    On our floor, there were teenagers running up and down the halls at 1245am. I called the front desk, and they said they would look into it. NOTHING was done, until myself and another guest opened our doors at 110am. I also told the front desk that people were smoking Marijuana in their room and the entire floor and our room smelled really bad. NOTHING was done about that either. Not sure why, but what business would Schedule parking lot construction on a Weekend...? Wouldn't you consider the weekend as your Busiest time for occupancy? Not a very smart idea...! We've stayed at many hotels in the Rochester Area and can honestly say we will NOT be staying at this hotel again. VERY BAD...

    Pool was very cold but nice. Breakfast wasn't stocked as I was told the first day, no sausage or bacon was out. Had to park at Cracker Barrel and walk, due to no available parking spots and spots being taped off for fixing, altho no work was being done. Pull out sofa had a bunch of junk under it, candy bags and pieces of candy.

    Our non smoking room smelled like stale smoke. The air conditioner could not keep the room cool even though it ran non stop. The sofa bed cover was nasty, and when i called and asked for a new cover, the front desk said they didn't have any. We went down and got a blanket and "clean sheets" to use instead. There was an empty cannibus container and half eaten candy under the sofa bed. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, and would fill up when neighboring rooms ran water, then eventually drain all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom smelled like sewage. This, by far, was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at, and will not stay at a Comfort Suites again.

    Rooms were in need of maintenance as things were broken necessitating several room changes. At the very least a new coat of paint was needed and all rooms had broken toilet paper holders. Tables in breakfast area not wiped down from day before. Staff was not sympathetic.

    The room was dirty. The guy on night shift said he couldn’t give me a receipt when I went to check out at 2:00am. I called back later the same morning at 8:30 am to check up on my receipt that was supposed to be emailed only to find out that he never checked me out at all. Tend was comfortable but the room was old and outdated, window had a crack, curtain hanging off, one of the lamps didn’t work, electric socket crooked,(you could see the inside of the wall. I won’t stay at this hotel again when I come back to the area.

    The parking lot has very bad holes which never seems to be fixed. There was no hot breakfast served all days that we were there like they used to due to "unforseen circumstances". There was a party that started at 11 pm and went to 1:30 to 2 am and no staff came to correct the situation. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom after it was used that lasted for hours. It smelled like someone defecated on the floor in the bathroom. The bottom sheet on the one double bed did not fit and came off every night so that I had to put it back on in the morning. The front desk staff was good. We have stayed at this hotel for many years and this was the worst stay.

    We book based on free parking, wi-fi and breakfast. Indoor pools and fireplaces are a bonus, but the parking, wi-fi and breakfast are a must. We checked in late and Sebastian was wonderful, kind and funny. He did mention that due to unforeseen circumstances there will be no HOT breakfast items in the am. As long as there is coffee, we will be fine. Well there was coffee, but no creamer, apparently the delivery never came. It's a small thing, but that's what we paid for so no 5 stars, but for a night, it'll do.

    Room was fine - standard. Free breakfast was supposed to start at 6am. Appeared that the poor desk clerk was all alone. At 7:30 there was still no breakfast available. Room was dark. Clerk said we could grab something cold. Cereal, yogurt. No coffee. Parking lot and walkway were skating rinks. People falling. No salt or sand to be seen. Morning disaster. Spent $25 at Dunkin for coffee and food as nothing available at the hotel.

    The rooms were clean and nice. Problem was the sink in the bathroom would hold water. Maintenance man came and said the clog was deep in the like. Sink still held water. There was no tv remote. Got one from the desk and it still don’t work even though I programmed it to the tv. The cable was an issue. There was no way to close the curtains to make it darker in the room while I sleep. Not my any channels worked. Would not likely stay again

    My only complaint is that the furnishings look a bit worn and old fashioned -- but overall, I liked the property and I would stay there again. I felt safe at all times, staff was respectful and helpful, good wi-fi, nice indoor pool, free breakfast with many choices, convenient parking. My room and the common areas were very clean. Location is convenient to expressway and East Henrietta Road, West Henrietta Road and Jefferson Road, where there are many stores and restaurants.

    The side exit door would not close and lock without it being pulled shut hard. Therefore anyone, anytime, could enter the facility without detection. That didn’t make me feel safe.

    Hello! We loved our stay, they are nice hotel rooms and cozy and well sound proofed staff was incredibly helpful especially since I’m a wheelchair user who needed to be on the first floor for medical reasons, they accommodated me very well and made sure everything was easy access for me. Pool is nice and clean. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff Sebastian, Ricky and Karlina were all amazing in helping us get our stay figured out would definitely recommend for anyone needing a budget friendly stay!

