Great location, great room, and excellent breakfast! We had to wait nearly an hour past 3pm to check in because they were so busy, but we hung out in the TV room and staff kept us updated on the situation and were very friendly despite our unexpected wait. It was quite expensive the night we stayed, but we would stay there again because the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Clean, well kept as expected Hallways and lobby were a bit too hot for some reason. Not an issue but was weird considering it was like 85 outside.

This is where we stay when visiting this area. Never had a bad experience.

The couch was dirty with a dent in the arm rest , the shower ceiling was damaged in the corner lol like from a leak up stairs. The blind where replaced with inner blinds so when a car drove by the lights shinned in .

Breakfast was great! The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean! I think the only complaint we had was the mattress was just a little worn out you could feel the springs.

The property is a bit dated and run down. But it’s fair priced, clean, the staff are kind enough, and the breakfast is actually one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. It was comfy.

Great location, wonderful well-maintained historic property. However, if you expect modern amenities such as larger bathrooms/room seating area or closet space you may want to book elsewhere or contact hotel staff prior to enquire about more spacious rooms.

As I was leaving there was a sketchy situation of a woman trying to get me to go around back to help unlock her car,I excused myself and police arrived as I was leaving so I didn't report,but it's a reminder to single women traveling alone,be aware of your surroundings

The room was very comfortable and large. The bed was also comfortable. The breakfast was very good and very organized. There is no hot tub in the pool area.

From check-in to check out, the team was friendly welcoming and super helpful. The room was perfect with a kitchenette so I could make some dinner. They allow pets so it was a great stop for me and my cats while on the road highly recommend

I really want to LOVE this place but there is one thing that needs to change and that is it needs updating. What I DO LIKE about this place is the staff is wonderful and the facility was SUPER quiet. My husband and I slept very well there. That is HUGE in my opinion. So a lot was wonderful but visually, I would enjoy for it to be updated so I could LOVE this place.

this is my first time staying at this chain, and I was very impressed with the cleanliness, the quality of sheets and bedding as well as the quietness of the room. I Apple supplies to learn of their social hour with something to drink and something to eat courtesy of the hotel. That’s just what I needed after a long day of driving. Why I chose this hotel as they take animals and traveling with two dogs it’s hard to find a place as nice as this was that takes dogs. I will stay at this type of establishment again.

The Staybridge Suites made me feel at home. I loved the area, the vibes, everything. I can't honestly think of anything that I could possibly complain about. Not even anything to nitpick about.

We were in town to celebrate my Bff 1st year of soberity. We had a awesome time and what amaze me the most about this visit Was the staff. Shared with them the reason for our stay and next thing you know the Manager Mike , Ivan , larcell , Abby , Katelyn, and Keke made my Bff felt like a Qieen. Mike even had a gold statue that he gave as a gift for her sobriety, it was amazing like she just received an Emmy award 😄 and she also had a special Rose 🌹 from the beautiful Rose 🌹 bush that was planted in memory of soberity of a special person. Everything about this visit was awesome 👌

Overall the stay was well. In the room there is repairs that were not done very well. This makes me question how well other things are. The room appeared to be clean but is it?? Was it done like the repairs?? Otherwise a good stay friendly staff, good breakfast but would be better if it started at 6am so you can be to work by 7a. The social on mon-wed is a great benefit

My only complaint is the freezing cold pool. The kids were disappointed when they were only able to stay in for a few minutes until they realized they weren’t going to get use to the temp. Other than that, it’s great. Especially breakfast. Very nice spread.

Hotel is just off the main drag and has alot of dinning options close! IT is also close to the highway, but not too close that it is noisy from the highway, which makes it great for travelers!

This property was clean and safe.

The drywall shows signs os wear, the showerhead was not mounted, the electrical outlets were loose. The breakfast was typical free breakfast (scrambled eggs out of bag, rubbery meat, etc) It's a nice place and I would go again, just know what you are getting into. The separate room for beds is nice, refrigerator is great, sink stove and dishwasher would be nice (if I had used them).

When I booked our room it was for 2 adults and 2 children. The room was supposed to have a king size bed and a pull out couch. The loveseat in the room did not.pyll out and smelled like vomit

I really liked the suite! Very spacious & comfortable. When I checked in, the hotel did not have notice of my payment to Expedia. I had to email them a copy of my receipt from Expedia. That was a little unnerving.

Suite was nice and clean. My issue is that I was not able to get into my suite until 4:40pm because it was still being cleaned , which threw my entire evening off leaving me rushing to get things done for my guest. I called repeatedly for an early check in was told to keep calling back. Why was even able to check in if the room wasnt ready was my question. Also the following morning when I requested a late check out i was denied because I wasnt a rewards member. This upset me because my friends who were down the hall from me were given a late check out and were not rewards members, this left me confused and frustrated. When I brought this up on the phone there was a long pause and the reply was well that cant be true, you have to be a member. When expressing concerns we were told the same thing yet and still my friends were not friends members and we were also told check in time is not guaranteed, at this point i was completely over the back and forth and lack of response/care for my concerns and issues. Nice suite but I definitely will not be back especially if i have a time stamp on a event.

We were very disappointed in this property. Lobby and breakfast were ok, I didn't think the pool was heated. The pool bathroom was NOT acceptable. I couldn't use it to change my clothes. The health club was clean and equipment all functional. The young lady who checked us in Feb 15 was very polite and helpful. Bed was comfortable, TV too small with very few channels. No USB ports or extra outlets. I feel we paid too much for this property.

Hotel is decent but dated. Let it be known that the guests are large families with kids running everywhere, or people visiting the casino coming back drunk at all hours. If you want a good nights rest, skip this place, pay a little more and get a good hotel.

The free breakfast is great as well as the snacks on the first 3 days of the week

We had a great time up until the last day when they moved a family of children next door to us. The family did a lot of bumping up until 1:00 2:00 a.m. Sunday morning all night I couldn't rest to be able to leave the next morning it was reported and staff I guess did what they could but I'm not happy with what they were able to do. His family was sounded like they were jumping off the beds running into the walls loud talking and screaming it Disturbed many guests but mainly me because I was directly next door to them. Front desk staff was aware of the situation came up to my room and listened from my room but nothing changed until about 1:30 2:00 a.m. in the morning. I had my disabled son with me that takes medications and I take medication but could not rest. Overall until that last day it was a decent trip. Will never like to be in this situation again.

The property is right in the middle of everything. Hard Rock Casino is a five minute drive and the Anderson Japanese Gardens are a 12 minute drive from the hotel. Lovely staff. Very friendly and helpful. My wife and I were very happy with the room, staff, and amenities.

Overall, not a bad hotel. Nothing super amazing about it but very roomy and quite. I will say when we went to the pool, it was freezing. I could tell that the pumps were not circulating the water and it seemed to be ignored.

This hotel, for its class, was very good. The room was unusually large, comfortable, clean, quiet, and it had a small kitchen. Everything was I'm good repair. The breakfast buffet far exceeded all other hotels in this class and had a very nice area to eat. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Stay overnight to attend a play at a local college. We attended happy hour meal and breakfast and were pleased with both meals. I would definitely stay there again.

The property is fairly clean and the staff was very friendly. I used the fitness facilities and they did not have sanitizer both times i used it. I did let them know both times and felt like it wasnt their priority.
