Terrible experience! Front of the office staff claims they don’t know how they overbook the hotel. They offer no solution just a o well….They spend 20minutes checking each guest and don’t care that there is a line. They just keep chatting without regard. Motel 6 doesn’t even do this. Not worth the time or effort I will never book here again.

I do like staying at the Hampton Inn near March AFB. It's close to the annual retreat I make in Perris, CA. Everything is taken care of and the rates are reasonable.

It was good for what we needed it for. Room was cleaned every other day. Staff was very good.

Breakfast was excellent! Hot breakfast, fresh fruit, lots of choices. Staff were in credibly friendly and helpful. Used laundry, had to download an app and pay $5 for a load in the wash then $5 for the dryer. Gym looked really nice. Room was basic two queen beds, bathroom was clean. Great stay.

Far as the hotel itself everything was great except the staff member. That just messed up the entire stay all together. The check in was great but just this person. The staff member (M) that told me I have 15mins extend when I explained that I checked in late 11pm-1200 midnight and that I woke up late and I needed to take a shower. She asked how much time I said, a Hour she said. I will give you 15mins. Really? I'm a HH member. She didn't care. If it wasn't for my Dad across the street at the military cemetery that I just lost 10/2025 and I drive over 2hrs to get here. I would find somewhere else to stay.

The best part of my stay was the breakfast. My room’s entrance light was not functioning nor the coffee maker. When I called the front office she said maintenance was not available. Disappointing that she didn’t offer any solutions. Also, the hand soap needed to be refill.

Really bad, they give us a room with broken sink . They move us to a different room the shower was not in good condition. I won’t recommend to nobody to stay there ever. I’m not happy at all.

Would be nice if the rooms had more than just a desk chair to sit in. With 4 people to a room with 2 queen beds, it's a bit uncomfortable sitting up in the bed.

The room was great! All except the shower that had significantly cracked flooring. A pad was placed down for somewhere safe to place your feet. Other than that, it was a great stay. The breakfast is amazing and the staff was understanding with my toddlers. I had a great experience.

Three diesel buses were allowed to run continuously right outside our window for 18 hours (from Friday morning until 3 am Saturday morning). Guess it was someone important?!? I called the front desk several times but they pretended not to know anything about it.

The young woman assisting with check-in did an excellent job deal dealing with a big problem regarding a military payment. There was no one available for her to go to, and there was no other staff helping her with her breaks and lunch, etc. Someone had called in sick and this meant a 20 to 30 minute check-in for two people. They need to have another person there for safety and situations like this and if someone calls in sick, they need to have someone available to fill-in. This is ridiculous that she was left alone. She did a great job, but it was wrong that she had no assistance whatsoever. There was only one couple in front of me and I probably waited over 20 minutes to be checked in. However, I do admire woman for doing a great job under difficult circumstances

We traveled to attend a service at Riverside National Cemetery. The hotel is across the street from the entrance to the cemetery. The breakfast was very good. Our room did not have shampoo. It was kind of a bummer to find this out while in the shower. Room service is scheduled for every two days, but you probably could request it daily if needed. The hotel is right next to a major freeway but the freeway noise wasn’t a major noise issue in our room. The air in the hotel was kind of stuffy. The windows in our room were permanently closed. I missed fresh air, but open windows would have made the freeway noise irritating. There are a lot of big trucks and warehouses in the area. In and Out and Chipotle are super close if you like that type of food.

Beware of the daily charge for parking. It is hidden on Expedia website, and the hotel confirmation. You have to go into the property details to see the amount. Some sites quote $20, hotel website showed $14 (my sister booked direct). Was there for 4 days, never had housekeeping come clean my room. Only 1 regular coffee packet in room, front desk was out of packets, but was told I was welcome to come pour coffee from the lobby counter bar whenever I wanted.....I will never use Hampton again. Absolutely ridiculous service for the price I paid.

Well, for one there was feces all over their “dog area “which ended up being coyote. One coyote appeared to be rabid and they couldn’t get assistance from the state or city so I just had to walk my service dog outside near an animal that could kill it. In addition, they threw away my grandmother’s ceremonial burial flag after she passed away. So my 103 year-old grandmother had some staff member clean my room four hours before checkout time and toss her in the garbage after serving in World War II for our country. All in a hotel that was supposed to be in support of our military. The day after I buried my grandmother, a man tossed her ceremonial flag in the garbage and laughed in my face. I had to stand between him and the door because I could see her flag in the garbage. Instead of a sincere apology, I was offered motel points for my next day. I’d rather choke myself and go back to a place that could throw a war heroe’s flag in the garbage laugh about it… Have front desk, staff and smile while offering points without any sort of sincere apology. All the day after I put her in the ground with my cousin if I could rate this place -10. Stars I would. They should be ashamed of themselves.

We stayed 2 nights. Having breakfast included is usually a nice bonus. However, our first morning the eggs and meat were cold and the cut fruit was empty. The meat wasn't even a breakfast type of meat . It wasn't tasty. The 2nd morning was just so so. At least the eggs were warm. It seemed as if people had to keep aaking for things. It wasn't stocked appropriately.

The shower floor was not in very good condition.

It was very pleasant. Best thing is they accept pets.

They cancelled my reservation 20 mins before I got there without a single phone call then proceeded to tell me they had no rooms available what a horrible service the lady at the front desk was super rude ..

There was one chair to sit in the room…. Where are we supposed to sit….?

Love the breakfast and the beds are comfy

The rooms that I had reserved were not available so they gave me other rooms and they weren’t ready past the check in time

Very clean and nice you can eat breakfast in the mornings. We would stay again.

Really impressed with the amenities, location and quality of this property.

The shower was disgusting. It was broken at some point and obviously patched together. The bathroom floor was dirty. No room service. And I was not told that parking was not included in my price and not told when I checked in that parking was $14/day. I was just given a parking pass and told to put it on my vehicle and park. Who charges for parking where a hotel isn't located in a big city with limited parking?

We asked for a room with handicap access & that didnt happen, then the room was small & the pool was tiny... i would never stay at that hotel again
