The cleaning level can be improved

Great buzzy vibe and decor. Rooftop has incredible views and nice pool and lounge area, as well as good food. Breakfast was great. Rooms were really nice and clean, plus location was good. Easy to go for a long walk/run along the beach and explore the neighbourhood. I didn't get to use the coworking area or spa within the hotel but would have liked to with a bit more time.

Location was great for my plans, breakfast was excellent, rooftop pool and bar was great. Room was great.

We liked the view from our room window and from the rooftop bar. Decent breakfast We stayed in a superior room. Besides the view, there was nothing to get excited about. The room was small, worn and overpriced.

Nothing, everything in the accommodation was perfect !

I liked the accommodations, very clean and comfortable. I loved the breakfast and the rooftop. Service was also top tier It’s a little off the beaten path. I liked that it wasn’t as crowded as Ipanema or Copacabana, but there wasn’t a lot to do around besides the mall and some restaurants.

The view was astonishing and the staff was very welcoming. Especially Gabriel who helped us in any aspect he could. Nothing really. The only odd thing was that they charged us for playing live music on the roof top per person! As if we had it as a meal :D plz be aware that the beach in front of the hotel is not suitable for swimming.

It was ok Staff could be better

Yoo2 was a complete disappointment. I did not like anything, and I had reason to compare because I was in Ipanema, in Rio de Janeiro, the first 3 days in a boutique hotel that was tiny but spectacular in every aspect. I expected a nice boutique hotel and I found a run down, dark and dirty one. The bathroom was basic, black mold all over it and terrible quality appliances. The furniture of the room and doors also showed damage, even the front desk of the hotel, showed damage. The mattresses felt cheap and the bed sounded of metal with every move. The lights in the room and all over the place are dimmed low... so everything is very dark. Other areas of the Hotel were also of poor quality and the suposedly wonderful Rooftop was run down and cheap looking. The service at the Front desk was slow and with terrible attitude most of them as though they were doing you a favor and you were bothering them. Lastly, the water is not drinkable and they do not leave courtesy water in the room and the breakfast was really poor.

I visit Rio frequently, and this was my first time staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, we got off on the wrong foot due to an IT error that caused issues at the restaurant—twice. However, the staff was extremely polite and went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The location is perfect, right in front of one of Rio’s most beautiful beaches. Will come back!!

Location, view and size of the hotel Breakfast is not very good

The hotel is in a perfect location, right in front of the Sugarloaf Mountain, and the staff was very attentive and provided all the support we needed. Additionally, the room was very clean, well-organized, had a good size, and met all our needs. The shower leaked a little water onto the bathroom floor.

Great Staff attention. We were 9 in the family and arrived and left at awkward hours and the staff was tremendously polite and helpful. We will return for sure.

Great location. The staff in the hotel were the most unhelpful I have ever seen. The room was not properly cleaned and the condition of the room was really poor.
