    There was a fire at my son's apartment and i booked this hotel as an emergency. But then we decided that it was better for my son to come home instead of me going there. I tried calling the hotel and even sent them a message to check the possibility of canceling and getting a credit for the future stay but neither they picked the phone nor replied to my message.

    They tried to charge me twice for my room. They said my card didn't go through. I showed them on my bank app it did and were still denying me my room. Said they're system glitched but another person was able to check in no problem.The security lock on the door, screws were coming off. Put a table in front of the door. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Bed sheets were stain and old. Bed was hard, paint coming off of walls in the restroom due to water stains. They should update their rooms. Will never go back. Horrible experience. The rooms also had a weird smell.

    Check in was supposed to be at 3pm , our room wasn’t ready until 4:45pm. We waited quite a bit. The room was old and smelled. The person at the front was rude and unfriendly. She wasn’t sorry at all and was not sympathetic. The bed was old and uncomfortable all you’ll feel is the spring of the bed. The iron board as broken inside the cabinet which fell from my sa after when she passed it. The shower was so bad and dirty

    We only interacted with one woman at check-in and her attitude was a bit less than friendly or outgoing. No smiles, no thank you' s, it was a feeling like we were almost a burden to her otherwise boring day. The facility and room was OK, pretty clean compared to some of the other places we stayed at on this road trip but not as nice as others. It was just a stopover point however so it did fit the bill for that. Had the front desk clerk been just a bit friendlier, this place would have received high marks.

    I loved the room. It was clean and comfy and had a beautiful painting on the ceiling of birds and clouds. I was there in January and found it to be relatively quiet except for the last night when I seemed to be next to young people partying. Very safe and with great access to restaurants and quick drive to UC Riverside. My only issues were that the shower flow was too weak…it took forever and so much water to get my hair rinsed. It was also difficult to turn to make the water hot. I have a low flow showerhead at home and normally never have a problem. Also, there was a TV, but it wasn’t connected to anything…no local tv, no cable, no satellite. Nothing. These were minor issues and I’m overall very happy with my stay. I liked the fact that the floor was not carpeted. I do wish there was a heavier blanket for the coldest nights (January), but the heater worked fine. I just hated turning it on when it wasn’t really that cold outside (40s). Overall, very safe and clean. I’ll be back!

    The room was spotless and stocked with good accessories like, coffee, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel, and hand soap. Staff was excellent and polite, and if I needed anything they was right on it. Many things to do, and see around the hotel. Lot's of places to eat in the area. Excellent place to stay, when visiting Riverside.

    Your website stated a room with a jacuzzi in it thats how it was described. When i check in to the room there is no jacuzzi. I go back and tell the front desk to get it fixed. I upgrade and I pay more then what was stated on your website. I payed for two rooms and slept in one with no refund. I blame you guys for a bad stay and will never use your booking app again.

    This is our 3rd stay at Dynasty in the past month (we were helping our son move into his college apartment). The 2 times my husband stayed, there were problems: I had booked a room with 2 beds but accidentally put "1 traveler." Although it is the exact same price for 1 or 2 people, the receptionist refused to let our son stay. A coule of weeks later I stayed, and there were no problems. But again, the 3rd time, my husband's Expedia reservation had his full (passport) name, but his driver's license didn't have his second last name. The receptionist refused to let him check in until I got very angry on the phone. It's not like he was boarding a flight--it's a basic motel for pete's sake. Why my (very brown skinned, Mexican) husband was treated this way and I (blonde and blue eyed) was could easily be seen as racism. Perhaps it wasn't, but we won't be staying there again, even though it's conveniently located near our son's apartment.

Not like the Dynasty Suites we have stayed at in the past in Redlands which was very nice. Will not be staying there again.

    BED BUGS August 2025. We stayed at this hotel for the night. When i woke up there was a bed bug on my pillow i immediatly grabbed the pillow and ran out to the front office with the pillow. Knocked on the front door, but a man came out from the side asking if i needed assitance and showed him the bed bug. He took pictures and I informed him i will be requesting a refund but since i booked through expedia i needed to call them. I called them and when expedia reached out they said that the manager wasnt there and cannot approve the refund. I called again the next day and found out the manager denied my refund. Thankfully before i left i had the front desk give me a written document saying they saw the bed bug so i will be reporing this not only to the health department but the better business bureau. In regards to expedia they will not issue a refund since it is up to the hotel and they couldnt "convince" the manager to give the refund. Knowing that they both know there are bed bugs in this property and doing absolutely nothing about it has left me in shock. Im currently on the phone with expedia hoping they will make it right and refund me simce the manager is refusing.

