Price and location I let them know ahead of time that I needed first floor unless they had an elevator. We were put on second floor. The elevator didn’t work the rest of time we were there. It was painful for me to walk up the stairs.

Nice staff Surprised Radisson is willing to let this be part of their franchise. The hotel needs major overhaul - stained carpets, cracked paint, chipped furniture, broken tile ... you name it. It was ugly. The other issue was the smell: some kind of cleaning-chemical smell combined with residual smoking fumes.

The room was quite small and carpeted, which was fraying and a trip hazard at the transition to the tile Foyer. The bed was very high, almost impossible for my father with limited mobility to get up and down, they also had a small fabric chair in the room but no other seating. The bathroom was advertised as a Roll In Shower, however It had a lip and was not roll in for wheelchair access. Also, the room had some white substance dried on the walls and the paint was peeling on the doors, trim, etc. Overall, the room was very difficult to navigate in a wheelchair and I would not recommend staying here.

Plenty of outlets, especially at bedside for C-PAP users. The bed was too high for a disabled person. A step stool of sorts should be in the room. The toilet is too low for a disabled person. A handicap height toilet would be better. Even though a shower chair is provided (kudos to the gm), it is a step OVER tub/shower. A step IN shower is more appropriate for the disabled. Well placed grab bars, though. The room (201) is conveniently located near the elevator.

The property was shocking for the location. It was clean and neat. So spacious and worth Eve penny. Will definitely book again. Nothing.

Location was so so. At best. Didnt like a single thing about this hotel. Had to move the fridge cabinet in front of the room door because the door would not lock. Sketchy location. People screaming in the parking lot. Dirty room. "Breakfast" was gross.

Location was very close to venue and right off the main road, that’s the only positive. My room had bed bugs and the breakfast was horrible. I recently stayed at the country inn and suites at Lancaster and had an amazing time! Greta facilities. This one in SC, not so much, bed bugs, NO pool and it was filled with dirty water. Dirty breakfast area with poor offerings and the staff member who checked me out was mean and very rude.

Place was a dump. Trash in the hallway and all around the property. Carpet was ripped in room 110. Furniture was worn out. Most of the amenities were closed or out of service. Breakfast was not what was promised when I booked the room. It was a dump

I liked the location and the ease it took to book. The hallways were smoky and smelled. The beds in the room were dirty and full of hair, despite them having the appearance of being clean.

The room had furniture that was dirty, burns on the nightstands, desk, etc. Shower stall handle was broken. Breakfast was basically non-existent. We will not return, very disappointing. Bed was hard but appeared to be the only clean furniture item in the room.

Thanks Country Inn and Suites. Our stay was definitely pleasant and enjoyable. Rooms were cleaned and staff pleasant. We understand the continental breakfast due to the current conditions. We wish there was fruit available but again, we certainly understand. Thanks again, and we will stay again in the future.

It is a nice hotel. Quiet and convenient to I-77. It does need a bit of updating. The staff is excellent! Staff member Khdija is very friendly and has a great personality.

We were in town for the discgolf championship and just needed a place to sleep and wash. That was provided. There is also plenty of food immediately around. The property itself on the outside is a little dirty. But, most wouldnt notice this.

Our visit started off rough, with a room that had a horribly loud AC unit. The staff was friendly and found us a new room. The rooms were clean, and the staff friendly. The TV's were small with limited sports programming.

I like that the property was near the venue i was visiting and also there was a strip of restaurants and shops. When we got out to check in. The outside was very un kept. A beer can was in the bushes and a dirty pamper thrown in parking lot. Which looked as it had been there for awhile.

Perfectly adequate for the night since everything else was booked. The guy at the front desk was super nice. The bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab, it was loud all night, our bath tub had a giant patch on the bottom where you stand and there was no hair dryer.

We cancelled our reservation and went up the road to a much cleaner,nicer,cheaper and friendly hotel that was happy to accommodate us! I Do NOT recommend this place!!!!

