The landscape was beautiful. The rooms were also nice only things the beds a little to firm and high and because I have disabilities in my hips made it hard to get in. Also because of them not checking my reservation good I was only given one room which meant my son had to travel back and forth to the to spend time with me, my daughter and my younger son who live in the area where we stayed. Also check out time was at eleven but they shut our cards off half hour early

The room was suited for the 5 of us in our family. However, the hotel itself was not as clean as to be expected. The hallways and entryway smelled stale and of pot. The hallways were dirty with debris that doesn't seem to get vacuumed. I saw a used bandaid on the floor, garbage and fake hair in the hallway floors. The room itself could have smelled clean. It didnt. There was dirt and debris in all the corners and stuff that had to be brushed off the beds. Found 2 bugs a huge ant and a stink bug. There was no bedding for the pullout couch. We had to ask for it. There also was never anyone at the front desk to call you had to walk down because no one answers the phone. I only saw one staff member at a time to take care of the whole property. When we checked in we had to wait 20 minutes get someone to help us because he was helping another customer. There should be more than one person working the desk and a whole hotel. And breakfast included was baskets of oatmeal with hot water cups and coffee and prepackaged muffins not great. Coffee was decent enough but overall felt very low quality and would not stay again.
- 2/5
Exterior of the hotel looks much better than the interior. Dirty, smells like cigarette smoke everywhere, room was clean but the kitchen didn't have anything and the stove appeared to be very old and broken. Guests smoking cigarettes right outside of the door every time we entered/exited. Definitely don't recommend.

That the parking lot was lit up. The staff was rude- I was stating for surgery the next day. Asked for an extra pillow- said they didn’t have any. They had no extra anything. AC didn’t work, toilet leaked- asked for a king bed- paid for a king bed and got a full Instead. It was so bad I couldn’t stay there after my surgery to recover. Never ever would I book here again!!!!
- 4/5
Wasn’t there much. Served my purposes. Clean enough. Great location.
- 1/5
Kitchen was completely empty!!!! No utensils, cups, pans, etc. Dust on top of refrigerator and stains on bathtub. Very disappointed and will never go back.
- 2/5
There was not a single drinking class in the cupboards. No coffee maker. No coffee mugs. There was a large crack in the tub. The AC unit was loud as hell and woke me up every 20 minutes. I had the worst night of sleep I have had in years. The 'free' breakfast was oatmeal packets and granola bars. This property was a disappointment from start to finish.
- 3/5
Rooms not too bad . Ac unit is very loud and moldy
- 2/5
Also be aware the front desk and staff sleep early so please don’t bother them with late check in .
- 2/5
Poor customer service and noisy
- 4/5
The floors was not clean around the bed
- 1/5
The worst hotel I ever been to in my 30 years of travel they took my money and would allow me to check in the first night
- 5/5
Great! The room was clean and spotless
- 1/5
Room Had Cockroaches and they would not refund me when i changed my mind on staying.
- 2/5
We didn’t get the room we payed for because they overbooked, place was nasty, our kitchen came with nothing in it to cook with, no breakfast was there, and the floors on the first floor was gone on one side. Place was really run down and didn’t look like the pictures. Our tub was so dirty we had to put a towel down to stand inside. The phone didn’t work and we had no heat just air coming out.
- 3/5
No one was at the desk when we arrived. Tried to use the phone to get someone and waited 10 min for someone. Then they seemed annoyed that we needed to check in. Elevator had a horrible smell and the room was dirty. Husband had to ask them the come clean it. Bed was very hard. Won’t be going back.
- 3/5
Great Stuff but dirty place.
- 5/5
Clean room, kind staff
- 1/5
Stunk of marijuana. Dirty hallways and common areas. My guests entered and turned around, so I visited myself and confirmed it is awful. Requested an immediate refund and it was denied. Raze it and build something better.

BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY!! 0 stars is not an option or it would have been a top candidate for it. We were a party of 6 arrived around 10pm from a road trip ready to just get to our rooms and sleep unknowingly arriving at the hotel where roaches, urine stains on linens, black mold in the shower and restroom, rancid smells had already occupied our room. It was our turn on the sofa bed which said “double bed” yet was covered in a rainbow of stains and mold along with being being a twin mattress on a Double bed frame. We immediately got out of the room out of fear of bed bugs and worse. “Luckily” were proposed with another room which felt like walking through a mental institution with random stayers which looked like long term individuals. The second room had similar stains as the first with similar smells and mold. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT stay here!! It’s “cheaper” because you will literally get worse than what you’re paying for!! Gratefully we got our money reimbursed but who knows if you will.
- 2/5
The exhaust fan was all taped up, stains on the wall...... need I go on?
- 3/5
Very good shopping nearby, kitchen was good, but i tried to get utensils to eat with and no one was at the feont desk
- 2/5
There was never anyone at the front desk, the kitchen had no way to use it without asking for help from the front desk. The bed sheets didn’t fit the bed so it kepted coming undone, and there was no cover on the mattress. No sheets for the pull out couch either.