    The room had been remodeled at some point, but there was paint missing from the walls where the old headboards must have been. There were plantation shutters over the window, but the air conditioner was so loud it made the shutters vibrate so loud you couldn't stand it. The toilet had to be mounted partially sideways so that the door to the bathroom would close. They put new fixtures in the shower, but left the old ones in as well. I wouldn't refer to this as a suite. It was only one room with two beds and a tiny table. I definitely will not be staying here again, and I don't recommend this to anyone, even though it is very convenient to UC Riverside.

    WiFi is really, really good - I had zero problems with two full days of back to back Teams/Zoom meetings where I was presenting, sharing slides, etc. Dynasty Suites is a 5 minute drive to my son's dorm on the UCR campus and is surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations, etc. I had a room with a king-sized bed and couch, which was a pull-out, so plenty of space and it's comfortable. The AC/heater worked very well and there's a ceiling fan for extra cooling if you need it. They had a larger sized refrigerator in the room, a microwave and hair dryer. They also have more toiletries than most - toothpaste, mouthwash, razor, shaving cream, etc. A unique touch is finding murals on the ceiling at the front desk and within the rooms.

    The first room smelled strongly of Fablosa, a cheap cleaner with a nasty smell. The front door had no safety lock, or rather it used to. It looked as though someone kicked in the door. I got requested a second-floor room, which smelled much better and had a safety latch. Staff seemed perturbed with my request to change rooms.

    Rooms are fairly standard and clean, good for 1-2 night stay. I think they have upgraded the shower heads and there was a fancy shower installed (liked it) In my latest trip, only complain I have is that the shampoo and lotion containers were empty. Hope they check this regularly in the future.

    The location wasn't great. Just a bit sketchy. There was a new starbucks on the corner and a big development across the street, but it also felt a little unsafe. The property was in ok condition. Not bad, but not great. I stayed there to be able to walk to campus, but next time I will stay at a nicer place downtown and get a ride to campus.

    The photos were misleading. When we arrived there were no bedspreads and we were greeted with an odd smell and cockroaches galore. The tv only worked part of the time and the shower barely has enough pressure to get you wet if you ran around to chase the water. It was miserable.

    This hotel is very good. Room is very clean without any smell, hardwood floor, nice and clean. The room is bigger than what I through. Have most of supplier for what you need, there is village on the other side for dinning, and also Starbuck and 7-11 is around , 5 minutes walk. The staff is nice as well.     We drove 4 hours to California for family time not expecting to have to leave the next day back to Vegas on another family emergency and hotel still charged for the day talking about you have to cancel 24 hours not to get charged. Stupid because if we knew we would of just got the room for one day. Other thing is parking not enough parking space for each vehicles. You can’t even open the door. I will never book with that hotel again.

    The owners really put thought into the rooms. My room had one of those special magnifying mirrors in it. I never see hotels put that in. That really made me smile because I need that. I always bring a travel one and it super small so when I saw that. It made my day. They also had a basket of special items like make up remover and razors and toothbrushes and stuff in case you forgot something. The only thing that could have made my stay perfect would have to have had tea instead of coffee. We don’t like coffee. But lucky I had two extra tea bags.

    Toilet doesn’t work the first evening we were there. Roach crawling by the refrigerator and the property manager Ajay continues to lie about getting someone to fix the toilet we had to go elsewhere to use the bathroom and we shouldn’t have to anywhere to use the bathroom I would not recommend this hotel to anyone or my worse enemy. SAD

    Dynasty Hotel canceled my reservation. They tried to run my Credit card 24 hours before my stay and it was declined. I let them know, they did not have permission to run my card. I am set up to pay at the hotel. They said, They called me but know answer. I show them my phone and showed no one had called me from your hotel. So that is a BS line. So they canceled my reservation because they could not run my Credit card 24 hours before I arrived. Now it's 9 pm on a Saturday night and I am looking for a place for the night. Not good business.... Not good at all.....
