The casino itself was very nice. However, the restrooms were extremely dirty. Overall a great stay.

Daily house keeping room service would make this even better! Room isn’t serviced until day three of your stay. When it is, towels and toilet paper are replenished and garbage emptied - as far as I can tell.

The air in the room wasn't keeping up. It stayed 75 degrees in the room all night with the thermostat set at 70 degrees. Not a comfortable sleeping night.

Rooms not made up being there for 3 nights. Had to ask for towels

No microwave in room, only one luggage rack, Kleenex box almost empty upon arrival and soon empty, ice machine on our floor not working, one towel had rip in it.

This is a beautiful casino and hotel. Rooms are very large and staff pleasant. It is non smoking too. Parking is great and no charge. Highly recommend.
