Black mold ,cockroaches ,hot tub had bugs come crawling from behing the wall tile and blood spatter on the sheets floor and bathroom door this is not a joke see for yourself and i couldnt even get a refund

Worst hotel ever. I only recommend you stay here if your desperate. They only changed sheets o our bed pubes in our tub, poop in our toilet shower was moldy and dirty honestly this is the type of place you stay if desperate but it’s legitimately worst hotel in the world. Staff didn’t even care to see the picture they already knew conditions of room!!

My reservation was canceled and I was not told beforehand until I got to the hotel. This unfair situation caused me to pay for another hotel at a higher price. Worst hotel experience in my life.

The whole building was neglected and there was dog poop in front of the entry door of the room. The restroom was dirty and had not been thoroughly cleaned after the previous occupant(s) left.

Staff Lacked support. Residue all over the floor, foreign objects on the floor, as if it hasn’t been swept in a month. 1 towel ? Red stains on the pillow, looked to be blood ??? My blanket/covers had a holes in it.

The staff gave me my money back. The roaches , the bed bugs. The elevator, the rooms, the bathroom ceiling was falling in and had mold, the drug out people going through the trash.

I cannot believe inspectors haven’t shut this place down! This property is completely a health hazard all the way around! We couldn’t get out money for the room back that night, so we had no choice but to stay there for the night. Altogether, costed us $118 plus a $40 deposit. WAAAY TOO EXPENSIVE….considering we had to go buy our own cleaning supplies to clean and sterilize the whole room the best we could just to be able to sit down and watch TV. We surely didn’t sleep at all that night, especially after pulling the bedding back to attempt to get a few winks and finding roaches scattering from under the sheets!! The jet tub was questionable and heavily stained, so we certainly decided against taking a bath in it. The shower wasn’t any better and had to lay a floor towel down in it, so we didn’t contract a foot fungus. The toilet was disgustingly stained with piss around the base of it, even my girl had to stand to pee in it. The towels and wash clothes were so dirty and stained, we had to go purchase our own after we were told they had no more towels to give out when asked for clean ones. We had to ask for a broom and mop to clean the nasty floors, and were only given a broom because we were told they don’t use mops, only rags wrapped around the broom to spot mop with. After sweeping the floor, there was a huge mound of dirt and filth as the result. We used the stained and dirty towels to foot mop the floors, and even those turned black after using them time after time.

Worst experience I have ever had. People yelling on the balcony. Rooms were filthy, and had peeling paint and mold. I ended up having to leave this hotel and finding another one.

The property is structured in such a way where there is a bit of privacy. It’s quiet you don’t hear the neighbors which is a big plus but the best thing I like about the property was by far the staff, the manager, Danny,, was very accommodating and always in a chipper mood, and the housemaids were thorough in their duties and saw to it that all of our needs and accommodations were met. For the area, this is by far the best property of them all. I would recommend. I don’t have anything negative to say about the property. all my accommodations and needs were met in a timely fashion other than that things went well.

There were homeless people staying in the rooms next door and they had visitors knocking on their door all evening. It kept disturbing me because it sounded like as if they were knocking on my door all evening and morning.

The space in the room was great but we couldn’t enjoy because all the negativity, (we couldn’t get water in the shower, floor dirty, room smell dirty like was never clean, main door couldn’t closed all the way, spider web, roaches)

We ended not staying there there was used toilet paper in the toilet. The peep hole on the door had a piece of toilet paper sticking out of it. There were prostitutes walking around and people smoking marijuana in the hallway. The room had a terrible odor. I do not recommend this place it looks nothing like what’s on the pictures.

Had to switch room because our shower didn't work. Next room the microwave didn't even have a microwave safe plate and had water damage in the bathroom. Pictures were very deceiving. Will never stay there again.

The property was filthy. The staff was not helpful. My wife’s slippers were removed from the room, wether they were picked up with the towels or removed on purpose. There was a laughable breakfast. A plastic jug of orange juice and cereal in the office area, that was the extent of the breakfast. Walkways were dirty and sticky and and our room was left not made up the first day.

