There should be a beach cleanup crew that the hotel hires for the seaweed. No excuse why someone should pay so much to stay there and not be able to go to the beach cause of the seaweed.

The only drawbacks were, we paid for parking as separate from the hotel, check in took over an hour and as travellers who was up since 4:00am, that’s quite a wait as we were very tired. Lastly, there was tons of seaweeds which was a tad disappointing, maybe it’s the time of year?

The front desk staff weren't very friendly—actually, a bit rude—but the valet parking attendants were very pleasant. The gentleman who helped us at the beach was also very nice; he’s been working there for five years and always takes care of us,,I am not happy. We go every year, and I always request and pay for an ocean view; however, the room I was given faced the side of the other building—that wasn't what I paid for. I didn't go down to complain because it was only for one night.

(who came back after being off) . My apologies for not getting names; but I was very satisfied that they did all that was necessary and could be done under the circumstances. We were moved to a different room for the night. At checkout I was informed that they comp’d the room, that made my bride feel better and me a happier guest. Thank you and we’ll see you again soon.

Good for business, not a destination

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The staff were great, always pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely come back!

The Staff Was Very Attentive Ocean Front

The pool was nice. The access to the beach was wonderful. They were able to get us checked in super early, which was nice and the gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant. The bed was essentially broke in the middle and felt like cardboard. We had an accident and asked for new blanket blankets, and when they brought us new blankets, they were stained and disgusting looking. We asked for a new blankets again, and they brought us a quilt. I ended up having to go downstairs and get my own blankets. The drinks at the bar are very expensive and they add a service charge. The umbrella, chairs and cabanas do not come complementary. You have to pay for them.

Very pricey. Trash cans are fsr and few near the pool and jacuzzi areas. There were no pool Towels on our first night. Everything at the Restaurant took very long.

The staff was helpful and personable. I did not enjoy the coffee and the breakfast sandwich at the market it was expensive. The beach chairs and pool layout was nicely organized. Happy Hour had good choices good food and drinks. It would be nice if they put a microwave in the rooms or on each floor. Other than that I enjoyed my stay really helped to have a rental car. I loved the decor of the rooms and my mini balcony. Had an issue with rust in the iron that put stains on my white dress, so I world recommend assessing the irons.

Tis property is amazing. We normally stay here for a weekend each year and since the remodel it is even better than it was. Every staff member we can across was amazing the female outdoor bar tender (I didn't get her name) was great very friendly and made drinks perfectly. Every one at the front desk went above and beyond and all the vallet drivers took great care of our car and always had a recommendation for food! The food at the hotel restaurant could use some work and more options. The entire beach staff always went above and beyond to make sure we're were comfortable and had drinks. The rooms were great beds were really comfy showers were nice and big with lots of water pressure.

If you plan to take your dog make sure he/she doesnt bark because the front desk will call you and you can not take them to the beach nor pool area. Dogs are not allowed to bark. I will not return to this hotel.

Hotel was clean and nice. Has a an okay vibe. Expect kids and slow service. We waited 45 mins for a standard margarita while at the beach. The server apologized for the delay but really? Room was clean, breakfast was standard, and pool was crowded. Did enjoy the beach chairs, their were very nice.

The beds are a little firmer than I normally like but I slept ok. The bathroom is very nice. The resort has a pool and a hot tub which was filled with kids so I never had the opportunity to use the hot tub. All the lounges by the pool start filling up by 9am so we didn't get those either. The resort is right on the beach and they have plenty of lounges and umbrellas so even if they were all used they will set more up for you. The bar outside is beautiful. Went a couple of times. Also had breakfast out there one morning. The ebikes are fun. You get 1 hour free then they are $15 after that. Sadly we went over by 4 minutes so we were charged. There is a beautiful park only about 10 or 15 minutes walk. Definitely worth a visit.

The food is not good and it is terrible overpriced, they add gratuity to everything, the wait staff isnt friendly except for Lot Lot. The bartenders are like robots, dont interact dont smile, like if they were doing you a favor making a drink. The money is guaranteed so why give good service. I think that the service industry is worse when tips are added to the check instead of giving what the service deserves. I used tonlove this hotel. After the last time, I am never going back.