We saw mouse in the hotel room. Front deck changed the room for us after that. No breakfast. Only grab and go coffee. Property is pretty old.
- 3/5

Hotel has a bad odor and trash was everywhere.

Was great no problems

Good staff
- 1/5
My room was on the bottom floor which had a direct view of a concrete wall with large graffiti. And the water stayed cold in the shower but not the sink so I had to do a birth bath for this one.
- 1/5
Bad
- 3/5
It wasnt terrible for the price but dont think we will return. However i booked a suit for 6 people, 3 adults 3 teens (2 boys, 4 girls) for 3 nights! They only gave us 1 roll of toilet paper per day. Then gave me a hard time about getting more towels so we could shower (room only had 4 towels). There was no bedding in the room for the pull out couch- had to ask for that as well and was given 2 blankets...no sheets or pillow (luckly each bed had 3 pillows so we had a spare). The "grab and go" breakfast consisted of nutra grain bars, and a choice of coffee, tea or hot chocolate.
- 3/5
We were disappointed with the accommodation. The room was not prepared for the number of people we were traveling with. There were bugs in the drawers and mice in the trash room. There was only blueberry muffins and blueberry breakfast bars for breakfast. A difficult choice when traveling with kids who don’t like blueberry flavored things. We were glad when our stay was over.
- 1/5
The room was very dirty (sticky floor and carpet with stains, old furniture very damaged and stains of dirt and dust). The bedding had stains, the bottom of the bath was brown and stained, there was also mold in the bath. It was really terrible, I felt nauseous. In addition, it smelled of drugs in the corridors. We were so disgusted that we decided to leave at 3am to continue our trip. I would never set foot in that shabby hotel again.
- 3/5
No coffee maker in room as advertised, room was dated and had bugs
- 2/5
It served the purpose for an affordable stay, but the room was run down and we encountered a roach infestation our first night.
- 3/5
Room was not ready until 5:30pm. The door handle fell off when I closed the door. The bed was very comfortable.

I really love staying here at this hotel they're very nice the hotel is in great-great shape the staff is wonderful and I've had a great experience for the past week. I was able to get I had t
- 5/5
Very nice and clean hotel
- 1/5
First of all this is a terrible place to stay, staff members are rude, there were bugs, and cockroaches in the room, very dirty room, and staff did not give me towels, as i clearly had 5 guests but they had only two towels and when i asked they did not give it to us. When i booked the hotel, it was clearly said it had continental breakfast but there was no breakfast, coffee was not good as well. Door lock was not working, too much noise, and reported it to the hotel.
- 2/5
The property is dirty and dingy. The doors to the rooms are filthy. There was food splashed on the outside of the refrigerator. When we arrived all of the cabinets were open, but held nothing but the recycling bin. It is an extended stay hotel, which was why we chose it. There are no dishes, plates, silverware, nothing. I would definitely not recommend staying here.
- 5/5
These extended stays usually have some unsavory characters that end up affecting the employees but not donatus. He was composed, professional, and easy to work with.
- 5/5
Clean and nice place. People working here are awesome
- 5/5
It was nice i slept like a queen
- 2/5
The room was dated and dirty. Hairs in the bed and shower. Shower curtain was hung too high to stay in the tub so water got everywhere.
- 3/5
We asked for a non smoking room but the room still smelled like someone had just smoked a whole carton of cigarettes.
- 1/5
There are bugs and small roaches in the room.
- 1/5
Bugs in the room and we didn’t even keep our reservation. Terrible experience!
- 1/5
I canceled my reservation once I saw and smelled the room I was given. The front desk staff was very nice however, the blue duck tape on the kitchen counter and the mousetrap next to the refrigerator made me feel uncomfortable in staying at this property. I think hotel management needs to be honest about the "remodel" that needs to happen with the property. Very sorry this experience was ruined for me after a beautiful drive down the East Coast.
- 2/5
I was unhappy with the service, no breakfast ,shade does not cover window, beds are uncomfortable, towels are too small.
- 1/5
No one at the front desk, lobby is incredibly dirty
- 1/5
This has been the worst experience of my life. I had to request dirty towels because housekeeping only comes once every two week I was told. And I had to bring my own dirty towels down to the lobby in order to get new ones and I couldn’t have any extras. The windows and trim were covered in mold and lots of it! What was left of the kitchen was covered in cockroaches and mold and most of the counter was peeling off! The bathroom was covered in burn marks and came stocked with dirty stained towels! There was hair in the towels and on the bedsheets!
- 1/5
Had no blanket , no towels , room wasn’t even cleaned
- 3/5
Value for money
- 4/5
It was pretty nice but there wasn’t a single trash can in my room or bathroom and the hair dryer did not work. But it did what I needed.
- 2/5
I only send this review because I wanted to continue using your facilities, but under these conditions I can't bring our groups to such poor environments. The staff however were friendly, polite, and courteous.
- 3/5
It is definitely used for extended stays, but you need to overlook there not being any amenities. Staff is there if need but does not go out of way
- 5/5
Bhuwan is always helping
- 1/5
There was excessive noise from the room next door. Loud music. The complimentary breakfast was sub par. And we were called about some cards being left in the room, and they refused to mail them to us! Very unaccommodating!
- 4/5
Soap dish in shower was dirty. Bhuwan was helpful
- 4/5
This hotel is perfect except for two issues. Sometimes you can't find a front desk person to check you in. The shower curtains are too short, when you shower ths floor will be flooded
- 5/5
Stay is excellent. Always a pleasure
- 5/5
Staff is always great. That will make sure your stay is enjoyable.

