Breakfast was good, room was very spacious. Fitness center was well equipped. Quiet, safe location. Easy access to the freeway.

Always have been a fan of the breakfast whenever I stay at these locations.

Staff is very friendly, they greeted us every time they saw us. Staff is also helpful, and the hotel is very clean as well. Overall I had a good experience, the only con I experienced is that we specifically booked this hotel because it has a pool and on the first day of our stay it was closed off. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I didn’t like that they only clean your room every other day . The halls needed a good vacuuming. The bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good .

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Our suite was very spacious compared to many other suites we’ve stayed before. Something minor, but huge for me was the room having actual hand soap. I am always having to bring our own & this hotel provided a huge bottle. The only thing I did wish was better was the shower head, but that’s a preference. My family prefers more water pressure lol pool/hot tub were great for the kids and breakfast was great as well. I like how they changed it up! Hotel was clean. Neighborhood was clean. Our stay included breakfast & parking, which is a major bonus!!

The stay was great, the room was very nicely decorated and it was clean. The breakfast was the best that I have ever had at any hotel. They even had a gluten free bagels option! They had very tasty small cheese omelets on the first morning of our stay, and seasoned home cut potatoes available on both days. There was coffee and our room had a small fridge and microwave and coffee maker, although the fridge wasn’t super cold. Parking was free and plentiful, and the location felt pretty safe, with choices of restaurants within walking distance.

It was a great experience. The room was excellent,clean but the only thing I would recommend or mention that the beds were too small even that it was a queen size. Otherwise it was excellent I totally recommended 👌

It was an awesome vacation and the staff there are amazing.

This was a very inconvenient place to stay. There were issues after issues. When we first arrived to the hotel, there wasn’t any staff at the front desk. We waited about 20 minutes for staff to arrive and assist us in checking in along with others. Second, we entered the room and wanted to watch TV. We checked everywhere but could not find the remote control. I immediately called staff to assist but they told us they can assist in 30 minutes because they didn’t know what to do. They never assisted us in getting a TV remote. I reported to the front desk manager the next morning. They provided us with a remote but it didn’t work. Furthermore, our card would not scan through our door after multiple attempts of getting it reactivated at the front desk. Additionally, I couldn’t connect to the wifi during my stay. Overall, customer service was not good and we had a very bad experience at this hotel due to the inconvenience.

The bathroom was dusty and not wiped down. We stayed two nights, both nights i called front desk twice due to some one running an obstacle course on the top room. I didn't sleep both nights. I went to my event sleepy, tired and frustrated.

Close to downtown Riverside where our event was. Great location for other conveniences such as food, gas, Starbucks, etc. The parking lot had people loitering, lots of cigarette butts. Just makes the facility look trashy upon arrival.

Service top tier, rooms were perfect clean had so many amenities. Staff was on point. Breakfast was nice.

Clean (except for jacuzzi) location, value, comfortable bed Jacuzzi was not clean and there was a light that was in the bottom of the jacuzzi that was not secured , it was attached to a cord but not mounted. It felt unsafe.

I didn’t like they didn’t clean my room. I didn’t like that I had to ask for towels three times. I didn’t like that. I had to ask for three different refrigerators because the refrigerators that were in the room did not work. I didn’t like that the front desk person when we checked in was really short I was trying to use my AAA discount and instead of saying, he didn’t know how to do it. He was saying that it should’ve been done when I did my reservation, which was not an option even after I called and spoke to two different people I didn’t like that. It seemed like the staff did not communicate well.

The staff was absolutely amazing! It was quiet and clean, and the breakfast was very good. The room lacked storage for clothes and the bathroom did not have enough towels or anywhere to hang them.

Location. Price. Patio and Pool, and Fitness room! The smelly bedding I had the first night. And 3 of my 4 pillows were real stinky. On Friday night ( Saturday early morning 2:42 a.m) our neighbor had their tv on full blast!

Noisy neighbors, TV channels didn't correspond to the guide. The floor wasn't properly mopped the first day we arrived. The whole building did not have hot water the first day.

Breakfast was good, the parking lot was and seemed safe, only issue was that the hot water went out for over 10hrs and we had worked all day so we needed a shower and didn’t get to shower until the next day which was really unfortunate , other than that we had a decent stay.

I have stayed here a few times and it has always been pleasant. Convenient location and always has rooms available last minute. Construction was going on and no notice indicating the disruption. Heard hammering till approx 8pm. Parking lot was dirty and several people seemed to be loitering. Just didn't feel as safe as it normally does.

The free internet required an account creation, but was good. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Larry made check in a breeze. Room was clean. Plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion available in the room. The beds were quite firm, which was not my preference, but there were plenty of really good pillows. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options.