They could improve vegetarian food options but overall love it.

We travel with hour dog and it was the most peaceful trip. The property is super pet friendly, we so ended the day on the beach with hour dog and we had a blast.

Whitney at check-in was helpful and so kind. (And we had a great check-out too!) The entire property is staffed with friendly people.

Jason was the best valet ever. All of them were so quick and efficient, but he went above and beyond every time. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The room was great. View was nice. The beach was amazing and I loved that they had umbrellas, chairs and tables out for use. They check on you enough to make sure you're good and don't need any food or drinks, but they don't bug or interrupt. The only complaint we have is how early the pool, hot tub, and market close. They did have an after hour microwave at least.

I booked a King bed with an Ocean View. When I checked in I was told there were no king beds available and when I asked about the ocean view I was told I still had one. When I got to my room yes there was an ocean view if you hung your head off of the balcony and looked way around the corner.

Great stay. Can't say enough about the wonderful staff and how helpful and informative they all were. The room was average, pretty, but the most impressive was the nice view of the ocean. Was great waking up and being able to go out on the balcony and enjoy your cup of coffee and take it in. Going to bed was nice as we would leave the door open for a bit and listen to the ocean crash.

Ray the office manager was not friendly and at times very rude to various members of my family. Be aware that there is a daily resort fee and only 2 beach chairs allowed per room even if you have a room that sleeps 4 people.

We paid $1200 and could not use the balcony. We had workers outside the balcony cleaning and doing construction with yellow tape - we were unable to go outside. The noise was so bad we couldn’t sleep. We were told there was no other rooms and yet someone else had only booked that night and got the 6th floor - we won’t be back.

The staff was extremely helpful (especially Ray the front desk manager) we extended our stay and he helped us do that. Staff was extremely friendly

Don't book here. The front desk reception, Ray in particular, is supposed to be the first point of contact to welcome you to the hotel and set the tone. Instead we got a rude greeting, followed up by the hotel not having the crib ready (it was requested in advance). Then when the crib was delivered it was with dirty sheets and not comfortable. The pool area also ran out of towels with no restock at one point. Finally, i was called multiple times to come downstairs for a card i put on file with the front desk. don't stay here.

⸻ The hotel is a small, newly renovated property with beautiful décor and a welcoming atmosphere. We stayed in Room 416, which features two queen-size beds. The beds themselves were comfortable; however, the pillows had an unpleasant odor that detracted from the overall comfort. The shower experience was inconsistent, with very low water pressure and fluctuating temperatures. At times, the water would turn cold mid-shower, requiring a wait for it to heat up again, which caused delays in our schedule. The balcony is quite limited in space and only suitable for standing. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and personable, contributing to a pleasant overall interaction. The beach access and pool area were enjoyable, although they may feel somewhat small on busier days. Dining was a mixed experience. Caretta Caretta restaurant was overpriced relative to the quality of the food, which was disappointing for both myself and my family. The beach food options were satisfactory. However, The Market stood out positively—the caramel cappuccino, lemon cake, and breakfast croissants were all excellent. Unfortunately, housekeeping did not meet expectations. The bathroom floors and toilet were not properly cleaned, and I had to address this myself. Surfaces such as the mirror and counter appeared to have been minimally wiped, and I was uncertain whether the pillowcases had been changed. The lobby area is quite small, and during rainy days, there are limited on-site activities

The food at the on site restaurant was over priced for the value. The Caribbean nachos were disgusting. The service from the other staff was good. The room is very noisy as well as the bed but I did sleep comfortably. We were placed in an adjoining room and you could hear right through the door.

The stay was great. Hotel was very, very clean, very new hotel. Pool and amenities were great. Food was very good. A bit expensive, but good taste. Also, not crowded in the holiday (Easter). We could enjoy all amenities without bumping into anyone and or full pool. My only 2 negatives:1. parking is expensive, self parking $35/day. Could be $20 and would still be very well paid. 2: Cabanas: Guests were very disrespectful to hold cabanas with towels and books early in the mornin stay out for 3hr doing whatever, gym, beach, etc. The hotel should put a sign that people can only hold for 40min max and remove their things if no one is there. Very disappointed to see elderly, kids having to stay in the sun while the cabanas were blocked for 3hr with purses, books and towels and nobody on them.