My stay is very comfortable and the staff is always friendly

- 5/5
Bhuwan was very knowledgeable and helpful
- 5/5
Very cozy and quiet. Nice clean rooms.
- 1/5
We are still awaiting a refund of the money we paid for the room. The room had black mould in it. We refused to stay in the room (only one left with our bed setup). The corridors and lobby smelled. We went to a hotel round the corner and stayed there instead.
- 5/5
Bhuwan was very helpful
- 5/5
No complaints for the cost it was a good 2 night stay. Trips to DC easy. Great management and service.
- 2/5
I like that the property is convenient and near my job. I don't like that every time I entered the elevator, it smelled like urine. Cigarette buds are everywhere at the main entrance.
- 2/5
Very dirty and smells terrible
- 2/5
Their advertised "free complementary breakfast" was a nutrigrain bar, coffee/hot water, and an instant oatmeal pack. On day two, they didn't even have nutrigrain bars. The room door didn't fit the door jamb: I could slide a finger around the door while closed. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable but the sheet and blanket were summer-weight thin. It's cheaper than other area hotels but still you don't get what you pay for.
- 1/5
Rooms look very dated, need renovation. Paint was peeling off in the bath tub. Bathtub drain looked dirty and the stopper was broken.
- 3/5
Otherwise Staff was present and helpful. It was affordable and near the metro. Prob wouldn’t go there again
- 3/5
Mini kitchen
- 2/5
The carpet was filthy, furniture was scarce and old, door lock worked poorly, no maid service in a week
- 4/5
Except for some shady people around the outside of the hotel and banging by someone in the next room in the middle of the night it was a decent place. Wish they had more of a breakfast and decaf coffee but that wasn't a deal breaker. I liked that there was a full sized fridge, microwave and stove top in their mini kitchen. Bunuka, who checked us in, was really nice and accommodating.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Property is fine and some of the units are fine. My unit specifically was clean but the towels were stained. Luckily I brought my own towels but it’s one thing noticed, as well as the bed being so worn out. One side of the bed was sunk and the other side was too stiff.
- 5/5
Bunuka who checked us in was very nice. The room was comfortable and clean.

- 2/5
First room I was put into the bed was broken and almost collapsed from under me. Second room the heater was not working so I was forced to turn on the stove just for heat. Also the bed was a bit dirty I had to request new sheets.
- 5/5
All the people working here are excellent. Binuka and Bhuwan are awesome. The place is clean and safe. Stayed in many ESA but this is the best

Mrs. Binuka is a super nice, kind and knowledgeable receptionist!

