    He talked with one if my group that he put in another room with king bed, because he didn't have all the rooms I booked in the lower level, insisting she do the review for him as he picked everything as perfect... After he got the review from her his attitude and demeanor changed toward her, no longer accommodating. His statement oh well you can't please everyone and didn't want to hear anything!! She was trying to share for him to address so there wouldn't be nasty reviews!!

    Parking lot was dirty. Guests were coming to the office complaining about their rooms being dirty. This was a busy event weekend, owners took advantage of their employees and guests because they knew there wasn’t anything in the area available.

    You get what you pay for. I needed an inexpensive room for one night. It is very rundown and has limited amenities. My room had a nice fridge, microwave and the A/C worked fine. The woman that checked me in was very nice. It was fine for price.

    Looks terrible. Any repairs were probably done 20 years ago. The AC Unit sounds like a tractor diesel, impossible to use... Definitely would not recommend that anybody stay there unless you have absolutely no choice

    I love the fact that it was secured and that we could do a 4 a.m. check in when we got off the highway. Staff was friendly. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. Convenient location. I would book again.

    The condition of the property is run down at best. The rooms have been updated as cheaply as possible. The air conditioning and heating systems are so loud you can’t sleep, and they look 100 years old. The outside area isn’t maintained at all. It’s loud, especially because it’s by a hospital. There is a fridge and microwave but the fridge is barely cold and doesn’t have even a tiny freezer. The owner/manager was beyond rude. I understand this is an older property and inexpensive to stay at but that doesn’t mean it can’t be decent and the people running it can’t be kind. The yelled at me for booking through Expedia because now they have to pay them a commission. I tried to pay them cash and they charged me more than what Expedia did, of course I’m going to book via Expedia then. I stayed a week but had to continue my stay three times due to how I was able to pay for the room. Each time they charged me extra because then I needed to check in “early”. Because I rebooked the same room they wanted to me leave that room at 11 am (checkout) & come back at 3 pm (check in). I of course didn’t have to do that if I paid them a extra $15-$30 a day. I have NEVER ever done that at a hotel. Early check in fee sure, but NOT when I rebook the same room.The manager/owner then proceeded to rudely tell me it was $30 to check in at 11am instead of say 2pm which is when I paid only $15. I nicely asked how was I supposed to know that when it’s not written anywhere or mentioned? Do. Not. Book. Here.

    The parking was easy and there was enough space. The room is good for what you pay. Since this was just a one night stay we weren’t expecting much. The room was a good size however the pillowcase did have discoloration and some dirt marks.

    Things looked a little sketchy when we came into the hotel but the front desk staff acknowledged that it was a known issue, explained the process for addressing it and moved us up to the third floor that was quieter. They were vigilant in watching the cameras, noticed we were walking around on two different floors and came to assist us when we thought our cat got out. They greeted us when they were outside when we were loading our car to make sure everything when well for us. They are the main reason we would come back there.

    Had microwave and fridge. Plenty of room to move around. No carpet in room wich is fine for dogs but the gallway is hard floor also and without the AC on high you would be able to hear people talking out there most of the night!!! Bathroom sink clean but miror and wall behind the faucet wasn't clean!

    Horrible experience. They couldn't find my reservation even with my itinerary number so they charged me over double. They were rude and unhelpful. Then we get home and found out we left a laptop and they said it wasn't there. We have a location on it and it pinned their. I offered to pay to send it back and they said no you have to come get it. That's a 5hour drive and you first said you didn't have it. No working ice machines no pool.

    Everything was as expected on the stay. I got what I paid for. My co worker and I were quite distraught at 2:45am when two strangers entered our room using a carded room key. They came in noisy and turned on our lights scaring us badly. It was so hard to calm down and recover from the fright. I don’t understand why they had access to our room!!?? Big safety issue if other people have coded access to other peoples rooms!!

    chose this motel because it is only a few blocks from the hospital where my son had bypass surgery on Monday Jan 13. First there was no one at the desk, just man on computer that didn't speak very good English. Got to our room, ice machine broken had to go get ice some where. Internet not working in my room. They moved us to another room that had internet. That was our first night. Son surgery was next day and was at hospital from 5am til til early evening. Get back to motel and my card would not open my door, had to climb 2 1/2 levels to office and talk to a da-- computer again! Tuesday at hospital with son most of day get back to my room, card would not open my door again! When I went back up to talk to the computer it gave me another new card and then reminded me that I needed to check out tomorrow! Which I will and will not be recommending this to anyone, Hotel.com needs to take it off of their site. It has been the worst ever.