I’m very particular when it comes to hotels stays. I booked this hotel last minute. It was a clean hotel room. Very respectful and helpful staff they have great advice for things to do in the area and let me store my luggage for free because I had a late flight. Hotel has its own beach front with a nice and clean pool/hot tub. High end hotel stay for a medium price. Highly recommend!

The cleaning crew entered my room yet. I caught them red handed. They did not clean at all but moved my luggage and that’s the only thing that was touched. Nothing else was touched, cleaned. It’s made me feel unsafe, even though anything of value was removed from the luggage because, I emptied it the night before. This experience did not make me feel safe at all and while I reported it, nobody reverted to me.

The staff and guests were all very friendly towards Orca, my small service dog. The location is excellent for direct access to the beach. The property has everything you need all in one stop. It was quite pleasant for our 1-night stop on our journey through Florida.

Great location with beautiful beach and pool area. If we stay there again, will request a pool view and ocean view balcony room rather than the view we had from room 317 which had a bit of a beach view but more of a view of the air conditioning units and parking lot.

The room was clean and housekeeping was so nice. I would recommend more hanging options in the bathroom for towels and bathing suits. Great options nearby for activities, like Peanut Island for snorkeling, Sailfish Marina, Manatee Lagoon, Henry Morrison Flagler Museum and Busch Wildlife Sanctuary (just to name a few). Convenient parking but additional costs for this.

Nice overall area, the pool and beach areas were nice, but not overwhelmingly so relative to the cost. The staff was generally nice, but occasionally disinterested and at times, the place felt understaffed. Waited over 4 hours on a towel request and had to request again, waited over 20 minutes after eating to get a check, kind of a recurring theme. Had one of the front desk staff go out of the way to help me and one employee give us towels when the dispenser broke - two positive examples, but the overall experience was more like what you'd expect at the Holiday Inn.

My room was beautiful and ready early and i received a late check out.

Our room had hair on the bed and bathroom door when we got there. We asked for new sheets multiple times and it took hours before they came and replaced them. They refused to provide water bottles to us. The workout room was extremely sub-par. The majority of the staff did not seem proactive in helping with basic requests but rather acted like it was a burden on them. The pictures and website were deceiving as it seemed like it was a resort with ocean views, but there was no spa and the “ocean view” vs “ocean front view” was not clarified on the website. There were some great staff that stood out like the bartender Brandon Bender. However, overall this hotel was not worth the price per night.

So many things to love about this resort! You truly don’t have to go off property for anything - the restaurants, excursions, shopping, live music are all enough to keep a family entertained. The recent renovations are impressive, even the outdoor restrooms were beautiful. Highlights during our stay as a family with a six year-old include the catboat tour, ice cream at Lucky Twist, walking the marina to see the awesome boats, feeding the tarpon, breakfast at Mercado Morado (we enjoyed the breakfast more than lunch/dinner), lunch at the Tiki Bar, the complimentary kayaks, and Islamorada Pizza by the pool. Some observations that need improvement: noticeable trash left around the resort like shrimp on the dock from the fishing guide, cups, and cigarette butts. I was shocked that our unit did not have an elevator to the second floor. I am pregnant and unable to carry the luggage upstairs, thankfully my husband was capable. I’m not sure how elderly or handicapped would do it…and the front desk never asked my husband when he checked in. The beach area is not as pristine as I had imagined - seaweed & darker water. We had dinner at Kindler one night and it was good, but neither of us felt it was worth our $$$$ tab. The oysters were a joke (small and too fancy) my lobster and my husband’s octopus entrees were both over cooked. The atmosphere is lovely and the service was wonderful, food was just underwhelming for the price. Overall we would come back to this property in the future.

Oceanfront room view was amazing. Sunrises on the balcony or beach were beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful and everything was always clean and organized. Cons: No airport shuttle and thrives to park on premises is high considering what you are already paying for the room plus daily amenities fee. Include a shuttle and/or free on sight parking to help account for those amenities fees.

