    Convenient, price very good, comfy beds and breakfast included, which was tasty. We had a fire alarm around 7:20AM, which was not handled the way it should have been. When outside, there was no panic and people milled around. However, nobody notified anyone re updates and when to go back to the rooms. Thus, after a while of no action and an idling fire truck parked in front, people headed back inside. This should never happen! There needs to be an “all clear”! This is a real misstep and has to be remedied.

    Clean and location. Breakfast was very good but they attempted to charge us instead of informing us that depending on your room, complimentary breakfast was included. I was only informed when I inquired as to why we had to pay for the “Breakfast Included. “ Upon arrival check-in was very long, there was confusion on their end and also they proceeded to overcharge my cc on file. Key card malfunctioned 3x in less than 24 hours.

    Room was clean and there's easy access to a Metro station across the way. Worth noting there are two categories of rooms -- one is city view but the other actual doesn't have outdoor windows and windows (with curtains) open to hallway. The hotel was quiet, but if there'd been an event in the center of the hotel, I image it would be noisy for these interior rooms.

    The receptionist was wonderful. The man serving at Starbucks too. I booked a "Junior Queen Suite", hoping for a comfortable hotel stay for my partner's birthday. I got instead a full-sized bed, rather than a queen-sized one as was promised. We got in late so couldn't change rooms. The bed was not only full-sized, but uncomfortable and springy, and tiny movement of an arm would be felt by the other. It was stuffy in the room, no windows. The AC was very loud, and when turned off, it would emit a ticking noise. There was a couch, but not extra blanket to allow for more sleep.

    It was my wedding day. The key didn't work, so I went down to the front desk; they swapped it for a new one, but that one didn't work either. They told me they would call maintenance, and I spent nearly 20 minutes waiting. Finally, he arrived, and it turned out to be a key activation issue—the front desk staff hadn't activated them. I ended up waiting—along with my bridesmaids, makeup artist, and hairstylist—for nearly 45 minutes over something that could have been resolved in a single minute.

    We had a wonderful stay here with the location being very convenient and close to many restaurants and other amenities! The hotel staff were great and the rooms were clean. The only downside was the way the rooms are designed. The only window in the room faces the interior of the hotel and there’s nothing window to view outside the hotel. Also there’s an additional parking fee of $30 per day tacked into your stay!

    Location, facilities The experience at this hotel was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The front desk lady was quite aggressive during check-in and did not make us feel welcome at all. Unfortunately, the service at breakfast was just as unpleasant. The lady initially told us that we were not allowed to have breakfast, even though it was clearly included in our reservation. She then brought us a bill for it, which was confusing and frustrating. When we questioned it, she dismissed the situation by saying she was “joking,” without offering any apology. Overall, the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff significantly impacted our stay.

    Executive Meeting Center part of the hotel is interrupting guests' sleep. The room was clean and comfortable but unfortunately vey noisy. Specially if you book the interior rooms not facing an outside window you should be aware that there are a lot of events going on during evening, which is disturbing.

    This hotel is located in a suburb, yet they charge $30/night for self-parking. My keycard did not open the gate as I was told it would, and since the entrance gate was stuck open, others used the same lot for free that I was charged for. Overall, room was updated and clean, but the bathroom fan was quite loud and needs replacement. Staff was polite, but not overly welcoming.

The manager has put together an amazing crew and really knows how to create a team atmosphere. Everyone who works at the reception area was exemplary in their performance. Very grateful for how I was treated during my week-long stay. The housekeeping staff was also quite fantastic. The room was immaculate upon entry and stayed that way over the course of seven nights. Also, the high quality of the mattress gave me some of my best sleep in months. At the end of my stay, I proposed to the mattress but was told that it wasn't ready for that sort of commitment yet. Sigh!

There isn’t a lot of options when it comes to food, and it’s a bit expensive, but not bad for the area. All of the staff especially Thetna were very helpful!