    I had a shower and heat, my prior plan was to sleep in my car. The housekeeper had done well cleaning but they can’t get a bad smell like that out. Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Also, in the hallway to room smelled of smoke. There were definitely people smoking inside. Other guests hadn’t picked up after their dogs in the area where I walked mine. Run down.

    The reservation was process correctly but the hotel made checking in more difficult then it needed to be. The kiosk made it hard it hear the person. The room dirty and towels were stained. We left within 10 minutes of walking in the door.

    When me and my husband arrived the halls smelled like weed even though it is posted no smoking period on the property. The check in process was easy through a computer screen but easy. When we arrived in our room there were no sheets on the bed just blankets piled up but no biggie cuz we usually buy our own due to we have had issues with this before. The room was clean but the bathroom also had no towels and there was hair in the sink . It stated that room service was not till 11 and housekeeping showed up before 10 and asked if we needed anything to which I said no except for getting rid of garbage which they were kinda rude and pushed passed me and proceeded to check the room which my husband was still sleeping at the time other than that not really any complaints. Comfortable beds and decently quiet for the area. Decently priced. It was kinda a maze to find your way around no pool or workout area as listed and the elevator seems to have been out of order for awhile considering the other reviews that I read. If your on a budget and need a place to stay and don't need elevator then you should be fine. Other than that make your own judgement

    this property is has MANY long term residents using as an apartment. The people at the front desk do NOT speak English and rely on a video communicator from an unknown location. The place smelled like curry or something. In need of total updating. I did not even stay the first night and asked for a refund for the last 2 nights I booked. Frankly, I would like a refund for the first night as well.

    From the moment I arrived, I was not welcomed. There was a man at the front desk who pointed to the kiosk for me to check in. He had a very thick Indian accent, so I couldn’t understand him very well at all. I was in the middle of Illinois! I proceeded to try to use the kiosk, but it wasn’t working very well. The IT girl on the screen also had a very thick accent, so it was very hard to understand her as well. I’ve never seen one of those kiosks for check before. I asked why the guy inside couldn’t help me with check-in and he proceeded to lock the office door and walk himself right out the building without helping me! the halls stunk of marijuana!. we then proceeded to our room. The bathroom light was extremely dim at best! I had to put my make up on in the hall where the lighting was somewhat better. The refrigerator was turned off so we couldn’t put our cold drinks into the refrigerator. There was no alarm clock to check the time in the middle of the night. it looks like a dog had chewed up one of the trim pieces. The pillows were like bags of rocks on my ear. I could hear someone talking in the next room because the walls were so thin! Only hotel I’ve ever stayed at without a hairdryer. This is definitely one of my worst experiences in my life!

    No onsite staff. Check-in was via a kiosk, which was odd. Room was dirty. Towels were either dirty or stained which is gross either way. Same with the sheets and bed covering. There was a phone in the room, but not connected to anything. Two nights in a row I had to get a new key because it wouldn't open the room door. That was also done via a kiosk. Other people staying there were very load and made it difficult to sleep. There were strange characters in the parking lot. Made me feel unsafe. If you are still reading this, you should stay somewhere else. I wish I had.

    Check-in was done by kiosk/zoom, it was hard to hear and understand what was being said. Elevator, multiple ice machines, pool and gym were not working or open. You can hear everything, even from several rooms down. Floors were dirty, with gum residue and staining on tile floor. Clean towels were stained and had hair trapped in them. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are very desperate for a roof over your head. Also there are no Do Not Disturb signs, so be ready to have your door pounded on in the morning.

