The rooms on the second has such a pungent stench of feet!!! The pillow case smelled like pis. Once I was moved the tv in the first floor room went out.

Inside: At time of check in, the front desk staff was outside sharing a cigarette with a "guest", so we waited for several minutes for her to come inside to check us in. Several "guests" appeared to be more like short / long term residents that lived at the property and paid rent. These residents were often seen using common areas as extended living spaces that detracted from the appearance and feeling of safety / security of the facility.

This room smelled so bad I was really disappointed. We had to open a window to air it out and that helped a little, but the smell was really strong.

I wasnt able to stay after booking the reservation because they don't rent to residents of the city.

They didn't let me check in because I live within 50 miles and I am still waiting for refund

I used to book here a lot, but I has gotten pricey lately.

Bathroom was not clean and room had a smell. Staff was not at the front desk, needed to call the reservation office and wait for the person to come down. Waited at least 15-20 mins before I could get in the building to be checked in.

Location There were smokers outside The kiosk didn’t work The clerk sat in the office during check in and we had to call the phone to check n she was short The fire alarm went off and people were complaining that it’s frequent!!! It went off twice!!!! There were termites in the window The toilet didn’t flush The room was very clean but had a musty odor No trash bag 4 towels n 2 wash clothes A underwear sat in the laundry room floor all night Breakfast- grab n go regular did just that grab several things and go!!!

I was very pleased with my Stay there. Everything was set up good to go.

There was stuff on the walls, it smelled bad, and the tv didn’t even have basic cable channels, also the phone in the room didn’t work. The shower was nasty and looked old and dirty.

We do volleyball tournaments and sometimes don’t have to be there until 2. I have paid like $25 to stay 2 more hours at several other places but not here. It’s a whole night. The hotel had a weird disinfectant smell like trying to cover up other smells. The room was spacious but very dated. Overall it was ok ,and they let us bring my daughter’s cat so you get what get.

First of all, the heater was broken would not cut down. There was rust in the shower. My man was verbally assaulted and cornered unnecessarily while trying to get coffee for us, had the police called on for retaliating on being cornered and followed throughout the hotel. He was trying to get back to me in the room. We were put out because of some thing they started. My man is a disabled veteran. We are both veterans and did not deserve to be treated poorly. His ADA rights were majorly violated. The property manager did not act professionally and would not take responsibility for calling my man a drunk. He does not drink. He will have seizures. I would like to be reimburse for the discriminatory behaviors of this location. And we usually think very highly of Extended Stay. It used to be our first choice until today.

I was then charged the full amount of the booking I reserved by the hotel which I’m fully holding hotel.com accountable for being that my information was provided through their services.

We asked to change our room but they said they were not able too. We wanted to change hotels but we weren’t able to get our money reimbursed for the days we had already booked. Big amazing shower, one of the best that I have stayed in. Down side is no electrical outlets around night stand for phone, no trash cans in the room and breakfast consisted of a box of nutrigrain bars. Still worth the value

When we checked out Saturday morning February 15th I asked the person working the front desk to let me speak with the manager she said he wasn't there I asked her to please have him to call me, she assured me she would. He never did. I paid $155.00 for this room & we are very let down & upset! Along with the kitchen area not being clean at all. I need to speak with someone about a refund!

I always stop in Rock Hill on my way to Florida, I have never stayed here but will be staying here again. April at the reception desk was the best! Was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. This hotel will be visited by me again. Note to april.....Go Steelers!!

I didn't enjoy staying here. I was in room #211. The shade was broken and there was no way to block the parking lights from shining in my face. The bathtub bench is rusted and makes the tub area look unclean. April at the front desk was extraordinary. She was very pleasant and helpful. It's worth the extra money to stay someplace nicer.

There was no coffee maker, hair dryer in the room. We did ask for hair dryer and got one from front desk. As far as cleanliness, the shower was not clean, even had hairs in it. The bed sheets were not soiled, but did not smell clean. Bed very uncomfortable.

Things took a turn in a bad way when I tried to extend my stay and manager tells me this bogus excuse for why all of sudden he was to come check my room and invade my privacy. Come to find out the reason for checking my room was because he was still holding onto something that happened in the past they had nothing to do with me. The manager threatened to call the police on me and my friend for no reason. There was no damage no harm no disturbing the peace taken place. The manager was just in his feelings of something that happened a long time ago that he lost control over. I felt violated bcuz I was the ONLY guest to get their room searched like that. The manager needs to heal himself. And due to this experience I would never stay at this property again.

I ended up not staying after checking in. Two issues. They charged me twice. I had paid thru Hotels.com, but they claimed I Didn't. But it was a very scary place. Turns out it is a residence for those less fortunate, more of a low income apartment house. I did not feel comfortable there, so I left and found a more tradition hotel.

