Charger was very welcoming and helpful! The bathroom still had dirty towels on the floor and the show was not cleaned. In the morning there was no hot water. Decent breakfast.

We've stayed here several times and we're always amazed at how quiet the property is. The breakfast was less pleasing than usual but we would stay here again.

System was down for over two hours…couldn’t check in. Then it two other guests were given my room and came in while I was taking a shower. What!?!? Then my key was cancelled when the front desk cancelled the other gentlemen’s keys.

The worst was when trying to shower at 5:30am prior to an early flight there was zero hot water. Not even luke warm. On checkout I informed the staff guy so others would not be so inconvenienced. He simply said yeah, you were the first shower and we had to reset the boiler. No sorry or anything else. A hot shower and clean room are my two priorities for a hotel stay.

They need to renovate this property. I’m a gold member, they didn’t offer me water upon arrival. I slept in my clothes and didn’t use the bathroom.

Comfortable, located super close to the airport terminal, staff were very friendly, breakfast offer was good and very well tended to by the staff member. Dust bunnies in corners of the room portray a speedy clean rather than a thorough one. The rest of the room and bathroom were clean though.

This is our favourite hotel in Rochester, hands down! It's quiet, clean and the towels are plush. The breakfast is a favourite, both the food and the space.

Comfortable beds It's a bed, was gritty. Felt like sand was on it. And the toilet had brown stuff around the rim. I had to reclaim the bathroom and remake the bed with fresh sheets.The girl working at the front desk was very sweet, though.

It was very inconvenient having to enter the airport every time we returned to our room but my bad for not realizing the hotel was located on airport property. This hotel is extremely overpriced for the type of room this was. It was a small room with a very tiny bathroom. Not many parking spots either. This is a convenient place to stay if you’re needing somewhere to sleep after a flight and I guess that is what you’re paying $200/a night.

All of the staff members that I interacted with were very helpful, quick, and polite. The parking was a little tight. Getting to the hotel requires driving through the airport which was a little hassle. I imagine if you had a layover or delayed flight here, it would be incredibly convenient. The rooms were acceptably clean.

I loved that the hotel was walking distance (like a minute) from the airport. The continental breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had; plenty of options. The staff was very friendly (shoutout to Sharday), we had one issue, but they took very good care of us. The manager was also very hospitable! When visiting Rochester again, my mom & I will definitely stay here!

When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and helpfulness from front office supervisor Chardonnay Jeffries and the general manager Gary Ransom. They both went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and important. I would return to this hotel solely based on the experience and interactions I had with them. It was a lovely experience. There wasn't anything I did not like.

The front desk staff member at check in was super friendly and sweet. She made you feel so comfortable. Our room was very clean and the beds were by far the most comfortable we have slept in. Parking was easy and there was lots to do around the hotel.

My flight was cancelled so needed a last minute hotel. Fairfield Marriott was a 4 min walk, fabulous room, king size bed, huge TV, good bathroom. All very clean. I was up at 02.30 and there was someone at the desk to help out. So appreciated you being there. Staff friendly. Thanks for a great stay

Was a great place to stay overnight for an early flight next morning. Comfy bed and nice breakfast at 4 am. Pillows were a bit squishy for us. All else was great!!

The room wasn't bad, but the bathroom was so small you could barely move. The breakfast was good wish they had another option for a muffin all they had was gluten-free.

I was very anxious when I arrived and the Chardonnay’s calm welcome and caring demeanor helped me reset my evening. She gave me the time I need to collect myself and get me checked in to my room feeling much more calm. Her kindness is truly appreciated.

We chose the hotel became of being so close to airport and ability for long term parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful . The room was clean and well prepared. The transportation to parking lot and airport was excellent and covenant. It all fit our needs peefectly.

Our room and the rest of the hotel were very clean and comfortable. You can’t beat the convenience. We had to take a 5:00am flight and were able to walk straight to the airport with ease. (Even with snow coming down)

The front desk people were very nice and friendly. However, there was gum inside on of the pillows in my room and the pillow cases were stained. Also having an issue resolving being billed twice and not able to reach anyone today to figure this out. Hotel was convienent to out destination and the breakfast was very good.

Family of four we were given a king bed rather than two queens. Was told there was no queen rooms available, but looked online and online there were still queen rooms available. Had a young hockey team running and screaming up and down the halls. Overall expected more from a Marriott and was disappointment with the service.

Located adjacent to airport

Easy to get tonthe airport with a very early flight. Shuttle runs very early and quick and easy.

The hotel itself was excellent. The only issue was that the address was the same as the airport. So when we arrived at airport arrivals, the GPS said we had arrived. But we had to drive another 200 yards past arrivals to get there. They should somehow include that instruction so you don’t panic when you get there the first time.

I had to return to Rochester in September, 2025 and didn't even bother looking for another hotel due to the amazing staff!! The front desk lady "Miss Chardonnay" was always there to greet me with her amazing personality and warmth...and she is the main reason I will be returning to this same hotel later this year as well! (in addition to Chardonnay, the rest of the staff was also very pleasant, always smiling and saying hello. Great job on hiring this incredible staff!)

Right next to the airport. We were able to return our rental car earlier since we have a 6:30 am flight.

