Clean room, comfortable beds

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Room was very spacious and clean! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only thing that wasn't good was the breakfast.

If you want a quiet place to sleep this isn’t the place. The hotel is close to the highway which makes it loud. The fridge makes loud humming, the air conditioning is loud and off button was missing. You can hear clearly when the upstairs turn on the air conditioner and water. 630am Sunday morning we were woken by loud blower and hedge trimmer. I called front desk and they told me it was in front of the hotel but didn’t know of there was a sound ordnance. I have never heard people being able to work before 8am. Our bed was too hard ( that is our preference). Breakfast was great, lots of options and clean area. Parking is good.

Our sheets had stains on them that were hard and dry, and we were placed next to the laundry shoot. Which at about 7am a constant thumping started from this area and did not stop. We left at 9:30.

the pool and hot tub was out of order. the shower/tub chalking in the bathroom was very loose. the shower handicap bar was also loose.

When the occupants in the room above us flushed the toilet, the water in our toilet would bubble up. Also, we booked a stay here in large part because the description said there was a hot tub, but when we arrived the front desk said it was closed because it was off season.

Constant banging noise coming from another room all night. Offered ear plugs but didn’t even have enough for everyone in our room. Said we could move rooms at 10 pm after we had a child already sleeping. Didn’t even try to figure out what the noise was.

Do not stay here horrible hotel . My son had an emergency on Xmas and they didn’t want to cancel they said to bad I had to deal with a lot with this hotel exspecially with an emergency and on a holiday . I would definitely pick a different hotel in Roseville . Roseville has a lot of nice ones with very friends staff and good areas .

Did not have breakfast. Very clean facility. Outstanding staff especially the night lady who checked me in she was Outstanding. Don’t remember her name I was there the evening of December 11th Thursday night. Late check in.

Pretty generic, the rooms are showing age, doors and walls are all dinged up, as was bathroom vanity area. Slow elevator took forever. The faucet in the shower wouldn’t turn off, good thing we were leaving right after showering as we wouldn’t have been able to sleep with the water still running. Missing light bulb in bathroom light fixture. We asked for a quiet room at check in and were told that they gave us one- right next to the elevator. Breakfast offerings were surprisingly good, but the dining area is tiny, no where to sit… and the coffee machines were too high tech for us groggy early morning vision challenged operators, we had to ask for them to be reset - they weren’t working- whatever happened to non-tech coffee machines?!? All in all- just okay for a basic one night stay.

I was pleased with the size and cleanliness of our room. While not real fancy, it was comfortable. I especially appreciated that Dove soap products were available. Nice stay - quiet.

Rooms were ok but there was stains on the sheets vents to ac look like they had mold ac would turn on when it wanted to even when set to coldest setting and shower still had soap on walls looked like it was never cleaned up

Does need maintenance- one of two bathroom bulbs was burnt out. Shower single handle was loose ( I replaced burnt out bathroom light fixture bulb, two different colors, supply by front desk staff and would have tightened handle on shower if they could have provided the necessary Alan wrench. I also noticed missing burnt out bulbs in overhead light fixtures in lobby and huge crack in ceiling. In three breakfast we had there was no potatoes or bacon but always pork & turkey sausage or a couple different omelettes instead of scrambled eggs. My wife said she missed not having biscuits and gravy. Warm cinnamon rolls and variety of muffins was a plus along with the pancake making machine. There is only one ice machine on the bottom floor. The outside pool and the exercise room were inviting, but we did not use them. This hotel is dated - We will not stay here again. There are many hotel options in area and I don’t want to be making room repairs because maintenance personnel are not available. I would recommend Resident Inn in this Rocklin Ca. Area

It was a peaceful stay. GREAT BREAKFAST!

This Rocklin location is our "go to" when we need to stay overnight in Rocklin while visiting or helping family. We were offered the second or third floor and we chose the third floor. It was "okay" but not as updated as our previous stay on the second floor. It was clean though, and comfortable, just some minor issues that needed repair.

Staff was incredibly difficult to work with and check in and check out were both a huge hassle. Wifi was incredibly slow and facilities like the shower and ac did not work well

Close to restaurants, gas station, shopping etc

Very pleasant and helpful to make sure a guests stay goes wonderful.

The hotel definitely needs to be updated. Furniture and bathroom sink area had chunks out of the wood. Some of the towels were frayed. No usb ports. My biggest complaint was the toilet. It’s made for someone under 5 foot, and was not good for a person with knee issues!

