    The bed had various random stains all over, we ended up passing out on top of the comforter from exhaustion. We tried to go downstairs and switch rooms but no one was at the counter and we had spent the whole day at the airport so could not wait around any longer. There was a loud party two rooms down from us and the whole hotel spelled like marijuana. I will definitely not be booking with Expedia if this is the kind of property’s you offer.

They put out tea and slices of old bread and rotten bananas. In addition housekeeping walk in your room after one knock. They bang on your door like police and walk in. Then they yell at you time to check out or pay extra money. They do not change sheet or clean the bathrooms. I spoke to the owner and she did nothing about. Never go there!! I was not the only person complaining about them at the desk. Another customer said he paid $3,200 and had the same issues. It is not safe the gas station got robbed next to the property. Glass was broken everywhere. The Maintenance person was very nice and tried to help in his best way possible more then the hotel owner.

    The property was clean in general but is a bit run down. The tub didn’t drain properly and it had the overflow cover off. The sink didn’t have a stopper. There weren’t towels in the room we had to go ask about them. The clerk said, I’ll have to see if there are any which she did find us some. The plugs were few or covered up. Overall, it was a fine stay but not worth the price charged.

    The owner / the person on front desk needs customer service training - he was rude and unhelpful. Looking at the bedroom I chose to sleep on top of the bedding rather than in it. It felt very unsafe. The owner and the cleaning staff appeared to be engaged in some disagreement when I arrived to check in. All in all I would not recommend. It’s in the top 2 of worst hotels I’ve stayed in.

I called the Hotel and they told me Expedia was lying and I cannot proof they charged my credit card. Don't worry though my Uber receipt and GPS location for the day proove I was there. I hope Expedia pulls this scam off its site ASAP.

    I have a family and when I travel with them I am more concerned about amenities than when I travel alone. However, under no circumstances would I stay at this hotel again. Upon arrival it took about 30 minutes to get checked in. Upon getting to my room there was no TV remote. The remote brought to me did not work. I also discovered that the AC did not work, which is a problem in Atlanta in July. But by the time I realized this it made no sense to pack up and get dressed again to go to another room so I sweated it out. The hotel also recites that it provides breakfast. It consists of water, something that purports to be orange juice, toast and Cheerios.

    I had a pretty good experanice. Location was not near alot of stores but it had a pool it was clean the room was nicer then the hotel across the street. Nice roomy bathroom , we always had hot water, customer service was inventive to are needs. No complaints

    Hotel is ran by cold, unfrendly staff with Hindu gods posted in lobby. Check in was awarkward. She never asked my name just for credentials. Very unwelcoming, and cold. Hotel is a smoking hotel, old, unclean. Our room had items from the previous guest like used soap in the shower and items in corners of the room. All light fixtures only had a single bulb in it so the room and bath was dimly lit. The bath room smelled of urine, which was actually the shower curtain. And that was made of a bath mat substance. The two twin beds were terrible no comfort what so ever, pillows were basically nonexistent. We borrowed bleach cleaner and blankets from a nearby family member, fortunately our stay was only one night. Never again will I stay here

    First room I was given had not been cleaned. Was given another and the key did not work. After 3 new cards, the manager told me to see him any time I needed to get in. No adjustment was offered or made by the staff for the inconvenience. Lousy service.

    I’m not a picky individual. But the hotel staff was not friendly, and constantly harped on me about not having any visitors. I payed for a 2 bed room but was told i was the only one that could stay. Felt like a boarding school instead of a hotel i payed for. The staff never greeted me or showed any time of hospitality. Rooms were not even subpar an smelled of smoke and incense. Just an overall unpleasant experience

The bathroom vent didn't work.The towels were of different quality, one very good towel, the others of lesser quality, and mismatched. There were no hangers in the closet, only a small rack and the holder for an iron. There was no iron or ironing bed. The price was the best thing about this hotel.

    Breakfast should be called 'snacks' in the advertisement instead. The lampshade in the room was broken and the phone was filthy. People could stand outside to smoke and the air conditioner pulled in the smoke in our first floor room. I didn't like people standing outside (in the back) next to our room. It was a very quiet stay though.

The room was unkept and looking like it hadn't been cleaned. there were stains all over the room (it looked like a scene from the first 48). The closet where the ironing board and iron were kept wreaked of mildew. The bed was filthy, my boyfriend and I slept on top of the bed, in our clothes, with towels on top of the comforter and the pillows. I wouldn't recommend this place to everyone, however I wish the hotel staff nothing but the best!

    it was great, all except begging junkies and the toilet needs remodeling and beds could be softer but other than that its okay and they need to try to get the smoke smell out of non smoking rooms for the next guest

    The person at the counter took 15-20 minutes to check me in after I provided them with my confirmation email and didn't see to care about time. A bunch of The front entry was blocked off because a piece of the ceiling/roof was falling off. A bunch of tiles on the ground were cracked/broken and the overall looks of it were a 2/5, but the beds were nice at least.

    Disappointing experience. Requested Non-Smoking room with King/Queen bed. Was given a room that you could smell smoke as soon as you walked-in. Had to go back to check-in and get assigned Non-smoking room. Elevator was inoperable.

    My room was beside the laundry room and someone was doing laundry all night. It sounded like jeans in the dryer and it kept me awake all night! The wash cloths and towels were dirty, or stained. The breakfast buffet was coffee, cereal, one banana, and you could make your own waffle. Oh, and the juice was Tang, or Sunny Delight. Not REAL orange juice. I don't think I will stay there again.

    I can't be mad because you get what you pay for. I didn't expect it to be as nasty and disgusting as it was. I was scared to touch anything. I will never stay there again. Have to be more careful with choosing hotels

    I was very disappointed in the hotel. My room was not clean, and there was still soap and shampoo in the shower from a previous guest. One of the beds was not made, and the lamp by the bed didn't work right. Overall the condition of the room was poor.

    Long summary: The outside and front desk make it seem like you are in for a nice stay, but when it's time to swipe the card to enter the room oh boy is it a different story. They need serious remodeling, the rooms are dirty, the bed is comfortable AFTER you dust off hairs and other identified objects, only to find holes in the dingy sheets (I requested new ones), the tub was brown with hair in it (I called to say it wasn't clean, they assured me it was),the bath towels are also brown, the continental breakfast was a joke(waffles and syrup, stale cereal no milk). I can go on but in short I wouldn't stay again and this was my second time.

I came back hours later when it had gotten dark and the stain and bits of rubber were still on the floor.     My stay at the hotel was terrible. The room and rugs was filthy. The washcloths and towels dingy. The room didn't get cleaned two days that I was there. When I ask to speak with a manager I was told that they are only available in the a.m. I normally left in the a.m. and came back nights so of course I missed manger. My stay there was horrible and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
