Convenient, price very good, comfy beds and breakfast included, which was tasty. We had a fire alarm around 7:20AM, which was not handled the way it should have been. When outside, there was no panic and people milled around. However, nobody notified anyone re updates and when to go back to the rooms. Thus, after a while of no action and an idling fire truck parked in front, people headed back inside. This should never happen! There needs to be an “all clear”! This is a real misstep and has to be remedied.

Clean and location. Breakfast was very good but they attempted to charge us instead of informing us that depending on your room, complimentary breakfast was included. I was only informed when I inquired as to why we had to pay for the “Breakfast Included. “ Upon arrival check-in was very long, there was confusion on their end and also they proceeded to overcharge my cc on file. Key card malfunctioned 3x in less than 24 hours.

It was clean. The staff were inattentive. There was only 1 person at the front despite how busy it was. There were people drunk in the hallways, left food out in the hallways and in the ice machine room.

Very clean and breakfast was good 30.00 a day for parking.

Room was clean and there's easy access to a Metro station across the way. Worth noting there are two categories of rooms -- one is city view but the other actual doesn't have outdoor windows and windows (with curtains) open to hallway. The hotel was quiet, but if there'd been an event in the center of the hotel, I image it would be noisy for these interior rooms.

We were in Maryland for a family event (relatives recently moved to the area) and since we will be coming more often, the Hilton Rockville is our new home away from home.

The receptionist was wonderful. The man serving at Starbucks too. I booked a "Junior Queen Suite", hoping for a comfortable hotel stay for my partner's birthday. I got instead a full-sized bed, rather than a queen-sized one as was promised. We got in late so couldn't change rooms. The bed was not only full-sized, but uncomfortable and springy, and tiny movement of an arm would be felt by the other. It was stuffy in the room, no windows. The AC was very loud, and when turned off, it would emit a ticking noise. There was a couch, but not extra blanket to allow for more sleep.

I did like everything. What i didn’t like is that i have to paid to park usually in other places if you get a room parking is free or included. But everything else was perfect i will give it 5 stars review and will come again even if i have to pay to park 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

People at desk made everything go smooth and joyful. There needs to be a seal around the door to our room. You can see light around the door and hear everything in the hallway because it doesn't seal.

It was my wedding day. The key didn't work, so I went down to the front desk; they swapped it for a new one, but that one didn't work either. They told me they would call maintenance, and I spent nearly 20 minutes waiting. Finally, he arrived, and it turned out to be a key activation issue—the front desk staff hadn't activated them. I ended up waiting—along with my bridesmaids, makeup artist, and hairstylist—for nearly 45 minutes over something that could have been resolved in a single minute.

The staff, particularly James Nau, were helpful and did everything they could to help us enjoy our stay. The only inconvenience was the back door was locked when returning from Washington DC by train, but staff came and let us in.

Nice staff and accommodating , the room was cleans and spacious (king bed), parking expensive—make sure to get it for $10 on the app versus $30 at the property. I would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here with the location being very convenient and close to many restaurants and other amenities! The hotel staff were great and the rooms were clean. The only downside was the way the rooms are designed. The only window in the room faces the interior of the hotel and there’s nothing window to view outside the hotel. Also there’s an additional parking fee of $30 per day tacked into your stay!

Everything at this hotel was top rate, from cleanliness and spaciousness of the room to the dining facility. The only think that I missed as a hair dryer, a typical amenity at most hotels.

Location and memories of 20 years ago, very good parking arrangement. Broken appliances in the room, a VERY POOR breakfast no fried eggs, no vegetables, no cheeses, no salad…..

• The bedsheets were dirty when I arrived • The hotel system was down, which delayed check-in and basic service • Customer service felt unhelpful and slow to respond • Amenities were limited compared to what I expected I expected a much better experience from a hotel at this level. Cleanliness and service should be the basics, not the exception. I hope management reviews these issues and improves the guest experience for future visitors.

No keypad at back entrance. Person who checked us in did not explain the incidentals of $100 upfront. The front desk did not tell verbally tell us about the wifi code being different than the website. Loud guests at 4am.

The restaurant/ bar is very uneven with both food and service. Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Good location，Would recommend.

