Office manager was very kind and response was very fast. The location is close to many convenient stores to buy food or some other travel items. There is a fire station next to the hotel and so I felt safe.

I arrived at 3:45 p.m. Despite check in being at 3:00 the room was not ready. The host went to go check on the room and told me that it would be ready at 4:15, but that he would still check me in. While he was preparing the paperwork two people came in and stated that items were missing from their room; One person said their TV was missing, and another said their ironing board and their iron was missing. I had to use a bathroom really bad so the staff member said that I could use the bathroom in the room even though housekeeping was still in the room cleaning. I went into the room and realized I would not be able to use the bathroom while the person cleaning the room was there. The room appeared to be very clean, however they were using a very strong cleaning product that burned my nose. This combined with the two people that that came in and said items were missing in their room did not give me a lot of confidence in the establishment and I decided to get a room somewhere else. because I booked through hotel.com I was not offered a refund. I would rock not recommend this facility to others especially if you are a woman staying alone.

The room is spacious and clean overall.it could have been more cleaner in the corners. There was few eople yeling and shouting all the night.

We were in Roanoke for a three-day conference at the Berglund Center. This affordable, corporate suites location was convenient for driving to the center and better value than other options we checked. Our suite was roomy and cleanly appointed. All appliances worked well.

This place was ADORABLE. Intensely clean room, very responsive staff. This suite was the size of my apartment back home and had everything that I could possibly need! They provide a small assortment of toiletries, but I thought it was really thoughtful that they include a toothbrush and toothpaste. There is a Walgreen's on the other side of the parking lot, so that's convenient. The motel itself is tucked into a quiet neighborhood that's off a super busy street, so while it was very quiet, the busy street was a little offputting at first. Don't let it fool you- this place is quiet and cute! It seems like some people do live in some of the suites, which seems to add to how respectful everyone is. You can hardly hear any of the other guests unless it's the wee hours and you're really straining your ears. The bed was comfy, the TV's get a ton of channels which is nice after a busy day in the city. Great shower that gets nice and hot. We had trouble with one of our TV's the first day and Donna and crew switched it out lickety-split! The location is convenient to downtown, the Roanoke star, hiking, shopping, dining, and nearby Salem, VA. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Really loved it.

The coffee maker was a disappointment, it came on for about 15 seconds then NOTHING! I will make sure to bring a coffee maker on next trip, not a fan of Kuerig coffee maker!

The hotel was great, and at that price point it was such a good value. The rooms had plenty of space for a short or long term stay and we're so well taken care of. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Virginia.

It was really nice to have a stove and refrigerator to use if needed. The room was exceptionally clean and everything worked. I will definitely say the staff went above and beyond to help us with a minor mistake, on my part. I will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed the room. Cleanliness is very important and we were pleasantly surprised with how clean it was. Donna was very prompt in getting us into a room and taking care of any needs we had. We would definitely recommend Affordable Corporate Suites and we will look forward to using them again when we are in the area.

Phenomenal room! I kept repeating to my husband how pleased I was! The building is a little older, but they have done an incredible job renovating it and keeping it clean. The room was spotless. The kitchenette had all necessary dishes including dish soap and paper towels. I was a little nervous given the price, but I was very pleasantly surprised. My ONLY complaint was that the room smelled faintly of smoke, but it went away quickly after being in the room. I have stayed in rooms double the price and had worse accommodations. Amazing.

The suite was very nice. The area was questionable - a few people hanging out in the parking lot and no nearby restaurants or businesses. There were also a few people being rather loud in the adjacent room. The office isn’t open on the weekends so there wasn’t anyone to monitor the place.

Just an awesome value for basically a full apartment. That lady in the office was a sweetheart. All the other guests were friendly places clean and awesome for price I highly recommend it.

Pam was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The suite was SO inviting, homey, and comfortable that I was sorry to leave! Location was also outstanding: close to every possible amenity, yet quiet and peaceful. And the rate was very reasonable! I would very gladly stay here again :)

The room was surprisingly wonderful, as it's a bit of a tardis considering the outside appearance. Hosts are very thoughtful with supplied amenities. The walls are a tad thin, but as long as you have considerate neighbors, you can't possibly beat these accommodations. Well Done!

I picked this place based on cost, reviews, and location to the Blue Ridge Pkwy. I was very pleased with the room. While we only stayed one nice, I would be very pleased to stay here for several nights. The place was clean, quiet, and roomy. The manager was pleasant and easy to work with.

The property is situated off the Main Street in a residential neighborhood which is fine but the office is not always staffed and the phone number only gives you an answering machine. The place is well kept, clean and has everything you need.

The reviews were all good, its a little secluded in a redidential but the rooms were great and the managment was awesome and super accommodating in every way
