Radisson Hotel and Conference Center Rockford

Checkin was very smooth. I dont recall the name of staff member to give a shoutout, she was very nice. The hotel is about a 20 min drive from the venue of IronMan start, but it's in an area with many other hotels and restaurants, so it was convenient from that perspective. The hotel was very clean, rooms spacious, staff ever helpful. They also made special arrangements for our event - specifically freshly brewed coffee in lobby - as people would left early in morning for race. Thank you.

No free breakfast too expensive for how small the room was. Shampoo conditioner and body soap empty asked three times for it to get filled. Didn’t get extra towels or pillow like I asked.

Exceptional property. Staff are professional, courteous and friendly. Pub has an excellent menu bar maid / waitresses in the evening was outstanding. Highly recommended.

Breakfast only available until 9am on Sunday was a bummer. So were the kids playing ball in the hallway at 8am. No safe in room...wish there was for my ipad. Close to the casino but no obnoxious rowdy guests. No pets allowed, which is a plus. Pool and business center looked nice.

Hot tub wasn't working. Was asked when it would be they said they were told in 3 weeks but doubted it.

We were in Rockford for a family wedding. I would think twice about getting the Premiere suite. it says it is a separate bedroom. It is up a flight of stairs like a loft. there is not air movement up there. we kept the ceiling fan on all day to keep it from getting extremely hot. we had a bedside table we kept on all night. it is not clear in the description that is a loft room. the furnishing are ok. we had to use a large desk to put our large suitcase on. we left everything down stairs, because the bathroom is down there. the bathroom is wonderful. the shower is amazing for a hotel. this one needs to keep making updates. and get rid of the loft.

The location is great- easy access to restaurants etc. We came back from a concert at Hard Rock and wanted a night cap. They were getting ready to close (10pm) but the bartender warmly greeted our party of 4. She stayed open for us and was so nice about it. We really appreciated it!

The property shows its age. Room floor wasn't carpeted. On-site restaurant had very slow service due to serving a wedding party. No breakfast provided.

Stopped here on our way to the Airport. Nice hotel - a bit older but in good condition and and was fit for purpose. Well placed for a selection of local restaurants.

The rooms were clean, the staff was nice. We only stayed one night to attend an event in the area. This was the nicest Radisson I ever stayed in.

Not my first time here, won’t be the last. My favorite thing about this place is the laundry amenities and the air conditioning with a fan that can stay on 24/7 which helps block out noise outside the room.

I do not recommend staying on the first floor especially at the end of the hallway it’s super noisy from the outside traffic!! King room also needs new bed! Super clean though!

My 86 year old father was playing in a poker game nearby. I am a 50 year old crippled woman who had other dinner plans. The purpose of our booking the room was to have a wonderful morning together in the pool, hot tub and enjoy a light breakfast. I spoke with three different young ladies at the front desk. All were very professional and polite. The manager at the hotel is doing something right. Yet, something is wrong with the booking process if you not informing people the pool/hot tub are closed. We paid our bill. Life happens, but very disappointed. Genevieve

One night stay, passing through town. Check in was easy, clerk was friendly. Due to some catered parties within the hotel, it was a bit noisy. Bar/pub on sight was convenient, otherwise the cost per night was too much for the area/space. Food was good, bartender was friendly. Bed was comfortable, walls are thin, doors are loud. Overall was fine but overpriced.

It’s close to hard rock casino we came for a birthday celebration

The hotel itself was fine. Unfortunately, we booked this hotel so my daughter could have a place to swim, and the pool area was taken over by a group of people who thought they owned the Radisson. Apparently it was birthday party, but there were several inconsiderate, loud children, jumping in and out of the hot tub, throwing toys everywhere, and running around. The adults were incredibly inconsiderate and did nothing to stop their children from misbehaving. They had food in the pool area and even after the children got out of the hot tub they left all of their toys floating in there. I’m all for kids having a good time, but I am baffled at the lack of consideration these adults had. We all paid the same amount of money to stay there so everyone should be able to have a nice experience and these people did nothing to their children down or ask them to be more considerate of other people trying to enjoy the pool. I’m not sure what could be done, but I do wish that someone from the front desk had come in and told the people to manage their children a little better

It was top tier

After six hours in the car, this hotel was a perfect oasis for the two of us. The in-hotel pub served great food and beer. The room was roomy, the bed beyond comfortable and the bathroom was modern and fresh.

Our first night was good. Second night there was an event that made us leave the hotel. It was very loud and kids running in hallways, banging on room doors. The pullout bed had wrapping paper in it. It obviously was not changed.

We had a fantastic stay! This place is very nice - especially for the area - but would stand on its own just about anywhere. The rooms are very spacious and up to date. The staff was really good and attentive too. The pool and hot tub are fine - a little on the "loved to death" side - but definitely workable. All in all, great location, good facilities and a great staff - what more could you ask for?

This was a nice surprise when checking in. It is much more sophisticated and elegant than the impression when driving up to the building. Out daughter looked at the outside entrance from the parking lot and said “OMG we have never stayed at an uglier hotel”. Once inside she admitted how wonderful it was. Don’t let the exterior fool you; for a small Midwest town the amenities are excellent.

Rooms were nice, but noise was horrible into middle of night with loud guests. Feedback was given to the front desk, but nothing was done to mitigate the problem.

The one thing I like about this hotel is the beds are comfortable and it’s is clean. I put 4 star on the condition and facilities because of no hair dryer and no safe deposit in the room and the big one is when someone closes the door room it is so loud that you can hear it every time someone closes the door.

One of the best gyms at a hotel! Pool wasn’t cold, which was awesome. Room was nice, too, and I loved that the room included shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a shoe cleaning sponge. Never seen that before-and my shoes did need some cleaning!

The shower was great.

The only glitch was the shower door which would not stay closed. I stuffed a wash cloth between the panels which Held the door closed. Forgot to mention this to front desk.
