When I got there the parking was horrible for one. Then I checked in and the lady at the desk wasn’t helpful at all. I asked to switch rooms cause I felt unsafe she didn’t give a rats azz. I NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN I WILL SLEEP IN MY CAR.

The rooms were clean but everyday the bathroom smelled like a cigarette. We had to keep the bathroom door closed due to the vent letting the smell in. The rooms were loud as the door had a big gap in it from the door frame and let light and all the noises in.

Our rooms were in the middle of renovation and a mess. We had 2 rooms which I paid $50.00 incidental fee per room. I never received it back. Everytime I called the hotel to ask about it, they told me it was already refunded. It never appeared back into my account.

The bed was actually sunken in the middle because the mattress was so overused. You get what you pay for.

Parking spaces were very tight and hard to get into. Lot was well lit. Room was OK but not spotless.

I liked that our room was on the bottom, and we could park our car close, which allowed us to unload and reload all of our belongings quickly. The staff was friendly during check in and check out. The room was spacious with 2 beds a comfy chair and a desk with a chair. The front door was equipped with a dead bolt as well as a security latch for added safety. The whole place was extremely run down except the check in room/ breakfast room, which was very tiny. When we found our room after getting our swipe keys, we couldn't get in because the keys weren't working so my husband needed to go back to the front and fix them. When we finally were able to go into our room it was in rough shape. The seam around the door was not tight so we could hear the conversation people were having 5 doors down. The front door handle nearly fell off when we opened it and the bathroom door knob didn't have a latch, so we couldn't close it or lock it. The floors were dirty, the bath drain had sludge in it (we did not shower because of this), the bathroom mirror was missing, there was dead bugs in the bed frame. The sign on the building said newly renovated and the only thing that was new were the beds, but we couldn't sleep under the covers because it had other peoples hair and debris on it so we turned up the heat in the room and slept on the covers. Due to the exterior door not being sealed properly we shared our occupancy with all the outside bugs that wanted to come in.

A $50 deposit was asked when we got there which was returned when we left. (Not advertised ) Our room wasn’t clean seems like they didn’t sweep the floor and burnt holes in curtain and bed spread. In the morning there , were cockroaches in the bathroom.

The cigarette smell in the room was so bad that I couldn’t breathe. The bedspread had cigarette burns. The drapes were visible dirty and we saw multiple bugs crawling around the room. We ended staying less than an hour. I truly believe Expedia should refund my money because I had to book a room somewhere else. They definitely should not recommend this hotel or support their business on their site.

I was charged a deposit for the room even though I paid with credit card and the deposit was never returned. A scam to get more money for room. Had to dispute through credit card company

Toilet didn't work and Noone fixed it. Someone was able to open our door without a room key and tried to break in..there was a homeless man in lobby begging for money.

Door would not close properly due to gaps on each side. Commode seat broken and would not flush properly. Floor sticky, no soap in dispenser had to ask for a bar of soap. In a non smoking room but people were smoking right outside our door and smoke smell came into our room. Grab n go breakfast.

Room was dirty, chair looked like it was from a dumpster. I was charged twice, once through Expedia and then again on site and when this was pointed out the next morning with images from my banking app they denied it. Our initial room assigned had the door open (not unlocked but OPEN) and the beds unmade.

Location off highway Television was not fully functional(staff were supposed to arrange someone to come look and repair but that didn’t happen), bathroom was very dirty with broken shower curtain rod.

be staying at Red Roof Inn. It was not perfect but not much is these days. It was a clean, warm room with comfortable bed. Very appreciative of that. Nice policy of first dog free for first night. Nice little well lit dog walk area. Seemed pretty safe. I think we’ll Be back as this exit as is our 1/2 way point of trip.

Just had the coffee and a muffin. Both good. the fit of the shower curtain and rod.

The facilities weren’t updated. They were not the cleanest. And for the price I paid it was overpriced for what I received.

I think our room is a smoking room that just converted to a non-smoking one. Terrible cigarette smell! The linens have holes from cigarettes, too. Husband and I checked in past 11 PM and were very tired after a very long drive. Thank God, we brought with us a full can of Lysol spray, which I almost finished because the cigarette smell is suffocating. The weather that time is nice, so we left the door ajar until 2AM to let the room air out. Some areas inside the microwave is burned - I did not even tried using it. The toilet seat is also pealing. Lots of fresh towels to use. The rest of the room is clean. I told the lady when I checked out about the cigarette smell, she just said, "No, it shouldn't be. It's a non-smoking room." That's all I got from her.

After driving almost 10hrs, my family and i decided to stay here. Its a pretty busy area with food close by. Beds are comfortable. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly. The only downside we had was a room next door decided to party on the balcony all night. I had to call the front desk twice before anything was fixed. It was very disappointing after being in the car all day.

Very nice hotel, but there is a bar or restaurant near by that has a lot of bikers and loud cars/booming stereo. We heard nothing but reving HD's and thumping subwoofers late into the night from our room

Bathroom wall had spackled areas from repairing wholes and when I asked night staff for extra towels the first night the front desk stated they had no extra towels and I had to wait until morning staff arrived to get towels. Overall my stay was good enough and convenient to where I needed to go for my trip.

Check in was easy and the stay was good

The property appears to be under construction? The bathroom door in my room was broken and the light was hanging down from the ceiling.

Great location just off the hiway and ideal for a night or two stay. Rooms have been renovated but not all that well.. looks like they painted the ceilings and didn’t remove the curtains so the tops of them were painted also.. a little more work and care would go along way. I would recommend for a quick one night stay for a budget minded tracker

We had to insist on being moved to a new room since the sheets in the first room looked like they had been slept in already - dirty, the comforter was stained with some brown liquid and the room smelled musty. Our new room had clean sheets, but otherwise still not very clean.

Great price and staff was friendly, however parking lot needed a few more lites, water pressure was very low, no counter space in bathroom, floor could have been swept more and lastly for safety issues the outlet cover needs to be put back on the outlet, especially because that is what hair dryer plugs into, right over sink.
