Took away 2 stars : 1 for the bed- it was extremely soft.. we sunk in a few inches and did not sleep comfortably: 2 we loved the patio area .just the patio seating needed to be cleaned/ hosed down... we couldn't sit anywhere to enjoy the patio

Good stay

Our toilet ran until you jiggled the handles frequently to get it quiet. The shower curtain was falling into the tub. This was a safety concern because you ended up stepping on it. The tub drain worked sporadically. The dinner at the restaurant was okay, typical hotel food. Same for breakfast. The entire hotel has seen better days and the rooms need refreshed. But it was clean, and that's half the battle.

My AC was not working. I got to my room, and the temperature had to be at least 85 degrees. The AC unit was blowing out hot air. When I complained about the issue I was told "some people like the rooms warm. They told me they would send up someone to fix the problem and they never showed up. Fortunately, it was a cool day and I could open the window partially, and I was able to turn the AC off. Another positive was I only stayed one night. The hotel was full, so a room change was not possible.

The business facilities were shut down and Non operational. Parking was easy and safe on property. The hotel is in need of an update/renovation. The property needs to provide free breakfast. Similar hotels provide at no cost. Breakfast even to get a yogurt would cost 13.00

We had a wonderful weekend!!!

No hot water and this is not the first time this has happened to me at this hotel
-
The room was fine and the bed was particularly comfortable. However the second night we had no hot water and the ceilings in the lobby were leaking with plaster coming down. That being said, expedia kindly issued us a generous refund. Also worth noting that the pool is permanently closed and the water fountains did not work. The hotel is fine, just old, and there are things that come with being old!

Clearly rooms need an update.