We had an oceanfront room 432. Our balcony was nice and did overlook the beach. A couple palm trees in our view but we still could see for the most part. Our room was nice. They cleaned it everyday. We loved that we got 2 beach chairs and an umbrella supplied to us. The restaurant there was the only thing we were not impressed by. It was way overpriced and service was terrible. We went to The Islander Grill and Tiki Bar at the Palm Beach Shores Resort and that was excellent in every way. Just 10 minutes up the street.

Our carpet & beach umbrella were stained. The bed was very firm & caused both me & my wife major soreness. Housekeeping skipped us one day. Kids were running through the halls all trip. We were promised a refillable water bottle & never received one.

Staff were very nice; rooms were very clean. Good time had here. Minor issues are there our room didn't get cleaned up until 3:30PM each day and there wasn't enough bath towels in the room when asking for more.

The amenities were excellent and everything felt clean and organized. I am so glad we chose this hotel for our trip to Singer Island. My son had the best winter school break, and that means everything to me. If we return to Singer Island, this will definitely be our place to stay again!

Despite calling twice on both occasions and waiting for over 45 minutes I had to go to the reception so I could get towels and take a shower. In addition the service in the indoor restaurant was bad at lunch time. We were shown to a table and then waited over 20 minutes to be attended to then another 30 minutes for food. There was nobody else in the restaurant and servers just ignored us when we asked. Hate to see it when it's busy. The service in the outside bar was good. Wish I could give it all a higher rating but when you pay nearly $700 per night it's not good. In addition they automatically add 20% service so no incentive to improve!

Their protection drive of sea turtles was cute and appreciated.

The food in the restaurant was exceptional, the umbrella and chairs were easy to get and the staff overall were accommadating. Couple things: the air conditioning seemed to have adjusted during the night and it got hot in the room around 2:00 a.m. Also, internet service was not consistent with spotty service at times.

I could give 5 or 6 specific examples but there isn’t enough room. We were provided one bath towel in the room and never received another one despite requesting additional towels. There was literally one server on SuperBowl Sunday so it was impossible to eat, drink, or watch the game in the bar. Upon departure no one asked us how our stay was…which I guess was for the best since it was not good. This place is horribly managed…I would highly recommend you stay anywhere else if you are planning on visiting Singer Island which is beautiful.

Great place on the beach if that is important to you. I had a beautiful ocean front room. Room was clean. Beach towels that were provided were in short supply. But it is nice that a beach chair, small table, beach umbrella and beach towels are included the the high price resort fee you pay.

Location beautiful! Close to west palm beach. Recommended! Embarrassingly poor quality. The rooms were dirty, and there was no heating despite outdoor temperatures of 0 °C. Before booking, I explicitly confirmed that both rooms had heating, as stated on Booking.com—this was false. The only solution offered was a very noisy electric plastic heater, which we had to place near our daughter. This hotel should not operate under these weather conditions, or it should not be classified under the Hilton category.

Having said this, the hotel positions as a resort and does offer service on the beach with chairs and umbrella, as well as drinks - all at added cost. The resort fees per day are $35 USD, I believe, plus drinks and food on top of that cost and the nightly room cost. Parking is also charged on a daily basis at $32 USD per day self-park and $39 per day for valet. For the room, our bathroom was older style with a slippery tub. When asked for a tub mat to avoid slipping for my 86 year old mother who I reported had already slipped and fell, they arrived with a small towel to put in the tub. Overall, it is a nice hotel at 4 star range, nice pool area, only one restaurant but good food and service, and beautiful beach; however, you should be prepared to pay the extras for daily parking and "resort" fees.