I ended up not staying after checking in. Two issues. They charged me twice. I had paid thru Hotels.com, but they claimed I Didn't. But it was a very scary place. Turns out it is a residence for those less fortunate, more of a low income apartment house. I did not feel comfortable there, so I left and found a more tradition hotel.

I could not speak more highly about the staff. Every single staff member was great. April and Ahmad were very amicable and professional!! Hats off to them!!! Thank you! But this Hotel Is like walking around a zombie movieset. 75% of its patrons are displaced individuals and the entire grounds smells like illegal substances. They even use these substances in their cars right outside of the hotel lobby. The smell travels everywhere. I saw KIDS when I was checking out…NOT GOOD. Children should not be exposed to illegal activities. The air conditionings are most likely preset to 70° and do not have the ability to change them even if you manually lower the temperature. I don’t sleep well and 65 is my preferred temp to get a good nights sleep (7-8 hours). I would also recommend upgrading the free breakfast. Oh yeah, that would never work because anytime before 9:30 AM 75% of the hotel would grab any and everything they can see. Am I wrong? Maybe people in the state that receive government benefits should get tested to do so? Testing them is only going to help them try to kick the habit. I am six years sober so I know what it feels like. Complex solutions for complex problems…Staying at another Extended Stay in Charlotte which is a normal hotel👍Also, I paid $100 for the room. I hope this helps someone who is thinking of staying here.

Clean and professional

Only a roller shade at the window. It was broken and partially detached from the dowel. Although it covered for privacy the morning light disturbed our sleep.

Great stay

This hotel is OK. The shower handle was broken and the bathroom door would not close. There are very limited amenities and the breakfast is literally coffee and oatmeal packets. This is a good place if you need a cheap long-term room. If you were looking for a short term stay, I would recommend you stay elsewhere. Also, this is not the most comfortable place to stay if you are a woman traveling alone. At times, it felt a little sketchy. For example, when I arrived, I saw someone getting a tattoo through a window.

Very friendly staff week def be back

I arrived a little earlier then check in time and they had a room ready and allow me to check in. Very friendly workers. would stay again when i'm in the area.

The staff were nice and courteous. The to go breakfast was lackluster at best and 2 of the 3 mornings there wasn’t even coffee. Our room felt damp for the entire stay.

My experience was not very pleasant. I had booked this hotel as they have a kitchen so that we could cook instead of eating out every night. They are supposed to provide pots and pans but every time we asked they “ran out”. They also ran out of toilet paper one day. The breakfast they provide shouldn’t be considered a breakfast as it’s only packaged oatmeal and granola bars. Staff was friendly!

I was disappointed in the "Free breakfast" of a small muffin or cereal bar or oatmeal with coffee. Not my idea of a real breakfast, Shud not advertise it as such.

I was not able to get the name of the front desk agent that checked me in at 3:45pm on June 22, 2024, but he was the BEST. Very professional and personable. Made my check-in very smooth and easy going. BEST customer service I have had in a long while and I travel often

The stay was great… very good for the price! Why the employers so rude( one weekend I can check out at 12 but now it’s by the book?? Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

Room had a wet animal smell. Breakfast was grab and go that only included packets of oatmeal.

Our stay was for an out of town wedding. Overall cleanliness of hotel was questionable....spills in the elevator, food (doritos) near elevator in our hallway. Room was ok, bathroom grout stained and handicapped seat moldy underneath

In town on family matters. Very tiring couple of days. Great place to come back to and recharge for the next day.

Never have an issue with the staff or the services at the establishment. Is always great to speak with the staffs easy going never having an issue with room Services housekeeping or extending my stay.

They room next to mine had the smell of marinara. I never stayed I checked out

The staff was great. The hotel itself is a bit run down and it shows. We also had a coffee pot that didn't work and could not get enough dishes supplied to us by the hotel, so we ended up going to the Dollar Tree to outfit what we needed. The breakfast was not available. Apparently, if you don't get there right at 6:30 and fight everyone, you don't get breakfast. Although the staff was great and nice, I will not stay there again.

Both nights were noisy, peopke running up and down halls, rooms upstairs. Homeless people stayed in lobby hartassing patrons. Room had roaches. Will never recommend or stay again. First nad review on anything I've ever given

Great Place To Stay To Rest Your Weary Bones

New location. Not ragged out like the others I’ve seen.

The room was spacious and appealing to the eye. The bathroom shower had hair in it where they didn’t rinse it well during cleaning. Had to buy bleach and rinse the shower myself. There was the smell of weed in the hallway from other tenants. Did not feel like a family friendly environment.

I like the room setup and the full size refrigerator and stove top.