All was good… the breakfast could have been better, example the eggs were with cheese.. how about just scrambled eggs without cheese for those that don’t eat cheese.

The Manager checked us in. She was so polite and kind. The ladies who worked the breakfast were also very helpful and kind. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The morning we checked out, we left earlier than breakfast started. The lady working the front desk grab us bananas and apples to make sure we had something before we left. The property was in a great location surrounded by many shopping and eating options.

My 2nd stay, the first was okay, felt safe & clean enough for a budget hotel. However, this time they placed me in a very dark, first floor room (120) on the back parking lot adjacent to a busy road with window view of the large pool equipment cage. Worse, it smelled horribly like cat spray and the carpet seemed sticky by the bed. Also, no hand soap in the bath, cleaning lacked detail. Too tired after long drive to change rooms, so stuck it out using room spray I carry but disappointed, can't believe they'd put anyone in that room the way it smelled. Common areas were fine, breakfast was decent, parking and area seemed okay, just check your room before settling in.

Staff is really nice hallways smell great. Room was super nice except for the bathroom looks like it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly there was hair on the walls if the shower and on the tub. Other than that all was very nice very quiet and in a super duper nice neighborhood with everything you need close by.Would recommend a 100%

The location was great. Accesible and walkable with restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast staff was very friendly and efficient.

The property is very tidy and clean but when we checking in I was told that because they cannot contact me and my card was declined they canceled my room but I’m so lucky that they have 1 room left . They said they tried contacting me but they cannot reach me. I booked the book now pay later policy it’s says pay in the property but why cancel why not wait until certain hours. It’s so frustrating that they did that to me. I even put a special request that we will be checking in late but yeah they still cancel it and gave me a one bed room!!!

Cleanliness is my judge of a property. I knew from the minute I walked into the lobby that this property was the exception, not the rule. The lobby was spotless. Even the elevators gleamed. The room was clean and well equipped. The linens were not stained or dirty. The towels in the bathroom were perfect. The amenities were full, which is not always the case. The beds were very comfortable and immaculate. Major plus was the shower. There was water pressure!! This is our definite place to stay when we have a layover in Rocklin, CA. Last, but definitely not least, the staff was very nice. I can't comment on the breakfast because we ate out. However, judging by the rest of the property, it was excellent as well.

One of our 3 rooms wasn't ready at check-in time. This was a problem, because the reason for our stay is we were attending a wedding, and needed the rooms to get ready. I pushed the issue and suddenly the room was ready, but the staff person was rude about it. Other than that our stay would have been just fine, but I was kept awake from 4am to 6am by noise directly above me. It sounded like a stampede of elephants. Maybe it was housekeeping, or maybe it was guests just doing their thing. Even earplugs didn't help as it was vibrating the whole ceiling and walls above me. Other than that, the hotel is nice, clean, and does the job for a one night stay.

I had a very relaxing stay. My sister and I were dress shopping for my sons wedding and the hotel made it so much more fun. We had a great weekend and the staff were so helpful in letting us know what stores were worth checking out. Very friendly site!

Friendly staff, easy check in. Nothing fancy but great location surrounded by many food options. Close to the venue I was attending and close parking to all the rooms.

Bath room had water leaking from the ceiling and Sheetrock and texture was all over the bathroom floor when we arrived

We needed a room to get dressed for a wedding, the location was right off the freeway and about 15 mins from the venue. Basic hotel room, no bells and whistles, but clean and the people were nice.

Check-in was terrific. The young man (Michael?) who checked us in (on a Friday about noon) was helpful and knowledgeable. We were there early, so he called us when a room was available, quite quickly.

The hotel is ok. Average in cleanliness, but it is safe and sufficient… nothing to brag about. The staff is friendly and professional so it makes it easy to overlook what the hotel lacks in terms of it being a bit dated.

Room was very stuffy but was fine. The breakfast was 6-9am on the weekend, 6am is a bit early for a weekend to begin an only 3 hr breakfast and the staff was putting the food away at 8:45am which shouldn’t happen. It should be put away starting at 9am. Kinda of expensive room for what it is.

Room was clean and beds were comfy - room was very very hot at first but cooled off eventually. The floors are not even which is strange - like half the room is sinking down? Otherwise fine for what we needed!
