- Room is a spacious, 2-room suite with separate living room/kitchen and bedroom - Room was very clean including behind the furniture, around the edges and under the bed - Comfortable bed with firm mattress and pillows for a good night's sleep - Full kitchen with sink, microwave and refrigerator. - Good Location - The Airport and main drag Williamson Rd. are nearby for places to eat. - 2-HDTV's with full selection of cable TV channels and good picture quality - Bathroom had a shelf unit mounted on the wall for toiletries - Onsite coin operated washer and dryer - Window opened with screen, so did not have to rely on the A/C for fresh air - Good water pressure on both sinks and good quality tap water - Iron and ironing board in the room. - Manager Josh was very friendly and accommodating. Cons: - This is not a hotel, hence the office is not staffed 24 hours or on weekends. You need to contact the manager by phone.

I needed somewhere to stay for the weekend, and was fortunate enough to find this place. It was easy to make a reservation, the property and room were clean and well-maintained and Joshua, the manager, was so sweet and friendly. If I'm ever in need of a short-term place to stay again, i would definitely go here first!

Enjoyed the stay at the Florist Rd location. Very comfortable and homey like a small apartment. Fully furnished and up to date. Highly recommended for people needing a place to stay for a week or more. Will return when staying in Roanoke, VA. The manager, I don’t remember his name but he was phenomenal!

Excellent place to stay in Roanoke! Don't let the pricing fool you. It's a really nice place to stay, especially for the price. You get a fully functional kitchen and living room with a separate bedroom. The place is well kept and clean, and the service is exceptional! Give this local business a chance.

The manager in the office was very nice and professional! Super quiet, really nice room it's a full 1 BR apartment just great! Would definitely recommend and would stay again if visiting the area: Bathroom was really new and everything detail was so nice and the gazebo was a nice added perk, flowers every where, manager makes it feel like home!

I was a little skeptical with the location. Once i explored it was close to what I needed and it was quiet so I was able to get a good night sleep. Joshua was wonderful and helped me with any thing i needed. I highly recommend staying there. If I am to return to Roanoke i will not stay anywhete else.

This is was very nice property and suited us well for our overnight stay our way to our next destination. Joshua, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. We arrived later than expected because of traffic and office hours were over, but he was there to greet us.

The kitchen amenities are a bit lacking, nothing major, and a dollar store and Walmart trip fixed the need for a skillet pan, and some basic utensils, and an oven pan to cook anything in the oven. Not a huge deal, but a heads up there. Our room was only cleaned once in 2 weeks. No new sheets ever, fresh towels after 1 week, and that was also the only time the trash was ever emptied. No broom in the room, or anything we could use to tidy up ourselves. The mattress was pretty bad. We bought a topper at Walmart and just left it after our stay, maybe it stays for the next guest? The facility itself is old, nothing wrong with that, however given the price, I would gladly forgo the option of having a small kitchen and just stay in a more modern and clean hotel. "Corporate Suites" is honestly a deceiving name. This is not for a traveling professional.

The property manager was very courteous and friendly from the time we arrived until we left the room was actually a living room and kitchenette as you enter with a large screen TV, sofa, chair, table. You go back the hallway to a nice clean decent size bathroom. The shower was absolutely awesome! The bed was extremely comfortable! I will definitely go there again!

Stayed here for Fall Family weekend at Virginia Tech. Room was clean, check in was easy, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and stores. For the busy weekends, this is a must when every place is sold out and ridiculously over priced. Having the kitchenette was a bonus that we loved.

We were personally shown to our room by the manager and TV setup explained. Efficiency had everything we needed and was very clean. Bed was comfortable and we were able to adjust the thermostat to the setting we liked. A little off the beaten path, so was quiet.

Very clean and the price can't be beat. Excellent customer service. The building is definitely on the older side so the floors creaked and noises could be heard, and no elevator only stairs. It is tucked away in a nice corner and easy to get to anything in Roanoke area. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely incredible! I found this gem as a good “halfway” point when I take trips North. Josh was there to greet me even when I arrived at 11pm for the evening, and by 11:15 I was showered and sinking into the super comfortable bed for a great night’s sleep. I will stay nowhere else for my journeys…I just regret I didn’t find them sooner!

Good if you are doing a extended stay. Not a hotel. Have to clean the room yourself and take out your own trash or you are changed extra. There are long term residence watching your coming and goings. A little unnerving. If your in between homes or need a short term rental it’s great. However it shouldn’t be recommended as a hotel. If your just looking for a weekend place a air B&B would be more private and comfortable. Also no elevators had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs to get to our apartment.
