The restroom was not as clean and that is a big deal to me... hairs were found and the same ones were there after I asked for the room to be cleaned

The room was nice and clean. Comfy bed. The bar and grill are great to have on property. Our waitress Nicole was the BEST!! The hallways need some brightening up, feel a bit old.

The screen mirroring does not work when trying to connect to the tv through your phone. There was a ton of dust on the air vents that was probably missed during cleaning but everything else was clean and organized! Everything was very spacious and staff were really friendly and welcoming!

When booking this room I had specifically asked if there was a hot tub and they had said yes but there is not one. Also had asked if they do rides to the casino also said yes but they don’t. Waited in line for a long time on checking into hotel, need more then one person during “peak hours” otherwise it was good.

No shuttle to casino. Cold air blowing out of unit under window. No shut off. Cold shower and door wouldnt latch by itself.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was good. The beds are super comfortable with a nice selection of pillows. Instead of a continental breakfast, you are served in a beautiful restaurant.

The amenities in the hotel were good. The airport shuttle was a problem the day we arrived. I understand it had to do with staffing. On the day we left, it worked well.

In town for a volleyball tournament for the weekend. Beds were extremely comfortable and everything was clean. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Called ahead to let them know we would be arriving late but they still canceled our reservation as a no show so we had to re register at 3:30 am taking an extra 20 minutes to get our room

Woman at reservation desk was very friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed here before and have reservations for February 21 as well. Always clean and friendly staff. We stay here mostly when we are flying out of Rockford international airport but will stay here if we come to Hard Rock Casino as well.

When I booked the hotel, one of the two things that I wanted was a pool in a hot tub.When we got to this hotel, they said their pool was closed.But we could use the pool across the street in the cold

The refrigerator was a joke and much too small (microwave wasn't much better) Charging $75 for a deposit should have been disclosed ahead of time, charging for something *in case* it happens is ridiculous! Location isn't great, kept awake by ambulances all night due to hospital down the road. Tiny table with only 1 chair, 2 foot closet, NO dresser. Would not stay there again!!

Paid for king suite with living area got to hotel and there were no suites available. The guy at the front Vince was very nice and tried to accommodate as best he could. I did show him the confirmation email showing i had booked and paid for a king suite. Said the error was on Expedia's end. But room that was given were clean and the pool was heated and went over 6 ft deep!

Every thing was great. Desk clerks were friendly and helpful. The shuttle personnel were friendly I have a couple of complaints. The shower was handicapped accessible but didn’t have a safety grab bar by the shower seats. I didn’t sit down because I knew I wouldn’t be able to stand up by myself Also I was able to check out by text and they were supposed to email my receipt to me and I haven’t gotten it yet.

Made reservations for 4 nights tho got it in early. The young man at registration desk (Anthony) did an amazing job working with us and explaining things. Were able to get a room for the fifth night and be able to stay in the same room. The hotel was nice, clean and convenient to what we needed.

Staff was great!

Our toilet was broke right off the bat, we were given the wrong time for breakfast and are now out that money, the curtains let in a ton of light, and the tv wouldn’t shut off it’s accessibility access. Might all seem like little issues but we don’t get away often and to have so many issues happen at what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel is just not what we wanted to deal with.

We were in a hallway directly right off the main desk they one door, first floor, only 10 rooms. There didn’t seem to be anyone in that area but us and none above us. Quietest stay ever!

The shower in the room had hair on the tiles from previous guests. It took about 5 mins for the water to get warm, the whole time the shower pressure was squirting water changing from high to low, same for the sink. The water in the shower didnt drain (standing water) wr had to pull the plug up completely. Was horrible. You need to clean and service room 732

Overall, excellent I did have an issue with not being able to turn on the shower, but the staff accommodated me and it was a common problem for other guests. Everybody has trouble turning on the showers.

Employees are great. The property is a bit old and outdated. Lots of garbage in the parking lot. We had a giant dead bug stuck up in the corner of the ceiling. Good location. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping and very close to the casino. Probably would not stay here again.

It was a comfortable place to stay with multiple family members to for a funeral.

For the amount of money spent for a nites stay, breakfast should HAVE BEEN FREE, not a coupon for $10 off. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The room smelled kinda mildewy, but was clean over. Could have been updated...like no carpeting.

Also there was a guy passed out by the front entrance, I said something to a staff member and they acted like it was a regular occurrence. How ever I did walk past about 10 minutes later and they were gone.

But Normally Holiday Inn provides breakfast.i think since it’s attached to a restaurant I think it should give a voucher for breakfast or have a family breakfast packages like eggs bacon sausage so much for the room. Comfy bed and nice shower for a quick overnight stop in Rockford.

We stayed for a lacrosse tournament at Mercy Health Sportscore 2. Convenient, clean, comfortable beds. Parents could have watched their kids a little better, as security was stopping kids from throwing ice from the 2nd floor to people in the lobby.

Did not like having NO AC on a extremely hot day, but appreciated the maintenance guys efforts to bring in a HD Fan for the inconvenience.

The attached restaurant was very nice to go to at the end of the day for a cocktail and appetizers. The waitstaff were always very nice. We were a little disappointed that we reserved and paid for a king size bed. However when we checked in they said they were all booked and since we booked through a third party it wasn’t guaranteed. Also the area outside was dirty and it would have been nice to have some benches to sit on while waiting for rides.

I reerved this stay and got a call from HI telling me they were full and would be refunding me. I see no sign of the refund.

Nice updated room. Hotel is kind of 70’s retro but has a fragrance that is clearly masking cigarette smoke. Maybe back from the day. Forgot toothpaste and despite the signs letting you know that they have you covered; they had none. Also, old tub with shower that barely drained. Clean though and nice bright room.

We will never stay in a Holiday Inn ever again. The fact that the Holiday Inn is too cheap to have filtered water available or coffee in the morning. Our room was OK but very very small to navigate in. One decaf coffee for the Keurig was barely enough. We were on a 1500 mile road trip and every other hotel we stayed in Had coffee and breakfast for their customers. however they were not Holiday Inn. Both people that were at the desk both in the morning and in arrival seem sad could give a rip about you and we’re not very helpful. All other hotels-were much less expensive than Holiday Inn. The extra star was for the parking, which was great.

Breakfast was not the best. Omelet overdone and almost no cheese.

We enjoyed the bar and the closeness to the casino!

This is my second time staying at this property. Friendly staff, clean rooms, liked that there is a nice restaurant and sports bar attached. Overall, could not ask for a better place if you are in that area.

This was a work trip. Room was very nice, clean and has been renovated not long ago. Property is nice overall and has a very nice workout area. TV was flakey ( satellite I think), internet was a little slow, but useable. Most breakfast options don’t open until 7 in the area, so the nearby ihop was only option for me. I would stay here again definitely, but may look elsewhere in the future due to some of the above items

We just needed a place to stay for a family event. It was quiet and clean. If youre looking for a convenient place it will work. Its not the most fancy or spotless but the room was clean. Pool was dark and hottub didnt work but again it didnt feel dirty.

Glad I was able to get it situated; however, it made me quite apprehensive about staying there in the future. I am just fortunate that I had the money in my account and didn’t incur any overages charges for these phantom charges.