The shuttle driver yelled at me for not walking to the hotel from the airport. So I was a little worried that it would not be a good stay. He was the only thorn on this rose. Great place. Friendly staff.

We booked this hotel for the 24 hr shuttle to the airport not realizing we could walk directly to the airport as the hotel is next door, a few hundred yards. Front staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Comfy bed.

Our Check In representative was awesome, she was so funny and friendly. We had an awful experience with Air Canada and their strike. She brought some sunshine to a dark day. I appreciate her and her service.

I didn't like that the property doesn't have a restaurant, and there are none within walking distance.

The hotel is clean and staff are great BUT the room service guy was rude. Asked if we r checking out then Walked in in front of us to CK for his tips. We happened to be in rush forgot to put tip and heard him said NO TIP real loud it was so rude.

I was impressed with the Fairfield Inn Marriott Rochester Airport! Even though it was at the airport and right next to the parking garage, it was still amazingly quiet. The room was very clean and modern. I was there for a one-night stay prior to catching a very early plane back to Denver the next morning. It was a very easy walk from the hotel to the terminal... less than 5 minutes, so I could return my rental car when I arrived at the hotel and not have to deal with it early in the morning. Probably my only issue with the room was I prefer to have the option for some brighter lighting, but that was only a minor thing.

From first phone call speaking to Chardonnay through check out everyone was so nice and professional. We enjoyed our stay. It was in a convenient location for all the events we needed to attend.

The front desk manager, Chardonnay, was just amazing - so friendly and helpful! The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel and the room it was in was beautiful with all of the windows and sunlight. Beautiful clean rooms. Even though it was right at the airport it was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Transport access

This hotel is just steps away from the terminal. It was very clean, very spacious, very quiet we never heard a plane. This will definitely be our go-to for our trips to Rochester

Nighttime attendant was a younger man that was overwhelmed at 2AM arrival. Somewhat frazzled and a bit beligerent. Not everyone is cut out for customer service.

It's near an airport so not sure it wont be noisy. W/i the room, the airconditioning unit had a steady drip of running water so it interrupted sleep.

This was our first time at this particular Fairfield Inn. We've always enjoyed our stays with the Marriott Bonvoy brand. We were amazed at how quiet it was at the airport. There was a lot of space all around the hotel and breakfast was excellent with lots of variety and hot protein that we always appreciate. Unfortunately, we checked in quite late and only handicapped rooms were available. Our room wasn't very clean, there was a film on all table surfaces, also what appeared to be dried feces on the bathroom floor and on the edge of the toilet. The thing that bothered us the most was that there was no full-length mirror on the wall!

After arriving on a late flight around midnight, the 1st room they gave us had a broken A/C unit. Fortunately, they had another room available so that worked out We would’ve preferred not to have had that extra 20 minutes getting into a room though. Breakfast the following morning was very nice as was all of the staff.

We were greeted by the friendliest lady at the front around 7pm on Sunday June 22. I have stayed at several hotels and we had never been treated so special. Then what put it over the top was how clean the room was. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Will definately recommend this location to my friends and family.

First time we stayed. The room was great except for the room humidity was excessive. The tile in the bathroom was wet and slippery, even after waking from sleep. Other than that it was great.

The welcoming gentleman, Troi, was very kind, efficient and generally very nice to find at the front desk. The chili in the dining area was also a very nice addition for guests not having access to food. Have stayed here several times prior to trips and will again.

Problem was that the sink and tub/shower drains were clogged and were usable. Took forever to get hot water and hot was in shower did not work (room 123)

Location is supper convenient being on the airport property. The hotel is relatively small. We were on the second floor.the room was ok, clean but there was a lot of noise from the hallway. The lobby was very small. Overall a good place to stay before an early morning flight. You can actually walk to the airport and they discount shuttle parking for your time away.

Was difficult to into, signs are misleading, staff not very friendly. Rooms are not very sound proof or updated. Might be convenient for a layover but not for a weekend getaway.

We choose the hotel for the fact that it was on the airport and we had an early morning flight. I was disappointed in this Fairfield. The floor in the room looks like it had not been vacuumed. There were not enough towels in the room. And we had NO hot water in our room in the morning!!!!

Outstanding place to stay if you’re flying out of Rochester. Front desk staff was great. You can pay to park at half price of parking out the airport. They provide a shuttle back. You can literally walk to to airport in a minute and your in. Rooms we’re comfortable.

The room was very cleaning and welcoming as was the staff. I would definitely recommend this property.

I was terribly worried about trying to get back to the airport with unmanageable luggage to pick up a rental car. They manager and desk clerks, who were extremely helpful and kind, assured me the problem could be solved.They let me store my luggage; wait in the quieter breakfast room after checkout, where one of the staff helped me with the tv remote; and called the the very punctual shuttle for me. In addition to a cloud soft bed and a varied and extensive breakfast, being made to feel welcome and assisted made this hotel top in my book.

Tiahna was wonderful, check in was so easy, the hotel is located in walking distance of the rental car return and the airport, making it super convenient to be able to return my car the night before and walk across the street to the airport terminal the next morning. Amazingly quiet even with its location next to the airport!