    We got to our room, which should’ve been non smoking, but people were clearly either smoking in the room or around it. A mix of weed and cigs, and must. My nose started to run after 5 mins. We had our baby with us so there was no way we were staying there in that condition. When we asked about the problem the lady at the front for another room, they said there wasn’t another one available, then gave us a can of weed killer and told us to spray it around! Sorry but that is just unprofessional. My baby will not be crawling around and breathing in weed killer on our stay. Absolutely obnoxious.

    The list of “rules” like not having guests after 9pm was off-putting, but also who’s going to be there to enforce it? The talking robot at the lobby?     No front desk person on site had to walk around inside building to find room - other people were looking for theirs as well. No elevator, no ice. Only 2 pillows on bed. Whining dog next door. People talking so loudly in next room they woke me up after midnight then dog started barking and whining so I called the “front desk”. Whoever answered said he would send someone over. I think this was around 1:00 am. I don’t know if anyone came but dog stopped. People kept talking and fighting until 3:30.

    We stayed here twice this week and the first day we stayed nothing worked, all the ice machines were broke, the pool was closed but our room was nice. We stayed here again last night and everything was still broke. And when we got to our room the air conditioner wouldn’t work. It would turn on but wouldn’t blow cold air, and it was over 85 degrees. The room stayed hot all night making it hard to sleep. And the phone in our room had the chords ripped out of it.

    The kiosk check-in is absolutely ridiculous. Nothing easy or smooth about it. If you stay there make sure you have everyone with you leave the vehicle and come in with their ID as well. Took about 10 mins to check in with kiosk. 2nd night out key got us in the building but wouldn’t work for the room so we had to go back and deal with the kiosk again. People were noisy all night long slamming door and stomping on the floor about us. No workers so can’t even get anyone to try and quiet them down. Wasn’t the cleanest room I’ve stayed in but over wasn’t terrible. Will definitely not be staying there again just because of the kiosk and noise.

    And the elevator was out of order which was also inconvenient. Very impersonal. Had a kiosk greeter whom I could barely understand and hear. Gave a whole new meaning to hands free!

    The problem for me was the outsourced staff. It had a vending machine like feel in the front area with staff outsourced from India and Chile. They will tell you Florida but it’s not true. There are no humans for staff on site. It reminded be by Covid times or the movie last man on earth. I like the human interaction much better. Short of that the hotel was nice clean and looked remodeled.

    2nd time staying here, last year was great. Reasonably priced, clean, no-frills hotel that looked recently updated. This time our room was not updated, the door would not lock, crumbs in the bed, hair in the shower drain and on the towels, furniture cracked. Brought our concerns to property staff's attentive- twice- and it was never addressed. We weren't moved to a different room or had our concerns acknowledged at all.

    I wish there was a I wish there was an option to Negative stars but it won’t allow me to post this without at least giving one. While I’m sitting in My moldy dirty filthy room I decided it was imperative for me to write a review. Still experiencing the absolute worst experience of my life it’s beyond a nightmare first of all there’s no one to greet you at the front desk when you check in at night, you have to speak to a person on a screen in Florida….. “Florida” I need two rooms for the night a king size room, and a double in the king size room. All the towels were filthy. They had hair and blood stains all over them. There was hair on the walls in the shower. There were sticky stains all over the nightstands, the tables, the desk, and the chairs in the room was horrific. I was actually afraid to leave my car overnight. The room with the beds had blood and sticky stuff all over the lights, the bedsheets, the towels and the walls there were no blankets and there was blood and Yellow stuff all over the towels in the bathroom although the room was spacious, I felt like I was in a storage unit and someone’s Apartment basement. I noticed that there was an extra lock on the doors for both rooms because it seems that someone tried to kick in the door so the wood panel on the wall next to the doors were split in half.     Suite 120 was very noisy, hallway noise, work going on in the hallway at 8+pm, wall unit (heat, cooling) very loud, bed and pillows uncomfortable. Room smelled like an ashtray. Dog walk area was nice and clean. No coffee maker in room