Day one, we did not know that they do not clean but every other day. They should have told us or put up a sign that rooms are not cleaned daily. Secondly, one of the towels had a blood stain on it. Please look closely at the towels. Finally, the gym or workout space was poor as it did not have a complete rack of weights. It only had two complete sets, and three single weights that were different.

I had a suite on the third floor for 4 nights. It was very noisy. The walls are thin so you can almost join the conversation next door. The room itself was nice. Clean, bed was comfy. The heat- A/C unit is old and very noisy. The breakfast was very nice.

Reservation desk staff were very friendly & helpful. They made our stay really nice, I didn't realize that the building was having renovations done. We heard a bit of noise, but it wasn't bad. The room was clean & had everything we needed; ironing board, hair dryer. The beds were very comfortable. Thank you!

We arrived late at night and we were tired. Check in went well but as soon as we arrived to our room the trouble began. First of all who puts a coffee maker in the bathroom? There is plenty of room where the TV is located to put the coffee maker. Having it in the bathroom is just unsanitary and weird. Second, the bathroom was completely filthy…hair in the sink, spots on the mirrors and I’m not even going to guess what was on the shower floor. Third the AC unit was so loud we had to turn it off completely and it got so hot in the room we could barely sleep. The bed was so hard and the fitted sheet would not stay on the bed. The pillows went flat very quickly. We switched rooms the next morning, however, that bed was bit much of an improvement. Still hard with flat pillows and a fitted sheet that would not stay on the mattress. The breakfast was pretty decent, but only if you got there early, otherwise everything was a mess and picked over. And on Thursday and Friday they opened an additional room so there was plenty of seats for everyone, however when Saturday and Sunday rolled around and the hotel was busier that is when they kept it closed to a smaller space. Check out staff was real rude. Hotel was loud, can hear kids running around. You could hear other doors closing. Would not stay there again. Rooms really comfortable and we liked the area with the great restaurants. Please though scrub your jacuzzi more often. It looked like we were entering a motel 6 hot tub with the lovely yellow stained steps.

The room was very clean, smelled nice, bathroom was very clean and well stocked with amenities. Not to mention the TV was mounted to the wall and able to be swiveled over towards the bed. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Room was not as clean, small ants/bugs noticeable on bathroom floor and notice one on the white sheets in one bed. The other bed didn't even have a top sheet. Carpet dirty needs a good steam cleaning.

My room was very clea, my room was in the perfect spot for easy access to take my dog outside. I had my own doggie bags but the hotel had plenty in multiple spots for anyone to use. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I will definitely stay again on my next trip to visit my daughter in Riverside.

Let me just say receptionists are a vibe! They were so sweet, welcoming and friendly!!! Especially (Larry and Izrael) I hope I got your names right. They made the experience great. However, the sheet and pillow cases smelled like wet clothes!!! So unpleasant. The phone didn’t work, air conditioner was not the greatest. The towels had weird stains. I would have given a hire rating but the cleanliness was not that great this stay.

Staff was friendly;however, I was placed in a handicapped restroom without being asked and the water pressure in shower was horrible and no warm water. It would begin to get warm and go cold for 5 minutes and back to Luke warm. Their irons did not heat up, but when I called I was sent one to room. It was a quiet stay, but the shower situation was an inconvenience.

Staff is friendly, rooms were clean and cozy. The area itself looks nice and is clean around the hotel. Our family booked quite a few rooms for one night, and unfortunately that’s all it took to have one of our cars broken into in the parking lot, just feet away from hotel entrance. Police responded and took a report.

When we checked in i had booked a room with two queen beds. The room was on the second floor and when we opened the door there was food left on the table counter and refrigerator. I went back to the lobby and they moved us to a room with a King bed and a pullout. When we entered the room they had removed the pullout bed and there are three of us. I ask the lobby if they could bring us a mattress but they said they did not have any. So the only other room available was the room with all the leftover food. I asked if they could have someone clean it up real quick. They had no cleaning staff available and could only provide us with some large garbage bags that we could put the food into. So we had to clean the room our self's.

Loud pounding, thought they were coming thru ceiling at 7:00 AM from remodel we were not informed of. Was in room directly above us- why were we given room directly below when hotel was not full?? Front desk would not deal with. Manager was apologetic & said would credit back room fee.

This location was newly renovated which was a big plus. The only negatives were that the dresser that had a door made to cover a mini refrigerator, had no mini refrigerator. We had to put our medicine in an ice bucket. There were also no washcloths to wash with so we had to use a hand towels. Other than that everything was neat and clean and the set staff was very cordial.

The bed was so uncomfortable had hard time sleeping because of it woke up with headache and back pain

There was a party by the pool until 1:30 AM. The lobby and elevator were hot and stuffy. It was loud and I was on the 3rd floor. I love Hampton Inn, just not this one.

