One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Very clean, staff was very friendly - especially night shift worker, breakfast was great....really, really nice place.

Room was clean and spacious. Ideal location.

Perfect location for a quick overnight stay on our way up to New England.

The staff were very nice. There was an issue with the toilet when we arrived, but once notified it was fixed immediately. The pool was great for the kids and my husband and I enjoyed the gym. The space of the room was perfect and the kitchen area was well stocked.

Location and breakfast. Poor customer service. I stayed for 4 days 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. I had to refill the tissues myself, I had to take out the trash and change the trash bags myself. Frontdesk staff said they are not like a "usual hotel". Also, the frontdesk staff on my first 2 days were rude in answering questions. I'm a travel nurse working in the area and I will never recommend this hotel to my colleagues because they don't know how to take care of their guests.

Place was very quiet and enjoyed the breakfast. Also a clean hotel. Already booked another night.

Outstanding amenities and staff!!! Absolutely nothing

Came to town for a basketball tournament. Hallway had an odor as well as the room. Not meeting my standards or expectations as a Hilton Honors member. Took the loss of two paid nights and went down the street to Hilton garden Inn.

The surrounding area was very nice. Very quiet and many restaurants nearby. The lady who checked us in was very nice.

Perfect comfort!

The staff was unfriendly at least towards me, but yet friendly to others kinda didn’t wanna help me in any type of way. It was quite rude just to me, unfortunately but happy and talkative and very helpful and resourceful to others. Actually, I was first in line and then became third line.

Staff was kind and accommodating. My room was spacious but the bed was very firm which made it hard to sleep. I also noticed some kind of stain on my bedding (looked like blood), which was not good.

Unhappy with my stay, we were there for 3 nights. No hairdryer in the room, housekeeping never came to clean out garbage or to give us new towels. TV never had service, no input constantly on the screen after I tried to unplug many times.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The GM went above and beyond to meet all needs. There was only 1 issue and that was with the pool. It was a situation that the staff had no control over but went out of their way to fix it in a more than timely manner and even accommodated us for it.

Nice location, good breakfast House keeping started knocking on door at 10am when check out is 12 and do not disturb sign was on. They walked into room at 11 while we were still in there. And then again at 11:15. Very unprofessional.

My booking was canceled when I showed up so I wouldn't know if I liked anything. I emailed this hotel.to tell them It would be 10pm before I could check in on the night I was staying. They responded back with that was fine. I get there at 9:45pm ND the girl says they were just about to call me, which was a lie, bc they canceled my booking due to being overbooked. This left my family without somewhere to stay at 10pm. Thank God the the LA Quinta next door.

We stayed 2 nights. Everything was grear. Service, cleanliness, quiet and room was comfortable. The breakfast we did not enjoy at all. The hot breakfast needs to be more desirable. Hot breakfast is what folks eat more of on the road. Have more of a selection.

I messaged the front desk. They offered extra sheets for me to make the bed, but it was late and I was not making my own bed. After having one bed bug experience you look for covers.

Everything was great! The room was very clean, no problems at all. Breakfast was worth waking up for. The food was what you expected for breakfast. A delicious variety to choose from. The staff was very engaging, very cheerful. After breakfast was over, they immediately proceeded cleaning the area. They worked together like a well-oiled machine. Easily one of the top hotels we've stayed with. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The employees were friendly and helpful at check in, breakfast and check out. The lobby was clean and nice I was expecting a more luxurious bed and bedding with a Hilton property. I think I could have booked at a lesser price for the amenities at this property. I thought for the price I had paid I was getting a 1 bedroom suite. Breakfast was premade packaged and heated items, bland.

Room was not ready, tap pay don't work. ( which put me personal in a bind, but nontheless, was offered, but no available, they had no idea it wasn't. So yeah was BS. Was rushed out of the pool, before 11:00 pm. Was reminder 3 different times, about what time it closed.

My only complaint was we had to bed for room service l. Even on our 3rd day they came in and did a “quick clean. Which ment take old towels and bring new towels. I had to go down and get washcloths and body wash. They did the full clean the day before we checked out. Staff was friendly

Fast and professional check in.

Enjpyed having space for my wife and son to do thier thing while I watched football from the sofa. Vert nice stay. Will definately will stay again. Sofa had some stains on it. That was about it.

Lovely rothe room was wonderful and we love the kitchen and full ftidge!

The room was clean and spacious. Everything we needed for the kitchen area also. Naki who was working Christmas Eve and Christmas Day was extremely helpful and friendly. Always had a smile and spike has we came in and out!!! She was the perfect person for Christmas holidays!

The sitting area was separated from the queen beds by a drape. No wasteful tiny shampoos; there were dispensers. They also had recycling bins in the lobby & in our room. Many lamps, large tv. Excellent breakfast buffet. Apples, coffee, & variety of teas were available 24/7 at the front desk. 2 elevators made waiting minimal. We used the EV car charger overnight. The indoor pool looked nice, but we had no time to swim. Friendly, helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again. Only downside was we could hear people chatting in the hall outside our door when we went to bed.

