The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I've indulged in. Didnt try the pool but looked nice. Room and hallway had a little goofy smell but it goes away after being in it for a minute or so. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. And I had the jacuzzi I'm my room and it was amazing. Room was really clean. Tv was pretty good, and all the other amenities work as they should. And they had big bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash. And it's located in a descent area and easy to find. The turn to the hotel does come up quick and might surprise you. But overall amazing hotel, definitely recommend.

The gentleman that checked us in was so welcoming and polite. I reported a water issue in our room to him late the first night and the maintenance staff handled it first thing in the morning. Wow. Housekeeping staff was also quick with delivering fresh towels upon request. The pool area was nice, the hot tub was wonderful! This hotel really impressed me for many reasons and I look forward to staying again. That being said, the only issue I had was with a particular staff member at the front desk. I

The hotel was filthy. Water damage. Needs updating desperately. We also had to take cold showers because there was no hot or even warm water. Never again.

They had been waiting awhile and there weren't many guests at the hotel judging by the few cars in the lot. They had rang the bell on the counter and still no manager. Had to track him down and he said he was the only staff there and didn't have the phone with him.

The rooms were clean but very dark, the breakfast was very good!! The hot tub was very dirty, near the corners you could see a layer of dirt around the bubbles.

Pool was open late and breakfast was good! Staff was very friendly! Only downside - property was under construction which made parking very difficult as there were limited spaces and I had to park in the office lot next door one night.

The staff was great and the breakfast was quite good and helpful.

Available food did not support my dietary restrictions. Not a diabetic friendly selection of foods.

The pool needs to be shocked more often and kept warm during winter season.

Not s bad spot, hubby and I go out for date nights, this is one of our go to spots because of the in room hot tub situation.

Everything was perfect. The food the room the pool thank you so much.

The pool was not clean. It was cold. We ask if they can turn the heat of the pool on they say they were gonna ask the manager, but they never did. other than that everything was OK.

Worst bedding I have ever seen. Unbelievable anyone thought this setup was a good idea.

The night manager Maurice was just exceptional I had numerous issues about my stay because I am disabled One encounter was with an elderly white woman who put me in a room without water in the shower. She was very rude and just stupid This was the person who checked me in

The area was fine. It was dated and smelled like old cigarettes. I’m a non smoker so it was not a good experience for me.

Very Clean and modern. Breakfast was good. Always had hot coffee available and hot water for beverages too. We stayed here two days on a shopping excursion for my wife. Everything went well.

The description states it’s a heated indoor pool and the pool was ice cold. Also the next day, everything states the check out time is 11am but house keeping walking into the room an hour before check in. We also had the do not disturb sign on.

The only issue is that the pool looked very dirty. There was foam in the hot tub, and the pool had what looked like soap scum floating on the top.

Hotel was great. Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast and staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Pool and hot tub were gross and need a deep clean. If you don’t want the pool it's a five star experience but we chose the hotel for the pool.

The swimming pool was dirty

The room was very clean and the linens were fantastic and bed was great. I had a king suite so I could sit on a couch and watch TV at night. The breakfast each morning was perfect and got me going for the day. I also enjoyed visiting the gym.

I stayed here for 5 nights while visiting a family member. The king suite was perfect for being able to watch TV comfortably, work at the desk, and great beds and sheets. Breakfast was served warm every morning with coffee. staff was helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the work out room. For the price, it was a great deal and I will be staying here again soon!

Property is a little run down. They didn't have enough towels in the pool area. The bathroom in our room didn't have a plunger in it, so when it backed up, we had to call the front desk.

Cable was intermittent. Bed was 20 years old. Other than that it was good.

There's supposed to be quiet time so guests can sleep, but there were people going in and out of the room late at night and early morning. The doors are loud when they close, so I heard that going on for a while. Then people were talking in the hallway off and on between midnight and 1:30. I couldn't sleep. It was very disruptive.

The room could use a better cleaning. We found trash left from the people before us and the cusions on the couch were all wet from a drink half open in the cusions. The pool was too cold for my kids to swim in. The water really needed to be cleaned better in the pool and hot tub. Other then that it was perfect. Good food and friendly staff.

The room is smelling so bad, I sleep for one night. I have to switch to different rooms but only a little better. The staff & service good especially breakfast have a lot of foods and has changed for next day

Immediately knew our stay was going to be awful from the stench as we walked in to check in. Our room, had a bad smell compared to wet dog. The room was damp and our "sheets" on our bed felt damp. We did not sleep well, our room had "black out" curtains but they did not block out much of the parking lot lights nor the morning sun. We tried to go use the hot tub but the switch did not activate the cesspool of water that looked scummy and not to mention the swim cap that was floating. There was no smell of chlorine which also indicates that the pool and spa is just a petri dish of bacteria. The final reason I am making this review was our complimentary breakfast. This set me over the top. Food looked disgusting, nothing was available and the breakfast area was over crowed with disrespectful people who didn't care about anyone else trying to eat a little bit. One man was even yelling at another older woman for bumping his child that was just enough to tell me and my husband to hit the road. We have stayed in many hotels, but this one has to be the worst we ever stayed at. We will not attempt to stay here again. Beware booking here at all costs.