Location, facilities The experience at this hotel was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The front desk lady was quite aggressive during check-in and did not make us feel welcome at all. Unfortunately, the service at breakfast was just as unpleasant. The lady initially told us that we were not allowed to have breakfast, even though it was clearly included in our reservation. She then brought us a bill for it, which was confusing and frustrating. When we questioned it, she dismissed the situation by saying she was “joking,” without offering any apology. Overall, the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff significantly impacted our stay.

Executive Meeting Center part of the hotel is interrupting guests' sleep. The room was clean and comfortable but unfortunately vey noisy. Specially if you book the interior rooms not facing an outside window you should be aware that there are a lot of events going on during evening, which is disturbing.

Did not need the gym or work space, just a place to sleep after visiting with family during the time.

This hotel is located in a suburb, yet they charge $30/night for self-parking. My keycard did not open the gate as I was told it would, and since the entrance gate was stuck open, others used the same lot for free that I was charged for. Overall, room was updated and clean, but the bathroom fan was quite loud and needs replacement. Staff was polite, but not overly welcoming.

As most of the positive reviews here already mention, the staff at this location is extremely kind, always professional, and thoughtful in a genuine manner. I want to single out Christina for being especially wonderful. She has that something extra which makes you want to be a loyal customer. The manager has put together an amazing crew and really knows how to create a team atmosphere. Everyone who works at the reception area was exemplary in their performance. Very grateful for how I was treated during my week-long stay. The housekeeping staff was also quite fantastic. The room was immaculate upon entry and stayed that way over the course of seven nights. Also, the high quality of the mattress gave me some of my best sleep in months. At the end of my stay, I proposed to the mattress but was told that it wasn't ready for that sort of commitment yet. Sigh!

It was troubling that the air conditioner would not turn on. As a regular at this hotel I know this is not the standard. However after several requests for someone to help get the air to work, we were content with staying in the room. However it is very disappointing to plan an experience and it not go as planned.

This Hilton Hotel is excellent and I highly recommend it! The lobby, rooms, and restaurant are very clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable, and the food was great! Will definitely stay here again!

Spotless room, courteous and efficient staff, Fabulous steakburger at their restaurant that I was so grateful to find still open despite my late arrival. Most of all, loved the bedding and linens. Noted brand of pillows to order for myself when I return home. My stay felt like a luxurious treat.

The room was wonderful. However, one person was checking dozens of people in and answering the phone at the same time. The wait was one half hour. Parking was $30 for overnight stay, even though the parking lot spaces were all taken. I had to park my car in a bad spot. Underground parking was close.

Had a few minor concerns with my accessibility room, but management was prompt to address those that could be immediately corrected, and to assign maintenance to repair others that could not be addressed immediately (very impressive compared to other properties I've been at!). Their resturaunt has a good set of offerings,and the nearby plazas have good food too.

While I was standing in line checking in, another guest came to validate a parking ticket. They were told that the exit gate is broken and you don’t need a validation. I am not complaining about the fee.

The building has been renovated and it is very clean. However, there is not so many guests, so the on-site restaurant is empty. Parking was very easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a very good experience.

No windows in the hotel room. It was a ghotly feeling when I was sleeping but this is totslly my personal feeling. I booked for 4 nights and stayed two nights and asked to refund 2 nights stay snd it was denied. Few occasions lift was not going to lobby as button inside the lift was not working.

The bed was so clean and the mattress was very comfortable. The room was up to date, in design and environment. The hotel is grand and gorgeous. It has changed hands a lot over the years . Hilton’s version of the hotel is great!

Not so good. First night, we called to get rid of ants on top of the refrigerator cabinet. Next morning, there was no bath gel in the bath. We requested it to be replenished during the day when were out. When we came back at night, there was still no bath soap. We called to get bath soap, we were given hand soap. The guy that delivered it said that's all they have.

The staff us always attenti w. They greet you when you walk in the door. We have an annual reunion and they remember us from year to year.

Overcharge! I stayed 2 nights while they charged me 4 days overnight parking!

The staff made this stay perfect. They couldn’t be kinder and more helpful. Maintenance was immediately responsive on two occasions….tv not working….cable issue. The maintenance person found us a new room and assisted in moving our belongings….he stated he wanted us settled before he left for the day. James Nau was extremely kind and helpful over our stay of 3 nights .

The room is dark, amenities are just a few, breakfast is expensive and the service is not good.

