This property is great! My room was clean and very spacious. I really enjoyed having a small kitchen! The breakfast was fresh and awesome. I traveled with my 2 service dogs and the property was very accommodating. The staff was friendly, greeted me with smiles & humor. The location is near every convenience. This was an all around great stay and I will be back!

Room was clean upon arrival, one of the house keepers had an attitude. the breakfast was okay, not much options, the hot tub was dirty the first day once i address it to staff they cleaned it and it was better. This is place I stay when visiting family. I have stayed here like 4 to5 times. I do recommend.

Room was nice, property was clean. The front desk person was not as professional as I prefer. I expect more in the hospitality industry. That being said, being in my late fifties I grew up and was always taught that the customer was paramount. Maybe I just have to accept that this is how it is now. I also think that the sidewalks and walkways could have used more attention, there were a number of slick areas due to previous storms.

Room was very clean and spacious, staff was questionable, especially the rude woman at breakfast, parking was very convenient and the gym was spacious and available at all times. This property overall was good, I would definitely book again in the future.

Ok! So I planned this whole trip for my girl and spent about 2k on it, for a rental car, room, the actual musical that we were going to, food all that stuff, I booked of course through Expedia and I was coming from VA. Nobody mentioned that there was a $250 dollar hold on the room in addition to the price of the room. I called to inquire about it and the hostess was the sweetest nicest gal possible. She was hella chill and only put a 60 dollar deposit on the room which was rad. The stay itself was fine, staff was attentive and nice. Front desk staff was phenomenal and the space itself was very clean. Highly recommend!

I took a video I will gladly post my son was brushing his teeth and the drain under sink was leaking all over the floor creating quite that has a situation also took a video of how loud the HVAC unit was we had a two bedroom unit room 216 we literally have to move our children to our room our man and wife loves on couch due to the unit waking up the children told them about it they didn’t even offer us a different room and just said thanks for letting us know… welcome 🙁

My room key was not working, the TV wasn't working and the room had stains on the door and wall

Was comfortable room, great bed. Nice pool and good breakfast. Room, especially pull out couch was dirty and sticky.and my 3 year old got hurt on metal around bed..... Drawers on entertainment stand wouldn't stay shut. Pool was nice and warm but very cloudy and made us itchy. Got very overcrowded and not managed well.

I liked the cleanliness, the provision of kitchen appliances (if needed to be used),access to indoor pool during the winter time, the politeness of the staff. The fact that the checkout time was at 12 but housekeeping came at 11:15 to notify us that we’re gonna clean the room but we hadn’t checked out yet we weren’t in a rush, it wasn’t a big deal either because we C were about to leave.

Everything else was great, the staff were terrible. The only smiling staff member was the custodian. I accidentally booked this location, definitely going to the Henrietta location in the future. Hospitable staff is far more important than amenities and proximity.

Very nice property. Everything very clean and in great condition. Room was excellent. Hot nice pool little cold. Lits of hockey families in for tournament but not loud or crazy. Not a fan of dogs at properties. No problems w dogs, live them. Owners jyst need to pickup there droppings regardless if they pay exyra for them to be there.

We picked this hotel solely because we have two small children that love to swim. Unfortunately the pool was very cold, wish it was heated for a comfortable swim. The hot tub water looked a little yellow as well, but other than those two items everything by was great.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was packed during our visit so we were not able to enjoy it as much as we would have liked to, but we loved our room.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was nice and hot. Only complaint was the shower - the shower head was terrible, the door kept rolling open, and the water was either hellfire or luke warm - couldn't really find a balance. The breakfast was very good as well! Would definitely stay again.

Close to restaurants, clean We were in a room near the elevators. There was a terribly loud sound coming from the wall. It was a humming sound but not near the side with the elevator. We had no body wash in our dispenser in the shower, no sheets or blanket for the pull out. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Studio king was roomy and clean with excellent privacy. Breakfast area was clean with server present and attentive. Front desk was friendly and efficient. Nice choice of restaurants in walking distance.

The stay was excellent. Beds were excellent. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff working and maintaining the breakfast area kept it super clean. The room was tidy and had everything you needed. This level of service is typical of Marriott. I thought the bed and the sofa were not very comfortable. The bed felt like an old-school spring mattress, with the coils digging into my body when I slept at night, and I ended up having back pain for both nights I stayed.

Unfortunately, the sofa bed was in bad shape and did not come with bedding supplies. I had to walk to front desk to ask for it and only received a thin blanket with 2 sheets. The space between sofa bed and TV stand is minimal and very easy for us to bump into the hard metal exposed on all sides of the sofa bed. The toilet flushes really loudly, so does the glass shower door.

Check in was great and the staff member at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. As soon as we entered the room it smelled really stuffy and like it hadn’t been aired out in a while. Everything else was okay and the room was great.