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and wanted to share my experience. The facilities are beautiful and everything is very clean, which I truly appreciated. However, the level of service is far below what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel, especially considering the price—I paid $340 for one night, and the experience simply did not match the cost. From the moment we arrived, the staff was cold and unwelcoming. I got to the hotel at 1:00 p.m. knowing that check-in wasn’t until 4:00, but in most hotels I’ve stayed at, they allow you to check in early and notify you when the room is ready while you enjoy the amenities. As soon as I approached the front desk, the woman asked, “Are you here to check out?” I said no, I’m checking in, and she responded (without any warmth) that check-in is at 4. I told her I was aware but that I wanted to register and wait, and she simply said, “Oh yes, go in,” in a very unfriendly tone. I asked where to park, and instead of giving clear directions, she just said, “Outside,” assuming I would know where. When I asked for clarification, she vaguely pointed and said, “Out there.” In other hotels, even less expensive ones, staff usually offer a map and explain where to go. Later on, I requested towels and waited around 20 minutes before having to go to the front desk myself to get them. At night, my daughter wanted a snack, but the store was closed. I was surprised—most hotels have a small 24-hour convenience shop for basic needs, but not this one. It was 10 p.m., and there was nowhere to get anything. There was also no conditioner in my room. I called to request it, and it took more than an hour for someone to bring it up. Another disappointing moment: my husband went to get ice cream for our kids. The sign clearly said $4 per ice cream, but they charged him $14 for just two. When he pointed it out, they coldly replied, “That’s an old sign, the price has changed.

I don’t feel like we should have to pay for parking. There was also mold in the bathroom on the shower curtain.

The hotel was down to one elevator out of three creating long waiting times. I don't like having a gratuity added into my bill. That should be up to the customer. Need additional staff on the beach for food and drink orders. The one server (Gabriel) that was on the beach busted his but trying to keep up.

The place itself was nice but check how much you are paying each night. One night it was $270 and the next it was $525 for the same room.

The view was nice from our room. The room was nice for the most part. The cleanliness could have been better. Nicole and Brandon were excellent in the restaurant. Chase was so helpful and hospitable on the beach. We felt bad for the restaurant staff being severely understaffed. The delays were long and took time away from other events we had planned.

That’s said the place isn’t being run very well. They ran out of beach towels by 9:00am on a Saturday and didn’t have towels all weekend. How does a beach resort run out of towels on a busy weekend??? We had to use out room towels & it was hard to get those replenished. We left our breakfast tray outside our room and it wasn’t picked up until after 8 pm. They did waive the resort fee fire to the towel situation. They also started charging a $39 parking fee on top of the $37 resort fee. They also didn’t seem to have any staff around the pool serving drinks or clearing towels and cleaning up in general. I still love this location but they need to fix the service issues

I canceled this reservation and still was charged!! Do not reserve a room! If medically you can’t keep reservation and cancel prior to deadline to cancel without charge you will be charged and receive these review request even if you weren’t ever there!

As a paying guest I should be allowed to use my own chair. I have knee issues and my chair allows me to get up easier, than their low chairs.

-great room -awesome shop -friendly staff -nice bar/restaurant -the beach! We stayed here for one night before leaving on a cruise the following day. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I knew the room wasn’t supposed to be ready until 4 so wasn’t shocked when, at 1, it wasn’t ready. The kind valet held our luggage while we waited. Front desk employee told us to feel free to go to the beach, pool, restaurant, whatever. Checked out the beach (absolutely wonderful) and then had lunch at the outdoor bar/restaurant. Delicious burger & fries and a tasty lobster roll! Servers at restaurant were all quick and nice! Received a text about 3:40 stating the room was ready. We booked an ocean view through expedia which is what we received. It was wonderful. What a view! Large windows with a slider door to the “balcony” (more like a ledge, but *shrug*). Being able to see and hear the ocean all night was great. Room was nice. Bed as comfy as any hotel. Air conditioner was a little loud, but didn’t bother us. For dinner, didn’t want to go back to the restaurant (kind of a small menu to eat twice a day) so we checked out the shop. If you want to save money and have delicious food, hit the shop. Amazing cuban sandwich (which they kindly heated). Also a nice little selection of beers and wines. So we enjoyed beer and sandwiches in the room while watching a movie. For breakfast, shop had a fantastic chorizo burrito & bacon egg cheese bagel (both heated). Will stay again!

The restaurant waiter Brandon was amazing and the host that Saturday night was delightful, besides those 2 it was very uncomfortable and to think this is the treatment you receive from an incredible hotel is beyond disappointing! For example I asked the housecleaning why there were no towels and the trash was taken out, no water replaced and the floor was swept! The woman tried to yell at me with her horrible attitude! The front seat when checking in, I asked her what the bill was she said she didn’t know and was irritated I asked for information and her look was very disrespectful, like I was crazy to ask her why the charge was 1000! The store they have there when I asked a question she gave me the smug look and tone and could barely talk! The guy on the beach was nice. I will stop here but there is more to say! Management should be addressed.