The jacuzzi tub in the room was a nice feature but the drain stopper didnt fit so we made our own out of a plastic bag & when we got out we noticed that the tub had leaked water all over the floor. The add on Orbitz said they serve a "hot breakfast" which typically includes like waffles, bagels & toast, oatmeal, yogurt, danishes, ect... but all they had was some greasy doughnuts & mini muffins, stale cereal, coffee & juice. Huge dissapointment! Our non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes.The blanket was disgusting & had nasty stains, burn holes & who knows what else all over it. The online pics were quite diseaving. We paid $120.00 plus a $40 cash deposit on a Saturday night 11/23/19-11/24/19. They should lower there prices or be more honest about the conditions of the place cause if we didnt need showers so badly we would have just slept in the car rather than waste our money.

I love the staff. Everyone is so friendly m helpful there. What i don't like s that they haven't finished the breakfast room yet! They have been redoing it for a long time now, but everything else is absolutely wonderful. That's why i always stay there

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Mildue all around the rim of the shower, awful smelling and did not feel clean at all. Was supposed to have a continental breakfast, went down and the was only cereal donuts milk ands juice. Looks nothing like online.

Breakfast was really disappointing. It really looked like they did not put any affort in it at all. It also looked nothing like what they showed online. This hotel smells bad. It smells like they let the dogs do their business anywhere in the hallways and they dont clean it up. It needs to be hosed down with lots of water and soap. The employees were friendly though.

What I did not like is that when attempting to sign on to the internet the first several attempts I was getting a error message stating that the certificate for the vendor had expired and was not pushing towards correct address. Luckily a friend had seen this and was able to do some modifications to give us internet access

I had to wait 10 minutes to check in. The agent was away when I arrived. Breakfast was minimal. Water value in shower needs to be repaired. Bed was comfortable. Cold water tasted terrible. The motel should provide bottled water. Cost was reasonable.

Breakfast was donuts, tiny apples, coffee and 2 boxes of cereal in the lobby. Turns out the breakfast room has been broken for well over a year. No notice was given on this at check in and no notice even left on the breakfast room door, it was just locked.

We arrived the day after Christmas and the place was quiet and had lots of parking available. Check in was quick and easy. Their elevator is in serious need of attention since every time we used it we kept waiting for it to break down but the sounds is made and the hard time it had in opening and closing the door. We were in a non smoking room on the 3rd floor which was fine but the carpeting and a chair in the corner of the room needs to be replaced due to all the stains grungy look to them both. The beds were comfortable and the ac/heater worked fine. The water pressure was fine as well but the fan in the bathroom was a killer and not just from our room but when neighboring rooms turned their fan on we had to close our bathroom door to try to sleep. In our opinion the TV needs to be upgraded to a larger model that doesn’t need the picture to be stretched to be able to give full screen viewing. They could also use a channel guide since they do provide a range and number of channels but we had to go thru each one manually since they had no guide we could find. The wifi was ok if you were patient in waiting for it to connect each time as we did on our iPads. One great thing that we found was the refrigerator that had a freezer that worked very well and refroze our ice sheets that we using in our travel cooler as well as keeping our drinks very cold. Can’t speak as to their continental breakfast since we never sampled it.

Not at all happy with stay. Over price and not even provided proper breakfast, when we asked for breakfast, they said, kitchen is not yet ready and just provided some cupcakes n milk. For the price this place was great. The lady in the front had great customer service. We had an issue with the first room, but was quickly moved to a new room without any troubles.

The shower had good pressure, but the drain backed up and left me standing in 5 inches of water. It also seemed as though everyone going by my room in the morning was talking loudly.

The shower had good pressure, but the drain backed up and left me standing in 5 inches of water. It also seemed as though everyone going by my room in the morning was talking loudly.

This hotel is not well kept up at all. The carpet was dirty, there was an industrial staple on the carpet, and holes and stains in the carpet. The bedspread had stains on it and did not look to be clean. The bathroom was dirty as well and the shower had cracks. There was blood spray on the bathroom door and by the tissue paper holder. Literal blood! The free breakfast they talk about is grocery store donuts and a disgusting coffee. The walls are paper thin and you could hear everything through them, even the water in the pipes.

The motel was on its way to be run down. The elevator smells like smoke and their breakfast bar is not a breakfast bar. It’s coffee and store bought crappy donuts. You could smell smoke and weed through the walls even though we were in a non smoking room. It was incredibly hard to find. The pool is not a pool and is visible from the street. The tiles in the bathroom were chipped and cracked. The comforter had a cigarette burn in the middle. The staff was very sweet. Oh and they didn’t put enough pillows on the bed like the picture and when we called for extra they said they would see if they even have any extra. Very disappointing. The only thing that made it nice was the jacuzzi tub.

