Stagf Bathroom was dirty. Blanket/comforter heavy and uncomfortable.

Room was clean. We had two rooms; the one bathroom had a globe missing on the light. The shelving by coffee station was loose. It did take a while to get hot water as well. I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms around me. Overall, for a quick overnight travel stay - this hotel and rooms were worth the cost. Beds were very comfortable. The amenities in room of microwave and fridge were excellent addition. Breakfast included was also fantastic. At check-in they were very organized for the people coming for arrival. There was confusion of how both rooms were being charged though.

Staff was friendly and professional. Room was appealing and clean, Bathroom was perfectly set up, and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was tight and not enough spaces in the front of building.

Hotel is in nice condition and provided all we needed for an overnight stay. We will stay here again on our way back home. Nothing bad about the hotel.

We arrived later in the evening but the front desk staff had our keys ready, which made check in a breeze. The hotel was very clean and amazingly quiet. My only complaint is that the breakfast was not great compared to other hotels we have stayed in and we travel a lot. There was not much variety and things did not look very fresh. I did not see a staff person attending or replacing anything and we were up well before the serving time ended.

The front desk girls were snotty, but thankfully the manger was so very kind. The entire hotel was a disaster. It was gross and run down and smelled. I will never stay at this location ever. If you just don’t care and wanna sleep then do it, but from the lobby to the elevator to the hallways to the room was just gross. Felt so dirty when I left. It was definitely not worth the money at all!!

the lady that checked us in around 3:30 pm was very pleasant! the hotel shows its age floor carpet needed cleaning, also wall had lot's, of scrapes and scratches. The lady that came in for the night shift was a little sour with responding to questions asked about the location of the State fair!

I was very disappointed with my stay. The entire floor and even my room smelled strongly of marijuana throughout the duration of my visit. It made the environment feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. For the price paid, I expected a much cleaner and fresher atmosphere.

My TV was dim, and I didn't want to change the room. The next morning, the night auditor was very rude to several guests. He was also bang on the wall. The eggs and sausage were cold, and the items had just been put out.

You get what you pay for. Although I am not an animal lover, some were present and without any issues. The fact that the hotel didn’t smell like animals was a plus also.

Through in the bathroom was a bit dated, the check-in it was all right. The vending machines was lacking. The breakfast was better than I expected. The best could have been much softer but it felt like it was sleeping on a futon mattress that was about 3 in thick.

The lady behind the front desk didn’t even mention anything about charging me. Called the hotel today and Steve couldn’t find the $163 that I was charged for twice and then he finally found it. He told me he printed it and would credit me today, but I still do not know if I have been credited or not

We try to avoid pet friendly hotels but this one was quiet until we checked out. The desk clerk had her car parked out front with her dog in the car barking at everybody who came out of the lobby. The breakfast was ok but the hot food was on the cold side. The room was nice but could have been cleaner.

An hour later, I called the front desk because the music in the room next to me was incredibly loud. (There was a driving bass beat that was incredibly annoying.) I called the front desk. (They remembered that I was the one who got locked out of my room.) The staff member said she would speak to the people in the room next door. If she did, it did not help. This incredibly loud music played for about 2 hours, taking a break now and then for 5 minutes. I had come to Rock Hill to visit my late husband's grave. I was hoping for a quiet, reflective stay, and it was exactly the opposite.

Front desk couldn't even provide ice packs. Never heard from the manager - even after repeated texts from his front desk. Disgusted with our whole stay. The whole hotel needs to be painted & updates. HIORRIBLE!

The hallway on the 3rd floor felt like the air conditioner was broken. Also, my non-smoking room smelled very much like smoke.

We were leaving at 3 in the morning since we had a long drive knowing we would not get the free breakfast included with our stay. He asked if he could grab some bagels for us and brought out the muffins for our young daughter. This will be our normal stop going forward, very happy with our stay. The rooms were very clean and quiet too.

Overall it was a nice for what we needed for, just for a weekend of basketball at Rock Hill Event Center it's 12-15 mins away. We did notice mold in the ice on the 3rd floor. Our remote had some questionable stuff on it but we always do a basic clean up before unpacking.

Breakfast was supposed to start at 6am and wasn’t ready until almost 6:30 and the selection was quite poor. There were several people waiting - very frustrating for travellers wanting to get on the road.

I met the owner, and a few staff members. They wete all chatty, helpful, and super friendly. We had a booking issue with hotels.com and even though hotels.com would not help us, the staff at the hotel did. They went above and beyond to do so, which was surprising and appreciated. We will definitely stay here again, and highly recommend anyone else to do so. If you are swimming at the Rock Hill aquatics center, this hotel is the best option from a price, quality and location perspective. The free breakfast is basic, but appreciated . The Belgian waffles were quite tasty!