    Our room was not clean. There were stains on the carpet. There was a bug still on the wall that had been smushed. The paintings on the wall are filthy. More concerning is the condition of the shower…filled with mold and mildew. The ceiling is obviously full of mold as well. The bed sheets were all wrinkled - as if you put too much stuff in the dryer. The bed definitely had a dust mite problem which during the night made it difficult to sleep. At breakfast there was no sausage. Come to find out it was missing from the truck the day before. I mean really, your hotel needs major money invested in it and things replaced. The chairs at breakfast are a great example. To be frank, I have not stayed in an establishment of this grade of poor in many many years. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

    The room was clean but we couldn’t control the temperature and it got very warm. The room was ADA compliant but not conducive. It had a walk-in shower but the shower head would not stay in place so water got everywhere. Also there was a hole in the wall where the outlet was next to the sink. It seemed very dangerous and an easy fix.

    Everything about the hotel was accommodating clean and friendly service. There were only a few things that I was disappointed about. 1.) I was charged a parking fee the day after I checked out this was not told to me and I felt it to be rediculous for the amount of money paid for one night to be charged a parking fee in the hotel parking lot. 2.) the pool was not heated it was too cold. Other than that I had no issues check in was pretty easy and fast.

    It is very outdated hotel but it is clean. Rooms are spacious but furniture and carpet are old. There was a pesticide or chemical smell in the elevator and the corridor when we arrived. Beds were also average.

    Thought I'd give them another try because of years before everything was good. This year we checked in dropped our stuff in the room and immediately left to meet friends came back at midnight exhausted and pulled the extremely wrinkled comforter and sheet back only to find hairs and fuzzies in the bed. Went to the bathroom and found a used towel hanging on the back of the door. UGH Too tired to contact front desk at that time....should have because slept terrible thinking things were crawling on me.

    The price was a little more than I would like to pay for the conditions of the place. It was pretty run down. But we needed a room that fit 5 people and wanted a pool. It was perfect for that. The bedding was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was ok, could have had more options, there wasn’t much that I liked. But I’m picky. The kids liked the waffle maker. The pool was nice, well taken care of and clean.

    The pull out bed had blood stains on the mattress from a previous person. The front desk said they could not give us a new one.And when he came up to inspect it, he actually said, "oh this is one of the nicer looking ones". We were expected to make the bed ourselves.And they gave us an extra set of sheets, which were stained and torn. There were dead bugs on the carpet floor in our room. The carpets throughout the entire hotel were dirty and stained. The lobby was filthy when we arrived.

    This was one of the best experiences we've had while traveling. Thick heavy door blocked out any possible noise while the room itself was clean and comfortable. Nice pool and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again and I do not say that about hotels very often. Great place!

    There was a small leak behind the toilet. I told them about it, but nobody did anything. I wanted to use the hotel computer to check in for my flight and the front desk couldn’t tell me the password to use it. Front desk staff were very short, housekeeping was very friendly.

    Room smelled like smoke. AC filters were filthy so I cleaned them myself. Carpeting was filthy. Mold on ceiling. Side door to by stairwell was left open. It seems like workers were staying in rooms to sleep overnight. Breakfast was not opened at 6 AM as promised. No coffee was available. When breakfast was served, food was sparse. Syrup for waffles tasted spoiled.

    The floors are thin. So be prepared to hear the footsteps of the people upstairs. A bit annoying. Beds are comfortable the pool always has kids in it almost like big parties. So it can be loud. Overall a good value if your in the area for college visits

    The whole place was run down and dirty. The toilet had cracks and the bathroom door had water damage. The pull out mattress was covered in stains of various colors. At midnight, we were woken by 2 people fighting outside our door for a half hour before they moved it outside. The air conditioning did not work. The mini fridge was missing a foot and under that sat on a rotted out board so you couldn't open the fridge without it falling out of it's spot.

    Pulling up to the hotel I knew immediately I made a mistake reserving a room there. First off, the huge potholes, and grounds were unkept. Most of the hotel windows tint was worn off, (definitely need replacing,) very run down appearance. I travel alone therefore my instincts told me to cancel, which I did while sitting in the parking lot @ 4:30. I spoke to a young man @ the desk who was understanding and told me Expedia would have to refund my money because I booked through them, (you.) I’m being told the hotel won’t refund. Highly disappointed. The place looks shady. I canceled only an hour after check in time, it’s highly unlikely they have a call list waiting to get in. Disgusted.

    Overall it was fine. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Front desk service was not all that great and the breakfast was cold and things were empty even though there was still 30 min left until the end. And apparently they charge you to park your car in their lot. Not like you really have a choice.