We had to switch rooms because the first one smelled and we also experienced smoke coming through the vents in the second room at one point. The hotel is pretty outdated, but the staff was very friendly and kind.

We had a pleasant one night stay! We needed somewhere to stay the night and this will quickly become our go-to for when we are in the area. I’m glad I gave this place a try!

The breakfast staff were amazing! All were friendly and made you feel welcome! The food was great and coffee was good and hot! The front desk staff were SO friendly as we were tired from our travels and their hospitality was amazing!

The property personnel (front desk staff) were excellent and accommodating. Room was clean but refrigerator was full of water in the water tray which spilled out when we went to use the fridge. So obviously wasn’t checked or cleaned by hotel staff upon last guests check out. A/C was horrible. Not central air but a wall unit which made one side of the room cool (bed) while the other side (couch area) was freezing. Need to update to central air! Bathroom functional. I choose this hotel because it allows dogs.

The staff were unfriendly and accommodating. I booked a room for a guest prepaid, called hotel with guest name for reservation and guest was unable to check in without me. I was 4hrs behind getting there. They made my guest wait despite me calling in with all information and they would not allow them access to WiFi in lobby while they waited. Then when I did check in I was required to put down additional deposit. both rooms I reserved and checked into still had trash in them. Then when Wi-Fi access was asked for again, it was still unaccessible claiming we had not given initial deposit and fully checked in. Despite a signed paper and bank statement pending transaction hotel staff continued to argue with me. Eventually they dropped the dispute. Only to leave my stay after my car was broken into at some point between the evening and morning and credit card that was inadvertently left in car and Ray Ban sunglasses taken while over 2 Grand was charged do my card. Needless to say I will probably never stay or recommend this place.

Everything was so PERFECT. Friendly Staff,Clean Carpet, Clean Rooms and the bed is so amazingly comfortable.

Location is great the the inconvenience of not having the basics as such as a microwave in the room and having to leave my elderly mom there just for me to go to floors down to warm up. Her food is crazy having the coffee maker in the bathroom is just weird.

Placed in an accessible room instead of a regular room. While it seemed to be a little bit roomier, it lacked a sofa and the shower was less than ideal. The closet was also very small and the rod hung very low making it unable to be used to hang clothes. The shower had a stationary shower head as well as a handheld showerhead. The stationary one actually turned off on its own during a shower with no rhyme or reason. Had to completely turn everything off and back on for it to finally cut back on. The handheld lacked power when switched over. The toiletries seemed a little watered down, although I did like that they were "clean/zero" products. The toilet paper & tissue smelled and felt a little on the rough side and had a smell like it was old. The towels were on the scratchy side. The ironing board had a bad odor and therefore couldn't use as to avoid the odor getting on my clothes. The bed was much closer to the form side, which made it an uncomfortable sleep, along with being woken up by people outside the window talking all through the night (and that was from the top floor!). For the price & location, I expected more.

Nothing is special about this property. I have stayed at better places for less money. When I checked in the guy at the counter didn’t want an open the door for me. It was late but because of traffic from vegas to riverside. The he charged me the deposit twice because according to him it didn’t show in his end. I would pass it if he would’ve been polite but he was rude and aggressive. Never staying at this place again.

Not good at all, the receptionist was not helpful at all, he said my booking was cancelled while I requested another room the receptionist first gave a price and availability but then after I never received assistance from hotels com regarding my booking and asked for the available accommodation the receptionist was on his phone all the time and talking to other customers and finally said that they are sold out, I wanted to talk to manager he said manager left for the day, it look like they preserved the right to not give service to customers with no reason. In order to not to cause any problem I had to leave the hotel lobby without being helped at all and head to another place to accommodate.

There was a mistake on Expedias end after booking and the gentleman checking us in took his time, went above and beyond to fix the problem when Expedia refused to help in any way except offering us to change the reservation for a $500 penalty and the price of a new room. All staff are friendly breakfast was delicious.

Booked and prepaid for a King Suite but when we arrived, the hotel staff had already checked another party into the room under my name. The overnight attendant, Bill, went above and beyond to get us into a standard room as all of the other suites were taken. It took 2 nights before we were able to get into the suite we had paid for. Also, there was a lot of road noise from cars and motorcycles passing by.

Water had no pressure, toilet was old

Pros: Free parking, wifi and coffee. Rooms have lotion, coffee maker, and ice machines on each floor. We only stayed here due to the location for our meetings.

This is the second time we stayed here due to medical procedures at the local Kaiser hospital. Both times, it has been a great stay! From the checkin to the hostess and the room accommodations, our stay was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and nice. The hosted breakfast was an added bonus and we enjoyed our stay.

I like this property there nice and property always clean, at least the times that I have stay here.

We liked how spacious it was and the free breakfast was great. I also liked the price. We wish the pool was heated though.
