Maria Teresa was a phenomenal host. The house was absolutely beautiful and I can’t wait to stay again. The breakfast was amazing. I think about it all the time. The location is a little out of the way and sometimes it was hard to get an uber but that’s okay. The house and friendliness of the staff were worth it.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly and gave lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. Breakfast was included and was really good, and the location of Casa de Gente made it easy to get to other places in the city since there was a metro station nearby. Overall, we had a great experience here!

A perfect place to stay and get to know the city. I came during carnaval, such a busy time, and Barbara the host (and also the rest of the staff) were amazing and had plenty of patience to explain evertyhing and help out with whatever i needed, tickets, info, everything.. She also invited us to awesom Blocos parties and generally atmosphere was amazing. Also perfect breakfast:) The only thing to take into consideration is location can be a bit uncomfortable if you want to walk in and out in late hours by yourself (i took some ubers instead of walking when it was late)