    When i finally checked in around 5 pm.the bed was made but the pillow cases were not on the pillows. I had to put them on my self. I needed a sofa bed so I booked a suite and when we pulled out the sofa bed, it was broken, dirty, stained with multiple red spots and gross looking and almost made me nauseous. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. You are better off spending a little more and staying at other clean hotels. Places where they actually care about the wellbeing of the paying customers.

    Liked the price. Bed comfortable. No problem with housekeepers. All room surfaces were sticky. Frig freezer section had no door and was covered in thick ice. Refrig system had constant loud motor noise with other bubbling-like sounds. Got no sleep until long after midnight. Shower was properly large for mobility-challenged customers but floor tiles had large cracks and baseboard showed water damage. Sink area was small with poor lighting. One bedside light did not work. One outlet was loose-fitting. Parking lot surface was broken up. Definitely our worst hotel stay in many years. Our ratings average 4+/5 but not this time. Would never return.

    I hated the room. I have no idea why they put us in a handicap room, but it was terribly laid out and extremely uncomfortable. Their "free" internet was the worst I've ever had the misfortune of using: inconsistent, dropping constantly, often couldn't get on at all; I couldn't even get my email on my laptop, much less watch a movie. Staff just shrugged and told me "it worked for them." The advertised TV was two, static-filled basic network channels. Breakfast was OK, no better and no worse than I would have expected from a place like this; staff was not especially helpful, and it was clear that my having to ask how to work the specialty handicap shower made me an inconvenience, but at least they weren't outright rude and pretended to be friendly. I go to Rochester 2-4 times a year, but I certainly won't be coming back to this hotel.

    Family members and I stayed here for 1 night it's super easy to find and still close enough to tons of different activities and food. We had a very good stay and enjoyed out time there. However, I did not enjoy find out about the deposit that was never disclosed and wasn't listed on the papers I signed I only found out about it while looking at my bank information. And when I questioned staff about the charge and one was very friendly and explained that at checkout the deposit would be released (okay perfect or so I thought). At checkout I personally checked out instead of just dropping the card off that Gentleman was not nice and annoyed that I would even be asking about it and stated it would be issued back in 5 to 10 business days when I question him, he just sighed and looked annoyed. Aside from the whole deposit issue the pool was freezing and not in a refreshing type of way I'm talking cold!!! Aside from that it was in a great location but I don't think I would stay here again.

    Room 222 needs a lot of TLC. When I told the morning manager. about the issues, ie, the drain in the bathroom was slow, the bathtub needed new caulking, the refrigerator was freezing food, he didn't seem to care. There are major potholes on the driveway that can't be missed and should be fixed. Not impressed with the property nor the staff.

    Nice pool, good size rooms, great location, breakfast was great. Service was poor. Desk attendants did not even try to help with anything we asked for. 50 kids came from a neighboring hotel and we couldnt even get on our pool and that facility refused to let us use the laundry room even after the manager sent us over there. We got stuck on the elevator and had to use the stares carying a very heavy toddler up and down the stairs continually. 1 of us has a bad knee and popped out of socket because of it. And our room smelled like urine and made everything we had smell like urine. The while weekend was just a mess and the staff did nothing to try and help

    The room was filthy. One of the pillowcases had fresh snot on it. There were crushed contacts on the carpet and chunks of food under the beds. We couldn’t find another place and so went and bought cleaners, linens, and air fresheners to make it bearable. Would not recommend at all.

    At a glance it did appear very clean, but if you look under the shelves and behind the bed you can see all the dander and debris from previous travellers (we always do a bed bug check, thankfully we didn't see any). The second day they came and changed out our towels, but on the 3rd day we received a note that they were short staffed and that they'd come every other day but they didn't come back to clean until after we left. Also our mini fridge defrosted for over 6 hours and everything inside got warm/spoiled. There wasn't anything the staff could do because they were fully booked and short staffed. Otherwise, the staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was delicious and both chefs I saw kept the dining room clean and I saw one help someone make a waffle, very sweet! In conclusion, I think that more staff would help the staff be more efficient and maybe keep a spare mini fridge or two on hand idk like it'd be nice if your own employees didn't have to use a public fridge for their own lunches...

    We had a nice stay. The man who worked the desk overnight was wonderful. I think his name was Jason. We couldn’t figure out the shower and he came right down and showed us. There were really rowdy guests next door and he quickly solved that problem as well. The breakfast was mediocre and the mattress was rather stiff- but everything else was great!

    The staff at the hotel was lovely. We were traveling with a dog and it was great they were dog friendly. Though the $100 pet fee was on the high side. With pets I believe they try to have you on the 1st floor for ease of outdoor visits. The room was clean The TV was pretty old and did not allow for streaming etc but it served its purpose.