I stayed one night for business. Hotel is ok but overpriced for the conditions and service. The credit card machine did not work so we had to pay cash on arrival. We waited outside for 20 minutes for a staff person to arrive and open the door to the office. Overall, the hotel needs a good renovation and makeover.

If you know Riverside, then you are aware that this is not the best area. There are homeless around, and other persons with mental health issues wandering around. Also, be mindful, that this place is on a bus route so there is some traffic. It's also across the street from the local CPS Office. So, having said that, and considering the area which the Motel can't help, it was a decent stay. The customer service was good. The room was average and outdated, but clean. I could hear the homeless outside with the door open, but not inside. I do think it is over priced.

This place advertised a breakfast with the purchase it has been shut down by the heath department. So that should tell you how the rest of the place is.

We booked the room for a overnight stay for it's location and convenience. It's definitely a place for a overnight stay but I would not recommend for long vacation stays. The staff was amazing and helpful, however the overall look and comfort isn't much to rave about.

I hardly found a small parking lot. And, cars are crowd. The place is ok. However, many fast foods around the hotel are less than one mile. You can walk close to Walgreens anytime if needs. Also, it is near hospitals. I drive to AMC about less than 2 minutes. It is easy to access and enter from the highway.

I usually try to stay at this econolodge when I have last minute hotel rooms to book mostly for room size and the breakfast served every morning and I’m usually always very happy with my stay. But This trip wasn’t like the rest, there was no breakfast just coffee and some really awful packaged donuts in the lobby. I was very disappointed and check out took longer than usually because I had to wait for the maid to clean &/or inspect the room before I could get my deposit back. seemed a bit overboard.

VERY RUDE STAFF. TO THE POINT I FELT THIS WAS A RUDE PERSON ON THE STREET TALKING TO ME. BUT WHEN MY SON TALK TO THEM ABOUT THE SITUATION THERE WAS A DIFFERENT TONE. My group had three single rooms. Comments represent all three. Cosmetically good, but very dirty. Spots on carpets and mold around bathtub. Non smoking rooms but had cigarette burns in comforter. Phone in one room was inoperative. No coffee pot in one room. Motel was listed as having a "full breakfast" but we were notified on arrival they served "Continental Breakfast" only but the continental breakfast was a very respectable and complete assortment. Front desk clerks were friendly and helpful, particularly with giving us directions to various facilities and restaurants.

The room was not clean and there was mold in the bathroom walls and floor.

Bed bugs and spiders everywhere. Mold and mildew throughout the room. Absolutely filthy.

Housekeeping only makes one round. Would be nice if they have the opportunity to clean at other times. Overall facilities look worse than they are. Room was very nice.

A gang infested drug induced hotel if you're a professional you should stay away trust me

The room was gross and falling apart. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the batteries were gone from the remote. The girl who check me in was very friendly and nice. Other then the girl who checked me in there was nothing really good about the hotel.

This hotel wasn't like the internet explained. Room was on the 3rd floor. It smelled like smoke & was a non-smoking room. It had no shower curtain. The hotel called another Comfort Inn for me and checked on availability. They also gave me directions on how to get there. It was a very nice hotel in a much better part of town. I was told at check-in the rate was $90 per night with a $20 daily pet fee. I was charged $90 for two of the nights and $128.95 plus the pet fee for Friday and Saturday. I was not told this until I inquired about the rate on Saturday night. In addition the pool had been closed the day I arrived by the Health Dept. because it was not safe for swimming. I explained when I checked in that I wanted a pool and that was why I would agree to the $90 charge. The pool was not heated and did not open until Sunday night and I had to leave early Monday. The Manager called me on May 24th to discuss the situation and reduced my rate to $70 for Friday and $20 off for Saturday. My bill was almost $500 with the pet fees and taxes. I am not happy with this situation and disappointed with Comfort Inns. I was able to go to the Marriott next door to use their pool but I had to walk there from my hotel and back. This was very inconvenient. I really appreciated having the microwave, fridge & coffee in the room. Unfortunately there was a bus load of people staying & they completely took over the breakfast area and food each day.
