Room were nasty. Bathroom was dirty shower and toilet are very dirty. Security gate is broken. Ther was NO security in the Area. People living in cars and vans on the property.Animals running around without leashes or owners.

There was no lock on the door into the hotel where the rooms were. There was a fight in the hall at 2am and at 5:30 am someone knocked on our door what was wandering the halls. Our dead bolt also did not work. One of the scariest hotel experiences ever!

Aside from the beds, though, this place is dirty. If you wear bare feet in the rooms, your feet will be black with dirt. I didn't trust the bathtub enough to bathe my son in it, and we actually ended up not even showering there and just waiting until the next place. The first room they gave us had a patio door that didn't unlock, but nor did it really close securely, so it was unusable as a patio door AND kinda felt like someone might break in through it if they didn't mind damaging it (they did move us to another room). The floorboards were very dirty, the fridge smelled, everything but the beds just looked gross. There are sketchy people hanging around who seem drugged out. We booked two nights. We didn't really need two nights, we needed one night and a very late checkout, but we considered staying a second night initially since we booked it. We ended up not feeling comfortable staying a second night and left.

Then someone got jumped by 5 people outside my door in the hallway til the point paramedics and police arrived multiple times for the incident. And with these and many multiple issues with the room I checked out at 5am when the police had finally left after the incident. Then they refused to give any sorta discount especially for all the issues and when I told her I was leaving due to not feeling safe and or comfortable with the accommodation. The desk person claims that the fight wasnt that bad(literally herad amd saw a dude screaming and fighting dor his life against multiple people) and that they "travel together". I will never return to this company ever again id rather use my IHG one rewards and stay at the holiday inn It might be more but at least ik quality os top notch. Since the company didnt provide adequate or any resolution for thw many issues i will be doing a charge back and if i have to further will file a report with the BBB

Most of the lights and phone in the room did not work. The TV connection was weak, so it kept stopping. The bathroom was visibly dirty. No breakfast available even though there was a sign advertising it. It doesn’t seem like it will be a bad place once everything is done getting worked on, but for the time being, it’s definitely not a 10/10 stay.

Them room was disgusting had a hole in the wall and the entire building smells like smoke even though they say no smoking. Very hard to breathe in there.

even though it was late, i didn't like having to check in with a person remoting into a kiosk. it had an issue and couldn't dispense the room key. My room was too dark, and didn't have available outlets for my computer and medical equipment. i had to change rooms, but then i found bugs in the room. the sheets didn't look clean and were very thin. the room was also dark - poor light. the bathtub was painted with some paint that made it too slippery. for the first time in 40 years, i slipped on the shower and slightly hurt myself. it could have been much worse. there were no hangers on the clothes rack to hang my clothes. there were no cups for me to use with my medicine. i had to ask for everything. there were dogs in rooms making noise. The bathroom door was severely damaged. the heater was better than most as was the television. had to file a noise complaint on friday as they dont control it. the people who manage this facility should be fired.

Bed’s uncomfortable, children loud all night, they painted over old paint and stains.

I was a little nervous because of the reviews, but for this price point, it was a really nice place. It was clean but could definitely use a deep clean. The beds were firm and pillows were decent. No frills. The checkout was with a kiosk which was super easy and quick. This is not a fancy place but we weren't looking for fancy, we just wanted a clean, safe, cheap place to sleep and go and this definitely hit the mark.

There was cockroaches floors where not clean out feet where black not even having shoes off for 2 mins bathtub was busted up

When I got into my room the smoke detector was giving the low battery chirp. I called the front desk and was put on hold for several minutes. Eventually I was connected to someone who was probably at a call center said they would pass my concern along to whoever was on duty. Nobody came. We could also hear a chirp from another smoke detector somewhere down the hall. A non-smoking room doesn't matter much when people are smoking 15' from your back door and the hallway smells like smoke anyway. We found the head to a cartridge razor under the bathroom sink. The wall switches and phone felt greasy. There was peeling paint in the bathroom and spots of grime on all the walls. The floor felt sticky, so we didn't walk around barefoot. The bed was lumpy and listed to the side. The exterior doors were all open to the public and one of our keycards stopped working halfway through the night.

Rooms were decent . Not bad for the price paid . But nothing fancy.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life. Now I know why they make you pay in advance with no refund! The lobby is the only thing that looks like the pictures The check in process was modern and sleek but that was it. As soon as we woke up the next morning around 7:30 am we packed up to checkout

Beds were so uncomfortable we left two days early and I was in pain for a week after.

You didn’t need to use your key card to access the building. No place to swipe card to unlock the doors for access. You could just walk right in without anyone needing to swipe key card for access. There wasn’t a live person at the front desk to help with any immediate issues you may have. There was a kiosk that you talked to someone who wasn’t even on the property.

We reserved a non smoking room. Additionally, the room was not clean. We asked the front desk to change the room and our next room had the same situation. We were supposed to stay at our hotel for 4 nights. We stayed 1 night and booked another hotel.

Obviously the property is being rebuilt. First time dealing with a kiosk operator. No coffee. Very basic.

Bed bugs. I slept for two hours before waking up to bites and the property refused to care or help. Don't stay at this slum pit.

Poor, tub and most room fixtures need upgraded. Terrible cigarette odor and general air quality. Opened sliding door (no screen) and still couldn’t sleep due to asthmatic reaction. Cannot recommend.