Service, clean, affordable and consistent!

Wonderful staff. We were here for over a month and it was beautifully decorated for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. Great location. Everything is close. Only negative thing I can say about this property is that it is very noisy. The facility itself is nice, but needs a little better soundproofing. The area is quite noisy with motorcycles and noisy cars as well as a nearby fire station. We are pretty sound sleepers so we weren't bothered much. But if noise bothers you I'd think twice.

Room is a little outdated but the staff was wonderful

Arrived Charlotte at 1pm for 2pm funeral. Needed room to change clothes. Hotel had no clean rooms. I changed in their parking lot. Understand check-in is at 4, but what does that do for customers???!!! Sign at Breakfast line said 6:30 - 9:30, but not on Saturday when I was there. It's 7-10. Not a big deal, but I had to wait 30 minutes. While waiting for breakfast (30 minutes) the sign on the front exit door said "this door broke, use other door." It was a 2 door exit, so the other door was inches away, but 20-22 people pushed the broken door to a screeching sound. I told the lady at the front desk that they couldnt read 24 font as they walk up, but she didnt change it. I like H2 Suite, but this was not a good visit.

The room was spotless. It was large with anything you would need in the kitchenette. From the moment we walked in the door the staff was very friendly and very helpful. This would be my first choice in hotels .

5 stars food was amazing and staff felt like family

Safe, clean and well kept property. Our room was clean and comfortable. Beds comfy. Good location for restaurants, shopping and interstate.

We enjoyed our stay overall. There were no towels at all for the pool which was a bit disappointing. Also think the configuration of the bathrooms was off and small; the door swings within 12" of the toilet. This makes maneuvering in it challenging.

All aspects of the hotel that I venture into were clean and well kept. The pool area was a good warm temperature, despite the chilly weather outside. The rooms were nice and clean as well.

I’ve never really cared about staying at a particular hotel but my family and I will be looking to stay the same hotel from now on. I honestly wish we were staying for more than a night!

Couch in room was filthy

The staff was outstanding, best customer service we've had in a long time. The breakfast was probably the best of any hotel we've ever stayed at; delicious. Highly recommend staying here. The only caveat was our room had a hint of cat pee smell, nothing overbearing but we could definitely smell it. Only took 1 star off as this is a pet friendly hotel. The next time we stay at Home 2, I will check to see if there are any pet free rooms. Again, the staff was truly amazing and the AC was cold.

This has been the most awful hotel stay I’ve had maybe ever and I grew up in a trailer park so that’s saying something. I’m not even that picky. Every entrance has an ash tray for smokers within six inches of the door. So upon arrival we immediately reeked of smoke and my daughter had an asthma attack. After going to dinner and returning we parked on the other side of the hotel thinking there might be a smoke free entrance. No. Same thing. It’s 2025. It’s time to stop catering to smokers but especially at the expense of your other guests. Then the hallways are a SAUNA. I’m sorry but for nearly $200 I expect for hallways to not feel like a disgusting sauna. Made worse by the fact that one of the smokers stayed directly across from us and stunk up the hallway the entire stay. I was growled at by a pit bull in a common area. How on earth do you not have breed restrictions?! Then don’t even get me started on the breakfast. Empty. Broken. Missing. THIS WAS AN AWFUL STAY.

Would definitely stay here again. Very safe neighborhood.

Great shower head

Despite the staff's efforts, they had to call a technician in on his day off, and the issue wasn't resolved until around 10 a.m. Unfortunately, the combination of the pest issue and the long night of being locked out made for a very unpleasant experience. I appreciate the staff's professionalism, but this stay fell far below expectations.

While the property is nice and the rooms are spacious the breakfast selection was cold, poor, limited and staff was not helpful.

I really like this location. It is convenient, right off the highway but not so close that the traffic is loud. I do wish the pet fee was lower especially for a one night stay. The staff is helpful & friendly. We will be back again.

Check-in was easy and the front desk staff was friendly. My remote didn’t work but she quickly got me situated with some new batteries and no further issues! Room was clean and felt peaceful!

Checking was delayed due to cleaning! I understand we couldn’t check in early, but the rooms should have been ready by at least 3pm, not 4pm! Some guest didn’t not follow the instructions of keeping their dog on a leash!👀🤕😢 Overall great stay and value!

Our family was locked out of the hotel room for 3 hours because the maintenance person would not show up to replace the battery to open the door. Our car keys were inside the room, so we had to get an Uber for transportation. The manager offered zero compensation for the time or money wasted.

The breakfast food and concept is terrible. Food was average, at BEST. We stayed 3 nights...the third morning we went OUT for breakfast because the breakfast at the hotel is so weak.

Not impressed with breakfast offers, and milk had expired 4 days before we were there.

The hotel is overbooked and the room I reserved was not available. There is only one room available for us and I will be sleeping on the floor. I have stayed here at least ten times over the years and booked here because of the positive experiences. This is incredibly disappointing.