They were spacious and comfortable. I enjoy small/boutique hotels because you are more valuable and attentive to but that wasn’t the case here. Staff should be more presentable with their uniforms and the hotel seemed to be short staffed. I was not impressed and would most likely not stay here again.

Everything was good BUT the check-in was a failure. The room not ready. The clerk was not attentive at all. Not told what to do while I waited. No internet, no pool access. waited 1 hour and asked about the room. It was ready, and no one let me know. Not impressed at all.

Nothing but praise for the Singer Resort!

The room made loud noises from the central air conditioning unit, the blow dryer burnt my hair and had no strong speed. The view was awful looking at floods on a roof rooftop when asked for an ocean view, and when cleaned my room did not leave water as required beach ran out of towels. And at the bar, the bartenders overcharged me and I had to have it reversed out paying $1200 for 2 1/2 nights was a horrible experience and will never go back.

The location of the hotel is great - direct beach access and pool/beach side bar very nice. The view from our balcony was okay - we did not have direct ocean view. The room was not comfortable. The beds were very low to the ground and did not have good mattresses. Very uncomfortable. The bathroom did not have any place to put cosmetics or toiletries or even towels, which the hotel stored in the hall closet. The closet hang bar was low to the ground so I could not hang dresses without them laying on the floor.

There is no hanging closet space. Any issues we took to the front desk were just "sorry" without any offer of help. The floor was not cleaned under the bathroom vanity.

Was disappointed there was no microwave, but worse was the refrigerators have an on/off button, but nobody shares that. Also, the refrigerator shuts off automatically every day??? Every day I had to turn it back on. I ended up throwing away things because of it.

The room was beautiful and immaculate. The staff was very attentive. Access to beach was great. View from room was great. There was a parking fee. I was not able to attend to transporting my own luggage since the luggage carts were not readily available for the guests, but the porters were exceptionally nice.

Josh and Chase were both wonderful at the beach and kept the beach clean, were kind and helpful. They both should be recognized for a great job.

Liked ocean view...tub and shower broken, parking fee was outrageous, very surprised to have to put up with an out of control ingrate's loud music, unruly patron in parking lot yelling screaming and laughing out loud at his cell phone, 2 squad cars making continuous trips through the parking lot, carpet in room dirty

Nice smaller hotel that was clean and inviting. I could hear someone snoring in the next room. Didn’t like the unnecessary $27 daily parking fee. Also didn’t utilize any of the extra ‘resort’ amenities to justify the resort fee. The ocean waves were too rough to go in the water and the beach too steep by the waves. The lobby store/cafe closed too early (9pm). The hot tub was really small but the pool was nice.

The entire staff were super nice and accommodating. Anything you need can be simply be brought to you as you enjoy the beautiful views and/or amenities. By far the best hotel/resort I have stayed in!

Was not the room I booked. Room did not have body wash had to request 3 times before it was brought. TV remote control did not work had to request they bring a new one 3 times before it was brought. Cleaning staff did not replace enough wash cloths for the number of guests in the room.

Beautiful hotel very clean but very expensive ontop of the hotel price . Had to pay for parking. Alot of extra fees. Hotel fee, this fee that fee. The hotel with breakfast included for 2 night cost me almost 500. When checking out ist another 400 in fees , parking, 1 night of dinner for 2 was over 100. 1 bag of cookies and a candy cost 23.00. There prices are crazy way to expensive. 7 chicken wings were 18.00. You will loose customers if you dont lower your prices. They wont return or recommend

I really enjoyed my stay here for a few days. I liked that they have a bar onsite outside and service on the beach. All the amenities were nice. I would definitely recommend to a friend or stay here again. The market was nice, a little pricey. The bike rental onsite was nice and loved that it was included in my stay. Beds were comfortable and also enjoyed Netflix at night.

Love this hotel

The problem really is the area , there is no fun place to go to or good restaurant walking distance from the hotel, the area is like isolated and once you cross the bridge you are in a bad area . It’s not worth the money, too much for the joy.