There was mouse droppings on the bed and end table, mold and rot around the a/c unit, dirt and grime all over the walls, lights out in the room, people clearly living there and to top it off it’s also a uhaul rental location, so the parking lot is full of uhaul trucks but also busted trailers and old boats. We ended up not staying.

door to get into building was broken so anyone could walk in. had a hole in our room door so you could see outside mattresses on both beds were stained with brown yellow and red stains with cigarette holes thru them pillows were had black mold, yellow and red stains on them. we did not stay, booked a different motel

Gross room. Don’t stay here. They plugged holes in the wall with toilet paper. My sheets had burn holes in them. There weren’t outlets for CPAP machine. No coffee in the morning offered. Everything was cheap and filthy. It’s cheap but gross.

Worst thing was the toilet was a safety hazard. The seat was beyond loose, and the whole toilet was not securely attached to the floor. Zero amenities - not even a cup for water in the room.

Building looks rundown/old, all entrances are accessible without a keycard (no locks), walls inside hotel room were all dirty, some of the towels were stained, one of the bedsheets had a cigarette burn on it, the blankets had hair on them, exhaust in the bathroom was not working, only one tiny garbage can for the entire room, barely any power outlets and were all in inconvenient places. Motel across the street is VERY rundown and looks like a crack house. Gate to the parking lot is always open, etc

The floor in the room was sticky. Had mice in the room. Housekeeping didn’t pick up garbage. Drug deals were going on outside. Front desk workers were ignorant. The hotel is run down inside and outside. The people living in the hotel were loud and ignorant.

I did not even check in, the parking lot and area around the hotel is crackeads, hookers, gangs and homeless people. I have stayed in loads of crappy hotels but this one I just walked out and forfeited the money I paid…likely saved my own life or at least walking out to my truck in the morning on jackstands. I cannot imagine a worse hotel and all the 10/10 “excellent” reviews are obviously fake.

When we were heading in, the hallway smelled like cigarettes and were extremely dirty. The rooms looked like someone used our bed and left it as is. I had someone with severe asthma with us and they got extremely affected from this cigarette smell. We told the front desk person about it and we told him we couldn’t stay here and if there was a possible way to get a refund since we would hate to go to the emergency room that night. He told us to that we can change rooms (we had to tell him MULTIPLE times about this person having asthma and he still kept going) or call Expedia to get a refund. When i called the guy on the phone told me he would call them first to confirm a refund. As soon as i told the guy at the front desk this, He proceeded to say the office was closed and couldn’t receive any calls so we had to wait until tomorrow. Which should’ve been something he should’ve MENTIONED before having me call. He got an extremely bad attitude with us and since this took so long we ended up having to go to the emergency room. They refused to even give us all the money back and only got not even half. DONT. STAY. HERE.

This place was a complete dive. The room was filthy. The floors were sticky, there was what looked like soda stains all over the walls, the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag, the door peep hole was stuffed with a towel, the towels in the room were dirty...this place was completely unkept. Additionally, there were no locks on the exterior doors to the building allowing anybody to gain access. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Light and tv had to be fixed and mattress was old and dirty.

As soon as we walked into thenroom it smelled of smoke. The sheets and pillow cases had a yellow tint on them. The patio door is not lock. The "live in" guest in the next room were very loud. Horrible 5 minutes. Left and went and stayed somewhere else.

The photos online for this place looked very clean and a typical hotel. When we arrived I saw that the only part of this place that seemed semi decent was the lobby. I go to my room and there’s construction stuff all in the halls. As soon as I got to the second floor I was immediately hit with damp cigarette smell. But yet there were no smoking signs on the doors. Once I got into the room I was shocked. Everything was damp and dirty. I initially was planning on sleeping on top of the covers and putting a shirt down on the pillow to sleep. I had to run errands so I made sure to keep all of my belongings in my car with me, I wouldn’t feel safe to leave anything here unattended. I ended up squeezing into a different hotel with a friend. There were signs all in the lobby that were very weird. You’re not allowed to sit on the patios that are at every room. You get charged a $100 fine if you are “too noisy” and just weird things like that on printer paper taped up. I would never feel safe or remotely comfortable enough to ever stay here. Oh and there’s no refunds under any circumstances…

Chemicals they used to cleaned the room was stinky when I entered the room. Everything old. Sheet cover with holes. The smell made me throw up every time I ate.

The room was marked as no smoking yet it smelled like somebody had smoked in there a long time ago. There was no drain cover for the bathtub drain so no way to take a bath. Personal preference the beds are very firm and very uncomfortable. On the good side the check-in and check out was very good because the people are very friendly.

The room should have been blocked off as unrentable. There were drywall patches that needed painting, broken outlet covers, the toilet set was so lose it was ready to fall off, the countertop had toenail clippings on it sitting right next to the sink, the tub had so much dust in it that it looked like someone emptied their dust pan in it after sweeping and left it. The ONLY thing that was clean and made was the beds!!! On top of all that, the walls did NOTHING to block out sound so the hallway and the room next to us could be heard quite clearly and they were long term tenants that apparently didn’t sleep people were coming and going all night (ALL NIGHT from 10 pm to 6 am) the loud talking never stopped. We even had some tweeker knocking on our door at 1:24 am and when I answered he apologized and said wrong door. The hallway smelled VERY strongly of pot and this is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. When I booked the reviews looked great but don’t trust them! I know you get what you pay for and this was a cheap place to book but I couldn’t believe a place could be THAT bad. The ‘good’ reviews have to be from the owner, no one would give this crap hole a good review!

Dead bugs on the floor. No alarm clock in the room, no fridge either. Bed was mildly uncomfortable, and the bathtub had a gaping hole in it. No garbage can.