Room was clean but noisy with the freeway and construction work. We had to request housekeeping twice to get clean towels and get the floor vacuumed. The ice machine on our floor was out of order so this necessitated a trip upstairs or downstairs to get ice. The buffet breakfast was poorly stocked- ran out of eggs, ran out of yogurt cups, etc. Had to go in search of cold water to drink. Not overly impressed.

I have begun to make comfort Inn and suites a favorite. I have stayed in a few lately and they have all, like this one, been maintained well, had comfortable rooms, decent breakfast included, and affordable.

The stay was great. But had a new guy working the desk messing everything up. It took over 20 minutes to get checked in and then he double charged me.

Hairdryer, plug and light in rm 212 bathroom did not work. Ice machine on 2nd floor didn’t work. Breakfast was from 7 am to 10 am, arrived at 7 am , food was already cold, no attendant was there.

I love, love this hotel! The decor is beautiful and the front desk personnel are so friendly. When i am in town to work I ONLY stay here. I love it, I feel safe and welcome.

Clean, easy to check in and out. I traveled solo and felt completely safe.

The hotel charged me more than the confirmed price I booked with Hotels.com. The front desk was not helpful and unwilling to make the price adjustment. Once the room key was given, my family and I opened the door to another couple who was already occupying the room. The husband, in the room, walked downstairs with me to sort things out with the front desk. The second room key was given to a single bed and the reservation was book for a double. The third key was finally given to an unoccupied double room. I am a single mother traveling with children and it was a stressful and uncomfortable situation to be in. The front desk was not sympathetic and no concessions were made for their mishandling of the situation or the inconvenience it put me and my family through. I am thankful the couple was kind, but the staff could have put me and my children in a really precarious situation.

Room was okay. But, room smelled like smoke (non smoking room). Floor by bed sticky. Hmmmm. Coffe was terrible in breakfast area-instant coffee.

Everything was good except that when I went to take a shower at 10pm there was no hot water. I was able to get a bit of warm water but that was about it. Also the heater had a rattle. Kind of a buzz. Fortunately I have earplugs and I had to put them in. Other wise things were good.

Obviously, this room was not vacuumed or cleaned after the previous guest(s)! I would expect some type of refund/credit based upon these issues. See pictures included.

The room we were in was vastly different than what is photographed. Our room was 25 years older and outdated than the photo.

We were disappointed that breakfast on the weekend started only at 7:00 a.m. Other than that our stay was very good.

Overall a nice hotel. If you are not used to budget hotels then this one is a bit difficult to adjust to. Rooms are not that quiet and can hear from adjacent rooms. Breakfast was atrocious. Stale muffins, disgusting looking eggs so don’t count on having a nice breakfast here. Overall, well worth it for the price.

Checking in was great and friendly staff. Room needs up dating. Wall had chips of paont missing. Woodwork needs stained and polished mainly in bathroom. Checkout found the clerk sleeping. Had to wake her up. When I asked about breakfast she said what-ok. I left the keys and got no breakfast. I will not go back.

Everything was great staff was awesome only thing I kept having trouble with keycard and when I asked them to fix it they did but wouldn't ask for 🆔 I could've gotten in any room I wanted I didn't like that part

Adequte hot breakfast

First, check-in was chaotic. One lady was handling a call, then walked away after there was two of us checking in. There was a red-head guy with a dirty shirt taking over another all, after he started checking me in. Then the room we had was not very quiet. There were kids running, dogs running and furniture moving. This was the worst hotel on this trip. I would not recommend it.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Comfort Inn. Bed mattresses were sooo comfortable and the entire room provided us with anything we needed. We liked the large containers of shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. So much better than the tiny bottles you get at other motels. Highly recommend Comfort Inn and Suites.

Good location close to highway

I would have given this an excellent but the sink was plugged up. The only other thing was the breakfast was average. Otherwise everything was excellent and I would stay there again. Thank you hosts!

I moved to this hotel at last minute, moving from another hotel I had booked in the area that was very scary and unsafe. This hotel was safe and comfortable and in a good area.

This property was clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and it was a breeze checking in and out. I would highly recommend this hotel.

To sleep one night and this was all we needed.

Hot water issues no hot water in shower, they resolved the problem.

We enjoyed our stay as always. This time we left a garment bag in room after checking out and your staff immediately called us as soon as they found it. We have left other items at other hotels and have never gotten a phone call. We appreciate that very much. Will always stay here when we visit family in Charlotte. ❤

Two chairs at the front desk are in tatters. Not a very good first impression. Otherwise the stay has been very positive.