Great bed. Not enough pillows (3 for a king). Noisy in room from room above. No conditioner in shower. Overall, nice.

My King size bedroom was spacious equipped with a full kitchen and a large fridge. The room clean and bed felt so good! Customer service was great checking in and out Corie was very helpful and sweet! I would definitely stay again I had such a good night rest!

Great room, layout is awesome. Clean. Mostly quiet, to be fair, we were right by elevators. Could not hear the elevators themselves, could just hear the people talking as they exit. Outside of that, it was a fantastic stay. Best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Will use Home2Suites again!

OVERALL I LOVE THE HOTEL. WILL STAY AGAIN, HAD STAYED AT COMFORT SUITES NEXT DOOR FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. THE DESK, BREAKFAST AND CLEANING STAFF WERE ALL SO SOCIABLE. HOTEL LOBBY, POOL AND ALL PUBLIC AREAS WERE VERY WEEL MAINTAINED AND CLEAN.

My trip was cancelled and I was not notified by either the property or hotels.com prior to check in so I arrived with an overtired 1 year old and no where to stay. I had to drive 3 hours home after coming in that day. I was not called or emailed and both parties are blaming the other with no accountability from either. I received confirmations and check in info. They claimed they did not have a photo number so that is why I was not notified but then were able to read my phone number to me. They also had my email so there is no excuse. Stay here using hotels.com and risk being turned away.

We stay at this hotel every year on our way home from our travels. The location is great and right off the highway. They temperature of the pool was awesome

We were in town for a wedding and our stay was great. This hotel is in an excellent location very convenient. Hotel is well maintained and clean.

The fire pit wasn't working but it was nice to sit outside. The drink machine for juice in the morning wasn't working. These are minor things. I'd definitely stay here again. This hotel was a very nice place to stay. Very clean, friendly staff, safe area, near the interstate and convenient to stores and restaurants. My grandson enjoyed the pool and even though he's only 10, he and my son could do a little workout in the gym. The gym is very clean and well equipped. The beds are comfy and the kitchen area was nice. I'd definitely stay here again.

Within walking distance of several restaurants. Everything about the place - from staff to room - was top notch. My family loved the stay and we’d definitely stay here again.

We were here due to power outage after Helene. All the staff was so nice, great breakfast and enjoyed the indoor pool.

Average hotel, bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, towels were super soft, breakfast was decent, nothing to rest your foot on in the shower to shave your legs.

Everything you have come to expect with this brand is executed perfectly. The front desk, breakfast, and housekeeping staff were also excellent! Btw, this location is near everything one would need for a short or extended stay.

One elevator during a tournament isn’t good. I felt like management skimped on breakfast. No consistency with choices from day to day. No eggs two days in a row and no non-pork selections.

I just did not enjoy the stay and when I told the staff my bed was missing the pillows they looked at me as if I was lying.

Great hotel for families.

The kitchenette garbage disposer rubber flap was missing and threw out all the food when turned on. Breakfast was awful - no milk! No fruits other than week old apples and oranges that nobody ate. Dishes were dirty. The quality of these hotels is drastically going down.

Nice hotel well located for my biz needs. Nice staff with a huge lobby. Room was large and quite comfortable. Bathroom was smallish. Very comfortable overall.

We stayed for 5 nights. We had an issue with the thermostat and could not get the air conditioner on. When we made the front seat aware the manager quickly came with fans until they were able to get maintenance to switch the unit on. The facility was well kept during our stay and we had a pleasant visit to Rock Hill.

We scored the last ham and egg sandwich in a ‘keep warm’ selection. Out of jam, out of napkins etc,, a gobble and go selection.. Internet didn’t work but… The beds were very comfortable and Pricilla should be canonized for figuring out the internet while dealing with noise complaints, Our vote is for Pricilla for GM as the current one isn’t doing the job. We are currently at another Home 2 and everything is perfect per Hilton’s standards. If I wanted a Motel 6 I’d have booked one.

Excellent value for the accommodations. The breakfast was wonderful. Prime location for shopping of all variety.

A great place to stay. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was very large with full kitchen and sitting area. Would have been 5 stars all around, however, one of drawers in bathroom was dirty with hair in it.

Started off the evening with the police trying to escort a woman away from the property for disturbance. Not the hotels fault, but made me kind of weary traveling alone with my daughter. If you’re looking for a quiet hotel, this is not it. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every step from people above you. My neighbors were not even talking that loudly but I hear every word they said until about 2 am. The beds and blankets were very comfortable but hard to enjoy with all the noise. Went down to breakfast at 8 am and it was a mess. Choices were stale bread for toast or make your own waffle. No yogurts, milk, cereal, danish. It was my second time staying here and had a horrible stay each time. Tried to give it a chance but will not make the same mistake again. Stay next door if you want a quiet night sleep. Staff was friendly and accommodating but the hotel itself was just lacking.

This location is located not too far outside Charlotte. It is surrounded by plenty of shopping in dinning options. The facility is clean and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.