- 4/5
Very convenient for the night
- 2/5
is a charge for everything including maid services
- 4/5
The Staff was very helpful.
- 5/5
"Breakfast Included" was a joke. A few low quality packaged breakfast bars that were more like flavored fig newtons, instant oatmeal and cheap coffee. They referred to this as "wrap and go." There is no lobby area beyond the reception desk. The parking lot and grounds seemed OK but there is no security at this location. Luckily it's near hospitals and industrial parks so it's unlikely that thieves would have easy access to the property. There are plenty of restaurant and shopping options nearby. You need a car to stay here.
- 4/5
The tub was dirty and faucet was dripping all night. I would not want to stay there and I overpaid for a dirty room. It even had a mouse trap, saw a roach on the curtain.
- 1/5
The room smelled terrible, it was filthy and there were bugs.
- 3/5
But the hotel is old and worn out, no coffee machine in the room and no coffee in lobby (only at the breakfast time), breakfast very weak - only packed stuff
- 1/5
Check in was a problem as their ipads were not working. The places is sketchy. The lobby, elevators and hallways were nasty. Bed was so bad we actually left after the first night and went to a Residence Inn. Not even a trash can in the room. The "breakfast" was coffee and a Nutribar. If you are thinking of staying here....don't. Run away. Also we now have a lovely cockroach in our car. Thank ESA. never again !
- 4/5
Great staff and well kept property!
- 1/5
We just landed after traveling from Curacao. After what took forever to check in we went to our room only to discover there was at least one rodent in the room with us. I immediately went back to the front desk and waited for the clerk to come back so I could leave and get a refund, he never came back after I called several times.
- 3/5
Missing from the room: No water, no utensils, no pencil, no conditioner, no overhead light, no guide to area restaurants or menus; SHower curtain did not reach start of tub so floor got wet, and water in shower warmish, not hot. Everything under surveillance which makes you worry about safety, breakfast was coffee, hot water, a muffin, and a cheap protein bar, no coffee otherwise available, no food for sale other than snack machine. However, it was basic and fine in a pinch, but NO extras at all.
- 1/5
It was brown spots all on side refrigerator dirt on floor and carpet. No no of the stuff they said they provide in kitchen I feel like I being robbed
- 4/5
Okay
- 4/5
Coffee not available besides breakfast and no in room coffee maker (possibly had to ask before-hand if we wanted one) Only toiletries we were given was a travel shampoo. I think that my expectation is that this was a regular hotel, but as an Extended Stay, they seem to cater to people using this as temporary housing so it has more of an apartment building feel. Still, it was quiet and convenient for what we needed: near the highway, 9 minutes to the Metro. There was ample parking. Clean enough. Staff was efficient at check in. Probably good for families who like to travel and cook in the hotel -just make sure tour ask for cups and plates before you arrive. :)
- 2/5
The roo. Smelled like pee or frito feet. Not enough towels, took forever to cool off to a comfortable temperature in room
- 1/5
We stayed 3 weeks. Sink stopped up. Repair guy left a mess. Many mornings the limited breakfast offerings were empty and when i asked was told they didn’t have key to refill. The keys needed to be recoded almost every day for both of us. Rooms not cleaned when they said they would b. No security. When i asked for keys to b recoded they never asked once for ID. Dryers did not work numerous days. Entire drapery fell down. We told them in the morning and it did not get repaired that day. Lots of excuses. We slept in another room. Rooms r not stocked w dishes etc like other suite hotels. You have to go to the front desk to get the supplies. Good location. Comfortable bed. Dated shower worked. Pretty dreadful exerience.
- 1/5
Very unsafe! Hotels.com should remove this place from their offerings!
- 2/5
Bags of trash lined my hallway the entire time I stayed here. The keys didn’t work when I returned after hours and had to wait for staff to fix my key. In the morning there was little to no food. They even ran out of coffee cups when I went back for a 2nd cup of coffee. I only stayed here because I’ve stayed here in the past. Has def gone downhill.
- 5/5
Private
- 1/5
Horrible smell
- 4/5
It was quiet and set aside and just what was needed at the moment. I did have a moment when I felt as if the desk manager followed me as I was walking my dog and my daughter's dog. It made me slightly uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a nice stay for the reason we were there.
- 1/5
We found this hotel room so dirty we left without caring whether or not we’d get a refund. There was a white substance crusted on the bed skirt and we just couldn’t stay there with our kids, left within 2 minutes of check in.
- 1/5
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Building was in terrible condition and the cleanliness was not good at all. The bed sheet were dirty as if they were not changed from the last guest. I had to ask for all new linen which they did not have on hand and I had to wait for linen to dry in order to get clean sheets and make my own bed. Bathroom paint was chipped and tub dirty. Room had a bad smell and the carpet look like outline from a crime scene. I asked to look at another room and the other rooms had black mold all on the ceiling of shower. Hotels is very over priced for the condition and cleanliness factor. I’ve been in hospitality for over 20 years managing and I never leave reviews but I had to warn others that the pictures online are very deceiving.
- 3/5
Need improvement on customer service. Simple welcome goes along the way to make guests comfortable.