The door between the bedroom and front room was warped and didn't close

Our stay was amazing. We really enjoyed the pool hours, it was open 6am until midnight. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and gave us all the extra blankets and towels we needed. The air conditioning was only in the bedroom of our suite, so it got quite warm in the living area while the kids slept. Also, the mattress was one of the thinnest I've seen on a pull-out bed. But overall a fantastic stay, just bring a mattress pad if you need the pull-out!

We liked the larger size refrigerator, and having a microwave in our room. There is also access behind the parking lot to a nice walking path. Good water pressure in the shower.

While not the newest building, it is in good repair and was clean. The breakfast was typical for a modern chain and quite acceptable. However, there's no night-light in the bathroom (which is a typical but minor fault) and the bed was too hard for this aging side-sleeper. Younger people could probably rate this place a 4 or 5.

Absolutely not worth the money to stay. The room was below average for the price. Very bad smell from the carpet when you enter the room. The knob of the toilet flush was broken, and I have to tell the front desk to get it replaced. There was no ironing board in the room, and I had to ask to get one. Overall cleanliness of the room was average as well. There was only a standing shower, and the washroom was without any glass or covering of any sort and just a shower curtain was there, and water was coming on to the washroom floor from the bath section. Water in the pool was freezing cold and not at a comfortable temperature, and my kids were shivering with cold and didn't swim at all. Breakfast was also very ordinary. The scrambled eggs were not even cooked well and were raw. Definitely not staying here again.

I don’t ever give reviews but this hotel was actually great! Room was clean, with a microwave and fridge, pool & hot tub, and the breakfast was actually really good! Even the coffee was good. For the price, I feel like it was over my expectations. Definitely will be coming back when I’m in the area.

What you see in pictures is what you get. Clean. Good continental breakfast. Pool area was OK. Busy. Pool is very cold. Quiet, not too close to busy roads. Not walkable to anything.

Breakfast was hot and each morning a different variety of hot foods. All staff was very helpful and nice. Pool was cold, if it's heated it's turned down low. Room was clean, bed was comfortable w/2 different comfort level pillows, bathroom a decent size, flat screen tv. Will stay here again.

Hotel was very outdated down to light switch’s and old electrical plugs. Plus no place to plug in your phone by the bed. A/C was either frigid or humid. Bathtub/shower was very small/low to the ground. Bed didn’t have a blanket, just a duvet that barely had any weight to it. Didn’t use pool because water looked murky. Hotel first floor smelled like chlorine.

The bathas the pimp dosps in the shower. I had to use shogel onmy hair because the shampp and cream rinse pumps were broken. The pumps on the sink are too fsr away from the sink to be convenient. We were suppose to have a suite but we had a standard room. We got in late and just dealt with the room.

I entered my room and used the bathroom and had my toilet flood everywhere immediately after first use!! Water everywhere and to top it off the water shutoff was broken. My and my buddy spent an hour holding the lever on the toilet and figuring out how to get it off with no help from staff. Switched out room to one for a much less cost and did not refund me anything, said I could speak with a manager promptly in the a.m. and no manager to be found before checkout. Worst stay I have ever had by far, they knew the toilet was broke before I got the room and they got my money anyways for it.

Front desk staff (Joanne & Terrance) were both wonderful and made use feel welcomed and appreciated. A criticism would be too little hot water for the shower. Could have been hotter.

This is one of very few hotels I have stayed at where the hot tub and pool are open until midnight! It’s so refreshing to relax in a hot tub after a long day out. The suite room allowed my wife and I to have some privacy from our son because there’s a door separating the 2 parts of the room. The breakfast was excellent!

We are on a cross country trip in our class B RV (Sprinter van). We stopped in Chicago to see the sights in the area. We pick led this hotel based on other reviews and its proximity to local mass transit. It also has non covered parking so we could park our RV. We also chose the area as it seemed safe. It was a great stay, quiet and safe.

This hotel was wonderful to stay at and very convenient to our Dance Convention and delicious food options. The staff was amazingly friendly and informative. Our room was cozy, the other guests were pleasant, and the hot tub was relaxing. We would definitely return in the future.

I stayed with my two grandkids for 1 night. Everything was ok until we were about to go to sleep. I opened the sleeper couch and I couldn't believe how dirty the mattress was, so we couldn't even use it. I hope they replace that mattress, so it can be used to sleep on

To me the beds where to soft and it bother my back a little bit. Other than that we always have a good stay there.