Did not like the design of the hotel....Our room was located on an inner location of the floor. There were 2 room door entrances and the only window faced the hallway walkway....could not open the window curtains because of no privacy..... had to take stairs with my 88 yr old mother from garage elevator to the lower level elavator because the call button was disconnected from the wall..

It was easy to access and the room was clean.

Excellent but with two caveats - 1) AC unit unusually noisy, and 2) there is a gap between when the coffee shop closes and Olives opens and the vending section by the front desk doesn’t cut it. Consider keeping the coffee shop open longer. Otherwise quiet, clean, beautiful bathrooms and room decor.

The hotel is huge but lacks places to eat inside. There are good restaurants in the vicinity but still a hotel this size should offer more eating options. The only coffee shop closes early too.

Cons: No microwave, Fridge is super tiny. Hotel lifts are confusing and not labeled properly. It's difficult for new people to know what is L3, T2, H1. Difficult to find parking exit door. Metro exit doors are not accessible for stroller and wheelchairs. Door keys suddenly stop working.

My son and I were very impressed with how clean, friendly, and comfortable everything was. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was okay, kind of dated. The staff were wonderful though and that makes a big difference.

Best option in the area. Walking distance to great food...across the street. Transit to DC also convenient and probably better option than driving considering the insane traffic.

Very nice hotel next to Metro Red Line (Twinbrook Station is right behind hotel) Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Parking is very easy in and out of the underground parking garage (Fee is $30 per day) Only complaint is the A/C unit in our particular room did not cool very well. Would not go below 74 degrees.

Last minute quick trip led me to this hotel. Front desk was very pleasant and attentive. The rooms were clean and quiet at night. The only thing i didn't know about was the interior rooms, so my room had no windows. (Not a deal breaker!) Great location for restaurants and shopping. There is no pool which was a bummer for us, we shopped instead.

Stay was ok. Staff was good. Rooms on 7th floor were a bit smelly. I came back with bad allergies. Need to air or use air purifier.

There was mold in the ice from the 8th floor ice machine and I was overcharged for parking.

I just think it is unfair that they charge guests $30 to park in the garage. That should be included in the stay.

Terribly disappointed! No windows in my room. Humid and muggy in my room. Hotel was old and dirty. Couldn’t pay for parking daily. It was all or nothing. Just a horrible stay

As always it was a great choice as the hotel is very well located. For my surprise, a good one, some floor has already new carpet and wall paper. I hope this change is done inside the rooms. The new carpet of the hall was very nice. The room was great.

I like the cleanliness room and propotey well cleaned but the customer service was terrible and lack of communication except the white dude i spoke to in the morning upon my check out last thing is the ac noise was too much and the poor breakfast it's experience but never again

Hilton Rockville is a nice and beautiful hotel located in downtown Rockville

The hotel is beautiful! The front desk and bartender do a really good job with guest services. My husband and I enjoyed our stay excepted for the early construction noises that happened both mornings before 9am. This was really disruptive and didn’t let us sleep in a long as we would have liked to especially the second day after my birthday celebration. The front desk did reimburse us for a night which was really generous. I want to come back to this hotel after the construction is completed.

Staff very nice and accommodating.

My daughter lives nearby so this is our go to hotel when we visit her. Very clean and nice. Beds are super confy and many restaurants in walking distance. Also, near a metro station, which is a plus!

Quick overnight. Truck didn’t fit in garage, bar closed early, metro not as convenient as I originally planned….

My check in and stay were great other than hearing vacuuming going on at 8am. I wasn’t able to fall back to sleep after waking up from the noise.

Room didnt get cleaned and there was drilling and maintence sounds which impeded on sleep. Hilton used to be a name I could trust several years ago, now its synonymous with Red Roof.

The staff was very friendly. The location is close to a Safeway grocery store and multiple dining options.I travelled alone and felt safe.

My husband and I have stayed here before, but it wasn't a Hilton then. The updated lobby and bar/restaurant is very nice. The hotel is big and quiet. It's location on Rockville Pike next to the Twinbrook metro station are spot-on.

Seemed odd to have 2 sinks and only one soap as they were in different rooms- and wished I could have used my Hulu or Netflix through the tv. Otherwise the one staff we met was kind and room was clean.

The front desk staff were super friendly and made check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was great. I liked the huge, floor-level shower stall in particular. The bed was comfortable and firm, which is my main concern whenever I travel.