    It was troubling that the air conditioner would not turn on. As a regular at this hotel I know this is not the standard. However after several requests for someone to help get the air to work, we were content with staying in the room. However it is very disappointing to plan an experience and it not go as planned.

    This Hilton Hotel is excellent and I highly recommend it! The lobby, rooms, and restaurant are very clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable, and the food was great! Will definitely stay here again!

    The room was wonderful. However, one person was checking dozens of people in and answering the phone at the same time. The wait was one half hour. Parking was $30 for overnight stay, even though the parking lot spaces were all taken. I had to park my car in a bad spot. Underground parking was close.

Had a few minor concerns with my accessibility room, but management was prompt to address those that could be immediately corrected, and to assign maintenance to repair others that could not be addressed immediately (very impressive compared to other properties I've been at!). Their resturaunt has a good set of offerings,and the nearby plazas have good food too.

    Not so good. First night, we called to get rid of ants on top of the refrigerator cabinet. Next morning, there was no bath gel in the bath. We requested it to be replenished during the day when were out. When we came back at night, there was still no bath soap. We called to get bath soap, we were given hand soap. The guy that delivered it said that's all they have.

    The staff made this stay perfect. They couldn’t be kinder and more helpful. Maintenance was immediately responsive on two occasions….tv not working….cable issue. The maintenance person found us a new room and assisted in moving our belongings….he stated he wanted us settled before he left for the day. James Nau was extremely kind and helpful over our stay of 3 nights .

    Did not like the design of the hotel....Our room was located on an inner location of the floor. There were 2 room door entrances and the only window faced the hallway walkway....could not open the window curtains because of no privacy..... had to take stairs with my 88 yr old mother from garage elevator to the lower level elavator because the call button was disconnected from the wall..

    Excellent but with two caveats - 1) AC unit unusually noisy, and 2) there is a gap between when the coffee shop closes and Olives opens and the vending section by the front desk doesn’t cut it. Consider keeping the coffee shop open longer. Otherwise quiet, clean, beautiful bathrooms and room decor.

    Very nice hotel next to Metro Red Line (Twinbrook Station is right behind hotel) Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Parking is very easy in and out of the underground parking garage (Fee is $30 per day) Only complaint is the A/C unit in our particular room did not cool very well. Would not go below 74 degrees.

    Last minute quick trip led me to this hotel. Front desk was very pleasant and attentive. The rooms were clean and quiet at night. The only thing i didn't know about was the interior rooms, so my room had no windows. (Not a deal breaker!) Great location for restaurants and shopping. There is no pool which was a bummer for us, we shopped instead.

    The hotel is beautiful! The front desk and bartender do a really good job with guest services. My husband and I enjoyed our stay excepted for the early construction noises that happened both mornings before 9am. This was really disruptive and didn’t let us sleep in a long as we would have liked to especially the second day after my birthday celebration. The front desk did reimburse us for a night which was really generous. I want to come back to this hotel after the construction is completed.

    My daughter lives nearby so this is our go to hotel when we visit her. Very clean and nice. Beds are super confy and many restaurants in walking distance. Also, near a metro station, which is a plus!

    My check in and stay were great other than hearing vacuuming going on at 8am. I wasn’t able to fall back to sleep after waking up from the noise.

    Room didnt get cleaned and there was drilling and maintence sounds which impeded on sleep. Hilton used to be a name I could trust several years ago, now its synonymous with Red Roof.

    My husband and I have stayed here before, but it wasn't a Hilton then. The updated lobby and bar/restaurant is very nice. The hotel is big and quiet. It's location on Rockville Pike next to the Twinbrook metro station are spot-on.

    Seemed odd to have 2 sinks and only one soap as they were in different rooms- and wished I could have used my Hulu or Netflix through the tv. Otherwise the one staff we met was kind and room was clean.

    The front desk staff were super friendly and made check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was great. I liked the huge, floor-level shower stall in particular. The bed was comfortable and firm, which is my main concern whenever I travel.