This hotel is set back off the main road but only a stones throw away grom many restaurants! Since its set back off the road on a private drive it is extremely private and makes you feel safe. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and even gave me some recommendations on their favirite pizza shop to try in the area. Our suite was 1. Super affordable and 2. Absolutely huge! Perfect for me and my boys. We even have a small, fully stocked kitchen which was such a nice touch. We used the pull out bed as well as the main bed which was super easy to get out and ready. We took advantage of the pool area which was clean and stocked with towels each time we went. All in all a great stay for a great price!

We overall enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, quiet, all the staff members we encountered were extremely friendly. Their system was down when we tried to check in, so that was slightly annoying when we'd been going all day long. It didn't take long to come back up though. When we got to our room is wreaked strongly of cigarette smoke. I was told they don't allow smoking indoors, so I don't blame them. It's the fault of the inconsiderate previous guest. However, when housekeeping cleaned the room before we arrived I feel like they should've noticed and said something to someone. Management moved us in a new room with ease and came to smell the cigarette room. New room smelled a lot better. We had to ask for sheets for the pull out couch, I would've thought they would have been supplied in the room already. One of the extra pillows stored away had what appeared to be dried blood on the case. The friendless of the staff definitely made up for all of the little inconveniences. The hotel is overall clean and very nice.

The location of the hotel provides easy access to all of Rochester. The staff was friendly and courteous. Good breakfast. However, the facility sorely needs a makeover.

This place has it all! Pool, hot tub, fitness, breakfast, full size refrigerator in our room. Perfect.

We rented a room for the night to take our kids swimming. Another guest at the hotel invited all pf their family and friends to the hotel pool that were not actual guests of the hotel. It was chaos in the pool area and hotel staff did nothing to untervene. We ended up leaving the hotel. It was ridiculous.

I had a hiccup convincing the night receptionist about my expedia reservation but finally was able to stay there for a night. Good location, new furniture, amenities & good breakfast.

From check in to check out it was one of our best experiences. The rooms were clean. Would have been nice if there was a bar.

We did a one day stay on a Friday night for an event in Rochester. We were very pleased by the size and amenities of the room including a full sized kitchen. Instead of going out we should have brought food with us to prepare. The front desk gentleman on our arrival was very kind and informative. He offered us the idea of going across the street to Hooligans for dinner which was excellent. There was no outside noise and the pool area was great. The breakfast was certainly adequate with scramble eggs, turkey sausage, french bread sticks, oatmeal, muffins/bagels and cereal available. (No pancakes). When we come back to the Greece/Rochester area, I am going to book this motel versus the Holiday inn we had previously stayed.

If your looking for a good place to relax and have fun, I would recommend this hotel! 4 Stars.

Went on a family trip to visit family. We had a stuio, The room was nice and spacious. Check in and out was quick and easy. The food was a okay. Pool area was hot nut once you get into the pool uou geel cool. Definitely recommend and will book ahain on the near future.

Overall a very comfortable hotel, with excellent value for money; included breakfast was amazing; in a quiet neighborhood; suite style room was very spacious and provided more than enough amenities (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher). Good lighting and blackout blinds. Some areas could use touch-ups esthetically, e.g. in the common areas (elevators). One of our bathrooms was not completely clean when we arrived but they rectified this. Front desk was not answering the phones when I needed them -- had to run down to talk to someone.

This property was very lovely. We were visiting with family for july 4 and very much enjoyed this hotel.

Usually there is no problem that I have, we stayed on the side that got upgraded from a year ago or renovated, anyway our room wasn’t that clean, both tub wasn’t rinsed out, I spill water on the floor and wiped it up and the dirt that came off was unreal, my wife found a Bobby pin the the bed and nail clippings, could be better

My first stay at Residence Inn and this is favourite now. No complaints but if dining area could have been bigger, that’d be great

We were very pleased with our stay. Amenities were excellent and included a pool and hot tub as well as a free full breakfast in a very nice dining area. The hotel was convenient to many good restaurants and shops as well as the Kodak Center. Staff were very nice and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Property was very clean. The staff was very friendly as well. We stayed here for easter long weekend and took the kids to the Strong Mudeum of Play which was about a 10-15min drive from the hotel. The hotel was very convenient as its right off the highway. Tons of food options outside within a 5min drive. Olive Garden was beside the hotel and you can literally walk there and order food. Pool was great for the kids but hot tub wasnt working during our stay. No big deal. The rooms were very clean and well kept. You can tell there is a bit of age from the hallways but staff kept it overall clean. Everybody was so friendly here and we loved how it included FREE breakfast every morning. Id stay here again.

Very clean and very nice studio room..only thing i didnt like was alot of the adults were drinking alcohal around the pool and spa area..i dont want my kids around that.. other then that we had an amazing time..