This country inn was not the standard country inn's that I have stayed at in the past. No real breakfast bar, the gym was closed, the rooms were subpar , and I did not get my 10 percent discount for aarp. I would not stay there again.

The Hotel was still being remodeled which didn't cause a problem, but access to the main stairs were blocked. Over all the hotel was nice and the price was good. I may stay again in the future.

We did take advantage of the continental breakfast which we enjoyed and we also liked having a microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker in the room.

Our stay there was great. Xaviar (sp) was the one who checked us in. We needed extra shampoo and towels. He was so helpful and friendly. We would recommend this hotel.

Our shower faucet could not be turned off and ran all night - a huge waste of water that made an otherwise very quiet location into a noisy night's stay. We reported it and learned that it should have been fixed so it must have been an ongoing issue.

The carpet was dirty, especially the stairwells. The first room I was in was on the 2d floor. Had to change because the bathroom needed repairs to wall and caulking. Next room was on the third floor. The floor in the room made a creaking sound with every step! Hotel needs remodeling!

It was the perfect economical place to pull off the interstate and spend the night before continuing my journey the next day. Disappointed they have not gone back to breakfast but overall I like this hotel chain.

It is an older building, but the rooms are always clean and the staff is excellent. We always stay here when we come to visit our son in Rock Hill. We will definitely be back!

It was terrible. I paid for a room and had confirmation number only to get to hotel and not have a room. After 20 minutes of wrangling with desk agent they found a room only for it to not have any hot water. For a disabled Veteran who travels often this had to be the worst night and experience I had to endure.

Breakfast could be more extensive, but everything was fresh and inviting. We were greeted upon arrival by Xavier, who was professional, courteous, and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for more. Truly a gentleman, and the owner should be proud to have him.

Breakfast could be more extensive, but everything was fresh and inviting. We were greeted upon arrival by Xavier, who was professional, courteous, and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for more. Truly a gentleman, and the owner should be proud to have him.

This hotel had started a remodel but stopped a while ago. Someone just bought it. No one cleans the common areas and the carpets were old, dirty and smelly. Desk staff were great. Im sorry but we would not stay here again unless the remodel was 100% complete.

I'm quite disappointed that I didn't have access to exercise equipment. I had to leave the hotel to get refreshments, the onsite vending machine didn't work and I lost money. The room was fairly clean which made the stay bearable.

Check-in was easy, WONDERFUL, AMAZING desk clerk!! She was very nice and helpful and informative. Property was old but nice. Beds were nice, place was clean. AC made horrible noise. Convenient location

Room was run down. Cigarette burn on cabinet under tv. Bad repair of holes punched in wall. Door did not latch well because door striker was damaged. Drywall was cracked around tub.

I do not like not having a bedside lamp I had to use my camera flashlight to see and walk to the hallways the switch illuminated the lamps in the corners...maybe the lamp was moved by maintenance, I would recommend getting them back in.

The room was dirty, there was left over garage from a previous guest under the bench at the door. The ceiling was coming down, the sheet rock was busted around the tub shroud. The tub overflow was hanging out so water could go in. I was on the second floor and you could hear the guest above bouncing all night long and could not get to sleep till after 2am and I had to get up at 4am.

It was a nice, spacious room. The pictures led us to believe the room was a suite, however it was a traditional room with no door separating the beds from a TV area. Overall, it was good.

The staff is amazing especially Urvi & India this was booked through a third-party app through my company there was a slight issue at check-in instead of me having to deal with the problem they gave me the key to the room checked me in and they took care of the problem They went above and beyond I will definitely stay at the social again you can’t go wrong with this place at all

Nice older but clean hotel, staff very nice. Pets allowed, elevator available

The staff were distracted and were not wearing masks appropriately. No one told us about breakfast or checkout time upon check in. The front desk staff were constantly having personal calls and seemed annoyed when I interrupted them. Also, the picture of our room we booked showed a suite and we were put in a regular room.