The property is very safe. The only restaurant has a fixed menu. There is not a store where you can buy an item that you left home.

The only issues we experienced were ants in our room and a rattling air vent.

From my arrival to my departure, everything about The Singer Oceanfront Resort was perfect!! A gem of a hotel and the muted, boho-chic atmosphere throughout made my stay a pleasure. Bedroom and bathroom were brandnew and so well appointed. A definite 5Star!!

We stay at this property a couple of times a year and always enjoy it. This stay was very disappointing and we will not be visiting again. The staff was not nice, we are always able to get a late check out and this time was told it was not an option. The overall stay was disappointing.

We’re locals and wanted to feel like we actually traveled somewhere and Singers Ocean felt like we were staying at a tropical island. Amazing resort, updated and modern and very beachy vibes throughout. very friendly staff and accommodating, booked ocean front room and had balcony to sit outside, beautiful beach and use of beach chairs and umbrellas, ordered food at the restaurant and was delicious. Will definitely book again

1st. Day had ants everywhere all over the room. Had to throw away some personal items and find a laundry mat for our clothes. Yes we got our room changed but had to push for it, their solution was to bring in the exterminator! Hotel did nothing to accommodate us. I’m disappointed!!

We chose The Singer Resort, because it had been recently renovated. The location is fantastic. We didn’t know, prior to arrival that construction is ongoing in the main lobby and only two of the three elevators are working. The beach is great. The grab and go and the restaurants are excessively expensive. The self parking is excessively expensive. However, our room was great and had a gorgeous ocean view. The area around the hotel is very nice and there are excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff was friendly. We would stay there again.

What I like about my stay was that the amenities were true to advertisement. Staff were very polite, professional and organic. My room was perfect for my needs and view was respectable.

The construction was a little bit of a pain in the neck and the way they handled it left a lit to be desired. Otherwise it was a great property and the food was excellent.

The people at front desk not knowledge about what you can do around and they do not provide any advise where to go and what to see... .The restaurant food very limited and not well prepared . Lots of construction, affected the whole of our stay, which we were not informed about. 1 elevator to service 8 floors of units for the full stay and no offer of discount or future offer. Everything was pay to play, included gratuity, parking was paid for both valet and self park. Situated on a very nice beach. Pool, restaurant, etc were just ok. Room service was delayed or forgetful and needed following up.

Short walk from the hotel & pool to a clean private beach. Sunrise is beautiful. We had an ocean view room over the pool which was very nice but I bet those ocean front rooms are worth the upgrade for the view. Frequent and friendly food and drink service. The restaurant food was excellent. The kids loved the pool. We would go back again.

Great food and service at their restaurant Caretta Caretta. Lobby was under construction. Clean hotel, easy access to the beach, and pool was nice. Beds were very comfy and room was fine, but there are some small details like damaged paint on doors, light leaking in around the door frame, loose sink faucet, etc. that need improvement.

This property is under construction. One elevator was working. Staff was inconsiderate to the issues. Not going back here again, changing my primary choice to Mariott now

I picked this hotel bc it has Hilton’s name attached to it and I have stayed at Hilton hotels in the past with no problem. First, there was construction which was not mentioned on the website. I understand it happens but let the guest know so they can choose whether or not to stay there. Secondly, picked the hotel bc I wanted a hot tub, that was broken. Third, there was orange mold on my shower liner which was easy wiped with a tissue which means that the tub might have been clean but the shower curtain was not clean. Lastly, the beds are so uncomfortable. I might’ve been more comfortable sleeping in the floor. My back hurt so bad from sleeping on it. Thank goodness my stay was short, I couldn’t have lasted there any longer. On the positive, the room service was amazing and my view was awesome!

I did not like that it was cashless and they already added the 20% gratuity to everything. It made some people who work there not really friendly or work very hard to help you.

This is our second time at The Singer Oceanfront Resort. We love the location. Friendly staff. Quick and easy check in and check out. Clean and renovated rooms.

Great hotel right on the beach!

They had to send the plumber 2 times. The first time was not not fixed. We are Americans and we tip. They charge us a service fee, which turns you off. Parking is not free, and they charge $56 a day. I heard a mother say they ruined our vacation. Thry had two kids.
