tub.

Everything was very clean. I had to check in after hours, and they communicated the check in process very well. Sheets were really soft too.

But they take care of it

The staff was fine and the bed was very comfortable. However, our room had uneven floors, paint peeling in the shower, the shower diverter was stuck, and the coffeemaker in the room did not work.

What a wonderful place to stay. The room was clean and well maintained, and the kitchenette was fully stocked with all the necessary items. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Each time we left and returned, we were warmly acknowledged and asked if we needed anything or how our stay was going. The level of hospitality truly made a positive impression.

Didn't like the fact that 24 hours' notice was needed for any type of cleaning service. It would have been nice to have been able to pick up some clean towels at the front desk. The bars of soap provided were so thin that they were almost transparent. No dish soap was provided for the kitchen area.

COCKROACH in room. Wouldnt give me another room or my money back because i went through expedia. Had to go to a different hotel as they kept me awake.

The place is clean and maintained well. Staff is only there 9am to 9pm so you have to make arrangements outside of those hours if you need to check in. Bed was small and uncomfortable and furnishings are dated.

Good value. Not as clean as it could be and the pull out couch cushions were ripped. There was also hole in the bathroom door. That being said for the price and number of places for people to sleep (we had two beds and a pull out couch) it's clean enough and in good enough condition that I would recommend. We would stay here again.

Hassle free

There was a slight hiccup when we tried to check into our room and it wasn’t ready. We were in a time crunch to get to our plans for the evening, and the staff made it right and quickly figured out a solution so that we could get on our way in time. Very friendly and our room was clean and comfortable.

It was ok, clean enough and very reasonably priced but no staff onsite from 9:00PM to 9:00AM which seems questionable and lots of "long term" guest. No breakfast and pool was closed. Overall it was acceptable but would probably spend more next time and stay somewhere else. But in a pinch it will do.

The toilet was not firmly attached to the floor. The seat on the toilet was very loose, I needed to tighten it myself. No staff available past 9pm, no staff before 9am. Staff at check in was rude.

I'm in NWA every weekend for work and Affordable Suites is my home away from home. They are so accommodating...even on a holiday weekend with the Jonas brothers in town! Margaret, 1 of the managers, is wonderful. This will be my weekend home for the forseeable future.

I went thru a 3rd party booking & my request for an accessibility room did not come over to the property. They gave me a 4th floor room & the bed was up to my waist. Climbing in & out didn’t not work for me. Place was clean, customer service was excellent.

We really enjoyed the property! The rooms were nice and clean. House keeping really works hard! The rooms were well done. We did experience a problem with the air conditioner, and was treated very well by the staff. They were not able to fix it immediately, so they upgraded us to another room. The pool was not open in 100 degrees, and that was disappointing. But, other than that we really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it to w.

The room was nice but we could not get the shower to work. The water would come out bath tub spout but then could not pull the gadget on spout to go to shower. Of course did not find out until we were ready to take shower.

This hotel offers kitchenette suites. They are super cute with a separated bedroom. They offer extended stays as well. This one night was comfy and affordable, no pun intended.

This hotel seems to mainly be catering to ppl that live there. No breakfast, elevator broke 1st evening and was not fixed, no washcloths/shampoo, balcony door broken. Front desk clerk lounging in living room/kitchen area in jammies.

From start to finish it was awful. I had booked this stay over a month before, I called to make sure I was booked for two nights and who I talked to confirmed that. The week of my business trip I called them again to make sure again that it was two nights and again they confirmed. When I got there to check in there was two people there sitting in the common area and I had ask them to check in me twice before he came to the desk to do so, I get to the room it did NOT look like the pictures that they have posted online. The couch looked very old and dirty it was very hot inside from them not having the air on and over all very out dated. It was a 2 day business trip for me and on my first day during my class I was attending the people at the front desk called me to tell me I was suppose to check out and that I had to wait for the Manager to tell me if and when I could come get my stuff. I called them four times and the Manager was suppose to return my call to explain what happened and she never did. I get there after my class to get my things and their front desk tells me it was a “miscommunication” but yet they had multiple changes to tell me before hand that it was one night booking and at this point I had no where to stay for my second night and they wanted to charge me a late check out fee when it was their fault for not having it booked correctly in their system. Would NOT stay here ever again, staff is lazy and doesn’t communicate well at all and not as described online

Place was clean, affordable and nice. Would have appreciated handicapped bath but didnot see an option online. Since i was staying there prior to surgery on my hip it made it difficult to use tub. At least i did not fall.

Room was clean but needed updating. Tv didn't work and some outlets were not working. Bed was comfortable and set up was nice. Location excellent. Advertised a complimentary breakfast and not was provided. We were told they no longer provided one but hotels.com would not remove it from their website.

Was ok. Likes the room and price. Shower faucet wasn't working so reported but wasn’t fixed. Stayed broken my whole stay.

To top it off, there was a severe storm during our stay and the hotel lost power, and the smoke alarms were going off. My husband had to close himself in the bathroom and wait out the storm, not knowing if the hotel had been struck by lightning and was actually burning or not. I was away from the hotelat the time and could not get back to him because of the storm. It was very distressing.

This quiet, safe, friendly, and inexpensive hotel was the perfect choice for these three women on a pilgrimage to see Jesse Welles perform (iykyk). Located just off I-49, it was a quick/easy drive to all the places we were going: FreshGrass folk music festival at The Momentary, Home Grown for breakfast (fantastic fresh food and exceptional service at IHOP prices), and Crystal Bridges. Our suite had two queen beds (firm mattresses and fluffy pillows), a mini-kitchen, and a shower/tub combo with great water pressure and enough hot water for 3 consecutive showers with no sign of cooling down. Our stay did not include breakfast, but we saved enough on the room (vs. Hilton/Marriott/Holiday Inn) to cover the Home Grown breakfast (even with a Bloody Mary and mimosa). We’ll take that trade anytime and plan on making this our go-to for concerts at The Amp and other similar NWA outings. Highly recommended.

Pleasant room with separate bedroom and living Rm/kitchen. This made it easy for my family member to keep sleeping when I got up. Everything felt clean and organized. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I'm in NW Arkansas.

An unassuming name, I found the Affordable Suites of America/Rogers to be a great place to stay. The front desk staff were helpful & accommodating, the nightly rate met my budget & the room was clean, quiet & comfortable.

When checking in we were notified the Experia had overbooked rooms, so we got a nicer room!

The room was clean and quiet, very good for a mid-priced hotel. My only complaint is that the bed was very high and hard to get into. The front desk told me the next morning that they do have step stools to help with that.

Property did not match the photos. Expedia showed 9/10 rating, i have NO idea how unless the owner or staff is putting these reviews in. There was no power along one entire wall, the lamp and Tv didnt work, was hard to charge our cell phone and laptop. The grounds outside were unkept and needed mowed. The room was not unclean, just didn't smell fresh. The decor is dated. The bathroom towels were thin, needed to be replaced. Was woken up throughput the night from noise above and outside. Avoid this place!

Nice clean Hotel

I booked this stay for my husband and kids for a long basketball tournament weekend. They stopped serving hot breakfast 3 weeks prior to the stay, the cough was ripped and not up to par at all. The front desk worker was rude and did t want to be bothered.

I was double charged. The manager decided to argue with me over the phone while I told her EXACTLY what happened. She called me a liar and I don’t think I’ll be getting my money back. The hotel room was decent except for the clear smell of weed thought the hallways and the lady at the counter was a peach. If I had been able to get my money back for being charged twice, I might have considered stay again as I am in Arkansas at least once a month.
